소방공무원의 무조건적 자기수용과 자기노출이 외상 후 성장에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Unconditional Self-Acceptance and Self-Exposure on Post-traumatic Growth of Firefighters)

  • 본 연구는 소방공무원의 무조건적 자기수용과 자기노출이 외상 후 성장에 미치는 영향을 알아봄으로써 외상 후 스트레스 장애 등 병리적 결과에 머물지 않고 이전 수준을 뛰어넘는 외상 후 성장을 이룰 수 있는 프로그램 개발 등에 도움을 주고자 하였다. 이를 위해 무조건적 자기수용, 자기노출, 한국판 외상 후 성장 척도 등을 활용하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소방공무원의 무조건적 자기수용, 자기노출이 외상 후 성장과 상관관계가 있음이 확인되었다. 둘째, 소방공무원의 무조건적 자기수용과 자기노출 변인 중 외상 후 성장에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 알아보기 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 무조건적 자기수용이 자기노출 보다 더 많은 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 소방공무원 외상 후 성장을 촉진시키는 프로그램 개발 방향 및 치료적 개입 전략 등을 제안하였다.

미국 한인 가정폭력피해 한부모 빈곤여성들의 자활 경험 (The Self-Sufficiency Experience of Korean-American Single Mothers with the History of Domestic Violence in Poverty)

  • 미국의 복지개혁 이후 근로연계와 더불어 가정폭력분야 여성복지에서 가장 중요한 정책 목표 중 하나로 설정된 것은 '자활(self-sufficiency)'이다. 본 연구는 '아래로부터의 관점(bottom-up approach)'에 근거하여 가정폭력피해로 한부모가 된 미국 한인 빈곤 여성들의 자활 경험을 심층적으로 탐색하기 위해 질적연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과를 통해, 참여자들에게 '자활'은 '경제적 자립뿐만 아니라 정신적 자립 능력을 모두 갖추어 나가는 삶의 지속적 과제이자 과정'으로 확인되었다. 그들의 자활로의 도전들은 자활 과정 초기 가정폭력피해의 후유증으로 무너진 자활 잠재력의 복원이 필요한 시기와 장기적 차원에서 자활 과정을 유지해야 하는 자활 지탱력의 개발 시기를 포함한다. 이 도전들에 대처하기 위한 그들의 욕구는 '친정집 같은 도움과 지원', '선택과 집중의 복지지원', '성숙한 의존과 자활' 그리고 '생계유지가 아닌 꿈의 성취로서의 자활' 등으로 확인되었다. 가정폭력피해 한부모의 특수성과 이민자로서의 현실에 민감한 자활 정책 및 서비스 개선의 구체적 전략들이 제안되었다.

위치기반 서비스를 이용한 중학교 체육교과 웹기반학습 시스템의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Web-based Instructional System by using Location based Service for Physical Education at Middle School)

  • The aim of this study is to show that using a Web-Based Instruction system is a better method to help counteract deficient teaching, learning conditions and facilities thus improving the students' interest, understanding, participation and skill development in Physical Education. The key findings of this study are as follows; The first advantage of using this system is that the theory of Softball is explained with the use of pictures rather than text, thus improving the students' understanding. The second is the method in which practical skills are explained and demonstrated. Action image sequences are used as opposed to the old method of using stationary pictures. This means that the learners can clearly see and understand why and, more importantly, how to use these skills. The third advantage is the technique used to teach the application of these skills. Using active rather than passive learning and thus engaging the student encourages improved participation and learning. The fourth advantage comes in evaluation: both subjective and objective questions are asked in theoretical evaluation, and the teachers can evaluate the students' understanding and skill development by filming their actual Softball games. 초고속 통신망을 이용한 청소년의 정신건강관리 지원시스템 개발 (Development of a User Centered Web Site for Mental Health Management in Adolescents)

  • Purpose: A user centered web-based mental health management system may be particularly useful in Korea where there is widespread diffusion of personal computers and internet connectivity. The purpose of this paper was to describe the development of a web-based system for mental health management in adolescents using principals of a user centered design. Method: Our design process includes five distinct phases: needs assessment, analysis, design, development/testing/revision, and application release. Results: Web content includes an introduction, information about mental health management in adolescents, self-assessment and guidance, interventions for improving mental health, directory of self-help groups, and counseling and additional community resources. The web site was released using the URL: http://www.baejy.com/youth. Conclusion: The end result was a web based mental health management system for adolescents with a high degree of usability. The author believes that web-based mental health interventions in the future have true potential in helping Koreans who are suffering, or at risk, for mental health problems, particularly because of the stigma related to psychiatric therapy in Korea.

중년 남성의 경제적 불안, 자기효능감이 재정 스트레스에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Economic Anxiety and Self-Efficacy on the Financial Stress of Middle-Aged Male)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate economic anxiety, self-efficacy, and financial stress levels in middle-aged male and identify factors affecting financial stress and provide baseline data for the development of nursing interventions to reduce financial stress in middle-aged male. Methods : Participants were 91 middle-aged male who live in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The data collection period was from April 1, 2020, to May 1. In this study, the questionnaire of economic anxiety, self-efficiency, financial stress was used. The data were analyzed by average, standard deviation, minimum, maximum correlation and regression using SPSS version 21.0. Results : In this study, the financial stress of middle-aged male affected economic anxiety with significant results (β=.628, p<.001). The absolute model's explanatory power was 36.8 % (adjusted R2=.368), indicating that economic anxiety affects financial stress levels in middle-aged male (F=27.151, p<.001). Conclusion : This study shows that economic anxiety affects financial stress. Based on the research results, basic data for the development and application of nursing programs to reduce financial stress were presented in consideration of the economic anxiety of middle-aged males. Therefore, there is a need for mediation to help middle-aged men positively recognize real-life situations and changes in society. Such mediation involves the development and application of educational and counseling programs that can reduce financial stress and economic anxiety in middle-aged men.

위스타트(We Start) 가정방문 교육중재 프로그램이 저소득가정 영아의 발달에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of We Start Home Visiting Intervention Program on the Development of Infants from Low-Income Families)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of We Start home visiting intervention program on the positive changes of infants and their low-income families. The subjects were 171 18~36-month olds and their mothers living in We Start and non We Start areas. The instruments used were Developmental Profile, Cleminshaw-Guidubaldi Parent Satisfaction Scale(CGPSS) and Home Observation for Measurement of the Environment(HOME). The results were as follows: First, the result of Developmental Profile showed positive changes in all domains(physical development, self-help skills, social development, cognitive development, and communication ability). Second, the result of CGPSS showed positive effects on parent-child relationships. Third, the result of HOME showed positive effects on mothers' emotional and language responses. In conclusion, We Start home visiting program for infants from low-income families is an effective early intervention program to end intergenerational transition of poverty in Korea.

K-CDI 아동발달검사 표준화 연구 (Standardization of the Korean Child Development Inventory)

  • The Korean version of the Child Development Inventory (K-CDI) is a developmental screening test for children functioning in the one-six year range. Based on parent-report, the inventory assesses child developmental functioning in the areas of social, self-help, gross motor, fine motor, expressive language, language comprehension, letter and number skills, general development, and various symptoms and behavior problems. Participants were recruited from childcare centers and private groups and finally 1,143 children and their mothers from 4 locations nationwide participated in this study. Through analysis of item response rate of 270 items in 9 areas, new norm was formed. Reliability determined by internal consistency were relatively high (Cronbach ${\alpha}=.95$). Intercorrelations among sub-scales (range: .49-.96) indicated the construct validity, and the correlation between K-CDI and other screening tests supported the concurrent validity.

언택트(Un-tact) 시대 간호대학생의 자아존중감, 자기인식, 공감과의 관계 (Relationship between Self-esteem, Self-awareness, and Empathy of Nursing Students in Un-tact Era)

  • 본 연구는 2021년 3월-5월 C시 소재 일개 대학 간호대학생 302명을 대상으로 자아존중감, 자기인식, 공감과의 관계를 살펴보고 공감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해 수행하였다. 수집된 데이터는 t-검정, ANOVA, 상관관계 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 공감은 3.59점(최대 5점)이었고 성별과 간호학과만족도가 공감과 유의한 차이가 있었으며 공감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인은 사적자기인식, 공적자기인식, 긍정적 자아존중감, 성별로 설명력은 22.9%이었다. 간호학생들에게 자아존중감과 자기인식 및 공감수준을 증진시키기 위해서는 내면세계에 대한 관심을 알아보는 교과목의 신설과 소집단을 활용하여 상호작용 증진을 돕는 팀 수업 및 자신이나 타인의 생각과 정서를 탐색하고 경험하는 역할연기 수업 등 다양한 교과과정 프로그램 개발을 제언한다.

수학교사의 갈루아 이론 이해를 위한 자립연수자료 개발 (A Development of Self Learning Material for Mathematics Teachers' Understanding Galois Theory)

  • 본 연구는 교사양성 과정에서 갈루아 이론에 관련된 군, 체, 벡터공간 등 대수적 구조를 배운 바 있으나 그러한 구조가 다항식의 가해성, 더 나아가 학교수학과 어떻게 관련되는지를 명확하게 이해하지 못하는 경우 자립 연수를 통해 이를 극복할 수 있는 자료를 개발하여 제시한다. 여기서 말하는 자립 연수에서는 교사 스스로 연수를 주도하지만 연수 도중 적절한 방법을 통하여 한두 차례 전문가의 도움을 받는다. 이 글에서 두 표현 '다항식 f(x)의 풀이'와 '방정식 f(x)=0의 풀이'는 같은 의미이고 '교사'는 현직 수학교사를 뜻한다.

시설청소년을 위한 예비부모교육 프로그램 개발 및 효과 검증 (Development and Effectiveness of Pre-parent Education Program for Adolescents in the Residential Care)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of the pre-parent education program and its application to adolescents in residential care. The following research question will be used in the evaluation of the program's effectiveness: a change in self-esteem of the adolescents in residential care and a change in defining an ideal family. With these research questions, a survey of the requirements for its contents and previous studies were researched, and adolescents in residential care participated in the program in 12 sessions of 4 stages. The research showed a meaningful change of p>.001 for self-esteem and the ideal family in pre, post-test to the experimental group and control group. That proved the effectiveness of the pre-parent education program. Observing the experimental group's change process, the researcher proved the following results. At the beginning of the program experimental group showed hopelessness and disliked participating in the program. At the end of this, they had active attitudes, confidence and challenge to the vision. This study contains theory and various practical family activities. This study made a contribution to help adolescents in residential care enhance self-esteem and define the future ideal family.
