암반절리에 대한 교란상태 모델링 (이론과 응용) (Disturbed State Modeling for joints of Rock(Theory and Implementation))

  • 외부로부터 정적 혹은 동적 하중을 받는 암반절리의 거동특성을 규명하기 위해서 교란상태 개념(Disturbed State Concept, DSC)을 이용한 구성방정식 이론과 이 이론을 수치해석에 적용하기 위한 응력-변형률 관계식을 소개한다. 본 연구에서 제안한 DSC 이론은 변형준인 암반절 리가 상대적으로 손상되지 않은 상태(Relative Intact; RI)와 완전 파괴된 상태(Fully Adjusted; FA)의 혼합으로 표현될 수 있다는 가정에 기초를 두고 있다. 여기서 사용된 두가지 상태, 즉 RI 상태와 FA 상태는 암반절리의 파괴정도를 나타내는 지표가 된다. 이러한 가정을 기초로 임의의 하중을 받는 절리는 초기 RI 상태에서 점진적으로 재료 내부의 미세구조 조정기능을 거치면서 최종적으로 파괴가 발생하는 FA 상태로 진행한다. 본 연구에서는 RI 상태, FA상태 그리고 재료의 파괴정도를 나타내는 교란도 함수(D)를 해석적으로 정의하여 암반절리의 역학적 거동특성을 표현하기 위한 응용화를 시도하였다. DSC모델은 암반절리의 경화 및 연화특성을 표현할 수 있으며, 절리의 크기 및 표면의 거침도 등을 고려할 수 있다.

농촌의료보험의 당면과제와 개선방향 (Reforming the Rural Health Insurance Programs in Korea)

  • Despite its universal coverage of health insurance, the rural health insurance program(RHIP) stands at the crossroads in Korea. The RHIP has weaknesses in stability of financing, problems of inequities in the provision of health services and has suffered from high cost of running the program. The author has analyzed these problems from the perspective of health insurance policy and presented several options for improvement. First of all, this study urged the importance of a firm Governmental commitment of RHIP with the 50% subsidization of contributions as the Government had promised, instead of the current 40%. This can be justified from the 20% subsidization by the Government for the contributions of private school teachers and their dependents, who belong to richer segments of the population. Second, various cost containment measures ought to be sought curbing the rising demand for medical through strengthening health education and increasing individual responsibility, and tightening the claim review process. Third, this study requires the Government to run a demonstration project on the introduction of case payment system for primary health care. Fourth introducing an income-related cost sharing scheme is another possibility. Reforming the cost sharing formula for large medical expenditures is recommendable for a beginning. This measure can take the form of tax credit for medical expenditures of the poor. Fifth, the degree of financial adjustment among health insurance plans should be levelled up for enhancing stability of RHIP and social solidarity. Sixth, health policy should be redirected toward development of rural health resources and higher priority should be put on relieving difficulties in access to care. Seventh. the insurance plan owned-hospital needs to be developed or provision of health services in the medically underserved areas, and the need of such facilities is particularly acute for geriatric care, rehabilitation and renal dialysis, etc. Eighth, more generous insurance benefits are required of the elderly who are suffering the most : elimination of the maximum 180 days of benefit period and provision of glasses and artificial dentures, etc. Ninth. the economies of scale principle is working for the operating expenses of regional self-employed insurance plan. Thus, measures should be instituted to pursue an optimum size of health insurance plans. Lastly, excessive dependence on exclusion items is an evil so that some radical remedies are urgently required to cut them.

학업성취도 향상을 위한 웹기반 학습과 동료 교수법의 혼합 모델 (A Blended Model of Web-based learning and Peer tutoring for improving the Scholastic achievements)

  • 컴퓨터 실습수업에서 웹기반 학습을 도입하여 효과적이라는 연구결과가 많이 있지만 웹기반 학습은 교수자와의 정의적 교류를 통한 인간적 피드백의 부족과 웹기반 학습에 적응하지 못하는 학습자가 발생할 수 있다는 문제점들이 있다. 본 논문에서는 수준별 학습을 위해 웹기반 학습을 도입하고, 웹기반 학습의 문제점 보완과 학자자간 학업성취도 격차를 좁히기 위해 동료교수법을 결합한 혼합학습의 효과를 밝혔다. 실험적인 목적을 위해 고등학교 학습자를 두 그룹으로 나누고, 엑셀 교수-학습 시스템을 개발하여 이를 두 그룹 모두에 적용해 웹기반 수준별 기본학습을 선행하도록 하였다. 선행학습 후 실습문제 해결을 위해 웹기반 학습과 동료교수법을 비교집단과 실험집단에 각각 적용하였다. SPSS에 의해 분석된 학업성취도 평가 결과는 웹기반 선행학습과 동료교수법을 결합한 혼합학습이 하업성취도 향상에 긍정적인 효과가 있었다는 것을 보여주었다. 특히 혼합학습을 적용한 실험집단의 중 하위권 학습자들이 학업성취도에 있어 많은 향상을 보이며 상위권 학습자들과 격차를 좁힌 것이 실험집단의 전체 학업성취도 향상에 주요원인으로 분석되었다.

청소년의 휴대폰 사용실태 및 휴대폰 중독 정도에 따른 또래관계의 질, 학교생할 부적응에 대한 연구 (A Study of Adolescents' Peer Relation and School Life Mal Adjustment According to Their Mobile Phone use and Addiction)

  • The present study purposed to examine adolescents' peer relation quality, and school life maladjustment according to the characteristic of their mobile phone use and their mobile phone addiction. The subjects of this study were 490 middle/high school students in Namyangju City. A survey was conducted using a self reporting questionnaire, and collected data were analyzed with SPSS 12.0. The results are as follows. First, mobile phone use was different according to gender, school year and the degree of mobile phone addiction. Second, the addiction group was 12.9% of the subjects, the dependent group was 52.7%, and the non addiction group and 34.5%. Third, in the addiction group, the negative factors of peer relation quality were significantly higher than the positive factors of peer relation quality. Fourth, in the addiction group, all the factors of school life maladjustment were significantly high. Fifth, school life maladjustment was higher when the degree of mobile phone addiction was high and when the negative factors of peer relation quality were high. This suggests the necessity for education on the right use of the mobile phone and mobile phone addiction treatment program; in order to improve adolescents' peer relation quality and ease their school life maladjustment. The results of this study are expected to be useful in developing effective interventions for adolescents' healthy growth.

청소년의 스마트폰 중독에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing Smartphone Addiction in Adolescents)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to verify the relationship among depression, school adjustment, parent-child bonding, parental control and smartphone addiction, and to identify factors which influence smartphone addiction in adolescents. Methods: A cross-sectional design was used, with a convenience sample of 183 middle school students from 3 middle schools. Data collection was conducted through self-report questionnaires from April to May, 2017. Data were analyzed using ${\chi}^2$ test, Fisher's exact test, t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation coefficient analysis, and binary logistic regression with SPSS Ver. 21.0. Results: The mean score for smartphone addiction was 29.40. Of the adolescents, 21.3% were in the smartphone addiction risk group. Logistic regression analysis showed that gender (OR=7.09, 95% Cl: 2.57~19.52), school life (OR=0.86, 95% Cl: 0.79~0.93), smartphone usage time (OR=1.32, 95% Cl: 1.04~1.66), and parental control (OR=4.70, 95% Cl: 1.04~21.29) were effect factors for the smartphone addiction risk group. Conclusion: Findings indicate that school satisfaction was an important factor in adolescents' smartphone addiction. Control oriented parent management of adolescents' smartphone use did not reduce the risk of smartphone addiction and may have worsen the addiction. Future research is needed to improve understanding of how teachers and parents will manage their adolescents' use of smartphones.

퍼지 RBF 네트워크의 학습 성능 개선 (Learning Performance Improvement of Fuzzy RBF Network)

  • 본 논문에서는 퍼지 RBF네트워크의 학습 성능을 개선하기 위하여 Delta-bar-Delta 알고리즘을 적용하여 학습률을 동적으로 조정하는 개선된 퍼지 RBF 네트워크를 제안한다. 제안된 학습 알고리즘은 일반화된 델타 학습 방법에 퍼지 C-Means 알고리즘을 결합한 방법으로, 중간층의 노드를 자가 생성하고 중간층과 출력층의 학습에는 일반화된 델타 학습 방법에 Delta-bar-Delta 알고리즘을 적용하여 학습률을 동적으로 조정하여 학습 성능을 개선한다. 제안된 RBF 네트워크의 학습 성능을 평가하기 위하여 컨테이너 영상에서 추출한 40개의 식별자를 학습 데이터로 적용한 결과, 기존의 ART2 기반 RBF 네트워크와 기존의 퍼지 RBF 네트워크 보다 학습 시간이 적게 소요되고, 학습의 수렴성이 개선된 것을 확인하였다.

간호사들의 교대근무가 식행동 및 건강관련요인에 미치는 영향 (The relationships between dietary behavior and health related factors according to shift work in nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the stress, dietary habits, dietary behaviors, and health-related behavior of nurses. Method: The subjects of this study were 161 nurses studying at a cyber university. The general characteristics, stress, dietary habits, dietary behaviors, and health-related behavior of the subjects were surveyed using a self-administered questionnaire in October, 2010. The subjects were divided into two groups according to the working pattern: shift workers (n = 110) and non-shift workers (n = 51). Results: In the general characteristics, there were significant differences in marriage, monthly income, employment type, and job satisfaction between the two groups. Total stress score did not differ significantly between the two groups. In dietary habits, significant differences in meal regularity, skipping meals, skipping reasons, having regular mealtimes, frequency of snack and the snack time between shift workers and non-shift workers (p<0.05). Total score of dietary behaviors in shift workers was significantly lower than that in non-shift workers (p<0.05). Score of shift workers in taking three meals per day regularly was significantly lower than that of non-shift workers. In health-related behavior, a significant difference in sleeping time was observed between shift workers and non-shift workers. Dietary behavior showed negative correlation with shift work (r = 0.176) and positive correlation with health consciousness (r = 0.210) and perceived health status (r = 0.198) in subjects after adjustment for age, marriage, monthly income, and employment type (p < 0.05). Multiple regression analysis revealed that shift work, health consciousness, and perceived health status affected dietary behavior in subjects. Conclusion: These results indicate that shift working nurses had poor dietary habits and dietary behaviors, and these dietary behaviors are affected by their shift work, health consciousness, and perceive health status.

웹을 기반으로 한 과학 보고서 수행 평가 시스템 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of Science Report Performance Evaluation System Based on the Web)

  • 현재 과학과 수행평가는 교사평가가 주를 이루고 있기 때문에 평가 결과의 피드백이 신속하게 이루어지지 못하고, 시 공간적 제약으로 인하여 동료평가가 거의 이루어지지 않는다. 또한 과학과 수행평가에서 주로 시행되는 보고서 수행평가의 경우 체계적인 형식 없이 실험관찰에 기록된 내용으로 평가되는 경우가 많다. 이러한 수행평가 방법은 수행 기준의 공유를 통한 성취의욕 향상, 평가결과의 즉각적인 피드백을 통한 자기조정이라는 수행평가의 기대에 부응하지 못할 수밖에 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 웹을 기반으로 동료학습자 간의 자료공유와 토의를 통해서 실험 및 조사 보고서를 완성하고 이를 동료평가, 교사평가에 활용하며 그 결과를 통해 학습자의 요구 수준을 파악하고 학습자에게 적절한 피드백을 제공하는 수행평가 시스템을 개발하였다.

ART-1 기반 퍼지 지도 학습 알고리즘 (ART1-based Fuzzy Supervised Learning Algorithm)

  • 다층 구조 신경망에서 널리 사용되는 오류 역전파 알고리즘은 초기 가중치와 불충분한 은닉층의 노드 수로 인하여 지역 최소화에 빠질 가능성이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 오류 역전파 알고리즘에서 은닉층의 노드 수를 설정하는 문제와 ART-1에서 경계 변수의 설정에 따라 인식률이 저하되는 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 ART-1과 퍼지 단층 지도 학습 알고리즘을 결합한 ATR-1 기반 퍼지 다층 지도 학습 알고리즘을 제안 한다. 자가 생성을 이용한 제안된 퍼지 지도 학습 알고리즘은 입력층에서 은닉층으로 노드를 생성시키는 방식은 ART-1을 적용하였고, 가중치 조정은 특정 패턴에 대한 저장 패턴을 수정하도록 하는 winner-take-all 방식을 적용하였다. 제안된 학습 방법의 성능을 평가하기 위하여 주민등록증 영상을 대상으로 실험한 결과, 기존의 오류 역전파 알고즘보다 연결 가중치들이 지역 최소화에 위치할 가능성이 줄었고 학습 속도 및 정체 현상도 개선되었다.

직장인의 만성질환 위험 요소별로 구성된 영양 교육의 효과 비교 연구 (Effects of Workplace Nutrition Education Program Tailored for the Individual Chronic Disease Risks)

  • The incidence of chronic disease is continuously increasing in Korea. Especially, office workers have higher risk of chronic disease because of their dietary habit and lifestyle. The study aimed to investigate the effect of tailored nutrition counseling on improving chronic disease risk factors. Ninety-nine male workers (age $46.9{\pm}7.0$ yrs) volunteered for 12 weeks of nutrition program containing dietary intake and physical activity adjustment. Five individualized programs were performed with the main theme of weight loss (WL, n = 16), blood pressure lowering (BL, n = 34), normalizing blood glucose (GL, n = 21), lipid lowering (LL, n = 13) and reducing MS risk factors (ML, n = 15). Anthropometric data, blood-pressure, self-reported questionnaire, blood profiles were measured before and after 12weeks of nutrition education. The education program included 5 times of 1:1 interview. Compared to 0 week, anthropometric data (weight, BMI, fat, visceral fat, waist, SBP, DBP) were significantly decreased after 12 weeks (p < 0.001). Fasting blood glucose and total cholesterol were decreased (p < 0.05). The primary outcomes with individually tailored programs showed to be more effective than one general nutrition program.
