무용교원자격 및 교과 제도 개선 방안 연구: 중등학교 정교사 자격 및 문화예술교육사 취득 사례를 중심으로 (A Study on Methods to Improve Qualification for Dance Teacher and Subject System: Focused on Cases of Acquiring Certificate for Secondary School Teacher and Arts & Culture Education Instructor)

  • 본 연구는 무용교원자격 취득 및 교과 운영에 관한 제도와 현황을 살펴보고 중등학교에서 무용을 가르치는 교원의 유형별 교원자격과 교과 제도의 개선 방안을 제안하기 위해 실행되었다. 학교무용교육이 교육과정 개정과 예술강사 지원사업 시행을 계기로 패러다임의 전환을 맞이한 가운데, 기존의 중등학교 정교사 2급(체육) 자격과 더불어 문화예술교육사 2급(무용) 자격이 신설되었고, 최근 중등학교 정교사 2급(무용) 자격자가 배출되고 있어 무용교원자격 전반에 관한 주목이 요청된다. 무용교사로서 중등교원자격을 취득하는 예비 교사들이 배출되는 시점을 맞아 기존의 중등학교 정교사 2급(체육) 자격과 문화예술교육사 2급(무용) 자격취득 제도와 방법을 문헌분석을 통해 살펴보았다. 다음으로 도구적 사례 연구 방법을 통해 중등교원자격 및 문화예술교육사 취득자 6명의 사례를 통해 주요 현안과 담론을 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 중등학교의 정교사로서 무용교원자격의 제도, 취득경로, 방법, 교과 제도의 개선을 위한 방안을 제안하였다.

중등예비수학교사의 학습보조교사 활동을 통한 반성과 변화 (Reflections and Changes Through Assistant Teacher Experience For Secondary Pre-service Mathematics Teachers)

  • 본 연구는 교원양성기관 프로그램에서 교육실습이 아닌 형태의 현장실습을 포함한 수업을 통한 중등예비수학교사의 반성과 그 변화에 대해 살펴보는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 정규 수학수업에서 학습보조교사 활동을 한 중등예비수학교사 2인을 대상으로 사례연구를 진행하였다. 2015년도 1학기 수업에 참여한 중등예비수학교사들의 학습보조교사 활동 보고서 및 간담회 등의 자료를 통해 반성내용을 분석하였다. 연구 결과 학습보조교사 활동을 한 중등예비수학교사의 반성내용은 교사, 학생, 교과내용, 자기 자신 순으로 많은 것으로 나타났고 시간이 지남에 따라 학생에 대한 반성이 증가하는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 중등예비수학교사가 참여한 수업의 형태에 따라 반성내용의 비율도 달라짐을 확인하였다.

중등교사의 개인 특성과 환경 특성이 교사효능감과 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Individual and Environmental Characteristics of Secondary-school Teachers on Teacher Efficacy and Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 중등학생의 융합교육 실행자인 중등교사의 개인특성, 환경특성이 교사효능감과 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 광주 전남 지역의 55개 중등학교 남녀 교사 696명을 대상으로 교사효능감과 직무만족도 검사 실시 후, 그 결과를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 교사효능감은 소명감, 교수학습, 동료관계, 학교조직의 4가지 요인으로, 직무만족도는 직무관계, 보상체계, 근무환경의 3가지 요인으로 구성되었다. 다변량 분석결과, 교사의 개인적 특성과 근무환경에 따라 교사효능감과 직무만족도에 의의 있는 차이가 있었다. 따라서 교사효능감과 직무만족도는 교사의 개인특성, 환경특성 등에 의해 형성되는 복합적인 요인으로 볼 수 있다. 중등교사의 교사효능감과 직무만족도 제고를 위해서는 개인특성과 환경특성을 모두 반영한 교사교육과 연수 프로그램 개발 등의 방안 마련이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

중등학교 초임교사의 장학에 대한 인식 (Novice Secondary School Teachers' Perceptions of Supervision)

  • A total of 725 questionnaires, collected from secondary teachers appointed within the recent three years in the Metro-Busan, were analyzed. According to the results, the novice teachers perceived that supervisory practice in school was helpful for them in the four areas; instructional method, guidance, class management and administrative work, except for human relations, and they felt the need for instructional supervision but the major hindrance to the practice was time constraint.

Secondary School Science Teachers' Perceptions of the Educational Programs Offered by Science Museums

  • This study examines secondary school science teachers' use of science museums in their teaching and their perception/evaluation/utilization of the educational programs in Korean science museums. We found that teachers do not use science museums in close connection with their formal education; therefore, the students' experiences usually are minimal or are personal experiences. The main reason for this infrequent use of science museums is not because of their insignificant educational effects, but because of the lack of external and administrative support systems. Science teachers want the museums to have structured/organized programs such as science camps or experiments and a lending program which would provide experimental equipment and exhibits relevant to the school science curriculum. 90% of teachers who answered the survey wanted to participate in developing and managing the educational programs of science museums. The educational programs would be used more effectively in relation to formal science learning if the science teachers, who are science education professionals, participated in managing and planning the educational programs of science museums.

중등학교 예비교사의 의생활 라이프스타일이 교사의복에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Secondary School Pre-service Teachers' Clothing Lifestyle on Attitude toward Teacher's Clothing)

  • 본 연구는 2019년 5월 중에 J 지역 예비교사 270명을 대상으로 설문지법에 의해 의생활 라이프스타일이 교사의복에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향을 파악함으로써 교직의복문화의 교육적 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 자료분석을 위하여 SPSS 24.0 Program을 이용하여 요인분석, Cronbach's α 신뢰도 계수, t검증, 일원변량분석과 Duncan의 다중비교검증, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 중등학교 예비교사의 의생활 라이프스타일은 패션유행지향, 의복중요성지향, 매력적 외모지향, 경제성지향 요인으로, 또한 교사의복에 대한 태도는 활동성, 유행성, 정숙성 요인으로 유형화되었다. 둘째, 중등학교 예비교사의 의생활 라이프스타일, 교사의복에 대한 태도는 인구통계학적 변인인 성별, 학년에 따라 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, Z세대인 중등학교 예비교사의 의생활 라이프스타일은 교사의복에 대한 태도에 영향을 주는 것을 알 수 있었다. 결론적으로, 이제까지의 교사의복에 대한 고정관념에서 벗어나 교사의 변화하는 라이프스타일에 따라 의복을 착용하고 교직을 수행하는 교직의복문화가 형성되어져야 하겠다.

중등학교 교사의 학급경영과 교실경영의 재개념화 연구 (The Study on the Reconceptualization of Homeroom Management and Classroom Management of Secondary School Teachers)

  • The purpose of this study is to reconceptualize the homeroom management and classroom management for secondary school teachers. The result of the study is as follows: First, the homeroom management that has been usually miss-presented as 'classroom management' in Korea is the concept comprizing the elements of homeroom management and those of teaching management together. Second is the re-conceptualization of classroom management. As the sub-concepts of classroom management, the homeroom (classroom) management and the teaching (classroom) management are also suggested. The classroom management is defined as 'the conduct or ability to accomplish the educational activities successfully'. Meanwhile, the homeroom (classroom) management is defined as 'the homeroom teacher's conduct or ability to successfully accomplish the educational activities for class students' and the teaching (classroom) management as 'the subject teacher's conduct or ability to successfully accomplish the educational activities for the class'. Therefore, the teachers are asked to have the ability for classroom management - that is, both the homeroom (classroom) management ability as the homeroom teachers and the teaching (classroom) management ability as the subject teachers. Based on the results, this study suggests some school policies such as the sharing of effective classroom management strategies through the change of teachers' culture and the improving of working environment for better concentration to the classroom management.

현직 교사들이 바라는 중등과학교사의 특성과 사전교사교육과정 (Characteristics of Good Science Teachers and Preservice Teacher Education Curriculum Percevied by Secondary Teachers)

  • Quality control of science teachers seems to be one of the most important tasks to improve the quality of science education in Korea. The purposes of this study, as a survey, were to identify characteristics of good science teachers and to make an outline of preservice teacher education curriculum for cultivating the characteristics from inserivce secondary science teachers. A questionnaire was developed for this study and distributed to 176 inservice teachers. It had three parts: 1) characteristics of good science teachers, 2) weights of preservice curriclum areas, and 3) weights of college courses. The means and standard deviations of teachers' responses were calculated. To test the differences between teacher variables, t-tests were executed. The inservice teachers perceived that the junior-high school teacher's characteristics should be different from the senior-high school teacher's. Characteristics, such as enthusiasm toward teaching or students, subject knowledge, content selection and organizing skill, teaching techniques, and scientific worldview were ranked within top five of good science teacher's chracteristics. The teachers' perception about preservice curriculum were as follows: 1) present weight of liberal arts area should be reduced: 2) weight of content area for junior-high school teachers should be different from that for senior-high school teachers: 3) present weight of pedagogy area should be increased: 4) present weight of science education area should be increased: and 5) many courses in pedagogy and sciencd education areas need to be changed, Based on the data and disussion, a conceptual model for preservice teacher education curriculum was proposed.

공학 연구기관을 활용한 교사 연수가 초·중등학교 교사들의 공학에 대한 인식에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Teacher Training Program using Engineering Research Institutions on Elementary and Secondary School Teachers' Recognition about Engineering)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the change of perceptions and images of teachers about engineering, according to practical training in laboratories of engineering research institutes. For this purpose, 149 elementary and secondary school teachers were surveyed before and after visiting the engineering research institutes and examined the perception of engineers and engineering. Through this teacher training program, perceptions and images of most teachers are changed positively and they can understand practically about engineering, and related fields. The results of this study can be used as basic data for the development, operation, and expansion of teacher training using advanced science and technology research institutes with excellent human and material resources.

중등학교 교사의 학교조직문화에 대한 인식 분석 (An Analysis of Teacher's Perceptions on School Organizational Culture in Secondary School)

  • The principal purpose of this study is to analyze school organizational culture in secondary school in Busan. This study measures background variables such as gender, teaching experience, classification of school, grade of school, and scale of school. The results of the study are as follows : First, to see the difference on the perception of organizational culture depending on gender, female teachers have a stronger sense of professionalism, community spirit and consideration than male teachers. Second, to see the difference on the perception of organizational culture in terms of teaching experience, teachers who have more than 21 years of teaching experience have a more positive perception on decision-making and consideration than those who have 11~20 years of teaching experience. Third, to see the difference on the perception of organizational culture according to classification of school, public schools have a more positive perception on every item such as professionalism, decision-making, community spirit, and consideration than private school. Fourth, to see the difference on the perception of organizational culture in terms of classification of schools, secondary schools have a more positive perception on professionalism and community spirit than high schools. Lastly, as it is seen in the difference on the perception of organizational culture depending on scale of school, schools which have 13~35 classes have a more positive perception on professionalism than others.
