Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze and synthesize the literature on intimate partner violence (IPV) against women in South Korea. Methods: Whittemore and Knafl's integrative review method was used. Studies in English and Korean were searched in seven electronic databases using the following combination of terms: "Korea," "females or women or girls," "intimate partner violence or domestic violence or domestic abuse." Results: Twenty-five studies were ultimately selected, all of which met the quality appraisal criteria with a grade of medium or higher, using Gough's weight of evidence. IPV was divided into marital violence and dating violence. Factors related to IPV were classified into intrapersonal, interpersonal, and social factors, and these three factors were linked together. Intrapersonal factors included general characteristics, perceptions, attitudes, psychological factors, and violent experiences. Interpersonal factors involved relationships with parents and partners. Finally, social factors and attributes were integrated into social support and influences on life. Conclusion: In order to minimize and prevent harm to women from IPV when caring for women who experienced IPV, multiple factors should be considered. Specifically, general and psychological characteristics, perceptions and attitudes toward IPV, relationships with families and partners, and available social support systems and resources should be considered. Moreover, these findings will be helpful for assessing women or providing interventions for victims of violence. Finally, more diverse IPV studies should be conducted by nurses in the future.

Dong-Eui-Bo-Gam is a general medical literature, writing by Korea physician Xujun, who makes reference of Chinese medical literatures, Taoist literatures, historical records, Confucian literatures and so forth prior Ming Dynasty. It coveres many fields, such as medical theory, etiology, pulse theory, herb, prescription, internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, pediatrics, acupuncture, regimen, YunQi and so forth. Dong-Eui-Bo-Gam combines medical science and many others, using clustering arrangements, fully reflects Xujun's academic thoughts, and his rich clinical experiences.

Purpose: The two (SCOPUS and SSCI) are the most reputed indexing databases in the world for social science area, and hence the most preferred by majority of researchers in filling the academia niche that may exist on any research topic This study aims to determine five key strategic tactics that the JIDB (Journal of Industrial Distribution & Business) can use to be indexed by SCOPUS and SSCI, following five main measures as discussed in main texts. Research design, data and methodology: The literature analysis which was selected by this study is appropriate to find out useful texts dataset and this analysis provides adequate evidence for previous literature collection. Results: From the current literature analysis, this study suggests five strategic tactics for JIDB to be a journal indexed in SCOPUS and SSCI. The five tactics are follows: (1) Understanding the Selection Process, (2) Content and Relevance, (3) Finding a Niche Technical Standards, (4) Clarity in Formatting and Structure, and (5) Citations and Publication Considerations. Conclusions: This study concludes that the five discussed tactics are all imperative in aiding the research and if JIDB follows all the select strategies, it will be bound to succeed for indexing in the two databases.

본 연구는 과학 교사 전문성에 관한 경험적인 연구들에서 사용하고 있는 연구 방법들에 대해 정성적으로 고찰해 보는 문헌 연구이다. 관련 문헌을 검토하여 기존 연구들이 교사의 전문성에 관하여 공유하고 있는 기본적인 관점이 무엇인지 기술하였다. 다음으로 그동안의 연구들에서 사용되었던 방법들을 네 가지로 유형화하고, 각각의 특징을 실제 연구 사례를 중심으로 논의하였다. 이때 분류된 연구 방법들의 유형은 질문지 또는 면담법, 시각적 표상을 이용한 방법, 수업 관찰 및 담화 분석, 그리고 내러티브 탐구이다. 이러한 방법론적인 고찰을 통해 과학 교사 전문성에 관한 앞으로의 연구에서 고려해야 할 점들과 새롭게 시도해 볼 필요가 있는 연구 방법들을 제안하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the current status of obesity intervention programs, and its effects on endothelium function in adolescents. Method: This was a descriptive research study, that investigated domestic and international literature 2009-2018. Using databases inside and outside of Korea to search for 'adolescent', 'obese adolescent', 'exercise', 'program', or 'intervention', and 'endothelium function', a total of 14 literature have been selected for 6 domestic research and 8 international research, excluding overlapping, case studies, literature reviews, and unrelated studies. Results: Interventions for enhancing endothelium function were exercise program, diet, vitamin D3 treatment, and Orlistat intake relative to international research, and combined exercise and purple sweet potato intake, in most domestic research. Dependent variables included FMD, RHI, NMD, EPCs, and EMPs, for measuring endothelium function in international research, and PWV, FMD and RHI, in domestic research. Conclusion: Results of this study confirmed that application of obese intervention programs, may improve endothelium function in adolescents. Further studies are required, to develop nursing intervention, that would enhance endothelium function in adolescents.

최근 우리사회가 급격히 다문화사회로 변모하고 있는 상황을 고려할 때, 국내거주 이주민들 의 출신국가에서 생산된 자료의 입수와 제공은 도서관의 다문화 서비스에 있어 매우 중요한 의미를 가진다. 하지만, 비체계적인 자료입수 방법과 해당 국가의 열악한 출판 및 유통 환경 등으로 인해 다문화 서비스를 고려하고 있는 일부 도서관들은 다문화자료의 입수에 상당한 애로를 겪고 있는 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 국내외 공공도서관과 대학도서관들의 다문화, 지역학, 어문학 관련 자료입수 경험을 바탕으로 하여 다문화자료의 효과적인 입수를 위한 몇 가지 방안들을 제시하였다.

한국의 어린이도서는 세계 출판시장에서 문화상품으로서의 가치를 인정받고 있다. 국외에 소개되고 있는 한국 어린이도서의 출판 현황을 분석한 결과 중국에서는 어린이 학습용의 지식정보 그림책, 일본과 프랑스에서는 한국적 정서와 전통 문화를 다룬 전통문화 그림책이 중심을 이루고 있다. 특히 프랑스는 다양한 장르와 테마를 다룬 판타지 그림책과 어린이문학의 경계를 확장한 다양한 시도의 작품들을 소개하고 있다. 도서관계는 이러한 현상을 기반으로 어린이그림책의 독서콘텐츠로의 역할은 물론 우수한 문화콘텐츠로서의 역할과 확대 방안 등을 검토 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

Purpose - Corporate activities for enhancing and improving corporate performance can largely be divided into exploration and exploitation. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of implementing organizational ambidexterity in SMEs, including distribution firms, by reviewing the extant literature and deriving the basis on which this strategy affects the managerial performance. Research, design, and methodology - The study uses a systematic review methodology, which employs a structured process to discern trends and meaningful themes across a wide body of literature on specific subjects and research questions. This qualitative study examined the influence of ambidextrous strategies of SMEs on firm performance, and the results were synthesized from the literature. Results - Organizational ambidexterity in SMEs is related to the firm's managerial performance. However, it is crucial to know that there are many ways to generate an ambidextrous organization, and decisions about what method to choose should be based on the environmental aspects of the enterprise. Conclusions - The following aspects should be considered for execution; : making practical decisions based on accurate information about the resources the firm has, considering the organizational level of human resources for implementing organizational ambidexterity, and sharing specific performance goals.

Purpose: As the need to transition into the distribution of cleaner energy has garnered corporate and scholarly interests, this study aims to track the research trends in sustainable energy supply chains for five years before 2021. Research methodology: This study was conducted by a bibliometric literature review and analysis to map the field's evolution between 2016 and 2020. Out of an initial title search result of 2,484 papers from the Scopus engine, filtering led to 180 documents obtained. The data was exported in excel format (CSV) to VOSviewer software to generate and analyze network visualization of sustainable energy supply chain trends. Results: The results revealed China's the highest publishing country, with 36 research papers. The Journal of Cleaner Production was the top publishing source, with 22 papers per year. These findings showed five clusters formed in the bibliographic coupling of countries. Circular Economy and Green Supply Chain Management represent the current hot topics. Research gaps identified in the field included limited cross-industry testing and modifying sustainable supply chain models. Conclusion: This paper contributes to the sustainability literature on supply chains by providing an overview of trends and research directions for scholars' and practitioners' consideration in future research.

Purpose: The primary objective of the present study is to investigate the contribution of retail beauty workers toward improving 'Green Supply Chain Management' (GSCM) within the beauty sector, and to address the following research inquiry: What are the responsibilities and contributions of retail beauty workers in the promotion and implementation of GSCM practices within the beauty industry? Research design, data, and methodology: The research methodology for this study was employed in investigating the current literature dataset and conducting qualitative literature analysis (Peer-reviewed journal articles and books). This study provides a comprehensive account of the data collection procedure and clear process employed for data analysis. Results: According to the qualitative textual analysis based on comprehensive literature analysis, the crucial aspects of retail beauty workers' contribution to enhancing GSCM within the beauty industry are following: (1) Promote green products, (2) provide green customer education, (3) Provision of environmental friendly services, and (4) Involvement in reducing green waste. Conclusions: All in all, through this process, four distinct roles were identified, which retail beauty workers can assume to facilitate the implementation of GSCM practices. This entails effectively advocating for environmental friendly products to customers by showcasing their value, attractiveness, and appropriateness in meeting customers' requirements and preferences.
