Maximum and minimum have a historical background in mathematics and occupy an important part of the differential unit in school mathematics. As the curriculum is revised, there are changes and problems in the way definition introduced. Therefore, this study analyzes the changes in the method of introducing maximum and minimum definitions following the reorganization of the 2007 and 2009 revised mathematics curriculum, and analyzes the differences in maximum and minimum definition methods compared to the nine mathematics II textbooks in the 2015 revised mathematics curriculum and three real analysis. In addition, methods to improve the terms used in relation to the maximum and minimum values are presented.

이 연구에서는 중등 교사들이 수학수업에서 그래핑 계산기를 활용하는 것에 대하여 어떻게 생각하며 또 실제로 활용하는지의 여부를 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위하여서 중등 수학교사 32명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여서 얻은 응답을 분석하였다. 교사들은 수업에서 그래핑 계산기를 거의 활용하지 않으며 동시에 수학 수업에서의 그래핑 계산기 활용 경험이 매우 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 교사들은 대체로 수학 수업에서의 그래핑 계산기 사용에 관하여 부정적인 신념을 가지고 있는 것으로 드러났다.

This paper studies the generalized fifth-order KdV equation with variable coefficients using Lie symmetry methods.Lie group classification with respect to the time dependent coefficients is performed. Then we get the similarity reductions using the symmetry and give some exact solutions.

This paper proposes a new generalized iterative method (SSOR-like method) for solving augmented system. A functional equation relating two involved parameters is obtained, and some convergence conditions for this method are derived. This paper generalizes some foregone results. Numerical examples show that, this method is efficient by suitable choices of the involved parameters.
