The survey response results for 193 participants in marriage enrichment programs were analyzed with the statistics analysis application IBM SPSS 20.0. The findings of this study are as follows. An examination of relative influence of participation motivation and education satisfaction with the positive behavioral intention of participants in marriage enrichment programs indicated that internal motivation had a positive influence on education satisfaction, external motivation had a negative influence on satisfaction for facility environment and satisfaction with employee service, and motivation had positive influence only on facility environment. An examination of the influence of participation motivation and education satisfaction with the positive behavioral intention of the participants in marriage enrichment programs indicated that internal motivation and external motivation had a high positive influence on positive behavioral intention. However, motivation did not have a significant influence on behavior after participation. This study identifies meaningful factors that influence relationship switching intention and multi-channel use intention for department store customers. Two types of commitment (affective and calculative commitment) are proposed as mediators between satisfaction and behavioral intention. A web-based survey collected fashion product data from consumers who had a relationship with a department store. A total of 150 responses were analyzed by frequency analysis and reliability analysis, CFA, and SEM analysis with SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. Department store attributes were composed of four factors (product, salespersons, facilities and place, and price and promotion). Department store satisfaction was specified as a second order latent construct which was reflected in the satisfaction with the four department store attributes. Department store satisfaction had a significant negative influence on calculative commitment and a positive effect on affective commitment. Calculative commitment affected switching intention and affective commitment determined multichannel use intention. This study has implications for retail marketers that target fashion consumers and academics who research consumer behavior in retail settings. The most important result is that the affective commitment and the calculative commitment serve different functions. Department store managers need to make an increased effort to instigate an affective customer commitment in order to reduce switching intention.

According to the results, sanitation and environment satisfaction degrees of contract-managed college food services were higher than those of self-operated food services. The satisfaction degrees with service were also higher in contract-managed food services than self-operated food services except the category of quick food delivery. In all categories comprising the food service satisfaction, the satisfaction degrees were lower in female students than in male students. There were more negative self-perceived clinical symptoms in female students than male students. The higher the negative self-perceived clinical symptoms scores were, the lower the satisfaction degrees with food service were, which suggests that かe health state of students was one of the factors that influenced college food service satisfaction. There was no difference between contract-managed and self-operated food services in terms of satisfaction with overall food taste and overall satisfaction degree. The average satisfaction degree for the contractmanaged food services in terms of price relative to food quality was lower than that for self-operated food services. According to stepwise multiple regression analysis, 'overall food taste', 'price relative to quality', 'kindness of employees', 'coping with proposed opinions' and 'quicknless of food delivery' in decreasing order, were the most relatively important attributes for overall satisfaction. There should be further studies on important management factors to improve satisfaction with sanitary, environment and service by self-operated college food service.
