  • The main purpose of the study is to reduce the accident death rate in the construction industry. To achieve this goal, the safety planning tasks were analyzed and assessed in terms of the importance and preventive effects of the tasks. Through the extensive literature reviews, the safety planning tasks were identified and reviewed by safety managers. Based on the data collected, a survey was conducted in order to receive responses by experts with knowledge on the effects and importance of preventive measures for safety. Then, the IPA method was employed to identify the safety manager's tasks that have an effect on performance indicators. The effective safety tasks identified are expected to have a critical role in reducing the accident death rate in the construction industry.

  • 최근 4차 산업 시대의 흐름에 따라 건설공사에서는 최첨단 기술의 적용으로 나날이 발전하고 있는데 반해, 건설현장에서는 지속적인 안전사고가 발생하고 있다. 본 연구의 주목적은 안전관리자 계획단계에서 수행되는 업무들의 중요도와 예방효과를 전문가 의견을 통한 IPA 분석을 활용하여 상관관계를 도출하고 안전관리에 기여할 수 있는 주요 안전 계획 업무와 개선이 필요한 업무를 파악함으로써, 궁극적으로 건설안전재해사고 발생을 줄이는 데 있다.

  • The construction industry remains serious accidents, injuries, and fatalities due to it's unique, dynamic, and temporary nature. On workplace sites, Safety pre-task planning is one of the efforts to minimize injuries and help construction personnel to identify potential hazards. However, the working conditions are complicated. Many activities, including tasks or job steps, are executing at the same time and place. It may lead to an increase in the risks from simultaneous tasks. This paper contributes to addressing this issue by introducing a safety risk interaction analyzing framework. To accomplish this objective, accident reports of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) are investigated. The pairs of task incompatibility, which have time-space conflicts and lead to incidents, are found. Ontology technology is applied to build the risk database, in which the information is acquired, structuralized. The proposed system is expected to improve pre-task planning efficiency and relieve the burdens encountered by safety managers. A user scenario is also discussed to demonstrate how the ontology supports pre-task planning in practice.

  • 본 연구의 주목적은 공동주택 설비 계획 단계에서 수행되는 업무들을 파악하고 성과지표에 영향을 줄 수 있는 주요 계획업무를 분석하여 프로젝트의 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 계획업무의 성과지표에 대한 영향 분석을 위하여 설비공사의 계획업무를 크게 5개의 주요업무로 구분하고 각각을 공정계획(P1~P6), 시공계획(C1~C5), 환경관리계획(E1~E4), 품질관리계획(Q1~Q5), 안전관리계획(S1~S5)으로 명명하고, 각각의 주요 업무를 세분화 시켜 총 25개의 세부 계획업무로 분류하여 원가에 대한 영향을 분석하기 위해 independent t-test를 실시하였다. 각각의 주요 업무를 세분화 시켜 총 25개의 세부 계획업무로 분류하여 원가에 대한 영향을 분석하기 위해 independent t-test를 실시하였다. 프로젝트 목표 달성에 따른 중요도를 비교하여 유의도 0.05 이하에 대해 원가뿐만 아니라 공기의 성과지표에 공통적으로 영향을 미치는 구체적인 중요 공사의 계획업무를 파악하였다.

  • 최근 건설현장에서의 안전사고는 근로자의 생명을 위협하는 중대한 사고로 이어질 수 있는 만큼 안전관리업무를 담당하는 안전관리자의 역할이 대두대고 있다. 그러나 현행 건설업 안전관리에 있어 안전 관리자는 1인당 담당하는 업무량이 과도하게 많고, 비효율적인 안전업무들로 인해 업무내용 개선 및 간략화가 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구의 주목적은 안전 관리자 계획단계에서 수행되는 업무들의 난이도와 예방효과를 전문가 의견을 통해 2×2 Matrix 분석 기법을 활용하여 상관관계를 도출하고 불필요한 업무의 간략화와 업무 개선이 필요한 부분을 파악함으로써, 궁극적으로 건설안전재해사고 발생을 줄이는 데 있다.

  • The main purpose of this study is to analyze the importance of the construction work of apartment buildings. The construction work operation was divided into five major tasks, which include: Schedule Control (P'1 - P5) Construction Management (C'1 - C'5), Environmental Management (E'1 - E'3), and Quality Management. Finally, this study derived major construction execution tasks through correlation between construction work and the original index and t-test.

  • The purpose of this study was to define the job description for food safety specialist, and to describe the duties and tasks of the job based on the detailed analysis of specific food safety work performed by dietitians. The job analysis was 8 professional panels and a Developing A Curriculum(DACUM) facilitator. The research was done in order to fully define the task element, process, and sequence of a food specialist and was completed by DACUM analysis. The job definition of food safety specialist is one who manages food safety through analysis, safety evaluation, inspection, and hazard blocking in all processes related to the purchase, distribution, storage, manufacture, and marketing of foods and food materials. The job description on the DACUM research chart for food safety specialist contained 7 duties and 79 tasks. Its duties were defined as the specific and independent work of a food safety specialist, and were composed of 7 duties, i.e. hazard analysis of foods and related affairs, safety evaluation of purchased food materials, safety management of food/food materials distribution/storage, safety management of food manufacture, safety examination of food marketing, administration affairs on food safety, and self-development. For the future, this study suggests a curriculum, that shall be basis of program planning and food safety operation for subjects within many schools.

  • To verify the suitability of the Railroad safety requirements analysis, the actions of the function which it follows in a given operation condition are composed of the rule model or the state model. And it test must be possible. The subject of condition transfer in compliance with the transfer condition which is an event of system it will be able to accomplish the operation of system. However, tasks allocated to the actor are the duty which is added in organization. This time, the start of duty task is started in compliance with an external or internal condition. If there are 9 tasks which have one objective, the relationship among the previous and the current internal tasks and next tasks which will given is able to show in logical model. Thus when planning an organization, the integral part of class must include Task, Role and Position. And this time we make a series of outputs of examination of organizing model and examples to meet the capable skill.

QI전담자의 주요 업무 및 역할 규명 (The Task and Role of the Quality Improvement Facilitator)

  • Objectives: To outline overall duties of quality improvement (QI) performers within a health care organization, thus describing their key tasks, including task element-related frequency, importance and difficulty in enough detail. Methods: A DACUM (Developing A CurriculUM) workshop took place to outline overall job activities of QI performers. To examine the scope of their duty and task, we performed a questionnaire survey of 338 QI performers from 111 hospitals. Results: The results of our survey showed that for the task assigned to each QI performer, there were 10 duties, 31 tasks and 119 task elements. Respondents cited a project planning as the most frequent/important duty, and a research was the highest level of difficulty in their duty. They also said that the most frequent task was index management, the most important task was a business plan, and the highest level of difficulty was a practical application of QI research. QI performers added that the most frequent task element was receipt of patient safety reporting in patient safety system, the most important task element was an analysis for patient safety and its improvement, and the highest level of difficulty was a regional influence analysis related to the patient safety and its improvement. Conclusion: To ensure that QI performers play a pivotal role as a manager to better improve patient safety and the quality of health care services, proper training program for them should be developed by reflecting the results of our study.
