Unknowingly, the relationship between IT departments and their internal customers becomes that of client-supplier based on the mechanisms of marketing and competition. In addition, due to enhanced focus on the customer in the planning, development, and delivery of information service, IT service management(ITSM) has become increasingly important. These days IT management is focusing particularly on the 'de-facto' standard ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) for implementing ITSM. It is linked as a part of CobiT’s 'deliver and support' domain, which is a framework of IT governance, and ISO/IEC 20000 is a unique international certification standards on the ITSM. This paper proposes the strategy and procedure for ITSM implementation based on ITIL with consideration of IT governance structure for manufacturing industries. It also presents a case study to share the lessons learned and results of an ITSM project.

As global trade system transferred GATT into WTO, the harmonization of technological standards, certification, construction, testing is the trend of world. This drift is based on WTO / TBT agreement coming. In effect after 12th, April, 1979. For Korea, the distribution system has a strong resemblance to American system so that engineers are confused in adopting standards. IEC60364 and NEC are in part similar but unconvertible because IEC 60364 originated from Europe while NEC originated from USA. This thesis deals with the fundamental elements of electrical safety system with comparing IEC 60364 with NEC. It serves as a guide how to apply standards when engineers select electrical installations.

Increasing the outsourcing of personal information treatment, the safe management and director for fiduciary is very important. In this paper, under the personal information protection management systems the current situation of fiduciary management and direction was reviewed and the certification system was analysed in terms of availability of the controled items. Under the basis of legal compliance at the time of the Privacy Act, the characteristics of outsourcing type was also analyzed and derived new controled items. As a result of the proposed research, new controled items for fiduciary could be used as a standard for the managing Director.

GCM(Green Chain Management) is being spread by that companies which apply with eco-friendly concept in entire SCM(Supply Chain Management) perspective is being increased for resolving some recent environmental problems. There are reasons that numerous companies focus on GCM. At first various governments began to directly manage components and material contents about various noxious substances. Second, environment problem management in the entire logistics process from procurement of product materials to distribution of product became to be important according to introduction of certification system that evaluate the environmental impact throughout life-cycle of products. Purposes of this paper are 1) to analyze the GCM process whose important is more increasing in the recent logistics environment change, 2) to comprehend places and sources that generate environmental elements like energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions in elements of logistics function, and 3) to construct integrated GCM system for observing activity of logistics function throughout life-cycle of products.

The purpose of this study is to help domestic aquaculture farm by improved evaluation method. First, We analyzed evaluation method of domestic aquaculture certification, the greater retailer's supplier and global standard. Next, By using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), We found priority and importance between criteria of SQF(Safety Quality Food) standard which is appled to alternative model for aquaculture evaluation. As a result is presented as follows: regarding pairwise comparison between System Element module and Good Aquaculture Practice(GAP) module, GAP is recognized to be more important than System Element. The highest priority criteria is presented 'Purchase and Use of Medications, Aquaculture Feeds and Aquaculture Chemicals.' Next, 'Management commitment', 'Attaining Food Safety', 'Location and Layout of Structures and Vessels', 'Stock Identification and Traceability are recognized high position. This study has major implications for research into development of evaluation method.

The main purpose of this study is to design and develop the grid connected 4kW photovoltatic PCS(Power Conditioning System) targeting for Japanese market. To make this task, the development of DC to DC converter, one phase inverter and EMI filters, and the research on connection between inverter and utility line are made. The developed 4kW PCS has fully carried out performance verifications and evaluation works and acquired the JET(Japan Electrical Safety & Environment Technology Laboratories) certification for safety and performance.

Partial discharge pulse shapes from variable PD (partial discharge) sources sustain many characteristics such as types of PD. Ultra high frequency antennas have wide bandwidth from 30KHz to 2㎓. Therefore, signals taken from a UHF antenna have important attributes (rising time, falling time, shape factor, etc.) for electromagnetic sources, such as PD sources. We investigated PD pulse shapes from several PD sources using a UHF antenna and the results were used for classification of PD sources. Features for discrimination are extracted from frequency distribution and LPC (Linear Prediction Coefficient) of time signal. RBFN are used for investigating the possibility of classification of multi-PD sources.

The purpose of this study is to present HACCP management method for improving customer satisfaction in bakery industry. As a study method, literature review on HACCP and customer satisfaction and developing questionnaires through model design were done. Then, a survey was done to 209 customers who had experiences of visiting small size bakeries in Seoul or the national capital region. It was then statistically analyzed and examined. In conclusion, even though the respondents showed positive expectation that the certification of HACCP will have an effect on the factors of customer satisfaction like brand image, quality of product and service, facility and physical environment and so on, but as we proved in the course of study model's hypothesis confirmation, actually, current promoting efforts and strategies of the government or related institutions to spread recognition of HACCP don't have an meaningful effect on the factors of customer satisfaction.

국내의 많은 기업들은 품질경영시스템인 ISO 9000 시리즈와 식스시그마 등 기업의 품질 및 제품에 대한 품질을 높이기 위해 품질관리, 품질경영에 많은 시간과 비용을 들여왔다. 하지만 품질인증제도와는 달리 제품의 신뢰성에 관한 경영시스템인증을 받으려고 하는 기업은 거의 없는 실정이다. 부품 소재나 제품의 신뢰성을 확보하기 위한 방안으로써 신뢰성경영시스템에 대한 인증은 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 신뢰성 관련 기법들을 표준화하고, 효율적인 경영시스템을 도입하여 운영하고, 여기에 세계적으로 통용되는 기술체계를 도입하여 기업의 신뢰성경영시스템을 발전시킨다면 우리산업이 당면한 수출 경쟁력 확보 등의 현안문제 해결에도 도움이 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 신뢰성 경영시스템 인증제도 수립에 있어 국제 표준인 신뢰성경영시스템 IEC 60300에 대해 소개하고, 신뢰성 경영시스템 평가방법을 활용한 MIR기법과 AHP기법을 분석 비교하고, 개선방향을 제시하고자 한다.

The conformity of propulsion system need to be evaluated thorough the flight test because it is an important part of the airplane to ensure the flight safety. In the small airplane development, the flight test according to KAS(Korean Airworthiness Standards) Part 23 is one of the ways to verify compliance in terms of satisfactory aircraft/engine/propeller integration. This thesis introduces means of verifying the compliance and test requirement of KAS Part 23 for the conformity of the propulsion system in small airplane. It also describes procedures and methods of propulsion system flight test through KC-100 airplane project.
