Purpose - The concept of lifetime job has disappeared, and men are interested in business foundation to work continuously with similar jobs. The value of business foundation is thought to be important in accordance with the viewpoint of society, government, individuals and family. Research design, data, and methodology - The economic exchange between South Korea and China has been expanded, and they are likely to play an important role in entry into China by business foundation in accordance with economic exchange between the two countries. As Korean residents inflow overseas, small businessmen business foundation shall be given attention scientifically and Korean Chinese business foundation shall be given attention as well. Results - The study investigated the effects on psychological characteristics and small business foundation motives upon business foundation will by using models. Self-efficacy and self achievement had positive influence upon small business foundation of Korean Chinese. The use of control variable had explanatory power (29.6%). Conclusions - The findings would help the government's small business foundation system to promote small business foundation and to be a guide for expansion in Korean Chinese's small business markets. An education program should be developed to strengthen Korean Chinese's self efficacy considering psychological characteristics.

It makes study on the medical treatment and efficacy of Colostral milk. It based on the established treatises and books, in order to studying about the literature of colostral milk. It makes a through study on the medical treatment mechanism and efficacy of colostral milk, the results as fllows. 1. Colostral milk is some special things for baby newborn, and the other men and women of course. It is low in fat, and high in carbohydrates, protein, and antibodies to help keep your body healthy. Colostral milk is easy to digest, and it is low in volume, but high in concentrated nutrition for the newborn and men and women. 2. Colostral milk provides some of living cells which will defend babies against many harmful agents. The immune factors is much higher in colostral milk than in nature milk. Colostral milk works as a vaccine. It contains some quantities of an antibody called secretory immunoglobulin A Which is a important substance to the baby and men, 3. Colostral milk has a role to play in the baby's gastrointestinal tract. A newborn's intestines are permeable. The colostral milk makes the gastrointestinal tract in general. In addition, colostral milk contains a lot of leukocytes.

While earlier research reports focused on Internet addiction among adolescents, this research examines the direct/indirect impact of socio-psychological variables like stress level, self-consciousness (self-esteem, self-control, and self-efficacy), and Internet use control on Internet addiction among adults. The fact that 62.4% of survey respondents were diagnosed as Internet addicts demonstrates that this concern about Internet addiction among adults is valid. This research, first, shows the direct impact of socio-psychological variables on Internet addiction. Low self-esteem, low self-control, high self-efficacy, high levels of stress, and high Internet-use control lead to a severe level of Internet addiction. Second, self-consciousness variables mediate the impact of stress on the addiction, but the mediating role is not so significant as the direct impact. Internet-use control plays as a partial moderator between self-esteem, self-control and addiction. Internet-use control is a useful measure for Internet addition at work. In addition, businesses may take personality, as well as environmental conditions, and organizational management process into account to minimize the impact of the addiction.

Considered as the "new normal" mode of learning, BL has become popular in recent years especially in University education. BL is defined as a learning approach that combines e-learning and face-to-face classroom learning. BL allows for more interactive and reflective learning environment resulting in enhancing learner-directed learning. The adoption of BL in university has made it significant to probe the crucial determinants that would entice instructors and learners to use BL and enhance learning satisfaction. The primary purpose of this study is to investigate the affecting factors of the satisfaction of BL in universities in terms of leaner's aspects. Learner's role is very important in BL, because learner should self-directed study for effective performance and satisfaction in BL environment. Based on prior studies motivation, self-efficacy, and educational expectancy were identified as affecting factors of satisfaction in BL. According to the result of multiple regression, all factors(motivation, self-efficacy, and educational expectancy) were found to be significantly related to the learner's satisfaction in BL. It can provide practical guideline on effective operation strategy for BL in universities.

This study discusses the relationships among work-family conflict, workers' individual engagement and self-efficacy. The empirical analysis shows that work-life conflict has a great importance on workers' individual engagement. The results highlight the role of work-family conflict in helping to enhance the workers' individual engagement. This study contributes to the work-family conflict in literature by reporting the findings of empirical research, which examine the attitudes relating work-family conflict. It is identified in the study that the substantial impact of work-family conflict on workers' individual engagement is crucial, and the policy implications for employers suggested.

Background: Various factors can alter the efficacy of acupuncture treatment, such as the location of points, manipulations, depth of insertion, needle retention time, and needle type. In this study, the effect of needle diameter on the efficacy of acupuncture treatment was quantitatively evaluated. Methods: Five acupuncture needles of different diameters used in clinical practice were compared. Force on the porcine tissue phantom was measured using a sensor. Lifting-thrusting and twisting-rotating movements were performed using a needle insertion-measurement system. After repeated measurements, force magnitude was calculated and compared. Following this, we correlated needle diameter and force magnitude during lifting-thrusting and twisting-rotating movements. Results: The force magnitude was significantly altered between needle diameters during lifting-thrusting movements, as shown by a significant positive correlation between needle diameter and force magnitude. In contrast, there was no difference in force magnitude with different needle diameters during twisting-rotating movements. Conclusion: Needle diameter can significantly affect stimuli and force magnitude dependent upon the type of manipulation. Research into the effect of other needle type characteristics and stimulation method is necessary to fully elucidate the role of acupuncture needle choice in treatment efficacy.

This paper explores the efficacy on enforcing empowerment for the beginner special education teachers' adaptation of teaching life. Empowerment is widespread public concern regarding the role of the teacher in decision made in the operation of schools. Therefore what is discussed to be definition, a central component and strategies of empowerment based upon the through literature review. Empowerment is defined in terms of teachers power to participate in decision making about teaching and learning condition, especially is related to disabilities. And Empowerment has six components, decision making, professional growth, status, self-efficacy, autonomy, and impact. When novice teachers in special education utilize self-empowerment strategy, they have the opportunities for greater status and increasing power.Finally, empowerment is at the heart of special education teachers' adaptation of teaching life. It is suggested that follow-up studies should be conducted to develop indicator for assessing what teachers in special education perceived their empowerment in overall work. Also higher education program must address this issue in pre-service training of administrators and teachers in special education.

Objectives: This study investigated the effect of mentoring function on job motivation and nursing performance through self-efficacy and outcome expectation. Methods: It was conducted with 226 nurses working in the 5 hospitals of B and G cities. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Windows 18.0 and AMOS 16.0. Results: Mentoring was found to have a direct effect on outcome expectation (${\beta}=0.314$, p < 0.001), and outcome expectation had a direct effect on job motivation (${\beta}=-0.333$, p < 0.001) and nursing performance (${\beta}=0.341$, p < 0.001). Job motivation was found to affect nursing performance (${\beta}=0.268$, p < 0.001). Conclusions: The results of this study suggest that mentoring function plays an important role in improving nursing performance, so it is necessary to develop and apply a mentoring program for nurses.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of online communication courses using role-play and group activities on the communication competence, self-efficacy and relationship competence of nursing students. The research design was a one-group pretest-posttest quasi-experimental study, and a total of 13 communication classes for 100 minutes each were conducted for first-year nursing students from September to December 2020. Communication competence, self-efficacy, and relationship competence of nursing students had improved significantly after online classes. According to the results of this study, it was possible to confirm the effects of classes in communication subjects applying various teaching methods to nursing students through online education platforms.

Nursing students who play a role as future nursing professions are provided with education through various teaching and learning methods in order to develop necessary competencies. The purpose of this study is to confirm the effect of nursing practice education using multimedia. A quasi experimental study with a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used, and the participants of the study were students from two nursing colleges, who received an educational intervention using multimedia as the experimental group and those without education were selected as the control group. Data collection was conducted immediately before and after educational intervention, and data analysis was performed using the SPSS 21.0 program by x²-test, Fisher's exact probability, and t-test. As a result of the study, the experimental group was statistically significant in self-efficacy (t=3.402, p=0.015), resilience (t=2.047, p=0.045) and performance confidence (t=2.128, p=0.018) compared to the control group. Through these results, we could confirm that multi-media practical education is effective educational method for enhancing nursing students' self-efficacy, resilience, and performance confidence. Therefore, in order to establish a systematization of the nursing profession, it is essential and should be continued for nursing students to use structured multimedia and core fundamental nursing skills.
