Purpose - Although ensuring that all the organizational members know their roles exactly is an important part of managerial work, few studies address the role clarity in food manufacturing and distribution firms. Role clarity refers to the extent to which individuals clearly understand the tasks, duties, responsibilities, and expectations of their work roles (Hinkin & Schriesheim, 2008). The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the role clarity on organizational commitment and the mediating role of creativity in the role clarity-organizational commitment relationship. Research design, data, and methodology - Data were collected from 297 employees in food manufacturing and distribution firms of Korea by self-evaluations questionnaires. The unit of the analysis for testing is an individual. We proposed four hypotheses: (1) is about the relationship between role clarity and organizational commitment, (2) is about the relationship between role clarity and creativity, (3) is about the relationship between creativity and organizational commitment, and (4) is about the mediating role of creativity. We conducted the hierarchical regression analysis for testing the main and mediating effects. Results - The results of the study indicated that the role clarity was positively associated with organizational commitment and creativity. Results also indicated that the creativity was positively associated with organizational commitment. Especially, the impact of the role clarity on organizational commitment was mediated by creativity. Conclusions - An important contribution of this study is extending prior theory on the relationship between role clarity and organizational commitment by shedding new light on assumptions regarding the mediating effect of creativity. The results demonstrate that the role clarity has an indirect effect as well as a direct effects on organizational commitment. Our research suggests important implications for organizations that pursue to stimulate their employees' creativity, emphasizing the importance of the role clarity. This study has several potential limitations. Maybe the most serious limitation is its cross-sectional study design. Another limitation is the use of employees' self-reports to measure the variables. In the future, researchers should employ a longitudinal study design and use diverse sources of data.
To improve the competitiveness of the hospital provides high quality medical services in a hospital coordinator role is emphasized. This study on customer orientation of the role ambiguity in order to identify the impact of degree of customer orientation were analyzed for demographic differences. Dependent variable, customer orientation affects role ambiguity as independent variables, and regression analysis were set. And the control variables are set to support situational factors, customer orientation on the role ambiguity and hierarchical regression analysis was performed. Obtained through empirical results are as follows: First, according to the demographic characteristics of the hospital coordinator customer orientation, the difference between gender and medical subjects are not shown. Age, education, work experience, job title, and the hospital on the pattern of customer orientation has shown a difference. Second, according to the hospital coordinator role ambiguity about its impact on customer orientation analysis can be a role implementation, job implementation, opinion communication in achieving customer orientation was negatively affected. Third, role ambiguity, and customer orientation factors for the moderating effects of organizational support for the role of customer orientation can role implementation, job implementation, opinion communication was a statistically significant. Fourth, the role ambiguity factors and customer orientation for the administrative support for the moderating effect of customer orientation and role implementation is significant, but job implementation, opinion communication were statistically significant. Fifth, the role ambiguity factors and customer support for customer orientation and customer orientation for the moderating effects of role performance and the opinion communication was not statistically significant. However, job implementation was statistically significant. The limitations of this study are as follows: First, role ambiguity, situational factors and support due to limitations of the variable factors that may affect the customer orientation of a number of factors were excluded. So many exogenous variables in the measurement process can affect. Second, the variables measured as problems of self-assessment by the variable measuring the respondent's bias may occur. Third, This study is difficult to generalize. In other words, several areas of the province conducted by the empirical results of the survey as a limit on the overall generalization can follow.
Objectives: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficiency of patient and doctor role-play on participatory clinical clerkship by surveying student's satisfaction and assessing the improvement of skill and consultation ability after conducting a role-play in a Korean dermatology department. Methods: In 2013, 79 seniors participated in the clinical clerkship of the dermatology department at the college of Korean medicine. Two students were randomly selected and paired up. After a brief instruction, one student played the role of doctor and the other took the role of patient. After finishing the $1^{st}$ role-play, they swapped roles and conducted a $2^{nd}$ role-play, using another clinical case. When the two role-plays were completed, the students filled in a questionnaire about their satisfaction with the role-play as clinical clerkship. Also, we compared the scores of the $1^{st}$ role-play with those of the $2^{nd}$ role-play measured by a medical resident to assess improvements of students' skill and interview ability. Results: It appears that students' satisfaction with the role-play was quite high, considering that the overall mean score of the questionnaire was 4.30. According to the result of a t-test on 15 assessment questions, the $2^{nd}$ role-play had a higher mean score than the $1^{st}$ role-play in 12 questions, though this difference was not statistically significant. Conclusions: These results demonstrate that role-play is helpful to improve students' satisfaction and clinical performance ability in clinical clerkship. Further research and continuous development are necessary for better clinical clerkship.

The purpose of this study was to examine the current states of role model and effects on the expertise development in engineers (i.e., undergraduate students and experts in the field of engineering). Based on the previous studies, role model was categorized into two domain, general role model and value sharing role model. A total of 257 participants (162 undergraduate students, 95 experts) answered survey questions about their role model (the number of their role model, the frequency of meeting with them, and the number of sharing value with them), major confidence, knowledge acquisition, and research performance. The results showed that engineers had 1 or 2 general role models and that the contents of role model were different between the two groups. The value-sharing role model significantly predicted major confidence and research performance in undergraduate students whereas the number of general role model was closely associated with major satisfaction in experts. These results suggest that it is important for engineering major students to have general role model and value-sharing role model in order to enhance expertise development. Establishing infrastructure for having and meeting with role models can facilitate the development of personal expertise in engineers.
This study is designed to understand marital relationships of the rural couples in Korea. The primary purposes of this study are to examine the relationship between marital satisfaction and role evaluation of the spouse and to construct a path model in which shows the relationships among background variables, role evaluation of the spouse and marital satisfaction. Structured guestionnaires from 435 couples with school-age children and teenagers living in rural area are analyzed in this study. The major findings are as follows : 1. Factor analysis of the role evaluation of the spouse results I 4 factors for both husbands and wives; emotional support-sexual role child socialization-economic role, kinship role and housekeeping role. 2. The most important factor influencing the marital satisfaction is the role evaluation of the spouse o emotional support-sexual relation. While the number of children, and role evaluations of the spouse influence directly on the marital satisfaction of the wives, age, level of education, level of income and husband's occupation influence indirectly through role evaluations of the spouse on that of wives. 3. For husbands, family life cycle and their occupation influence indirectly on the marital satisfaction of the husbands and the marital satisfaction of them is also mediated by role evaluations of the wieves. Level of income of the family not only influences directly on marital satisfaction but influences on it indirectly. 4. Marital satisfaction is mediated by role evaluations of the spouse. The role evaluation of the spouse on emotional support-sexual relation has the most powerful effect on the marital satisfaction for both wives and husbands. About 60 percent of the variance in the marital satisfaction of rural couples can be explained by the role evaluation of the spouse. therefore, the result of the result of the study indicates that the role evaluation of the spouse on emotional support-sexual relation plays a significant part in determining the marital satisfaction of rural couples.
This study was conducted to determine if the relationships between role identification confusion and burnout and between role identification confusion and job satisfaction are mediated by role conflict and whether job crafting moderates the mediating the relationships between role conflict and burnout and between role conflict and job satisfaction. A total of 150 professional school counselors completed a survey about role identification confusion, role conflict, burnout, job satisfaction, and job crafting. The results of a correlation analysis showed that the relationship between role identification confusion and burnout was statistically significantly positive, the relationship between role identification confusion and job satisfaction was statistically significantly negative, and that role conflict mediated the relationships between role identification confusion and burnout and between role identification confusion and job satisfaction. However, the moderated mediation effect of job crafting in these relationships was not statistically significant. This paper discusses this study's limitations and suggestions for further research.

The significant results are as follows; 1) The household role perception score is 3.45. This significantly differs to the marriage duration. 2) The household role performance is 3.65. This significantly differs to the communicative satisfaction between husband and wife. 3)The urban low-income employed wives have evaluated that they do their best in the economic role. 4)There are positive correlations between the household role perception and the household role performance of the low-income employed wives. 5) The communicative satisfaction between husband and wife is observed to have the significant factor among the variables which are related to the household role.
Personal creativity is critically important for organizations seeking to survive and thrive in today's highly turbulent business environments. Organizations must effectively identify and mobilize the creative resources of their members. When organizational members perceive a work environment that restricts or fails to encourage individual creative expression, a gap may exist between the level of individual creative potential and the actual amount of individual creativity practiced within the organization. In this situation, this paper will examine the impact of role conflict, role ambiguity, creative self-efficacy, and personal initiative on personal creativity. Creative self-efficacy is the subjective belief in one's personal ability to be creative, that is, a personal assessment of one's own creative potential. A strong internal belief in one's ability to successfully engage in creative behaviors is generally considered an important part of the creative process. Personal Initiative refers to behaviors, mainly directed toward work and organizational issues, that are characterized by the following aspects: self-starting, proactive, and persistent in overcoming barriers. Creativity-related creative self-efficacy and personal initiative are critical components to understand motivation that coordinates the relationship between perception and behavior of individual employees. Based on role theory, researchers have focused on role conflict and role ambiguity as the two key ingredients of role stress. Role ambiguity is defined as an evaluation about the lack of salient information needed to perform a role effectively. Role conflict results from two or more sets of incompatible demands involving work-related issues. Employees are usually pursued work-roles more than one in work-focused organization. Too many work-roles and perceived uncertainties at employee's work can be obstacles to personal creativity. In an analysis of results, while role conflict is not negatively related significantly to creative self-efficacy, role ambiguity is negatively related significantly to creative self-efficacy. While role conflict is significantly related to personal creativity, role ambiguity is negatively related significantly to personal creativity. Creative self-efficacy mediates the relationship among role conflict, role ambiguity, and employee creativity. Personal initiative mediates the relationship between creative self-efficacy and employee creativity. This paper shows that creative self-efficacy and personal initiative are the driving force behind personal creativity. Organizations can get some implications of creative-related role conflict and role ambiguity that employees have experienced. As a result, organizations must not only encourage creativity of employees by greater involvement but also encourage their input towards their-focused own works and tasks. And employees should be developed to pace with the organizational needs and development. Management must enable employees to think of new ideas and practices that promotes personal creativity.

In a role based access control through attribute certificate, the use of role assignment certificates and role specification certificates can reduce management cost and the overhead incurred by changing roles, Highly distributed computing environments such as ubiquitous computing environments not having global or broad control. need another attribute certificate management technique, Actually just having role specification certificate separately reduce management cost, But for better performance we structure role specification, We group roles and make the role group relation tree, It results secure and efficient role renewing and distribution, For scalable role specification certificate distribution, the multicasting of packets is used, We take into account the packet lass and quantify performance enhancements of structuring role specification certificates.
