Recently, it is caused by environment change that is increased the number of lightning occurrence and the strength of lightning current is coming to be strong little by little. The performance of grounding system depends on how to construct. Specially the common grounding systems which uses the buried earth cable must be constructed by very well qualities because it is difficult to measure earth resistance and to manage the buried earth cable. Common grounding systems and independence grounding systems could be composed different. Against railway signalling equipment which like this is used from the environment lower part which is various it presents a standard grounding systems, and very it is hard job. We will present improvement through this paper that review grounding systems configuration condition of railway signalling equipment.

The extreme didactic phenomena that occur by ignoring or overemphasizing the process of personalization/contextualization, depersonalization/decontextualization of mathematical knowledge is always in our teaching practice and in fact, seems to be a kind of phenomena that suppress teachers psychologically or didactically. The study of the problems on error, misconception or obstacles revealed by students has been done continuously, but that of the extreme didactic phenomena revealed by teachers has not. In this study, I will explain four extreme didactic phenomena and help you understand them by giving various examples from several case studies and analyzing them. And also, I will discuss the way to overcome the extreme didactic phenomena in the mathematical class, based on this analysis. This thesis will become a standard of didactic phenomena that are proceeded extremely by having teachers reconsider their own classes and furthemore, will offer the research data for considering better didactic situation.

The purpose of this study is to review how to introduce a division algorithm in mathematics textbooks which were applied 2009 revised curriculum. As a result, the textbooks do not introduce the algorithm in the context of division by equal part. The standardized division algorithm was introduced apart from the stepwise division algorithms and there is no explanation in between them. And there is a lack connectivity between activities and algorithms. This study is expected to help new curriculum and textbook to introduce division algorithm in proper way.

Seongri scholars of the Joseon Dynasty said that portraits were revered as academic teachers, and that the personal meaning was typical. Portraits in the latter phase of Joseon Dynasty have been popular in various contexts, especially in the sense of the texture, the religious church, and the ritual service. The etiquette and written aspects contained in portraits can point out the problems of contemporary society's individualism and attitudes through the expressive and personal approach to the art of painting. The purpose of education is to explore relationships with others, to coordinate myself with others, to have respect for others, and to change the inner workings of individuals. Through this, we can explore and explore personality education elements and find ways to achieve personality education through the exploration of figures using portraits as educational material, the process of making portraits, and the discovery of meaning. Therefore, for systematic appreciation, we are planning to set up an appreciation standard by proposing a 3-step review process applied to the 2015 revised education course.

Advanced safety vehicle (ASV) equipped with intelligent drivers advisory functions for controlling vehicle to follow the lead vehicle and/or warning drivers on forward traffic impediments according to the roadway and traffic circumstances has been recently developed and on the market internationally. Standardization processes for ASV system functions have been issued in IS0/TC204 Working Group 14 (Vehicle/Roadway Warning and Control System) since 1995. Research projects developing test and evaluation technologies for ASV in establishing safety standards and/or conformity related to the national roadway and traffic circumstances are under study internationally. In Korea, an integrated test and evaluation Program was developed for the assessment of adaptive cruise control (ACC) system under the ITS research and development projects funded by the Ministry of Construction and Transportation (MOCT). This paper demonstrates the integrated test and evaluation Programs for ACC system based on the draft international standard with related to the domestic roadway and traffic conditions. Field tests fulfilled under the scenarios based on the integrated test & evaluation programs for ACC system are discussed along with a review of earlier research work regarding international standards and the safety regulations.

Given the difficulties investors would encounter in pleading and proving their claims in court, they may well be better off in a system where less attention is paid to the law and more to the equities of the actual dispute before the arbitration panel. While this is not a system where accountability and predictability of results can be achieved, investors may fare better than they might expect. It follows then that if equitable considerations enhance rather than subtract from investors' chances of recovery, then investors need not worry about the consequences of the arbitrators' failure to apply the law. This article tracked the evolution of the arbitration process, through amendments to the pertinent securities arbitration codes of procedure, from an informal proceeding into a quasi-judicial one. Subsequently, I examined the practical difficulties arbitrators encounter in their efforts to apply the law. The Court in McMahon assumed arbitrators would apply the law and that the “manifest disregard” standard would provide sufficient judicial oversight to ensure that they did. But there is no meaningful review of arbitration awards to assure arbitrators are applying the law. Arbitration awards have no value as precedent for future arbitrations. Accordingly, there appears to be little reason to write such an award, particularly if the end result is an award immune from challenge no matter how the panel ruled. In these days, securities arbitration as a disputes resolution system is becoming a more popular practice. The trend of the courts in America has been to enforce arbitration agreements. Moreover arbitration helps alleviate some of the burden of a heavy caseload from the judiciary and is a viable method to resolve disputes in a relatively quick and efficient manner. Therefore I think it would be necessary to introduce securities arbitration system to our disputes resolution system Compared to American practices, there could be, of course, many differences in recognition on arbitration and legal structure in our country. Thus it will be an assignment to consider seriously and carefully what kind of securities arbitration system will be proper for us.

The most important thing in the Tourist Market Segmentation is to find descriptive variables which can describe the changes of tourist demand properly. There are many descriptive variables. Among them, vital statistical variables were proved to be effective. The strongest variable but which was studied much less is the Family Life Cycle. This study will focus on the relation between Family Life Cycle and Travel Behavior of Destination Choice. In this study, I will verify the validity of Family Life Cycle as a descriptive variable of Tourist Market Segmentation, and try to find the meaningful variable at each steps. Therefore, The purpose of this study is to explain the relation between Family Life Cycle and Travel Behavior of Destination Choice, to verify the validity of Family Life Cycle as descriptive variable and to find the strategy to respond to the increase in quantity and diversity of quality of Tourist Market. The studies on the Family Life Cycle should be updated continuously according to the change of family structure and it should be understood as standard for Tourist Market Segmentation in the public and private sphere.

At the point of increasing concern on EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and on related trade automation, a research of trade enterprises' EDI system adoption and using has a very significant meaning to get the roots of the problems and to put the practical use. After studying the outline of EDI and it's proceeding state, this thesis tries to point out some problems of them and presents the reform measures in the aspect of a legal and business aspect. According to the results of this study, the argues and their control suggestions are as follows. First, the process of trade relations and the it's public concept on the EDI should be changed to the agreement of the adopting and using the standard EDI in Korea. Second, the financial and tax support is needed to the following; the reconsideration of each enterprise, the inrestment of enterprises' role for the training their professional human resource and goverment and related organization's guiding role. Therefore, to maximize the effects of EDI after solving the issues. above trade process the issues should be unified by coorperation with the goverment and related organizations for the information circulation side and considered that EDI system have to positively make automation of trade on the basis of suggestions above.

Under the rapid change of the world shipping industry, the liner shipping company in Korea should initiate the adaptation power, counterplot for survival, and continuous development. The world shipping industry is in the middle of the wave for the liberalization and openness of it. According to this change in world shipping industry, it is the fact that government policy for shipping industry should start turning its direction from the protectionism to the liberalism. Under this kinds of situations, this study firstly treated the liner shipping company and its governmental policy of Korea and Japan. Based on those studies, analysis of the liner shipping company operation and management reality was executed. Through the execution of studies, the problems which should be solved for development occurred. Furthermore, this thesis takes two way of researches of literature and actual proof for reinforcement plan of international competitiveness. This standard time period of study is set in 1993 except the irregular liner shipping company.

This research purpose to improve the qualification items for electronic commerce manager. Former qualification system for the electronic commerce manager was executed 11 times from year 2000 to 2005. To improve the standard for test questions and contents of qualification items, we reviewed literatures about job analysis for electronic commerce manager, electronic commerce curriculum, e-Business market and other countries' similar qualification systems and items. We also analysed the job related knowledge, skill, and abilities using job analysis by DACUM method, subject matter experts interview and workshop committee for development and validation of qualification items. Based on the results of job analysis and DACUM workshop, we derived a job model for electronic commerce manager and then validated it through field survey and additional expert review. Finally we developed and suggested an alternated qualification items using matrix analysis between categorized job knowledge and job tasks.
