취약계층 임산부·어머니·영유아 대상 방문건강관리서비스에 대한 통합적 문헌고찰 (An Integrative Review of Home Care Service for Pregnant Women, Mothers, Infants, and Toddlers in Vulnerable Group)

  • Purpose: This study was intended to integrate the evidence of home care service intervention for mothers and children in vulnerable groups through an integrative literature review. Methods: We searched the MEDLINE (PubMED), EMBASE, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, CINAHL, DBpia databases. The quality of the articles was assessed by one doctoral researcher and verified by one professor of community health nursing who had participated in the systematic review of literature. A framework was developed to identify the intervention patterns in the selected papers and categorize various elements. The extracted intervention elements were grouped into potential themes, which were verified by assessors on whether they clearly reflected the interventions in the papers. Results: Among 878 searched papers, we selected 16 papers after excluding literature that does not satisfy the selection criteria and quality evaluation. The intervention elements of 16 selected papers were categorized into six themes. The extracted intervention elements were divided into the themes of Patient-specific/Situation-specific care planning and intervention, Emphasis on self care competency, Intense home visit by developmental milestone, Reinforcing and modeling mother-child attachment, Communication and interaction across the intervention, Linkage with community resource and multidisciplinary approach. Conclusion: As a result of the analysis of proper interventions of home care services for mothers and children in vulnerable groups, it was found that it is necessary to consider indispensable intervention elements that can standardize the quality of home care services, and conduct studies on developing intervention programs based on the elements.

보육시설 평가인증제에 대한 연구 동향 분석 (Research Trends about the Child Care Center Accreditation System in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the research trends about the child care center accreditation system in Korea which has been practiced relatively recently. To solve the research problems, 68 pieces of master's theses, doctoral dissertations, and journal articles were analyzed. The results of this study are as follows: First, since 2005 when the research about the child care center accreditation system was first applied, the number of research has increased dramatically over the year 2006 and 2007. Also, majority of the research was done mostly in the region of Seoul and Gyeonggi-do compared to other regions. Second, the child care center accreditation system administration was the most frequently researched topic, followed by the evaluation on the child care center accreditation system, and the general understanding and recognition of the child care center accreditation system. Third, quantitative method was used most frequently to research the child care center accreditation system, and literature review and qualitative method were used relatively less. Most of the research subjects were the child care center directors and teachers. The sample size of the research was relatively big, and most of the survey were either made by the researcher or were modified and adjusted from the previously used survey questions according to the present research. Most of the data analysis of quantitative study were done with descriptive statistics, and with t-test, chi-square, and ANOVA and there was only one done with correlation analysis.

  • 최근 경제가 성장함에 따라 산업지역과 거주지의 요구가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 양질의 지반상태 지역을 구하기가 어렵다. 경제적이고 균형적인 지역 발전을 위하여 내륙지역 뿐만 아니라 연약지반에도 새로운 프로젝트가 수행되고 있다. 연약지반은 복잡한 공학적 특성과 강도가 낮고 대상 지역의 심도가 깊은 많은 변수를 가지고 있기 때문에 연약지반의 공학적 특성을 정확하게 분석하고 안정적인 계측과 경제적인 설계와 관리방법을 찾는것이 필요하다. 연직배수공법은 프리로딩과 통수능력을 가진 여러 종류의 배수재를 사용하여 연약지반과 퇴적지반의 압밀촉진을 위하여 많이 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 폐석회 지반에 2가지 형태의 연직배수재를 적용하여 통수능력 분석하였다.

한국형 낙상 위험 사정도구의 타당성 평가연구 (Validation of Adult Fall Assessment Scale Korean Version for Adult Patients in General Hospitals in Korea)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to test the predictive validity of the Fall Assessment Scale-Korean version (FAS-K) and to find the most appropriate cutoff score to screen high-risk fall groups in adult patients in general hospitals in Korea. Methods: We performed a prospective evaluation study in medical and surgical ward patients at two major general hospitals in Seoul. Data were collected from Nov. 1, 2018 to Feb. 28, 2019, nurses performed 651 observation series. The researcher measured the fall risk assessment score by applying FAS-K, MFS (Morse Fall Scale), and JHFRAT (Johns Hopkins Hospital Fall Risk Assessment tool) to the patients twice a week between 10 am and 12 noon. Data were analyzed using Pearson's corelation coefficients, and the sensitivity, specificity, predictive value, and the area under the curve (AUC) of the three tools. Results: The FAS-K was positively correlated with the MFS (r=.70, p<.001) and the JHFRAT (r=.82, p<.001). According to the receiver operating characteristics (ROC) curve analysis of the FAS-K, sensitivity, specificity, and positive and negative prediction values were 85.3%, 49.4%, 8.5%, and 98.4%, respectively, when the FAS-K score was 4. Therefore, the cut-off score of the FAS-K to identify groups with high fall risk was 4. Conclusion: The FAS-K is a valid tool for measuring fall risk in adult inpatients. In addition, the FAS-K score, 4, can be used to identify high-risk fall groups and know specific points in time to provide active interventions to prevent falls.

그림설문지를 이용한 유아 대상 영양교육 효과 분석 (Evaluation of Nutrition Education for Preschool Children Using Picture-Questionnaire)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of the nutrition education on preschool children's nutrition knowledge and behaviors. The study subjects were preschool children attending J kindergarten located in Wonju. Each of the control group and the education group consisted of 49 children and the education group was exposed to nutrition education while the control group did not. The nutrition education intervention lasted 9 weeks weekly basis. The t-test for the homogeneity of each group showed no meaningful difference at the beginning point of nutrition education. After nutrition education a test of nutrition knowledge using picture-questionnaire was carried out by the researcher for the subjects of education group and control group and the caretakers of the education group were offered self-administered questionnaire on the changes in children's dietary behaviors. The results of the study were as follows: 1. Nutrition education intervention showed a meaningful difference in children's understanding nutrition; the kinds and function of food, the relationship between food and body, the function of nutrients and enhanced their idea on hygiene compared to the control group (p < p.005). 2. However, nutrition education intervention made no statistically meaningful difference in children's dietary behaviors such as having breakfast, keeping balanced diet, washing hands before meals, saying "thanks" before and after meals, cleaning the table after meals, brushing teeth after meals and so on. Therefore, we found that it is hard to expect children to correct their dietary behaviors in such a short period of 9 weeks and nutrition education for preschool children should be offered to caretakers at the same time.

수학학습부진아 지도를 위한 도움자료의 개발과 효과 분석 (The development of teaching material for stow learners in mathematics and the analysis of its effect)

  • The purposes of this study were to develop an effective teaching material for slow learners in mathematics and to investigate its effect. To achieve the first goal, several pre-used teaching material and the 7th national curriculum for elementary school mathematics were analyzed to set up a framework fur developing new teaching material. Using these developed framework and curriculum data, 370 units of lesson were developed from the 3rd grade to the 6th grade. To investigate the effect of the material, 3 slow learners (2 from the 5th and 1 from the 6th grade) were selected through diagnostic tests. Then supplementary lessons were administered after school to relieve their disability accordingly for seven months. During the lessons(lasted about 40 minutes), teacher observed the subjects in detail and .judged the teaming sequence and the learning pace. Through this observation and the test administered after the treatment, several conclusions were drawn as follow: First, the supplementary lessons using the developed teaching material helped slow learners understand mathematics and solve problems. Especially, the test scores gained on formative evaluation became higher. This might be caused by the material that enabled to relieve the disablement and the teaching method that aimed to give a meaningful mathematical experience. Second, the supplementary lessons affected positively to the affective domain of the slow learners. They convinced themselves to their mathematical ability and became active in their mathematics class. This was observed by researcher and the class teacher in their lessons. Positive attitude toward mathematics and their ability is quite important for mathematics learning especially fur slow learners in mathematics.

Standard와 MAR 알고리즘에서 CT 검사조건 변화에 따른 인공물과 노이즈 평가 (Evaluation of Artifact and Noise in the Standard and MAR Algorithms with Variation of Examination Conditions of CT)

  • The influence of metal artifact in CT image depends on the type of metal materialsm, the reconstruction algorithm, and scan parameters. The presence of metal artifacts was quantitatively evaluated by applying the standard and MAR algorithms through the phantom study. In the change of tube voltage applied the standard algorithm, metal artifact decreased to 44.9% for 80 vs 120 kVp, 24% for 100 vs 120 kVp, while the image taken at 140 kVp increased the artifact by 19% compared to 120 kVp. When the tube current was increased from 100 to 300 mA, there was no significant difference in the CT value and noise. Black band and white strike artifacts occurred up to 65.9% in the adjacent ROI of the metal driver, whereas titanium screw produced lesser metal artifact than that of the metal driver. The combination of 120kVp or higher tube voltage-standard algorithm was effective in removing black band artifacts as well as white streak by high density materials. However, MAR reconstruction algorithm was useful in improving image quality under the environment of low kVp and high density materials, without increase of radiation exposure.

전문도서관의 정보서비스 현황과 서비스 활성화를 위한 사서의 인식연구 (A Study on Information Service Status and Librarians' Perceptions on Promoting Services in Special Libraries)

  • 본 연구는 전문도서관 사서를 대상으로 정보서비스 현황에 대한 사서의 인식을 조사하여 정책분야별 전문성과 역할을 강화하고 정보서비스의 지속적 발전을 모색하기 위해 수행되었다. 22개 정부출연 연구기관 도서관 사서를 대상으로 정보서비스 계획단계, 조사 제공단계, 평가단계, 시스템 운영, 사서에게 요구되는 필요능력, 역할 확대 및 변화에 대한 인식, 애로사항 등을 조사하였다. 설문지는 7영역, 12항목, 61문항으로 구성되었으며, 질적분석을 위하여 심층면담을 실시하였다. 연구결과에서 도서관의 신생업무로 연구정보 관리툴 도입 운영, 자문위원회 운영, 발간물 관련업무 수용 등을 발견하였다. 제언으로 직무중심의 모듈별 표준매뉴얼 제작, 주제전문사서로서의 역할 확대를 위한 계속교육, SNS의 적극적인 정보서비스 활용을 주장하였다.

공학과 디자인의 협업을 위한 공학 계열 종합설계의 수행절차와 방법 연구 (A study on the procedure and method for engineering comprehensive design for collaboration between engineering and design)

  • 공학교육인증을 실시하고 있는 대학들은 설계 교육의 중요성을 강조하고 있다. 특히 공학 분야의 종합설계 교과목은 설계의 기능적 요소과 제한요소를 반영하여 결과물을 제작하도록 하고 있다. 체계적인 설계 교육도 중요 하지만 종합설계 교과목이 창의적 교육프로그램이라는 측면에서 다학제적 융합 교육 적용의 필요성이 매우 높다. 본 연구는 연구자가 강의한 2019년 공학 계열 종합설계 교과목을 중심으로 교육과정과 공학과 디자인의 융합 적용사례를 기술하였다. 공학과 디자인의 협업을 위해 학생들의 아이디어를 발전시키고 실제 결과물에 적용하기까지의 과정을 기획 및 주제 선정, 콘텐츠 설계, 소프트웨어 설계, 발표 및 평가의 절차로 제시하였다. 결과적으로 학생들에게 작품을 제작하는 데 있어 사용자를 고려한 디자인을 적용하게 함으로써 공학계열의 종합설계 교과목에서 기술에만 치중하지 않고 공학과 디자인의 융합 프로세스의 방법을 제시하였다는데 그 의의가 있다.

NLOS 상태 추정을 이용한 위치 정보 신뢰성 기반의 정밀 위치 측정 시스템 (Location Information Reliability-Based Precision Locating System Using NLOS Condition Estimation)

  • 이동형 장치의 위치 정보를 확보하기 위해 다양한 위치 측정 시스템이 연구되고 있으며 현재 가장 많이 이용하는 시스템은 위성 정보를 이용하는 GPS와 무선 네트워크를 이용하는 RTLS가 있다. 장치 주변의 장애물은 장치와 위성 혹은 무선 통신 앵커와 NLOS 상태를 유발하며 측정 정확도를 떨어뜨린다. 본 논문에서는 대상의 위치 측정을 위해 두 개의 시스템을 함께 이용해 장치 주변의 NLOS 상태를 파악하여 장치간의 측정 신뢰성 정보를 추정함으로써 측위 정확도를 향상시키는 기법을 제안한다. 또한 NLOS 상태의 파악을 위한 위성 정보의 분석 방법에 대해서 설명하고 이를 이용한 위치 측정 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템의 성능평가를 위해 다양한 환경에서의 NLOS 상태 판별에 대한 테스트를 수행하였으며 해당 측정결과를 이용한 위치 측정 시스템을 구현하여 시뮬레이션 하였다. NLOS 상태 파악을 위한 실험 결과 약 97% 정도의 성공률로 NLOS 상태를 판별하였다. 또한 NLOS 상태 판별 정보를 이용한 동작 성능을 모의실험한 결과 단독으로 위치 측정한 결과에 비해 성능이 89% 향상되는 것을 확인하였다.
