과학영재학교 학생들의 정보요구 및 정보이용행태에 관한 연구 (Information Needs and Information Seeking Behaviors of Students in the Science School for Gifted)

  • 본 연구는 과학영재학교 재학생을 대상으로 심층면담을 실시하여 정보요구와 정보이용행태를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 선행연구를 바탕으로 연구를 설계하고, 전국 8개의 과학영재학교 중 6개 학교에 재학 중인 10명의 학생들을 대상으로 반구조화된 면담을 진행하여 정보요구와 정보이용행태 전반을 탐색하였다. 과학영재학교 학생들의 정보요구를 교과 활동과 교과 외 활동 영역으로 확인할 수 있었고, 학생들의 주요 관심 주제인 수업 및 학습, 연구 활동에서의 정보이용행태를 ISP 모형 기반으로 살펴보았다. 정보 이용의 전 과정에서 선호정보원을 파악하고, 이를 종합하여 과학영재학교 학생들의 정보이용행태의 특이점과 시사점을 논의하였다. 본 연구는 영재학교 도서관 연구를 위한 기초자료로 사용되며, 과학 주제 분야에 심화적인 관심과 재능이 있는 학생들을 위한 서비스를 제공하기 위한 자료로도 활용할 수 있는 점에서 그 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

입원환아 부모의 간호요구 (Nursing Needs of Parents with Hospitalized Child)

  • The main purpose of this study is to identify nursing needs of parents who have hospitalized child. Research design is a descriptive survey. The subjects for the study were 79 parents who have hospitalized child at a pediatric ward of one of the general hospital attached to a university in J city. The data was collected by researchers using a structured questionnaire. The questionnaire was Likert type 5 point scale, composed of 5 categories with 61 items. The data was analyzed by SPSS/PC. The results of the study were as follows ; 1) Mean score of nursing needs of subjects were 3.93 at 2nd day of admission and 3.99 at 7th day of admission. 2) Among the categories, the highest nursing need at the End day and 7th day of admission was ‘dilect nursing’, in desending order, ‘facilities and environment’, ‘education and counseling’, ‘nursing assessment’. The lowest nursing need was ‘reference’. 3) Differences between the nursing needs of subjects at 2nd day and 7th day were as follows : (1) By categories, there was a significant difference only in the ‘reference’ categoly(t=2.74, P=.008). (2) By items, there were significant differences in items of ‘to check necessary materials(t=2.31, P=.024)’, ‘to understand family function and family relationship(t=2.12, P=.041)’, ‘to set up study room(t=2.22, P=.030)’, and ‘to mediate parent's meeting group(t=3.89, P=.000)’. The above result indicated that nursing needs of parents with hospitalized child were above average, especially very high in items about disease process, and items directly associated with treatment and nursing care. So, nurses have to focus on information about the patient's state of disease, treatment, test and procedure, and in efficiently giving direct nursing care to implement mure effective care for the hospitalized children and their parents. And some future researche is needed to identify the difference of degree of nursing needs of parents with hospitalized child according to admission duration using a different sample and a longer sampling interval.

중등학교 보건교사가 인지한 보건교과교육 필요성과 자신감 (Health Education Needs and Confidence of School Nurses in Korean Secondary Schools)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to determine the perceived needs and confidence of school nurses in health education at middle and high schools in Seoul, Korea. Methods: A descriptive survey questionnaire was developed by a research team to investigate the perceived needs and confidence across eight health education areas. A total of 329 school nurses at secondary schools in the metropolitan areas of Seoul participated. Descriptive statistics, the t-test, and ANOVA were conducted to analyze the data. Results: Generally high means in perceived education needs(Mean: 3.8~4.7/5) and health education confidence (Mean 3.3~4.5/5) were reported. However, there were significantly low means of health education confidence related to perceived needs in health education for all areas of health education. While injury prevention and emergency care education were the highest perceived educational needs and were also areas with high confidence of school nurses, mental health, social health, and sexual health were areas where nurses showed a significantly lower confidence. In general, nurses with a longer clinical experience and educational career had a higher confidence in injury prevention, emergency care, and mental health. Conclusions: Multi-level support, including the continuing education and proactive in-service training, for the school nurses needs to be developed to improve their teaching competency.

  • Information & Communication Technology(ICT), called ubiquitous computing, changes our environment in many ways. It also acts on educational environment in concert with new pedagogy. Korean Government gives an efforts to set up the u-School as the educational environment supported by ICT. This study aims to find efficient uses of ICT to cope with the changing education environment and emerging needs of users. The survey research follows the pilot study on the model of future school. The students and teachers in six schools located in Busan answered the questionnaire and 752 individuals were analyzed by the statistical method including frequencies, crosstabs, ANOVA, and factor analysis. The conclusions are as follows: (1) Highly demanded were the u-School facilities to provide pleasant environment as the teachers and students have to spend most of time in classroom, or school premises. In addition, the infrastructures were so desperately required that students are able to control their textbooks and belongings, and efficiently utilize a variety of data. (2) The classroom volume should be planned a bit smaller than the current number of students so that teachers are relieved from the burden of too many student. The needs of students to interact with more students can be bolstered by utilization of ICT. (3) The respondents feel the high needs of computer for student, electronic blackboard, electronic lecture desk, microphone and computer for teacher as the teaching and learning facilities. This showed high needs for teaching and learning facilities enabling the active and individual learning through the use of ICT at education environment. In conclusion, the study proposes the fundamental data to combine u-School elements proper to the current learning and school environment, from the analysis on the use of school facilities, with the subjects, the users of education environment.

홈 스마트 미러의 효율적 활용을 위한 사용자 행태 및 니즈 분석 연구 (A Study on Analysis of User Behavior and Needs for Efficient Use of a Home Smart Mirror)

  • Rapid changes to the paradigm of smart media have created a communication environment through merging with various media such as IoT technology, which is internet of things. Among them, user' need for a start home, which is one of people living conditions, has been growing and values of the communication environment in a living space using a smart mirror have been growing. However, studies on figuring out behavior and analyzing needs of family members who actually use the living space are insufficient. This study is to draw the service system of the home smart mirror by analysis of behavior and needs of users of the living space. For a research method for analysis of behavior of family members, I wrote two kinds of user's experience maps, which are frequency of use of a quantitative space of a living space and space's important value scales by persona study and depth interview. Through this, applied spaces of the home smart mirror (living room, bathroom, powder room, dress room, porch, kitchen, room) and the types of user needs (type of providing information, entertainment type, control type, service type) have been drawn and statistical analysis methodology has been utilized for a research of user preferences in regard to correlation between living spaces and types of user needs based on a survey. As a result of analysis of ages and gender, types of user needs by space have been drawn and the service system of the home smart mirror has been drawn. It would be utilized as a basic material for various contents development and design using the smart mirror in the future.

공과대학 교수들의 공학교육 연수실태와 교육요구 분석 (Analysis of In-Service Status and Educational Needs of Engineering Faculties)

  • 이 연구의 최종 목적은 공과대학 교수들을 위한 공학교육 연수 프로그램의 개발이다. 이를 위하여 대학과 전문대학의 공과대학 교수들을 상대로 질문지를 사용한 조사 연구를 하였다. 연구 내용은 공과대학 교수들의 연수 실태를 분석하고, 교육 요구도를 조사하였다. 자료 분석을 위하여 SPSSWIN (한글판10.0) 통계 패키지를 사용하였다. 최종적으로 자료분석에는 97매의 응답지가 사용되었다. 교육요구도는 공학교수방법, 공학평가방법, 공학기초능력의 세영역으로 나누어 분석하였다. 교육요구도 계산을 위하여 보리치가 제안한 방법에 의한 식을 사용하였다. 연구 결과, 교육요구도는 공학교수방법과 공학기 초능력에서는 높게 나왔으나, 공학평가방법에 대하여는 요구가 낮게 나왔다. 이를 반영한 공학교육 연수 프로그램 개발이 필요할 것이다.

Max-Min을 이용한 요구분석 모형 제안 (A Suggestion of a Model of Needs Analysis By Using Max-Min)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 공업 기술 영어 교과의 교수요목을 설계하기 위한 요구분석의 한 모형을 제안하는 데 있다. 이는 학습자 중심의 교육이 보편화됨에 따라 학습자들의 요구를 학습 내용에 효율적으로 반영하기 위한 방법론을 모색하고자 하는 것이다. 기존의 표준화 점수에 의해 교수요목 순위 선정을 하는 연구에서는 최댓값과 최솟값의 차이가 설문지에서의 Likert 5점 척도보다 크기 때문에 자료를 해석할 때 왜곡될 수 있는 단점을 갖고 있으므로 이에 대한 보완책이 필요하다. 이러한 자료해석의 왜곡을 최소화 해줄 수 있는 방법이 Max-Min 방법이다. 이 논문에서는 기존의 표준화 점수 방법을 이용한 교수요목 선정과 Max-Min 점수 방법에 의한 교수요목 선정의 차이를 밝히고 그 의의를 제시해 본다. 순위 변화율은 기계 금속 관련 항목, 토목 건축 관련, 화공 섬유 관련이 각각 25%, 25%, 55%의 변화율을 보였다. 요구분석은 상황에 맞게 다양하게 선택되어야 하며, 또한 요구분석이 언어 교수요목 설계의 출발점이라고 할 때 이에 대한 정교한 방법론이 필요하다. 따라서 앞으로의 요구분석과 관련한 연구에서는 표준화 방법이나 Max-Min 방법 문제뿐만 아니라 심층연구를 통해서 각 집단의 중요도 차이를 반영할 수 있는 방법론에 대해서도 다각도의 연구가 진행되어 궁극적으로는 요구분석 전반을 아우를 수 있는 방법론 개발이 필요하다.

2019 미충족의료율과 추이 (Unmet healthcare Needs Status and Trend of Korea in 2019)

  • Unmet healthcare is an important indicator to measure accessibility of healthcare services. To examine the latest status of unmet healthcare needs in South Korea, the four different data which is composed of nationally representative sample of South Korean population were used; the Korea Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNAHANES, 2007-2019), the Community Health Survey (CHS, 2008-2019), the Korea Health Panel Survey (KHP, 2011-2017), and the Korean Welfare Panel Study (KOWEPS, 2006-2019). The proportion of individuals reporting unmet healthcare needs were 5.8% (KNHANES), 5.3% (CHS), and 11.6% (KHP). Annual percentage change (APC) which identifies trend for the follow-up period was -9.5%, -8.0%, and -6.5%, respectively. The proportion of individuals reporting unmet healthcare needs due to cost were 1.1% (KNAHANES), 0.7% (CHS), 2.4% (KHP), and 0.4% (KOWEPS). The APC was -10.5%, -14.2%, -12.2%, and -19.6%, respectively. Compared to last year, the rate of unmet healthcare needs has declined in general. However, the low-income and the elderly population were reporting the highest rate of unmet health care needs, and the disparity between lowest and highest groups were remained. These results suggest that adequate benefit coverage is needed for low-income and elderly population.

We analyzed the following four data from a nationally representative sample of South Korean population: Korea Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES, 2007-2021), Community Health Survey (CHS, 2008-2021), Korea Health Panel Survey (KHP, 2011-2019), and Korean Welfare Panel Study (KOWEPS, 2006-2021). The proportion of individuals reporting unmet healthcare needs were 6.0% (KNHANES), 5.1% (CHS), and 13.1% (KHP). Annual percentage change (APC) which identifies trend for the follow-up period was -9.4%, -9.4%, and -5.3%, respectively. The proportion of individuals reporting unmet healthcare needs due to cost were 1.2% (KNAHANES), 0.5% (CHS), 2.7% (KHP), and 0.4% (KOWEPS). The APC was -10.4%, -16.1%, -11.5%, and -19.1%, respectively. Compared to the previous year, the rate of unmet healthcare needs decreased slightly, but the rate of unmet health care needs due to cost tended to increase. Overall, higher rates of unmet healthcare needs were reported in the low-income and the elderly population. Although it was confirmed through the APC that the rate of unmet healthcare experience has decreased over the past decade, it can be seen that there is still a disparity by income level and age. These results suggest the need for an appropriate health benefit coverage policy for the low-income and the elderly.

발달장애인 부모의 성년후견제도 이용욕구에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Major Factors Influencing the Usage Needs for the Adult Guardianship System in Parents of People with Developmental Disabilities)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 발달장애인 부모의 성년후견제도 이용관련 예측요인을 탐색하는 것이다. 이러한 연구 목적의 달성을 위해 앤더슨 행동모형을 근거로 발달장애인 부모 451명을 대상으로 한 성년후견제도 이용욕구 설문조사자료를 분석하였다. 분석자료로는 2011년 서울시 중 장년 발달장애인가족 복지욕구조사를 활용하였으며, 분석방법은 SPSS 22.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 주돌봄자가 직업이 없는 집단일수록, 피후견 대상인 발달장애인이 남성인 집단이 성년후견 이용욕구가 통계적으로 유의미하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 소득이나 사회보장제도 관련요인에서는 가구월평균소득이 높을수록, 욕구요인 중에서는 제3자에 의한 돌봄욕구가 존재할수록 성년후견 이용욕구가 통계적으로 유의미하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 발달장애인의 의사소통능력, 장애등급, 돌봄부담의 정도는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과는 첫째, 성년후견제도의 활성화를 위해서는 이용에 관련되는 비용의 정부지원이 중요한 조건이 될 수 있다. 둘째, 발달장애인 부모의 성년후견제도 이용욕구와 관련된 제3자 돌봄욕구 개념 및 문화적 요인을 규명하기 위한 후속연구가 필요하다는 것이다.
