A Study on the Analysis application of Repairing Mortar Using Multi-functional Slag Aggregate (다기능성 슬래그 골재를 이용한 보수모르타르의 현장 적용성 평가에 관한 실험적 연구)

  • This paper is an experimental study on applicability of repairing mortar using multi-functional slag aggregate. In this study, automatic construction machinery system were adapted, and their performance were evaluated by the using of those systems. In order to verify the effect of multi-functional aggregate, two kinds of aggregate were used and compared of their physical properties. The results indicate that multi-functional aggregate appears good physical properties such as durability, permeability coefficient.

  • The purpose of this study were to 1) classify the domain according to the level f housework sociaklization and 2) illuminate the determinants on it. The subjects of this study were 564 married women living in Seoul. A questionnaire was used as survey method. Frequenciaes percentiles mean and regression were employed for data analysis. major findings were as follows; 1) The domain according to the level of housework socialization were purchases of storage food convemience food dining-out clothes repairing services and laundry wervices 2) Of market goods characteristics quality and time-saving characteristics were influencing variables in the level of storage food purchases. The affecting variables in the level of convenience food purchases dining-out and clothes repairing services purchases was quality of market goods. In the level of laundry services time-saving characteristics was significant.

  • In this study, various materials such as epoxy material, urethane material, cement material, and acrylic material are used to solve the water leakage occurring in underground structures. However, in the reality that the durability is insufficient and the effect is insufficient, it is aimed to improve the repairing effect by using acrylics. As a second study, it is confirmed that leachate can be used as a repair material by considering long time under water stability, elongation range test, fatigue resistance test, tube stability test, damage recovery performance ana temperature stability considering leakage environment for polyacrylate. In addition, this material is applied to Expansion Joint to perform leakage repair, and to verify the effect of repairing leakage by monitoring and visual observation of concrete humidification.

  • To overcome problems of excavation technology far repairing or replacing underground buried pipes which are worn out or damaged, various trenchless repair-reinforcement technologies have been invented. But these trenchless technologies also have many problems in the aspect of economy and convenience of operation. In this research, the repair-reinforcement process using RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) which can solve problems of present trenchless technologies was developed. The resin wetting and void removal during RTM process to form large composite structures inside of buried pipes were experimentally investigated. From the experiment, it was found that the new technology had advantage over conventional methods by employing appropriate process parameters and void removal vents.

  • Marine propeller is one of the most important element of ship, it must be taken care of design and maintenance of it. It is inevitable that corrosion pits have occurred on the marine propeller. If corrosion pits have occurred on the blades, they have been repaired ordinary by simple welding methods in shipyards. It must be that the strength is degraded in this process. In this paper, we represent the improvement method of fatigue strength degraded after repairing pits.

  • It is not difficult to see the road repairing. There are many and various machines that can crush road surface. The efficiency and power of the machine depend on crushing head-shape, crushing interval, crushing load, crushing stress, machine's dropping height and roller's kind. The objective of this study is to select the optimal model among ten models of crushing machine with constraints such as crushing depth, variation, and crushed particle size. The data for this study are chosen from the site of construction in Kangnung during three months ($2004.\;6.\;1\;\sim\;2004.\;8.\;31$). The provided methodology in this paper will be fruitful not only for the selection of crushing machine but also for the aspects of construction period, cost, work efficacy according to the condition from the various sites of construction.

A Fast Redundancy Analysis Algorithm in ATE for Repairing Faulty Memories

  • Testing memory and repairing faults have become increasingly important for improving yield. Redundancy analysis (RA) algorithms have been developed to repair memory faults. However, many RA algorithms have low analysis speeds and occupy memory space within automatic test equipment. A fast RA algorithm using simple calculations is proposed in this letter to minimize both the test and repair time. This analysis uses the grouped addresses in the faulty bitmap. Since the fault groups are independent of each other, the time needed to find solutions can be greatly reduced using these fault groups. Also, the proposed algorithm does not need to store searching trees, thereby minimizing the required memory space. Our experiments show that the proposed RA algorithm is very efficient in terms of speed and memory requirements.

  • This study deals with the method of constructing and repairing column, important element of traditional wooden building. Column should have long-lasting strength and resistance to decay and vermin because it is more important in role of structure than in that of ornament. And the rotten or the split part of wooden column should be repaired regularly or irregularly. First of all, this study treats of general character related to the life length and strength of wood. Then it describes the technical method of choosing proper wood for column and that of carpentering, painting, and mending wooden column.

Performance of Epoxy Resins for Repairing of Cracks in Concrete with Application Conditions (콘크리트 균열 보수용 에폭시의 시공조건에 따른 성능)

  • This study was performed to investigate bonding performance of epoxy resins for repairing of cracks in concrete, as a part of project to establish quality control standard for epoxy resins. In the slant shear strength test for hard and soft type epoxy, hard type was higher about 3 times than soft one. From the results, it is thought that hard type is suitable for load carrying. Injection of epoxy resin in the notch made flexural strength increase about $47\%$ over the specimen that epoxy resin is not injected. There were no differences in bonding performances with viscosity. Application of epoxy resin on the wet concrete surface made slant shear strength decrease about $46\%$, but similar performance to the case of application on the dry surface appeared by using epoxy resin for wet condition.

  • The purpose of this paper is to develop the web-based apartment flaw-repairing petition system which can be operated under the internet environments. The developed system mainly consists of administrator, constructor and apartment resident section. The administrator can administrate all of the actions which will be occurred during the operation. Constructor must be enrolled before resident can use this system. All of the resident member must enroll before they petition the company. All of the processing is monitored and accumulated at the database to calculate the statistics and finally will be shown by the graphical results. This system which is programmed by the PERL and PHP and MySQL will be easily transformed into the similar kind of request system.
