  • The purpose of this study is to identify the dimensions of beauty service benefit and to examine the effect of beauty service benefit on consumer's long-term relationship through consumer satisfaction. Beauty service benefit consists of three dimensions: emotional benefit, technical benefit and functional benefit. The aforementioned three dimensions of beauty service benefits have positive effects on consumer satisfaction. The effort of relationship continuity was a moderating variable among beauty service benefits, consumer satisfaction, and long-term relationship orientation. The findings of this study are expected to be used for developing and applying the program of consumer relationship management.

A Study on Impact of Smartphone Addiction on the Mental Health -Focused on Moderating Effect of Parent-Child Relationship-

  • This study examines the effect of smartphone to adolescent's mental health and defines moderating effect of parent-child relationship. For this purpose, 278 subjects were surveyed from 1 middle schools in Gwangju and Jeonnam area. The result of this study are as follows. First, when verifying the impact of smartphone addiction on their mental health, The smartphone addiction was found as the key variable that has a negative impact on mental health. The results indicated that adolescents with higher levels of smartphone addiction more likely to have lower levels of mental health. Second, impact of parent-child relationship on their mental health was analyzed. The analytic results suggest that parent-child relationship has a impact on their mental health. In other words, higher parent-child relationship means higher mental health. Third, the moderating effect of parent-child relationship was analyzed. The parent-child relationship check the moderating effect of do smartphone addiction on their mental health. The implications for social work practice were also discussed.

Theorizing Length of Relationship as Moderator of Key Account Management Performance- Repeat Order Link

  • In today's highly competitive and fast changing business environment, key account management-a supplier company initiated relationship marketing approach targeted at the most important customers to solve their complex requirements with special treatment that eventually ensures both parties' financial and nonfinancial objectives- has regarded as a strategic weapon of many companies' sales efforts to manage their strategically important customers. On the basis of the existing studies, this research introduces a theoretical model highlighting the hypothetical relationship between key account management performance and repeat order. In addition, moderating effect of length of relationship on the relationship between key account management performance and repeat order is also introduced. We theorize the conditions under which key account management performance influences key customer repeat order behavior as well as the influence of moderating variable of length of relationship on key account management performance-repeat order relationship. Theoretical and managerial implications are provided along with suggestions to isolate a platform for future empirical research.

The Relationship between Discretionary Revenues and Book-Tax Difference

  • Purpose: This study looks at the relevance between discretionary revenue and book-tax differences (hereafter BTDs). While the study of earnings management, which focused on discretionary accruals and real earnings management, has largely made, it has not yet been actively researched on discretionary revenues. Therefore, it was believed that discretionary revenue would expand the preceding study by looking at its relevance to BTD, known as financial reporting quality and measures of tax avoidance. In general, prior research suggested that earnings management make BTDs larger. Thus, the relationship between discretionary revenue and the amount of BTD is predicted positive. Research design, data and methodology: To this end, the method of discretionary revenues was used and BTDs measured in four ways. First, Earnings before income tax - estimated taxable income divided by total asset (BTD). Second is fractional rank variable of BTDs (FBTD). Third is Indicator variable equals 1 if the firm-year has a positive BTD, 0 otherwise (PBTD). Fourth is that Indicator variable equals 1 if the firm-year has a BTDs in top(bottom) quartile, 0 otherwise (LPBTD, LNBTD). 4,251 samples were analyzed in the Korean Security market (KOSPI) from 2003 to 2014. Results Empirical analysis shows that BTDs increases as discretionary revenue increases. These results were equally observed when BTDs was measured as a ranking variable or as a indicating variable. These results indicate that earnings management through the revenue of managers exacerbate the quality of financial reporting. Conclusions: In sum, discretionary revenues can be used as an indicator of making BTDs larger and meaningful as the first study of the Korean capital market where discretionary revenues affect accounting information quality. Investors need to increase interest in discretionary revenues because intervention in financial reporting through revenue accounts by managers can increase information asymmetry and agency costs. This means that studies on discretionary revenues that have been relatively small should be expanded. The results also provide important implications for the relevant authorities and investors. Despite these benefits, however, measurement error problems with estimates still appear as limited points, and prudent interpretations are required, and additional follow-up studies are needed in that variables that are not yet considered in this study may affect our findings.

치과위생사의 직무 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 (A Study on Factors Affecting Dental Hygienists' Job Stress)

  • The purpose of this study is to find options which reduce the job stress and to enhance morale through a variable analysis, and also apply this data in the legal and administration fields. The data for the research was obtained from 217 dental hygienists working in the dental clinics, dental hospitals and university's dental hospitals' in Seoul. The tool used by this study was a Questionnaire measuring on-the-job stress of dental hygienists, was a modified and revised. The Questionnaire version used to measure bank's job stress and used to suggest options by Dae-ha Yoon(1991). Classification of items for measuring job stress was based on Theoretical Study on Job Stress by Dae-hyon Song(1986). The scale used in study was the two points (yes or no in the job stress) scale measuring for variables. The period of data collection was 30 days from December 4, 1995 to January 5, 1996. The methods of data collection were self-writing, direct visit, and postal Questionnaire answering, 224 copies of Questionnaire data were collected, but only 217 copies were used. 7 copies could not be analyzed, were not used for this study. The data analysis was conducted by SPSS after coding the collected raw data. The general characteristics was obtained from real digits and percentages. In order to analyze the difference of sub-variables against the job stress based on general characteristics. Mean, Standard Deviation, and F test (ANDVA) were conducted. The following were the results of job stress variables: 1. Meaningful variable affecting the working organization, is compensation system(p〈0.03). 2. Meaningful variable affecting the working period, is work overload(p〈0.02). 3. Meaningful variable affecting average patients per day, is the career management and payment(p〈0.04, p〈0.01). 4. Meaningful variable affecting number of staff, is the comrade relationship, role conflict among patients, work overload, and job overload(p〈0.000, p〈0.05, p〈0.04, p〈0.01). The comrade relationship is most affected to the number of staffs aides. 5. Meaningful variables affecting job diversion, are the desire and value, the non-role play, and the environment(p〈0.003, p〈0.02, p〈0.005).

ASP 서비스의 혁신특성과 관계특성이 고객성과에 미치는 효과 - 공급사 신뢰의 조절효과 중심으로 (The Effects of Innovation and Relationship Factors of ASP Service on Customer Performance - Focused on the Regulatory Impact of Supplier Trust)

  • 본 연구는 ASP 서비스를 활용하고 있는 소기업을 대상으로 혁신특성과 관계특성이 고객성과에 미치는 영향과 공급자 신뢰가 혁신특성 및 관계특성과 고객성과 간에 미치는 조절적인 영향을 분석하였다. 표본자료는 설문지 기법을 활용하여 수집하였으며, 통계분석은 회귀분석을 이용하였다. 분석결과 혁신특성의 상대적 이점, 타사업자 영향은 고객성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 관계특성에서는 정보공유정도는 고객성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 변수로 분석되었으나, 참여자 유연성 요인은 고객성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않는 변수로 분석되었다. 공급자 신뢰의 조절적 역할을 분석한 결과에서는 공급자 신뢰는 혁신특성 및 관계특성과 함께 고객성과에 조절적인 역할을 하는 변수로 분석되었다. 따라서 ASP 서비스를 이용하고 있는 소기업에서는 고객성과를 극대화하기 위해서는 혁신특성과 관계특성의 정보공유정도 요인이 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있었고, 공급자 신뢰는 고객사에게는 아주 중요한 변수임을 알 수 있었다.

미술치료사의 직무스트레스와 소진의 관계에서 자아탄력성의 매개효과와 사회적 지지의 조절된 매개효과 (The Mediation Effect of Ego-resilience and the Moderated Mediation Effect of Social Support in the Relationship between Art Therapists' Job Stress and Burnout)

  • 본 연구는 미술치료사의 직무스트레스, 자아탄력성, 사회적 지지, 소진의 구조적 관계에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 선행연구를 바탕으로 직무스트레스를 독립변인, 자아탄력성을 매개변인, 사회적 지지를 조절변인, 소진을 종속변인으로 하여 연구모형을 설정하고 그 관계와 효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 미술치료사를 대상으로 300부의 설문지를 배포하여 최종 233부를 실증분석에 이용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인 환경적 요인(학력, 경력, 치료시간, 시간 당 소득, 슈퍼비전 횟수) 중 경력만이 유의한 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 직무스트레스와 소진간의 관계는 자아탄력성에 의해 부분 매개되는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회적 지지는 자아탄력성과 소진의 관계에서 조절효과를 나타냈다. 따라서 직무스트레스가 소진에 영향을 미치는 경로에서 자아탄력성이 이를 매개하며, 이러한 매개효과가 사회적 지지의 수준에 따라서 달라지는 것으로 나타나 조절된 매개효과가 확인되었다.

가상환경에서 대고객 및 고객간 관계결속(Relationship Commitment)의 선행변수와 결과변수에 대한 연구 (A study on antecedents and consequents of relationship commitment toward internet sites and between customers in virtual environment)

  • This study investigates "commitment" , which is the crucial variable in the study of relationship marketing, because I pay attention to the importance of relationship marketing toward consumers in virtual environment. This dissertation whose main issue is about virtual environment focuses on "commitment" from two perspectives. One is customers′ relationship commitment toward enterprises or corporations through internet sites and the other is relationship commitment between customers. The main purpose is to verify antecedents and consequents which influence relationship commitment toward internet sites (corporations or enterprises) and between customers. The hypotheses are that (1) share values and relationship benefit from internet sites affect relationship commitment toward internet sites (2) share values and interactions between customers affect relationship commitment between customers (3) interactions with relationship commitments toward internet sites and between customers exist (4) these relationship commitments affect future intentions. The subjects are university students who I think get used to using internet. The results indicate that (1) antecedents of relationship commitment toward internet sites and between customers are significantly influential (2) relationship commitment toward internet sites influences relationship commitment between customers, but the effect of relationship commitment between customers on relationship commitment toward internet sites is not significant (3) relationship commitment between customers influences future intentions, but the effect of relationship commitment toward internet sites on future intentions is not significant.

How Total Quality Management Mediates Antecedent Variables of Employee Performance?

  • The research objective was to find out how Total Quality Management (TQM) mediates antecedents of employee performance variables? The research was conducted with a quantitative approach while the research design was cross sectional. The research model was tested using the structural equation modeling approach with partial least square analysis tools to test the influence among research variables. The research sample consisted of 315 respondents who answered a questionnaire in August-September 2019 at manufacturing companies in East Java. The results showed that situational leadership did not affect employee performance, but did affect the successful implementation of TQM. The performance measurement system has no direct effect on employee performance. The performance measurement system has a direct effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a direct effect on both employee performance and the application of TQM, so that the application of TQM can improve employee performance. TQM implementation variable acts as a mediation between situational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance. The relationship that was originally a direct influence turned into an indirect effect through TQM. The TQM variable is not proven to be an intervening variable between the performance measurement system and employee performance. There is a direct relationship between these two variables.

기술협력 네트워크에서의 사회적자본, 지식활용, 제품혁신성과의 관계에 대한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Relationship among Social Capital, Knowledge Application, and Product Innovation Performance in Technology Cooperation Network)

  • Due to the awareness for the importance of social capital, many researches have investigated that social capital contributes to the successful implementation of product innovation. Although most researchers tried to model the effect of social capital on product innovation as a linear relation, we consider it too simplistic and fuzzy because knowledge utilization which ultimately leads to product innovation should exist in the relationship between social capital and product innovation. Using 107 survey data, this study found there is a partial mediating effect of knowledge utilization on the link between structure aspect of social capital and product innovation (i.e., new product development and improvement in existing products). Next, this study reported knowledge utilization does act as a perfect mediating variable on the link between awareness aspect of social capital and improvement of existing products, but act as a partial mediating variable on the link between awareness aspect of social capital and new product development. Finally, this study found that knowledge utilization does not act as a mediating variable on the link between relation aspect of social capita and product innovation.
