외식업체 근로자의 내부마케팅과 식품 안전분위기의 관계 및 고용형태의 조절효과 (The relationship between internal marketing and food safety, and the moderating effect of employment type in food service industry)

  • This paper reviewed the relationship between internal marketing(management support, education, pay system, internal communication, employment security) and food safety climate(prevention, superior attitude, work condition), and the moderating effect of employment type(permanent or temporary employees) in food service company. Based on the responses from 304 responses, the results of hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed that 4 factors(management support, education, internal communication, employment security) effect positively on food safety climate(prevention, superior attitude, work condition). The positive effect of internal communication on superior attitude and work condition appeared to be more positive in permanent employees than in temporary employees. And the results of t-test analysis showed that permanent employees perceived more positively all internal marketing factors(management support, education, pay system, internal communication, employment security) and food safety climate(precaution, superior attitude, work condition) than temporary employees.

  • This paper reviewed the relationship between safety climate(management commitment, safety education, preventive activity) and safety participation, and the mediating effect of safety motivation(intrinsic and extrinsic motivation) in small business employee. Based on the responses from 270 employees, the results of multiple regression analysis appeared as follow; 1) management commitment, safety education, and preventive activity effect positively on intrinsic/extrinsic safety motivation. 2) management commitment, safety education, and preventive activity effect positively on safety participation. 3) intrinsic and extrinsic safety motivation effect positively on safety participation. 4) intrinsic safety motivation mediates between 3 climate factors(management commitment, safety education, preventive activity) and safety participation. 5) extrinsic safety motivation mediates between only management commitment and safety participation.

산업안전 연구에 대한 사회심리적 접근의 통합 (Applying psychosocial approach in industrial safety research)

  • This paper tried to apply psychosocial factors in industrial safety research. Since Zohar's(1980) publication of safety climate in the field of safety research, this approach have been done by many researchers. Here, this paper reviewed the relationship between safety climate factors(safety rule, prevention, superior attitude, social support) and safety compliance, and the moderating effects of work condition, required skill and age. Based on the responses from 233 employees in Kangwon province industry, hierarchical regressional analysis showed that all safety climate factors(safety rule, prevention, superior attitude, social support) have positive relationship with safety compliance. Safety rule appeared to be more positively related with safety compliance, while work condition is more favorable and worker is older. But social support appeared to be more positively with safety compliance, while work condition is more unfavorable, and also prevention appeared to be more positively with safety compliance, while worker is more younger.

CORDEX-EA Phase 2 다중 지역기후모델을 이용한 한반도 미래 극한 기후 전망 (Future Projection of Extreme Climate over the Korean Peninsula Using Multi-RCM in CORDEX-EA Phase 2 Project)

  • This study presents projections of future extreme climate over the Korean Peninsula (KP), using bias-corrected data from multiple regional climate model (RCM) simulations in CORDEX-EA Phase 2 project. In order to confirm difference according to degree of greenhouse gas (GHG) emission, high GHG path of SSP5-8.5 and low GHG path of SSP1-2.6 scenario are used. Under SSP5-8.5 scenario, mean temperature and precipitation over KP are projected to increase by 6.38℃ and 20.56%, respectively, in 2081~2100 years compared to 1995~2014 years. Projected changes in extreme climate suggest that intensity indices of extreme temperatures would increase by 6.41℃ to 8.18℃ and precipitation by 24.75% to 33.74%, being bigger increase than their mean values. Both of frequency indices of the extreme climate and consecutive indices of extreme precipitation are also projected to increase. But the projected changes in extreme indices vary regionally. Under SSP1-2.6 scenario, the extreme climate indices would increase less than SSP5-8.5 scenario. In other words, temperature (precipitation) intensity indices would increase 2.63℃ to 3.12℃ (14.09% to 16.07%). And there is expected to be relationship between mean precipitation and warming, which mean precipitation would increase as warming with bigger relationship in northern KP (4.08% ℃-1) than southern KP (3.53% ℃-1) under SSP5-8.5 scenario. The projected relationship, however, is not significant for extreme precipitation. It seems because of complex characteristics of extreme precipitation from summer monsoon and typhoon over KP.

일(가정)-가정(일)갈등과 개인몰입 간의 관계: 지각된 조직 건강지원 분위기의 조절효과 (The Relationship between Work-Family Conflict and Individual Engagement: Moderating Effect of Perceived Wellness Climate)

  • 본 연구는 조직 구성원의 일-가정 간의 갈등이 개인몰입에 미치는 관계에서 지각된 조직 건강지원 분위기의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 일-가정 갈등은 일영역에서의 부정적 효과가 가정영역에 미치게 되는 일방적인 단방향의 문제가 아니라 부정적 영향을 받은 가정영역에서의 효과가 다시 일영역에 부정적으로 나타나는 이슈이다. 본 연구는 IT, 서비스, 제조업 등 총 11 개 기업의 직원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 실증 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일-가정(가정-일) 갈등이 개인몰입에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 일-가정 갈등과 개인몰입 간의 관계에 있어 조직 건강지원 분위기의 조절효과는 한계적인 수준에서 유의한 것으로 나타났고, 가정-일 갈등과 개인몰입 간의 관계에 있어서 조직 건강지원 분위기의 조절효과가 통계적으로 유의한 결과가 나타났다. 결론 부분에 이 연구의 시사점과 한계점, 그리고 향후 연구 방향을 제시하였다.

청년 직장인의 경력관리행동이 고용가능성을 통해 이직의도에 미치는 영향: 일-삶 균형과 커뮤니케이션 풍토의 조절 효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Career Management Behavior on Turnover Intention: The Mediating Effect of Employability and the Moderating Effect of Work-Life Balance and Communication Climate)

  • 본 연구는 청년 직장인들의 경력관리행동이 고용가능성 상승을 통해 오히려 이직의도를 높일 수도 있다는 가정을 검증하고자 했다. 이에 더하여 고용가능성과 이직의도 간의 관계에서 일-삶 균형과 조직 내 커뮤니케이션 풍토에 대한 지각이 중재변인으로서 조절된 매개효과 및 조절효과를 나타내는지 확인하고자 했다. 가설을 검증하기 위해 만 34세 이하의 일반직 직장인 300명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집했다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 경력관리행동과 이직의도 간의 관계에서 고용가능성의 정적인 매개효과가 검증되었다. 둘째, 고용가능성의 매개효과에 대한 일-삶 균형의 조절효과는 유의하지 않은 것으로 산출되었으나, 고용가능성과 이직의도의 정적인 관계는 일-삶 균형의 수준이 높을수록 강화되는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 커뮤니케이션 풍토는 고용가능성의 매개효과는 물론, 고용가능성과 이직의도의 관계도 조절하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 상기의 연구 결과를 바탕으로 가설 검증에 실패함으로써 얻을 수 있는 새로운 해석과 함께 본 연구가 갖는 시사점과 한계점 그리고 향후 연구를 위한 제언을 제시했다.

기후 변화 교육 목표 및 내용 체계 개발 (Development of the Goal and the Content System for the Climate Change Education)

  • Global climate change is associated with all of the human activity, and its sudden change can be taken an issue of the serious environmental problem in our human society. The purpose of this study is to develope the goal and the content system for the climate change education. As a result, first, according to the questionnaires on climate change, students from Grade 3 to Grade 10 seem to interpret it as fragmentary perspectives. In addition, in terms of students' own actions as the corresponding strategy to climate change, the higher their grades were, the lower their actions were. Second, the development goal on climate change and its educational directions were set by reflecting students' perception. The education goal on climate change is to perceive the changing environment by understanding phenomena of climate change, to propose plans that can mitigate and adjust climate change through a variety of research, and to keep practicing the proposed plans as a member of a community for the global environment. Third, fields and items of educational contents to climate change were created and drawn out. The content system is composed of 'basic science of climate change', 'relationship with climate change', and 'coping with climate change'. Furthermore, concrete contents for the climate change education in elementary school were suggested so that its goal and content system can be used in the existing curriculum.

대학 연구실책임자 안전리더십이 학생의 안전행동에 미치는 영향 : 개인 안전동기의 조절된 매개효과를 중심으로 (Effect of University Lab Manager Safety Leadership on Student Safety Behavior : The Controlled Mediating Effect of Individual Safety Motivation)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide implications for improving the safety behavior of university lab students by grasping the relationship between leaders' safety leadership, the lab's safety climate, and individual safety motivation variables. To this end, a survey was conducted on nationwide university laboratories, and the main results are as follows. First, transformational and transactional safety leadership had a positive effect on safety behavior, while the laissez-faire one had a negative impact.Second, it was found that the laboratory safety climate plays a mediating role in the relationship in which safety leadership affects safety behavior. Third, it was found that individual safety motivation was governed by the laboratory safety climate's effect on safety behavior. Fourth, individual safety motivation was found to control the mediating effect of the laboratory safety climate in the relationship between safety leadership and safety behavior. The conclusion of this study is the following: to strengthen the safety behavior of university laboratory students, the laboratory manager must operate the laboratory with a transformational and transactional safety leadership. Additionally, educational institutions must effectively operate their own safety-day programs to create a safe climate for each laboratory and improve students' safety motives.

  • The purpose of this research is to understand the role of safety climate in the safety management system. Based on the 121 responses from facilities got Occupational Health &Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) 18000 certification, the results of statistic analysis show that there is significant relationship between safety climate, work attitudes and Organizational Citizenship Behaviors (OCB).

조직구성원인 인식하는 조직 내 커뮤니케이션 유형이 학습전이 풍토에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 (A study on the influence of communication type within organization recognized by members of organization affecting learning transfer climate)

  • 본 연구는 조직구성원인 인식하는 조직 내 커뮤니케이션 유형과 학습전이 풍토 간의 영향관계를 알아보기 위한 연구로 독립변인으로 설정한 조직 내 커뮤니케이션 유형은 상사와 커뮤니케이션, 매체 질 커뮤니케이션, 동료와 커뮤니케이션, 조직 전망 커뮤니케이션의 4개 변수로 제시하였으며, 종속변인인 학습전이풍토는 상사지원, 동료지원, 전이기회, 조직보상 인식의 4개 하위변수로 구성하였다. 본 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 2015년 중소기업 핵심직무역량 교육과정에 참여한 후 3개월 이상 경과한 참가자 150명을 대상으로 통계상 무의미한 설문을 제외 한 116부를 최종 활용하였다. 한편, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0의 통계패키지 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도순석, 요인분석(Factor Analysis), 신뢰도 검증, 기술통계분석, 단순 다중회귀분석을 통해 연구가설을 검증하였다. 본 연구 결과 첫째, 조직 내 커뮤니케이션 유형과 학습전이 풍토인 상사의 지원 간의 영향관계에서 조직 내 커뮤니케이션 유형의 상사와 커뮤니케이션, 매체의 질 커뮤니케이션, 동료와 커뮤니케이션, 조직전망에 대한 커뮤니케이션은 모두 상사의 지원에 정(+)의 유의한 영향관계를 나타내었다. 둘째, 조직 내 커뮤니케이션 유형은 학습전이 풍토의 동요의 지원에는 모두 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조직 내 커뮤니케이션 유형과 학습전이 풍토의 전이기화 간의 영향관계에서는 동료와 커뮤니케이션을 제외한 상사와 커뮤니케이션, 매체의 질 커뮤니케이션, 조직전망에 대한 커뮤니케이션이 전이기회에 정(+)의 영향관계를 나타내었다. 마지막으로 조직 내 커뮤니케이션 유형과 학습전이 풍토의 조직보상 인식에 대한 영향관계에서는 상사와 커뮤니케이션과 조직전망에 대한 커뮤니케이션이 정(+)의 영향관계를 나타냈다.
