This study is focusing on activating and developing the right model of win-win partnership innovative activity for the purpose of win-win relationship among companies. These are the following studies that are conducted for that objective. First, This study systematically analyzes the best cases of the win-win partnership focusing on the proceedings of the companies participating in the field of win-win Partnership at the national quality-circle contest for the last three years(2014~2016). This study reveals the underlying problems of win-win partnership innovative activity and draws the conclusion in the way of improvement about the win-win partnership innovative activity. Second, This study suggests the efficient method of the function and improvement of a system for activating win-win partnership innovative activity by analyzing screening criterion and selecting excellent cases in the field of win-win Partnership at the national quality-circle contest in 2017. Third, This study suggests the method of strengthening the system of sharing result for invigorating and motivating the win-win partnership innovative activity. It is expected that this methodology for reinforcing the system of Win-win Partnership among companies will help to create the environment where a sound and new corporate culture can be settled. And It is also expected that this study can contribute to attaining the goal of growing together through enhancing the competitiveness, productivity and quality among Win-win Cooperation companies.

This study conducted a series of studies to offer a novel method of using CBS-dust that produced as by-product in the manufacture of cement. Four different contents of BS and CBS-dust were adopted for test parameters of this study. Mortar with 50% of W/B was fabricated. First, in the case of the fresh mortar, the flow decreased as the CBS-dust replacement rate increased, but the binder composition ratio BS 45% and 65% showed higher fl ow than Pl ain when repl acing CBS-dust 5%. In the case of air content, overall, the tendency was proportional to the CBS-dust replacement rate, and chloride tended to exceed the reference value at all replacement rates except for the CBS-dust 0% replacement. The compressive strength of the hardened mortar shows the resul t that the strength is improved when the CBS-dust is repl aced by 5% to 10%, and the CSH gel and structure formation is confirmed by microstructure analysis through the hydration reaction when the CBS-dust is replaced. Therefore, for a given condition CBS-dust is used as a early-strength admixture in a concrete secondary product that uses a large amount of admixture without reinforcing bars it can be an effective method for enhancing the strength of concrete as an alkali activator.

In this study, the National Disaster Management System (NDMS) was analyzed to evaluate the disaster impact assessment standards for steep slopes. Problems in the assessment methods and systems were discovered, which could be reasons for poor reliability. The disaster-risk evaluation index needs improvement to evaluate various types of retaining walls, such as concrete/reinforced soil walls and reinforcing stone masonry. Additionally, using the same score for overturning, bulging, and efflorescence could be reasons for poor reliability, and different weighting factors are needed. Assessment methods are needed to subdivide the social influence evaluation index while considering environmental conditions of steep slopes, such as railroads and reservoirs. For the evaluation of steep slopes, standards for start and end points of steep slopes should be created for effective management, and disaster impact assessment needs to be performed after redevelopment from an advanced index for protection and reinforcement. These problems were derived from a current evaluation system, so a disaster impact assessment is necessary to supplement the results of this study.
Laws, administrative rules, and task manuals have been revised to build a modern river maintenance system in Korea for the last decade. And various researches and technology developments have been carried out to resolve related issues. However, the recent enactment of the new Act and the catastrophe of flood damage in 2020 have accelerated more emphasis on the reorganization and reinforcement of the river maintenance system in terms of political and social aspects. In this study, we suggested promising directions for strengthening the technical and institutional competencies of river maintenance with respect to policy, R&D, planning, and technology. The open discussion was held with the participation of industry, academia, research institutes, and government officials, and all participants conducted the related survey to collect their opinions effectively. These results are expected to be used as a reference to secure the justification for integration of government organizations, planning of R&D, the introduction of new river maintenance, and related technology development when reestablishing and reinforcing the river management system in the future.
According to viewpoints of researchers and stakeholders, various opinions can be suggested on self-governing police system. Therefore, success of Korean self-governing police system will be defending on how to balance among conflicting values such as Empowerment, Political neutrality, Financial issues, Comprehensive competence in maintaining public safety. Before the launching of self-governing police system nation-wide, the experience of Jeju provincial police will be valuable model case. In specific, enlargement of work scope of self-governing police in Jeju province which has been introduced since last year will be a useful reference. There is more pessimism about self-governing police of Jeju province so far. However, this perspective is mostly based on the issue regarding hardwares such as manpower, equipment, law and organization. Issues regarding softwares such as organizational culture, operation system and work process need more attention to evaluate self-governing police system properly. To mark the first year after enlargement of work scope of Jeju police, this study demonstrate the overall result and implications of self-governing police of Jeju province based on documents, statistics, reports and media reports. In result, several preconditions are needed to implement the self-governing police system nation-wide successfully. 1. Strengthen the link between local government and local police 2. Establish the foundation for collaboration of state and local police 3. Enhance the aspect of citizen autonomy in local level 4. Reinforcing the capability of handling situation of state and local police 5. Invigorating the inter-organizational working group to operate self-governing police system effectively. The self-governing police system is unclosed topic to discuss. After this study, in-depth studies should be followed with more resources. Particularly, additional perspective including redundancy and equity need to be considered regarding self-governing police. By getting with the changes of macroscopic trends - lowbirth and aging, the fourth industrial revolution and possible reunification of north and south Koreas - these studies should suggest the long-term blueprint of self-governing police system of Korea.
The structures of reinforced concrete have been extensively increased with rapid development of industrial society. Futhermore, these reinforced concretes are easy to expose to severe corrosive environments such as seawater, contaminated water, acid rain and seashore etc.. Thus, corrosion problem of steel bar embedded in concrete is very important in terms of safety and economical point of view. In this study, specimens having six different coating thickness (W/C:0.5) were prepared and immersed in flowing seawater for five years to evaluate the effect of coating thickness and immersion time on corrosion property. The polarization characteristics of these embedded steel bars were investigated using electrochemical methods such as corrosion potential, anodic polarization curve, and impedance. At the 20-day immersion, the corrosion potentials exhibited increasingly nobler values with coating thickness. However, after 5-yr. immersion their values were shifted in the negative direction, and the relationship between corrosion potential and coating thickness was not shown. Although 5-yr. immersion lowered corrosion potential, 5-yr. immersion did not increase corrosion rate. In addition, after 5-yr. immersion, the thinner cover thickness, corrosion current density was decreased with thinning coating thickness. It is due to the fact that ease incorporation of water, dissolved oxygen and chloride ion into a steel surface caused corrosion and hence, leaded to the formation of corrosion product. The corrosion product plays the role as a corrosion barrier and increases polarization resistance. The corrosion probability evaluated depending on corrosion potential may not be a good method for predicting corrosion probability. Hence, the parameters including cover thickness and passed aged years as well as corrosion potential is suggested to be considered for better assessment of corrosion probability of reinforced steel exposed to partially or fully in marine environment for long years.
This study attempts to shed additional light on the national diffusion process and interaction of welfare services for children and mothers. The central hypothesis examined is the following : In general, the implant of social welfare system is first considered on the characteristics of their own socio-economics , and diffusion prodess of welfare services tends to occur faster in countries with open sicieties than in countries where entry barriers are high and society ranking rigid. The scope of the study is limited in several ways. Attention is concentrated on the agency of woman in the belief that an in-depth case study of one field can yield more insight than a less detailed investigation embracing a number of social welfare systems. The angency of woman is selected for several reasons. a) It is important the agency of woman alone produce more effective than services affecting both the child welfare and women's libertion bradually. Moreover, these services will form the heart of mother's welfare. b) The services of women's agency is gradually wide spread, since a role of government is still negligible before a full realization of economic income. c) The services of women agency is a prime example of a social welfare. d) statistical data and other information are more readily available. One of major findings of our study is the existence of the barriers inhibiting child welfare form " motherhood cult". Despite all the distinct advantages for mother and child , social attitudes appear to be some resistant on child welfare system among men and women even the agenices of women. What is surprised is the extent of the awareness that strategies of women's agency to liberate woman and to increate activities of women involve the strategies to liberate child. The conviction that solving application problems for child welfare in line with the activities of agency by women offer greater freedom and more advantage to mother are not apparent on the data collected from 18 of multi-functional agencies in our country. there are little sign that such agencies cooperate toward attainment of common goals. The intensive early focus of the movement on consciousness raising is a necessary beginning and such efforts by women's organizations would help both in the continuous evolution of women and child. Some of the agencies offer a variety of services to women and children, others are specialized in that they offer fewer services or even only one. Social welfare agenices giving service to children and their families are identified by various names usually women service and child welfare from govern , mental agency and voluntary public agency to foreign aided. What is totally missing , however, is an integrated synthesis of child welfare program Through women's agency. Social changes to occur, but delineation of appropriate and comprehensive social policy is also necessary at this point at this point since efforts, social changes and polices must be well coordianted and focused, as well as mutually supprotive and reinforcing.

A method of dynamic analysis is developed for torsional free vibrations of elliptical-box girder type or stiffening truss system suspension bridge. In this study, the method based on a finite element technique using a digital computer, is illustrated by two numerical examples, the Namhae Bridge which is located in Kyungsang nam-do opened on June, 1973, and the Mt. Chunma Bridge is simple span pedestrian's suspension bridge with lateral bracing system in Mt. Chunma, Kyungki-do, are used. In general, dynamic modes of complex suspension bridges are three-dimensional in form, i.e., coupling between vertical and torsional motions. However, introduced that amplitudes of oscillation are infinitesimal for coincidence with the purpose of it's use, thereupon, the torsional vibration analyses are treated without coupling terms. A sufficient number of natural frequencies and mode shapes for torsional free vibration are presented in this paper. In the case of Mt. Chunma Bridge, the natural frequencies and periods are computed with and without reinforcement, respectively, and compared their discrepancies. The influence of the auxiliary reinforcing cables is prevailing in the first few modes, namely, 1st and 2nd in symmetric and 1st, 2nd and 3rd in antisymmetric vibration, and conspicuous in the symmetric compared with the antisymmetric motion, but in the higher modes, this kind of simple accessory elucidates rether converse effects. In the Namhae Bridge, the results are compared with the Manual's obtained by wind tunnel test. It reveals commendable agreement.

This paper presents an analytical prediction of Nonlinear characteristics of prestressed concrete bridges by strengthened of externally tendon considering construction sequence, using unbonded tendon element and beam-column element based on flexibility method. Unbonded tendon model can represent unbounded tendon behavior in concrete of PSC structures and it can deal with the prestressing transfer of posttensioned structures and calculate prestressed concrete structures more efficiently. This tendon model made up the several nodes and segment, therefore a real tendon of same geometry in the prestressed concrete structure can be simulated the one element. The beam-column element was developed with reinforced concrete material nonlinearities which are based on the smeared crack concept. The fiber hysteresis rule of beam-column element is derived from the uniaxial constitutive relations of concrete and reinforcing steel fibers. The formulation of beam-column element is based on flexibility. Beam-column element and unbonded tendon element were be involved in A computer program, named RCAHEST (Reinforced Concrete Analysis in Higher Evaluation System Technology), that were used the analysis of RC and PSC structures. The proposed numerical method for prestressed concrete structures by strengthened of externally tendon is verified by comparison with reliable experimental results.
The purpose of the study was to examine cooperative education between industry and school recognized by tentatively called managers of cooperative education, teachers in charge of cooperative education between industry and school, in vocational high school in Incheon Area. In order to accomplish the study purpose, the study conducted a research through questionnaire and examined their recognition for cooperative education between industry and school focusing on curriculum (purpose and content), operational system including supporting system (establishment and operational level) and educational type (process, effectiveness, problems and reinforcing measures). The study conducted a survey using Likert 5 score scale and analyzed the survey results using technical statistics such as frequency, average, standard deviation, etc. From the comprehensive results from the survey, it was found that although outcomes from industry-school cooperation are relatively high, participation is insufficient and intermediating organizations connecting concerned parties and mediating them are not enough because recognition and will of interested parties of industry-school cooperation are not sufficient. In addition, policies, legal and systematical and financial infrastructure for activation and efficiency of industry-school cooperation are not established perfectly, therefore, there are a lot of things to be improvement in operation. In particular, it was observed that establishment of internal organization and infrastructure for the number of workers in vocational training organizations are decisively inadequate.
