경부고속철도 사례분석을 통한 철도건설공기 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Railway Construction Schedule Using KTX Construction Case)

  • 2004년에 세계에서 5번째로 한국에서 고속철도를 운영하게 되었으며, 2011년 서울~부산간 전구간의 철도건설이 완공되어 고속철도가 운행되고 있다. 경부고속철도와 같은 대형국책사업에 있어 계획된 공기에 영향을 미치는 요소는 다양하였다. 국내에서는 처음으로 시행된 고속철도 건설사업으로서 본 사업과정상에 잦은 국가정책의 변경, 설계 및 시공상 사업관리의 어려움, 환경단체나 지역주민 등 이해관계자와의 갈등 등이 철도건설공기에 영향을 주는 주요 요소로 볼 수 있으며 경부고속철도를 통해 경험한 지연요소에 대한 종류, 문제점 등을 분석하여 향후 대형국책사업 등의 시행에 있어서 사업관리 및 추진의 효율성 향상에 기여하고자 한다. 특히, 사업단계에서부터 철저한 공기관리가 필요하며, 아울러 최근 중요시되는 환경문제 등에 관해서는 사업전반에 걸쳐 관리가 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

  • Quite a few of persons often fall into an error that ISO has happened an additional work at construction sites. Supervision works, however, are carried out in compliance with 'Guidelines for the Supervision Works' which is including most ISO Requirements. Additional requirements needed for the supervision works are not many. This study has studied on the ISO application of supervision works in relation to, 1) ISO 9001 & KS A 9001 Quality Management System Basic Model, 2) The Process of Railway Construction Work Supervision Quality Management Plan, 3) Supervision Work Performance Guide Book(2005) & KS A 9001(2001) Standard, at the railway construction sites.

  • Recently, started to apply a strategy of selection and concentration in the construction and transportation R&D for the effective utilization of limited R&D resources. The department of construction and transportation planned the construction and transportation R&D innovative road map by the future 10 years technical requirement under the first year on the innovation of the construction and transportation technology from last year. The innovative road map which is a strategic and long term master plan integrated a construction and transportation suggested a vision as value createar for a improvement of living quality in the future. And made a specific goal that is the seventh construction technology level and the fifth transportation technology level in the world. The department of construction and transportation is planning a mid- long range planing of the construction and transportation R&D as following measurement of innovative road map. KICTEP and KISTEP planned a mid- long range R&D planing of the transportation system, logistics, aviation, railway for the last year. Introducing a methodology used a mid- long range plan and main results of the future railway R&D plan. And suggesting a politic comments for the effectively propelling railway R&D projects.

  • The alignment design is one of the most influencing elements in earth work for the railway design. The amount of earth work mostly depends on the route, and the construction cost for railway construction largely depends on it. For this reason. it is necessary to develop a program for the construction cost estimation by route alternatives. This study introduces a program for the estimation of the earth work amount including the logics and the way to use.

  • Such traditional construction methods as the interchange or improvement of railway subbase maintenance and reinforcement have many problems in the matters of construction period, constructive and economical efficiency aspects. This paper will describe the alternative railway subbase reinforcement method based on geosynthetics system. It is presently very popular in Germany and Japan. In summary it is to say, that geosynthetics used at fine grained subsoils to a strong improvement of the whole railroad system.

수치해석을 통한 철도노반 인접 굴착 시 궤도틀림 분석 (Numerical Analysis of Track Irregularity in Excavation Adjacent to Railway Trackbed)

  • 본 논문에서는 3차원 수치해석을 통해 철도 노반에 인접한 굴착공사 시 궤도의 틀림을 분석하였다. 철도 노반에 인접한 굴착 공사는 열차 주행에 영향을 미칠 가능성이 높아 공사 시 인접 구조물의 안정성 및 영향성 검토를 필수로 수행하고 있지만, 그럼에도 불구하고 공사에 따른 침하 및 궤도틀림이 지속적으로 보고되고 있다. 굴착공사로 인한 지하수위, 지반의 응력 상태 변화 등은 인접 굴착 공사에 따른 구조물의 침하와 궤도틀림의 원인으로 지적되고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 인접 굴착 공사 시 궤도 틀림을 유발하는 인자를 변수로 고려하여 수치해석을 수행하였으며 운행 열차를 모사하기 위해 KRL-2012 표준 열차하중을 적용하였다. 분석 결과, 열차하중의 위치, 굴착지점과의 거리가 궤도틀림에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 열차 하중이 작용할 때 궤도 틀림이 크게 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. 지하수위의 영향은 크지 않은 것으로 나타났다.

철도교량형식의 경간에 따른 형고 비교 (Comparison of Girder Height by Span in Various Types of Railway Bridge)

  • The type used mainly in present our country in the superstructure of the railway bridge including the high speed railway is classified by the box girder and the I-type girder, greatly. The box girder is mainly used by the high speed railway bridge, and the I-type girder is used mostly by general railway bridge style. In this study, according to current railway bridge design code, we execute design by the span length of each considered bridge form. Also we analyze the suitable girder height by the span length and calculate the construction costs. The comparative analysis of the structural efficiency is produced by the span length. From this study, it is exposed that the girder height by the span length is the biggest in box girder. Also it is evaluated that the construction costs of the box girder is higher than that of the I-type girder although there is a difference between more or less according to adopted construction method.

대차 프레임의 건전성평가를 위한 초음파신호 후처리기 시뮬레이터 구축 (Post-processor Simulator Construction of Ultrasonic Signals for Integrity Evaluation of Railway Truck)

  • This study proposes the post-processor simulator construction of ultrasonic signal for integrity evaluation of railway truck. For these purposes, the ultrasonic signals for defects(crack) of weld zone in frames are acquired in the type of time series data and echo strength. The detection of the natural defects in railway truck is performed using the characteristics of echodynamic pattern in ultrasonic signal. The constructed post-processor simulator agree fairly well with the measured results of test block(defect location, beam propagation distance, echo strength, etc). Proposed post-processor simulator construction of ultrasonic in this study can be used for the integrity evaluation of railway truck.

한국형 차세대 고속전철의 기술이전을 통한 중국진출 방안 연구 (A Study on Strategical Penetration of the Korean High-Speed Train System into Chinese Market through the Technology Transfer)

  • Studied was a strategic plan for the Korean High-Speed Train system to penetrate the Chinese railway market in exchange of the technology of KHST. Firstly, taken was a glance at Chinese Government plans to extend total length of his railway lines and to construct the Beijing~Shanghai high-speed railway line. Then, disparity of railway technology in Korea and China was reviewed. From the review, SWOT Analysis were carried out to penetrate the foreign markets. Countermeasures to cope with SWOT were also considered. Strategical governmental supports and the establishment of the special organization to be in charge of penetration of KHST into foreign markets were proposed. Finally, also proposed was the transfer of KHST technology to Chinese counterparts in exchange of tangible benefits for Korean side. The benefits may include (1) adoption of KHST as the type of rolling stock for the Beijing~Shanghai line, (2) guarantee of participation in the project and royalty for the KHST technology used for the future high-speed railway line construction, (3) prior written approval and partnership when making its way to third country, and (4) participation of Korean construction companies in Chinese railway construction project, etc. Adoption of KHST in China indeed gives chance to integrate the high-speed railway network after reunification of Korean peninsular, and enhance the economic ties between two countries.

건설단계에서의 철도시설물 온실가스저감방안연구 (A Research on the Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction of Railway Structure Construction Stage)

  • 철도시설물 유형별 전과정 온실가스 배출량에 관한 연구결과를 분석한 결과 철도건설에 사용된 콘크리트가 주요 발생원임을 확인하였다. 친환경설계전략(ECODESIGN PILOT)을 활용하여 철도시설물의 제품유형을 분석한 결과에서도 철도시설물은 재료집약제품으로 분류되었다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 건설재료측면에서 철도시설물의 온실가스배출량을 저감하는 방안을 도출하고 이를 철도현장에 시범, 적용함으로써 그 저감효과를 분석하였다. 연구에서 고려한 철도시설물의 온실가스 배출저감기술은 고로슬래그를 이용하여 시멘트 사용량을 저감한 친환경 콘크리트와 콘크리트 구조물의 수명을 보장할 수 있는 콘크리트 열화방지제이다. 그리고 설계단계에서 철도노선에 대한 온실가스배출량을 사전에 평가하고 예측할 수 있는 저탄소 철도노선 평가 및 설계기술이다.
