Even though the efficient public transportation system has been issued in many areas, a few practical methodology of analysis and evaluation of the transit system has been developed since applying the practical methodology faces many difficulties as a feasible solution. For example, designing the public transit transfer system needs the feasible consensus of requirement and solution among the related people and institutes, which the system engineering concept should be involved. It is necessary and confident to analyze and evaluate the public transit transfer system in term of system engineering process.

Nowadays almost nations try to promote the competition of nation through the development of national science technology. Also Korea has been engaging in this race of through public research&development institute. But recently the commercialization of R&D products appears a poor result in the royalty of technology according weak technology transfer toward IT small and medium-sized enterprises. Even If we have been trying to find the problems and causes, as yet it is true that we don't solve clearly the problem, make a diagnosis about it. This paper analyzes the process of commercialization in public R&D research institute(ETRI: Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute) through system thinking and researches an interrelationship among government agency, public R&D research institute, and enterprise. This one can find the fact that between research fund and R&D products, transfer technology and royalty, and enterprise's operating profit and active technology transfer like adding technology development is a positive feedback loop. This positive feedback loop in the commercialization of public R&D research institute carries out very important role in examining problems in R&D product's commercialization. Also this paper looks forward to being a guide in the commercialization of public R&D research institute.

본 연구에서는 공적이전소득과 사적이전소득이 노인의 삶의 만족에 영향을 미치는 데 있어 우울과 사회적 지지가 다중매개효과를 가지는가를 규명하고자 한다. 이를 위해 국민노후보장패널조사(KReLS: Korean Retirement & Income Study) 데이터 중 7차 패널자료(2017년도)를 분석에 사용하였으며, 구조방정식모형(structural equation modeling, SEM)을 활용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 노인의 공적이전소득이 많을수록 우울 수준은 낮아졌으며, 사회적 지지는 높아졌고, 삶의 만족은 높아지는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 노인의 공적이전소득, 사적이전소득이 삶의 만족에 영향을 미치는데 있어서 우울의 부분매개효과가 검증되었다. 셋째, 노인의 공적이전소득, 사적이전소득이 삶의 만족에 영향을 미치는데 있어서 사회적 지지의 부분매개효과가 검증되었다. 넷째, 노인의 공적이전소득과 사적이전소득이 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향에서 우울과 사회적 지지의 다중매개효과가 유의함이 검증되었다. 이러한 분석결과에 근거해, 노인의 사회적 지지망 강화를 위한 Community Care 사업의 활성화 등의 정책적 제안을 하였다.

Objective: This study was carried out for the purpose of identifying major substances contributing to the production of odor and evaluating the characteristic of odors. Methods: Complex odor and 17 odorous compounds were measured at 18 waste transfer stations located in Seoul. Results: The dilution ratio value of complex odor ranged from 4 to 30 times in the boundary layer of 18 waste transfer stations. At 6 measurement points among the 18 waste transfer stations, the dilution ratio values exceeded standards (15 times). When the results were evaluated in terms of their contribution to the formation of malodor, the patterns indicated that the highest concentration values in the residential waste disposal process were of i-valeraldehyde and acetaldehyde, while butyraldehyde and acetaldehyde accounted for a large proportion of odorous compounds from the waste recycling process. Conclusions: It was found that butyraldehyde and acetaldehyde were the primary compounds released from the food waste disposal process. Overall, aldehyde compounds were the greatest contributor to detectable odor intensity emitted at the waste transfer stations.

교통수단간 환승은 대중교통체계운영의 효율성 증대를 위해 반드시 필요한 것으로 무엇보다 중요한 것은 현실에 기초한 환승거점의 선정이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 대중교통 이용자의 통행실태를 반영한 환승거점 입지선정 방향에 관한 연구로서 대구광역시를 대상으로 대중교통 이용객 1일 교통카드 사용내역 자료를 활용하여 환승통행패턴을 분석하고자 한다. 군집분석을 통해 이용객이 많은 정류소를 분류하고 환승통행량의 규모에 따라 그룹핑하여 판별분석을 실시하였다. 도출된 판별 함수를 이용하여 현재 시공 중인 대구시 도시철도 3호선의 환승통행량을 추정하고 환승센터 설치 가능지점을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 노인의 공적 이전소득과 사적이전 소득이 노인의 삶의 만족도, 자존감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 이해하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 분석방법으로는 빈도분석, T-test, 아노바, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 다음과 같은 점을 논의 하였다. 첫째, 노인의 공적이전소득과 사적이전소득에 따른 삶의 만족도, 자존감이 유의하게 나타났다. 둘째, 사적이전소득중 자녀로 부터의 보조금과 공적이전소득은 많을수록 삶의 만족도와 자존감이 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 사적이전 소득 중 민간.개인보조금은 적을수록 자존감이 높게 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과에 근거하여 다음과 같은 제언을 하였다. 노인의 경제적 자립이 자존감을 높이는 계기가 됨을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 좀 더 실질적이고 구체적인 공적이전체계가 뒷받침되어야 한다. 또한 사적이전소득 중 자녀로 부터의 보조금이 삶의 만족도에 영향을 주므로 가족 간의 지속적인 관심과 유대가 필요하다.

The paper tests the above socio-cognitive model with four empirical case studies of leading Korean science and technology research and technology transfer organizations. The case studies demonstrate clear differences in individuals' frames about the technology transfer process and arising conflicts. As a result, technology transfer process is not fully controllable and is highly contextual. We argue, whereas public policy in countries approaching technology frontier provides essential support for defining and exploiting best practices (routines/pathways) for technology transfer at organizational level, they have not matured enough to support the timely identification and resolution of conflicts between individual actors, hence the inefficiencies. Therefore, among others, public policy for technology transfer could consider allowing an inclusive approach to recognition of best practices for technology transfer and innovation processes, increased social interactions between technology transfer actors, and their training on resolution of individual level cognitive conflicts.

최근 방송사에서는 사용하는 고화질 제작용인 대용량 영상파일의 사이트간 전송을 위해 Public IP Network 을 많이 사용하고 있으나, 특히 장거리 Public IP Network 는 QoS 를 보장되지 않는 다양한 원인으로 인해서 전송성능이 저하가 심각하게 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 방송 디지털미디어의 대용량 HD 영상파일을 장거리 전송하는데 발생하는 성능 저하의 원인을 분석하고, 고속 파일전송을 위하여 Parallel TCP Application을 이용해서 다중세션으로 호스트간 Network 을 연결을 하는 방법을 통해서 Network 사용 효율성을 극대화하고 이용하는 구현 사례를 알아본다. 그리고 대용량 HD 영상파일의 고효율 고속 전송시스템을 방송사에서 사용한 결과를 실증하여 IP network 을 사용하는 효율적인 영상전송방식을 검증한다.

이 연구의 주요한 목적은 2015년부터 진행될 본격적인 전자기록 이관과 관련하여 영구기록물관리기관과 기록관이 어떤 활동을 진행하고 있는지를 드러내기 위한 것이다. 이관방법론 표준에 근거하여 공공 전자기록 이관과 관련하여 중요하게 확인해야 하는 활동 영역을 도출하고 2014년 현재 시점에서의 이관 현황을 돌아보았다. 이 과정을 통해 2015년으로 예정된 본격적인 전자기록 이관에 있어 주요하게 문제가 발생할 것으로 예상되는 지점을 확인하고, 향후 안정적인 공공 전자기록 이관을 준비하기 위해 충분히 논의되어야 할 문제들을 가시화하고 공론의 장을 마련하는 기초를 마련하고자 하였다.

이 연구는 BTL(Build-Transfer-Lease)방식에 의한 공공도서관 건립 현황을 조사하여, 이 방식의 문제점을 지적하고, 그 개선점을 제안하여 효율적인 도서관 시설 확충 방안을 모색하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이 연구 수행을 위해 문헌조사, 현장조사 그리고 인터뷰 방법을 이용하였다. 우리 정부는 부족한 공공도서관 시설을 확충하기 위해 민간투자방식의 한 유형인 BTL방식을 채택하고 있다. 2008년 현재 이 방식에 의해 6개 지자체에서, 1개의 도서관이 건립되었고 8개 도서관의 건립이 추진되고 있다. 이 연구는 BTL방식에 의한 도서관 건립이 대형 도서관 건립 형태로 추진되고 있음을 지적하고, 개별 사업으로 소규모 도서관을 여러 개 건립하는 것이 부족한 공공도서관 시설을 효과적으로 확충하는 방안이 될 수 있음을 제안한다.
