이 연구는 독서와 마라톤을 접목하여 개발 운영한 공공도서관의 독서진흥 프로그램이 독서활동에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 것이다. 이 연구를 위하여 문헌연구와 독서진흥 프로그램을 개발 운영하고, 참여자를 대상으로 설문조사와 면담을 실시하였다. 이 연구의 결과, 1) 독서마라톤 프로그램의 만족도가 높은 사람들이 독서량이 증가되고 도서관 이용 빈도가 더 많은 것으로 나타났다. 2) 독서마라톤 참여 이후에 가족들과 책에 관한 대화가 더 많은 것을 알 수 있었다. 독서마라톤 프로그램이 독서활동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 메타버스 플랫폼에서 진행했던 문화프로그램 운영사례들의 주요한 특징을 살펴보았다. 그리고 공공도서관 문화프로그램 담당사서를 대상으로 인터뷰를 진행하여 문화프로그램 유형별 메타버스 플랫폼의 활용가능성에 대해 의견을 수렴하였다. 이를 통해 궁극적으로 공공도서관에서 메타버스 플랫폼을 활용하여 문화프로그램을 기획·운영할 때 활용할 수 있는 가이드라인을 제시하고자 하였다. 조사결과 메타버스 플랫폼을 활용한 문화프로그램은 견학, 교육, 독서, 전시, 공연, 게임, 이벤트로 총 7가지로 나타났다. 공공도서관 문화프로그램 담당사서들은 견학, 전시, 게임, 이벤트에 대한 향후 활용성에 긍정적인 답변을 보였다. 교육은 문화프로그램의 성격에 따라 활용이 가능하지만, 독서와 공연은 향후 활용성이 떨어질 것이라는 답변을 보였다. 메타버스 플랫폼 활용 방안으로는 견학 문화프로그램은 제페토, 교육과 전시, 게임, 이벤트 문화프로그램은 게더타운과 젭의 활용성이 높게 나타났다.

본 연구는 서울특별시 J구 구립도서관을 중심으로 '한 도서관 한 책 읽기' 프로그램의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 서비스 품질 요인(프로그램 도서 및 내용, 프로그램 작가 및 인력, 프로그램 서비스 지원, 프로그램 시설 및 환경)과 만족도가 이용의도에 미치는 영향 관계를 통계적으로 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구결과 첫째, 프로그램 만족도에 유의미한 정적인 영향을 미치는 서비스 품질 요인에는 프로그램의 도서 및 내용과 프로그램의 작가 및 인력으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 프로그램의 만족도는 이용의도에 유의미한 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과는 향후 국내 공공도서관에서 실시될 '한 도서관 한 책 읽기' 프로그램 서비스의 질을 제고시키는데 유용한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

This descriptive study aimed to determine the effects of community based health education program for pregnant women on their confidence in labor and breastfeeding. Data were obtained using several questionnaires and administered to 174 pregnant women who have participated (n=49) and have not participated(n=125) in health education program, and 244 mothers of infants who lived in one city in Kyunggi province. Summaries of finding were as follows; First, pregnant women who have participated in health education program showed significantly higher score in confidence in labor than those who have not. Also, confidence in labor was different according to the level of education. Second, pregnant women participated in health education program showed higher score in knowledge and attitude on breastfeeding, but the differences were not significant. Knowledge on breastfeeding was higher in multipara. More positive attitude on breastfeeding was found in working mothers and highly educated mothers. Third, $54.1\%$ of mothers continued breastfeeding over six months. Main reasons for discontinuing breastfeeding were lack of breast milk amount, and health problems in infants and mothers. In this study, we could identify the positive effects of health education program for pregnant women provided by public health center, and find the related factors of confidence in labor and breastfeeding. Community based health education program for pregnant women, especially for vulnerable group should be expanded.

본 연구는 공공도서관과 지역사회기관 간의 문화프로그램의 중복 현황을 파악해보고, 이러한 중복을 최대한 줄이고 제한된 지역 자원을 활용하여 문화프로그램 제공을 위한 효율적 협력 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 통계 및 현황 데이터 분석, 설문지 분석 등 다양한 조사방법을 통한 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 공공도서관은 다른 기관과는 다르게 인문교양교육 관련 프로그램에 치중하여 운영하고 있었고, 설문결과 이용자들은 '독서 및 문예' 프로그램에 대한 높은 기대감을 가지고 있었다. 또한 사회복지기관의 경우, 특정 연령대인 노년층을 대상으로 프로그램을 집중 운영하고 있어 그 연령대의 만족도 및 선호도가 전반적으로 높았다. 이러한 결과를 통하여 각 기관은 이용자의 선호도나 특정 연령대에 따라 최대의 만족을 이끌어낼 수 있는 특화된 프로그램을 구성해야 함을 알 수 있었다. 특히 공공도서관은 독서, 문예 등의 인문교양교육 분야와 정보화교육 분야에 특성화시킨 프로그램을 제공하는 것이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

A variety of approaches are being applied to improve the existing ex-ante evaluation by expert panels in publicly funded R&D. While the objective evaluation criteria are constantly being improved to screen and select the superior projects, alternative approaches such as random prioritization and logical modeling are also underway to overcome the conservative bias of reviewers and to secure disruptive innovation. This study intends to find critical implications for ex-ante evaluation of public R&D system from the comparison of Indonesia and Korea. For the comparative analysis, literature review and expert in-depth interviews are conducted on the national R&D system and the selection evaluation process. In Korea, the selection criteria of projects are legally promulgated for establishing an objective evaluation system, and at the program level, the major considerations in the planning process are specified by Presidential Decree. On the other hand, while Indonesia conducts R&D in 47 strategic fields largely by public research institutes (PRI) based on the non-competitive government contributions. This study draws out implications of institutionalizing the planning process at the level of program, and of increasing the ratio of contract-based competitive funding at the level of project in the national R&D portfolio.

The purposes of this study are to comprehend the importance of policy in improving the operation of the public arboretum and survey the program satisfaction of participants and operators based on the case of the Daegu arboretum. According to the order of policy priority regarding the Daegu arboretum, the expansion of the education program topped the list with 0.155 points, followed by the establishment of a vision and goal, and the reestablishment of function, which scored 0.135 and 0.135 points, respectively. Fostering citizens' participation through volunteer work was in the upper ranks with 0.131 points. Building networks among public arboretums and constructing a research cooperation system with universities turned up with 0.09 and 0.075 points. As the result of program satisfaction, participants' satisfaction was around 0.66 points higher than that of operators' satisfaction. In the case of participants, comprehensive satisfaction, including that with the program operation method, was very high at 4.85 points. Out of the entire program, the operators were the most satisfied with the benefits. This study aims to share improvement plans for public arboretums constructed in urban areas, analyzing policy priorities and satisfaction related to the Daegu arboretum. The results of this study can be utilized as data for the improvement plans of public arboretums. If improvement plans for public arboretums are modeled with other follow-up case studies, it will help ensure that public arboretums become evolving rather than fixed areas for citizens.

현재 입원환자 및 환자 가족의 사적 고용으로 시행되는 유급 간병서비스 실태를 파악하고, 이를 이용하는데 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하고자 함을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구는 한국의료패널 자료 (2011-2014)를 활용하였으며, 연간 1회 이상 입원서비스를 이용한 경험이 있는 5,110명을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 본 연구의 자료처리 및 분석을 위해 STATA 12.0 SE를 활용하였으며, 입원환자들의 기본특징을 확인하기 위해 빈도분석을 수행하였으며, 특성에 따른 유급 간병서비스 이용 현황을 확인하기 위해 교차분석 및 t-test를 시행하였다. 마지막으로, 입원환자들의 유급 간병서비스 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위해 Andersen's Behavioral Model의 3 범주를 단계적으로 모형에 투입하는 위계적 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시했다. 분석결과 유급 간병서비스 이용은 여성, 고연령, 장기입원 및 장애가 있을 경우에 더 많은 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 사적고용에서 중요한 가구소득 변수는 유의한 결과를 보이지 않았다. 이 연구결과는 현재 논의 중에 있는 간호간병통합서비스의 대상자 선정에 있어 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다. 또한, 향후 대상자 선정에 관한 세부적인 논의가 이루어질 필요가 있다.

본 연구는 초등학교 3~6학년 다문화가정 어린이와 일반가정 어린이를 대상으로 문화다양성교육을 제공함으로써 세계의 여러 다른 문화와 다양한 가치, 삶의 방식을 존중하고 문화다양성에 대한 인식을 개선하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 공공도서관에서의 문화다양성교육 프로그램을 개발하여 적용하고 문화다양성교육 프로그램에 대한 사전-사후 인식 차이, 실험집단-비교집단의 인식 차이, 도서관 서비스와 이용률 및 서비스 활성화 방법에 대해 분석하였다. 그 결과, 문화다양성교육 프로그램 인식조사를 통해 문화다양성에 대한 이해, 수용, 배려, 존중 등이 높아진 것으로 나타났다.
