본 연구는 기업의 종업원의 성과요인을 개인적, 조직적, 제도적 요인으로 나누고 이에 따른 성과평가결과와의 관계를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 최종 417개의 표본을 바탕으로 SPSS와 AMOS를 이용한 결과를 요약하면, 다음과 같다. 성과 요인 중 직무 만족과 공정한 성과제도는 개인성과 평가결과에 유의미한 양(+)의 관계를 보였고, 안정적 대인관계는 뚜렷한 상관관계를 찾아보기 어려웠다. 직무 만족(β= 0.432, t= 7.375^***)의 영향력이 가장 컸으며, 공정한 성과제도(β= 0.127, t= 2.406^*)가 그 다음이었다. 이는 성과 원인이 직무에 만족 한 경우와 조직의 성과제도가 공정하다고 인식하는 것이라 할 수 있겠다. 그러나 안정적 대인관계 즉, 다른 사람들로부터 원만한 관계를 하고 심리적 안정이 동반되는 대인관계는 성과요인이 아님이 밝혀졌다. 이러한 실증분석 결과를 바탕으로 성과요인에 대한 논의, 그리고 시사점과 향후 연구방향에 대해 제시하였다.

Objectives : Menopausal symptoms are characteristic symptoms which are occur in women before and after menopause. In Western medicine, hormone therapies are mainly used but patients show reluctance because they exhibit serious side effects. In Oriental medicine, there are also limits to the treatment. So I tried to find a new easily accessible treatment. I performed the experiments to verify the effect of natural dyed apparel with Indigo and Schisandra fruit. Methods : This experiment was performed on 30 women who were experiencing menopausal symptoms. We checked the participant's general condition through questionnaire and physical condition with inbody test and made natural-dyed living suit style dresses. We asked the women to wear the apparel for four weeks. They checked for changes in symptoms weekly with kupperman's index. Results : The main symptoms of participants are sweating, hot flushes, joint pain. After wearing of the apparel, there were decreased hot flushes, sleep improvement, psychological stability etc. According to the kupperman's index, patients with mild symptoms were 13.3% at first week to start the experiment but four weeks later, patients with mild symptoms were increased to 50%. On the other hand, patients with severe symptoms were decreased 33.3% to 6.7%. In the test results, there was a significant decrease in 1, 2 and 3 weeks, there was a decrease in 4 weeks but no significance in the figure Conclusion : Natural dyed apprel with Indigo and Schisandra fruit was effective on treating women who were experiencing menopausal symptoms.

본 연구는 서울시 소재 청소년들을 대상으로 음악 예술교육이 코로나-19, 사회적 거리두기로 인해 발생된 우울증 및 스트레스 해소에 어느 정도 영향이 있는지를 도출하기 위하여 진행되었다. 이를 위해 서울시 교육청의 협조하에 서울시 소재 초·중·고등학교에 공문을 시행하여 약 1,745여명의 학생들을 대상으로 현황 연구를 실시하였다. 주지하다시피 코로나-19가 지속됨에 따라 특히 청소년들의 우울증과 스트레스가 점점 높아지고 있는 추세이다. 이는 무엇보다 감염의 차단을 위한 대외 활동의 제한이 큰 비중을 차지한다. 그런 이유로 청소년들의 정서의 안정과 자존감 형성을 도모하기 위해서 문화예술교육이 반드시 필요하다. 이에 있어 무엇보다 장르의 특성상 음악 예술교육은 청소년들의 우울증 및 스트레스 해소에 상당히 기여할 수 있음을 본 연구를 통해서 확인할 수 있었다.

Background and objective: Cancer is the number one cause of death in Korea, and it affects any part of the body regardless of gender and age. Forest healing is a treatment that maximizes the effect of treatment and improves the quality of life. This study aims to provide basic data for the development and implementation of differentiated forest healing programs for cancer patients based on the survey on their interest and needs for the programs. Methods: The subjects were those diagnosed with cancer from October 2018 to April 2019, and this study used 144 copies of the questionnaire retrieved. The sample size of this study (n = 144) was the appropriate size required by G-Power, and the collected responses were analyzed using SPSS 25.0. Results: In the frequency analysis on the interest in forest healing, 79.2% of the subjects had no experience participating in forest healing, but 87% were aware of it, and 82.6% showed the intention to participate in forest healing programs. This indicates that even though not many of them have experience participating in forest healing, they showed high interest and needs for participation. They preferred to participate in spring (29.9%) and fall (27.8%), in programs carried out for 1.5-2 hours in the morning on weekdays. Conclusion: This study has implications for the analysis on forest healing needs of cancer patients, and it is necessary to plan, develop, and implement differentiated forest healing programs that meet the needs of the cancer patients depending on their characteristics. There is also a need to plan forest healing program that can promote both psychological stability and physical health of cancer patients and verify and evaluate their effects based on specialized training of forest healing instructors.

This study aims to develop a multi-functional cage for dogs as a house to reduce their anxiety when they go out using cages. This study investigates the types and characteristics of cages and cage preference by surveying men and women in their 20s who use them. The cage product reviews are also analyzed. The research results are as follows: First, domestic dog cages are classified into crate, shoulder, cross (sling bag), backpack, carrier, and stroller types. The crate type is easy to clean and can be used as a house, but it is bulky and therefore inconvenient to carry when using public transportation. The shoulder type is a fabric material with good air permeability but has the disadvantage of being easily soiled. It can be used as a house and is light weight, making it convenient when using public transportation. Second, as a result of consumer research, respondents prefer the shoulder-type fabric over the crate-type plastic material. Third, from the shoulder-type product review, the shape stability, companion dogs' psychological safety, the wearability of companions, and management convenience are derived. Fourth, based on the survey results, a multi-functional cage is developed taking into account the companion dog, companion person, and functional factors.

This study focuses on online communities and the ritual conversations of users when participating in sharing activities. The study aims to understand the social and psychological phenomena that occur between users within the context of Erving Goffman's impression management theory. Case studies and a content analysis were conducted by collecting posts and comments related to fashion products in the sharing activities category on Naver Cafe "Family Sale." On the one hand, the study identified various disposition motives among givers, including a desire for recognition, self-expression, activation of the community, emotional sympathy, goodwill, play, and simple disposition. On the other hand, receivers' purchase motives included the need for a product, reciprocation based on a sense of belonging, play, gift-giving, and simple response. Analyzing the posts of givers and the comments of receivers of fashion products using impression management strategies and dramaturgical analysis, the study interpreted users' impression management and revealed propensities in fashion consumption: fashionability, conspicuousness, value orientation, and economic feasibility. Through ritual conversations, users managed to attain emotional stability on an individual level, while they reinforced collective bonds on a social level. They fulfilled their roles with their own narratives to achieve personal and collective goals in a non-face-to-face situations and non-monetary transactions. This study is significant in that it examines normative communication in an online community and user relationships to understand a recent phenomenon in the fashion industry.

This study aimed to develop a visually differentiated quarantine suit design for giving 119 paramedics comfort to work and psychological stability and to awaken awareness without fear or pressure of the public through literature review and practical research. Basic research was conducted on firefighting uniforms and quarantine suits in Korea and abroad, focusing on domestic and foreign related literature. An interview survey was conducted to identify the current status, problems, and preferences of the design. Research subjects were eight dispatched paramedics and two executives in Seoul and Gwangju. The survey period was from September 15, 2022 to October 10, 2022. Interviews were conducted through phone calls. Results of this study were as follows. Most of the quarantine suits currently worn were Level D style ready-made clothes without coverall patterns. The current quarantine suit was designed without reflecting the symbolism of the National Fire Agency. They were wearing a generous size without having to think about the fit. Most of these quarantine suits were white. In addition, the quarantine suit could not be equipped with a camera for the safety of paramedics. After identifying improvements based on results of the above interview analysis, the following quarantine suit design was proposed. First, it would be differentiated from other institutions by designing suits with symbolism. Second, the convenience of size, camera equipment, and better breathability and style than Level D should be considered. Based on these results, a total of five quarantine suits were designed.

본 연구는 청소년의 학습상담 관련 연구 동향을 텍스트 마이닝 방법을 활용하여 얻어진 결과를 살펴보고 후속 연구 방향을 제시하였다. 한국 청소년 고민의 상위 1, 2위는 학습과 진로이다. '학습상담', '학업상담'키워드로 RISS를 통하여 KCI 등재 후보 이상의 학술논문 201편을 대상으로 연구자의 주관과 편견을 최소화할 수 있는 텍스트 마이닝 기법으로 모델링 분석하였다. 학습상담 토픽 결과 상담 경험[토픽1], 집단상담 연구[토픽2], 부모상담[토픽3], 학습기술 프로그램 개발[토픽4]로 나타났다. 학습상담 관련 연구는 정서적인 안정을 위한 상담, 집단상담, 부모상담과 학습기술 프로그램이 개발되고 있다. 청소년의 고민을 해결하기 위한 학습상담은 심리 정서, 부모상담, 학습기술 전문가의 협업을 통한 통합적인 지원을 위한 연구가 지속되기를 기대한다.

본 연구에서는 한국 문화 속의 노인들이 경험하는 행복 요인을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 연구 1에서는 서울과 지방에 거주하는 노인 105명으로부터 그들을 행복하게 하는 요인이 무엇인지 그리고 그 요인이 왜 그들의 행복요인이라고 생각하는지를 개방형 질문을 이용하여 알아보았다. 연구 2에서는 행복을 측정하는 양적 척도를 개발하기 위해서, 우선 연구 1에서 얻은 내용을 기초로 70개의 문항을 구성하였다. 이것을 서울과 지방에 거주하는 노인에게 설문을 실시하였고 최종 200명의 응답을 이용하여 요인분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 최종 8요인 33문항으로 요약되었다. 8개의 요인은 ①가족관계, ②종교, ③경제, ④건강, ⑤일과 직장, ⑥심리적 안정감, ⑦여가, ⑧복지 순으로 명명하였다. 또한 요인분석에서 얻어진 최종 33문항들을 삶의 만족도 척도와 정서 경험 빈도 척도, 그리고 자아 존중감 척도를 사용해 수렴타당도를 알아 본 결과 수용할만한 수준의 타당도와 신뢰도를 나타내었다. 본 연구의 의의와 제한점, 그리고 후속연구에 대한 제언에 대해 논의하였다.

본 연구에서는 게임 사용의 부정적 결과에 초점을 둔 선행 연구와 달리, 게임활용의 긍정적 결과로서의 적응적 게임활용도를 측정하는 도구를 개발하고 타당화하였다. 예비조사를 통해 적응적 게임활용 측정 도구를 개발하고, 유층표집을 통해 선정된 전국 중고등학생 600명을 대상으로 본조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 활력 경험, 생활경험 확장, 여가 선용, 몰입 경험, 자긍심 경험, 통제력 경험, 사회적 지지망 유지 및 확장 등 7개의 요인으로 구성되는 척도의 신뢰도와 시간에 걸친 안정성이 확인되었다. 또한, 척도의 구성타당도, 변별타당도, 및 공인타당도를 확인하였다. 게임 연구의 외연 확장과 관련한 본 연구의 시사점과 장래 연구 방향을 논의하였다.
