Objectives: This study aims to assess the Gyenggi-do support project of Korean medical treatment in subfertility in 2018. And we would like to propose a plan to improve the project by analyzing the results of the project. Methods: We got the medical records of 260 participants that personal information was deleted by the association of Korean Medicine in Gyenggi-do. We collected the participants' characteristics, treatment records, results of treatment, laboratory results and satisfaction survey results. We coded the data and analyzed them using SPSS 23 at 5% significance level. Results: After the treatment, 11.0% of participants became pregnant spontaneously. There was no significant change in blood test before and after the treatment and observation period, and there was no adverse event during the project. After the project, the satisfaction survey was conducted. 84.2% of participants answered that they were satisfied with the result of the treatment. Conclusions: We analyzed the results of Gyenggi-do support project of Korean medical treatment for infertile women in 2017 and 2018. This study suggests the effectiveness and safety of Korean medical treatment for infertile women.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the actual condition of the innovative sharing university project. To this end, a focus group interview was conducted by selecting officials participating in the innovative sharing university project as study participants. The collected data was analyzed using the content analysis method. The results of the study are as follows. First, in terms of the promotion system and operation dimension of project group, study participants presented difficulties and improvements in terms of the national promotion system and university-level project operation. Second, in terms of curriculum management dimension, study participants presented difficulties and improvements in content development and sharing, engagement support for professors and students participation, and securing and sharing educational infrastructure. Third, in terms of management of project performance indicators, study participants presented difficulties and improvements in managing core performance indicators, managing autonomy performance indicators, and sharing project performance. Based on these study results, suggestions for the use of research results were presented.
This study aims to analyze the affecting factors-construction of collaborative planning process and effect on Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project. To this end, targeting the 36 districts which were selected for 2004 Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project and completed their 2010 5-year projects, components of collaborative planning process and planning effect will be drawn and the affecting factors-construction of collaborative planning and effect on Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project will be analyzed below. According to the results of this study, the affecting factors of collaborative planning process of Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project on planning effect, The level of effect of individual component on endogenous variable appeared greatest mostly in the upper groups. In terms of the level of individual component effect, social learning process and interaction among participants affected greatest. The process of Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project is evaluated that it reflected collaborative planning theory of Healey enough. Therefore, in the course of Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project progress, collaborative planning model must pass social learning process and interaction among participants which are the most important components out of collaborative planning process as we saw in the upper groups. And in order to maximize the performance and results of Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project, the following sequential affecting factors model as Figure 7 must be suggested as optimal collaborative planning models of Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project. Based on the results of the study, the policy implication was drawn as follows. First, systematic supplementations in the form of a consultative body are required to perform Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project efficiently. Second, network needs to be built among different participants in Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project process. Third, systematic mechanism is required to improve social learning among different participants. Fourth, systematic rearrangement is required to guarantee the residents' realistic participation in the course of Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project process.

Conflict may occur during teamwork activities. Conflict is the incompatibility of interest of participants; hence, it is more common in a wide varied activities involved construction field. Goals and values involve positive or negative features and are therefore common sources of conflict in construction field. Excessive conflict is a major hindrance to the effective operation of a team. If the conflict is not managed timely and properly, it could be transformed into a big dispute, thus to avoid these situation, it is necessary to augment working together culture. This paper aims to identify project team working factors and to uncover underlying relationships between these factors. A questionnaire survey was used to collect data from professionals. Factor analysis was employed to categorize twenty-one teamwork items evaluated by 169 respondents working in three major construction parties namely, owners, consultants and contractors. Factor analysis uncover that these team work factors can be grouped under three categories titled as: integrative working culture, relationship building and trust building. Multiple regression analysis however, showed that relationship building factor does not influence job satisfaction of project participants. Results of this study can be used as a tool to strengthening relationship between project participants in the construction industry.
This study was conducted to understand the effects of participation perception, self-efficacy, self-esteem, and empowerment on self-support intention of self-support work project participants. For this study, a survey was conducted on participants in the self-support work project within the G-gu area. As a result of the study, it was found that the participation perception, self-efficacy, and empowerment of participants in the self-support project had a positive (+) effect on the self-support will. Also, in the process where participants' perceptions of participation, self-efficacy, and self-esteem affect the will to self-support, it was found that empowerment partially mediated participation perception and self-efficacy and fully mediated self-esteem. Based on these results, the following are practical suggestions for improving self-support project participants' will to self-support as follows. First, systematic training courses are needed in the application and selection of recipients, establishment of self-support plans, and gateway training courses so that participants in self-support projects can correctly recognize self-support projects. Second, it is necessary to systematize the case management system provided by the self-help center and re-establish the role in order to strengthen the participants' hope for self-reliance. Third, it is necessary to identify the strengths of the participants in the self-support project, create results for self-support, and operate a program that strengthens the latent motivation to solve their own problems and change their behavior. Fourth, the empowerment of participants and professional ability of practitioners should be strengthened so that participants can solve the alienation and social exclusion experienced in the process of participating in the project.
In order to improve project performance by analyzing the effects of the project manager's leadership competency and the individual competency of the project participants on the project performance, this study examines the effect. In this study, a research model and hypothesis were established to understand the causal relationship between leadership competency, individual competency, and project performance, and a survey was conducted based on this. Overall, it was found that the leadership competency of the project manager and the individual competency of the project participants had a positive effect on the project management performance, the project leadership competency had a positive effect on the completion performance, and the project participant individual competency had a negative effect on the completion performance. As a result of analyzing the effect of the project manager's core competency on the project management performance according to the amount or period of the project type, which is the moderating variable, it was found that there was no moderating effect on the management performance. For the success of the SI project, it is most important to understand the project characteristics well and select a PM suitable for the characteristics, and methods for nurturing excellent project managers should be further studied. In addition, it is expected that it will be possible to identify the effect of project manager leadership competency and participant competency on project performance based on sophisticated research design for more competent PM selection.

This study is to evaluate the 'Private antidesertification afforestation support project' in the Kubuqi Desert through a survey of local residents and interviews with relevant personnel. Based on this survey, gender, age, and occupational differences in perception of the project were analyzed. In addition, the project was evaluated based on the OECD/DAC criteria using survey results and in-depth interviews with the relevant personnel. The survey analysis results show that the participants answered most of the questions positively, claiming that they were receiving social, economic, and environmental benefits through the project. However, most of the participants answered negatively to questions regarding the understanding of the project and relevant information. Gender differences in perception of the project were not found, whereas, age and occupational differences in perception were found. Older age groups showed higher levels of perception. Participants in the agro-livestock industry and office workers showed higher levels of perception compared to middle/high school students, the unemployed and college students. Teenagers, in particular, showed the lowest level of perception of the project, and thus, promotional activities targeting teenagers should be conducted in the future. Results of this evaluation of the project based on the OECD/DAC's five criteria (relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability) showed that the project operated effectively for the most part.
The purpose of this paper is to review the performance of the Green Village Project during the last 10 years, and examine the possibility of the institutionalization of a local governance. The Green Village Project was first initiated by an environmental movement group in Cheongju City, and now various actors, including Cheongju City and City Council members, public organizations, professionals etc, are participating. The project has been continuously and stably carried out for 10 years, and the participants now recognize that the project should be carried out every year. According to the analysis, the participants recognized the project as beneficial project for them on the basis of the rational choice. And the participants recognized the project as having legitimacy, and accumulating 'trust' between participants, accumulating the experiences of success. In conclusion, the sustainability and stability of the project has been strengthened, and the institutionalization possibility of the governance of the Green Village Project has been increased continuously.
The purpose of this study is to investigate whether the effect of the Strong Small Farm Development Project by Rural Development Administration is positively associated with participating farmers. The data that used in this study is a survey data that targets 442 farming households who have participated in the strong small farm development project. This study applies ordered-probit model to evaluate level of the participants' satisfaction of the project. This study found that participants' level of satisfaction is closely associated by satisfaction level of project contents that contains education and consulting, friendly attitude toward the project, active participation of the project, and understanding of the project's contents and their importances. Based on research findings, this research provides some implications of future upbringing policy for strong small farms and the principal point of the policy that leads to succeed in implementing the project when formulating agricultural policy in participants view. the strong small farms.

A paradigm shift in teaching modular construction in higher education and K-12 is proposed as a means to increase the future adoption of the modular construction technique. To this effect, a new education module is presented to STEM educators. This education module is based on LEGOs and directed towards educators in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. The main objectives of the education module are to increase interest and knowledge of modular construction, acknowledge the benefits of using 3D design with 4D scheduling, and create a simulating hands-on educational opportunity. The education module is designed to allow participants to experience a hands-on simulation of modular construction and stick-built construction through building a LEGO project. Participants are challenged to find the advantages and disadvantages in both construction systems first-hand and record their findings. Results are presented from the preliminary testing of this education model on a group of construction management students at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Overall, the survey results showed that the LEGO education module was successful at achieving the project's three main objectives: 1) increasing the participants' interest and knowledge of modular construction through an interactive project; 2) increasing the participants' understanding of the benefits of 3D design with 4D scheduling over the use of 2D drawings; and 3) creating a simulating hands-on educational opportunity to help participants compare modular construction to stick-built construction. In the end, this proposed a new LEGO education module addressing the problems identified from this study with more participants.
