Purpose: Korean society has already entered an aged society but there aren't many evidence-based studies on the elderly-friendly design elements in the apartment environment, which is the main residential type in Korea. The main purpose of this study is to verify the necessity and expandability of the outdoor environment design in the public rental apartment complex through the evaluation of the effectiveness and satisfaction of SMG(Seoul Metropolitan Government) Cognitive Health Design Project in GR 1 apartment complex. Methods: The research subjects were GR 1-complex as experimental group and the nearby Wolgye Deer 1-complex as control group, both public rental apartment and located in Seoul. As a research method, the survey was conducted before and after the implementation of SMG project for residents of the apartment. A total of 200 preliminary surveys and 203 post surveys were conducted. Results: As a result of this study, residents' accidents related safety have decreased, and both the frequency of use and satisfaction of most facilities have increased. It is noteworthy that the increase in cognitive items in the post-survey. Also, 74.5% of the residents evaluated that the complex was better to live after the project was implement. Implications: The fact that the preliminary surveys were not conducted for the same person is considered as the limitation of the study, but it is meaningful in that it systematically assesses the effectiveness of the project on the cognitive health of the outdoor residential environment towards age-friendly city.

목질계 바이오매스는 폐기물 다음으로 가장 경제적이고 온실가스 감축 잠재력이 높은 것으로 알려진 신재생에너지원으로서 이를 이용해 개발된 바이오에너지 중에서 수송과 이용이 편리하고 발열량이 높은 목재 펠릿은 아직 가격이 다소 높지만 유럽과 일본에서는 이미 높은 보급률의 신재생에너지로 활용되고 있다. 기존 화석연료의 목재 펠릿 등 목질 바이오매스로의 연료전환을 통하여 온실가스 감축사업으로 활용하는 경우는 일본의 JCDM에서 활성화되어 있으나, 우리나라는 아직 그 기준 및 방법론 등이 정립되어 있지 않아 현재 LNG로 전환되는 사업이 활성화 되어있고 목질바이오매스 전환 사업은 등록되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구를 통해 JCDM에 등록된 목질 바이오매스 연료전환 사업을 분석하고, 2012년 KVER에 등록된 중소기업의 LNG 연료전환 사업을 기본 데이터로 하여 시나리오로 가정한 목재 펠릿으로의 연료전환 사업과 JCDM 사업, KVER의 LNG 연료전환 사업과의 비교 분석을 통하여 펠릿 연료 전환시 투자비 대비 연간 온실가스 감축효과, 연료 단가 차익으로 인한 수익과 온실가스 감축 이득 등의 수익을 비교 분석함과 동시에 온실가스 감축효과와 경제성을 분석하였다.

This study was planned to investigate the relationship between development levels of learning organization and organization effectiveness in Hospital. Data were collected from 285 respondents who have participated in 'Learning Organization Project'(response rate =$50.5\%$). Structured questionnaire were applied by self administrated survey for two weeks since 2003 May. Main results were as follows; In the result of factor analysis, four factor were created and almost questionnaire items were classified into as same categories as theoretical concepts. Cronbach's a coefficient also showed over 0.7 in all categories. This result means that measurement tool to evaluate the development level of learning organization is valid and reliable. In the comparison of the development level of learning organization by participants' specialties, managerial workers perceived the lowest construction level, while medical technicians evaluated it as the highest level. In regression analysis, the perception levels of work environment, task and human aspect showed positive relationship with job competency significantly. For job satisfaction, levels of task and human aspects had positive relationship significantly. In addition, for organizational commitement, levels of organization and human aspect were positive predictors. Finally, for the satisfaction about experience of learning organization project, levels of environment, task and hmm aspects were related positively. We concluded from these result that the positive relationship between construction levels of learning organization and organization effectiveness was extended to hospital, besides industrial fields. We recommend the introduction and facilitation of learning organization project in various settings to improve the competency of knowledge management in individual and organizational levels.

This study is to evaluate the 'Private antidesertification afforestation support project' in the Kubuqi Desert through a survey of local residents and interviews with relevant personnel. Based on this survey, gender, age, and occupational differences in perception of the project were analyzed. In addition, the project was evaluated based on the OECD/DAC criteria using survey results and in-depth interviews with the relevant personnel. The survey analysis results show that the participants answered most of the questions positively, claiming that they were receiving social, economic, and environmental benefits through the project. However, most of the participants answered negatively to questions regarding the understanding of the project and relevant information. Gender differences in perception of the project were not found, whereas, age and occupational differences in perception were found. Older age groups showed higher levels of perception. Participants in the agro-livestock industry and office workers showed higher levels of perception compared to middle/high school students, the unemployed and college students. Teenagers, in particular, showed the lowest level of perception of the project, and thus, promotional activities targeting teenagers should be conducted in the future. Results of this evaluation of the project based on the OECD/DAC's five criteria (relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability) showed that the project operated effectively for the most part.

이 연구의 목적은 멀티미디어 기술을 활용한 프로젝트 학습전략을 개발하고, 수업현장에 적용하여 그 효과에 대한 학습자들이 인식과 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 이 연구는 J기계공업고등학교 환경에서 시행된 현장연구이다. 연구 대상은 3학년 100명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료는 관찰, 설문조사, 인터뷰를 통하여 수집되었고, 백분율로 처리 되었다. 결론적으로 멀티미디어 기술을 활용한 프로젝트 학습 효과로서 전공교과내용의 종합적 이해, 컴퓨터 멀티미디어 처리능력과 자료 탐색 및 조직 능력이 향상된 것으로 학습자들은 인식하였다. 또한, 학습 동기, 학습자들 간의 협동 활동, 학습 참여 정도, 학습의 만족감, 학습에 대한 자신감, 학습자들 간의 상호작용과 학습 흥미 등이 높아진 것으로 학습자들은 인식하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로 연구의 시사점과 제언을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 농촌진흥청에서 공적개발원조(Official Development Assistance; ODA) 사업의 일환으로 수행하는 해외농업기술개발사업(KOrea Program on International Agriculture; KOPIA)의 성과분석을 위해 아프리카 3개 지역을 대상으로 개별 추진 사업에 대한 설문조사를 실시하고 각 사업이 가지는 생산성 및 효과성 요인을 분석하였다. 각 국가별 현황에 따라 사업 참여 농가와 미 참여 농가 간 비교분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과에 따르면 시범사업 참여 농가의 생산 및 수익성이 미참여 농가에 대비하여 크게 개선된 것으로 파악되었으며, ODA 사업 참여 만족도 조사에서도 미참여 농가와 비교하여 크게 개선된 실적을 보였다. 본 연구는 아프리카 농업분야 ODA 사업의 성과분석에 주목하는 까닭에, 사업별 성과 및 경제성 분석 결과를 통해 사업운영 효과성 제고에 공헌할 수 있을 것으로 기대되며, 본 연구를 통해 ODA에 대한 성과적 측면에서 국민적 인식제고에 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

Recently, the government has provided support such as entering new markets, expanding sales channels, and supporting manpower, not just in the form of funding, to efficiently and effectively support limited national resources to improve corporate performance. In this study, we tried to find out the effect of government support for companies that have benefited from the Excellent Technology Research Center Project (ATC Project) and the World Class 300 project using propensity score matching. As a result of the analysis, the effect of government support for the ATC project became visible after the appointment period, while the effect of the World Class 300 project was insignificant. This means that when the size of the company is small, the effect of government support is more pronounced. This suggests that in order to maximize the effectiveness of government support, appropriate national policy interventions such as government innovation funding are needed when the size of the company is small. In this study, differences in the timing, performance indicators, and company size of policy support effects were found in the growth stage of a company from a mid- to long-term time series perspective, suggesting that support policies based on this need to be adjusted and redesigned.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Tetsugakudo Kouen Collective Housing Development Project in Japan. Project implemented cooperatively by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government in charge of river management, Shinjuku and Nakano-ku responsible for park management, and the UR, a housing project developer. This project set a significant precedent for three-dimensional river use by realizing the three-dimensional integrated development of a flood control reservoir, a park, and collective housing. The major effectiveness of this project can be summarized into four points. 1) The costs borne by individual project developers were significantly reduced by realizing a high degree of application and multipurpose use of the land through a joint project. 2) This project, which was designed to accommodate rainfall of 30 to 40mm per hour, is expected to contribute to reducing flood damage and generating significant investment effects, in terms of asset value in downstream areas, thereby increasing flood control security. 3) Local disaster prevention function were enhanced by providing an evacuation site in the case of an earthquake. 4) The living environment was improved by adding the function of a park.

Recently, as business becomes more dependent on information technology for their operations, SI project managers are under increasing pressure to implement SI projects on time and within budget, and to satisfy customer requirements. For the success of SI projects and customer satisfaction, SI project managers should master the critical shills and knowledge requirements and consider the proper leadership style to lead the team members and to manage SI projects. The leadership style includes four categories, such as directive leadership, supportive leadership, participative leadership, and achievement-oriented leadership. This study has examined the project managers' competency and suggests the three competency factors, which are technical, human, and conceptual shills, for the success of SI projects and customer satisfaction. The study suggests that SI project managers should master the three critical skills and knowledge requirements, and consider the proper leadership style for the successful implementation of SI projects. Also SI project managers should consider contingency factors such as project size and duration and outcome variables such as protect performance and customer satisfaction so as to enhance the leadership effectiveness.

본 연구에서는 2006년도 학교도서관 활성화 사업에 의해 지원받은 학교들을 대상으로 만족도 조사를 함과 동시에 활성화 사업 추진 과정에서 나타난 학교 현장의 애로 사항 및 문제점 등을 조사 분석하고 있다. 또한 2005년에 사업지원을 받은 학교도 위와 같은 설문조사에 포함시킴으로써 사업 시행 후 1년이 지난 학교도서관의 활성화 사업성과를 측정하고 있으며, 더 나아가 이론적인 배경을 기반으로 학업성취도에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인을 도출한 후 그 만족도는 어느 정도 높게 나타나는지를 밝혀내고 있다.
