자살생각, 자살계획 및 자살시도와 관련된 유발요인의 영향력 분석: 6차년도 한국복지패널 참여자를 대상으로 (Analysis on Influence of Triggering Variables Related the Suicidal Ideation, Suicidal Plan, and Suicidal Attempt: Focussed on Participants in 6th KoWePS)

  • 본 연구는 6차년도(2011년) 한국복지패널에 참여한 10,991명을 대상으로 자살생각, 자살계획 및 자살시도로 이어지는 일련의 자살에 관련된 유발요인으로 개인심리변인, 개인 및 사회환경변인을 통합적인 연구틀에서 살펴보고자 수행되었다. 연구방법은 AMOS 21.0 버전을 활용하여 자살생각, 자살계획 및 자살시도로 이어지는 일련의 자살에 영향을 미치는 유발변인의 상대적 영향력을 로지스틱 회귀분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 우울, 자존감, 주관적 건강상태, 부부폭력, 성역할은 자살생각에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 주관적 건강상태, 문제음주는 자살계획에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 문제음주, 부부폭력은 자살시도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 이를 근거로 자살생각, 자살계획 및 자살시도를 축소 예방하기 위한 사회복지적 함의를 제시하고, 이 연구의 제한점과 추후 연구에서 고려할 점을 논의하였다.

승무원의 건강인식과 건강행위실천에 관한 연구 (Study of the Health Recognition and Health Behavior Practice of Flight Attendants)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 근로자들의 건강인식과 건강행위실천이 직장생활에 미치는 영향을 조사하는 것이다. 2014년 6-7월 기간 중 A항공사에 근무하는 객실승무원 314명을 대상으로 건강인식, 건강행위실천, 스트레스, 외적이미지, 직장생활 영향 인식에 관한 조사를 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS AMOS 18.0 을 이용하여 구조방정식 모형, 빈도와 백분율, T-test, ANOVA로 분석하였다. 연구결과 건강관리는 외적이미지와 직장생활에 영향을 주고, 건강행위실천은 스트레스 관리에 영향을 준다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 향후 고객에게 질적 서비스를 제공하는 승무원의 인적자원 관리측면에서 건강관리 프로그램이 필요한 것을 알 수 있었다.

멘토링 기능과 멘토 신뢰가 멘토링 프로그램 재참여의도에 미치는 영향: 패션관련학과 대학생을 중심으로 (The Influence of the Mentoring Function and Mentor Trust on the Intention to Reparticipate in the Mentoring Program: Focused on University Students in Fashion Related Departments)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of the mentoring function and mentor trust on the intention to reparticipate in the mentoring program, focusing on university students in fashion related departments. To achieve the purpose, research was conducted through a survey questionnaire. The questionnaire data from 223 university students in fashion related departments who experienced mentoring programs were analyzed. SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 7.0 statistical packages were used to investigate a structural model and test research hypotheses. The results derived from the analysis of the questionnaire survey were summarized as follows. First, the result showed that the mentoring function was composed of three factors: a sensitivity developmental function, psychosocial function, and fashion career developmental function. Second, the sensitivity developmental function, psychosocial function, and fashion career developmental function positively affected mentor trust. Third, the sensitivity developmental function positively affected the intention to reparticipate in the mentoring program, while the psychosocial function and fashion career developmental function did not influence the intention to reparticipate in the mentoring program. Fourth, mentor trust positively influenced the intention to reparticipate in the mentoring program. The results of the current study would be useful for the professor and university administrator who would like to establish a mentoring program in a fashion related department, by exploring the relation of mentoring function, mentor trust and the intention to reparticipate in the mentoring program.

재가노인의 약물오용행위 예측모형 (A Prediction Model of Drug Misuse Behaviors in Community-Dwelling Older Adults)

  • Purpose: This study was designed to construct a model which explains drug misuse behaviors in community-dwelling older adults. Methods: The design of this research is a cross-sectional study using structure equation modeling. The hypothetical model consisted of two types of variables: the exogenous variables of health status, cognitive ability, and negative emotion, and the endogenous variables of number of drugs, and drug misuse behaviors. The data collection was conducted from September 2 to September 21, 2013 through self-report questionnaires. Participants were 320 community-dwelling adults over the age of 65 living in J city. Data were analyzed with SPSS 21.0 program and Amos 18.0 program. Results: The results of the model fitness analysis were satisfied. The predictor variables for the hypothetical model explained 62.3% of variance regarding drug misuse behaviors. Drug misuse behaviors were directly affected by health status, cognitive ability, negative emotion and number of drugs and indirectly affected by health status, and negative emotion through number of drugs. Conclusion: These findings indicate factors that should be used in developing effective nursing interventions for safe and proper drug use and the prevention of drug misuse behaviors in community-dwelling older adults.

취업모의 양가감정과 출산의지에 관한 연구: 다중역할 효능감의 매개효과 중심으로 (Study about Ambivalence and Desire for Child Birth by Working Mothers: Focusing on Mediation Effect of Multiple-role Efficacy)

  • This study examined the relationship between ambivalence of Korean working mothers for children and their future desire for child birth. This study examined multiple-role efficacy as a mediator in the relationship between ambivalence for their children and future desire for child birth by Korean working mothers having more than one pre-school aged child. This study examined the mediation effect of multiple-role efficacy on the relationship between ambivalence and desire for child birth by working mothers. On-line and off-line survey data from 291 Korean working mothers with more than one pre-school aged child was used for this study. Collected data were analyzed using the PASW 18.0 program and descriptive statistics analyses. Structural equation modeling and bootstrapping were conducted by AMOS 20.0 program. Results showed that ambivalence for children of working mothers having pre-school aged children had no direct influence on future child birth desire. However, their ambivalence had an indirect influence on future child birth desire through multiple-role efficacy and multiple-role efficacy by working mothers had significant effect on child birth desire. In conclusion, the working mothers' multiple-role efficacy had a mediation influence on the relationship between ambivalence for children and desire of child birth. These results were discussed for designing a policy to counter low birth.

치과위생사의 직무수행능력이 정서적 노동평가에 미치는 영향 (Influences of job performance of dental hygienists on emotional labor evaluation)

  • Objectives: The purpose of the study was to investigate the influences of job performance of dental hygienists on emotional labor evaluation. Methods: A self-administered questionnaire was completed by 203 dental hygienists working at dental hospitals and clinics in Gyeongnam and Busan from May 2014 and March 2015. The study instruments comprised general characteristics of the subjects (9 items), job performance competency (44 items), and emotional labor evaluation (29 items) by Likert 5 point scale. Data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 program and AMOS 18.0 program. Results: Those who had turnover intention showed higher scores in the dental treatment cooperation category and overall job performance than those who had not. Higher job performance was shown in those who had more work experience and higher salary. The scores of emotional labor evaluation were higher in the group of higher salary and team and department leaders. The job performance had a significant impact of the emotional labor evaluation. Conclusions: The job performance of dental hygienists had a significant influence on the emotional labor evaluation. Psychologic stress by work caused the dental hygienists to have depression and lower quality of life.

간호사가 인지하는 멘토링의 기능이 직무동기와 업무성과에 미치는 영향: 자기 효능감과 결과 기대 매개효과 중심으로 (The effect of mentoring function on job motivation and nursing performance with a focus on the mediated effect of self-efficacy and outcome expectation)

  • Objectives: This study investigated the effect of mentoring function on job motivation and nursing performance through self-efficacy and outcome expectation. Methods: It was conducted with 226 nurses working in the 5 hospitals of B and G cities. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Windows 18.0 and AMOS 16.0. Results: Mentoring was found to have a direct effect on outcome expectation (${\beta}=0.314$, p < 0.001), and outcome expectation had a direct effect on job motivation (${\beta}=-0.333$, p < 0.001) and nursing performance (${\beta}=0.341$, p < 0.001). Job motivation was found to affect nursing performance (${\beta}=0.268$, p < 0.001). Conclusions: The results of this study suggest that mentoring function plays an important role in improving nursing performance, so it is necessary to develop and apply a mentoring program for nurses.

  • 본 연구는 이동통신사의 멤버십카드를 소지한 고객을 대상으로 이동통신사가 제공하는 보상이 통신사만족에 영향을 미치는데 있어 성별의 조절효과를 확인하는 연구로서, AMOS의 개별모수 차이검증을 통해 보상프로그램 가치와 통신사 만족간의 관계에서 남녀 성별차이가 있는 지를 밝히고 보상프로그램 가치들간의 상대적 영향력의 차이를 비교하였다. 분석결과 먼저, 보상 쾌락성과 통신사 만족 간의 경로계수값이 유의하게 차이를 보여 남녀 성별이 조절효과를 가지고 있음을 확인하였다. 다음으로, 보상프로그램 가치들간의 상대적 영향력에서 있어서 남성은 보상 쾌락성이, 여성은 보상 실용성이 더 크게 영향을 미쳤고, 보상실용성에서는 여성이 남성보다, 보상 쾌락성에서는 남성이 여성보다 더 큰 영향을 미쳤다.

액티브시니어의 골프 시뮬레이션 레슨프로그램 신뢰와 골프열정 및 심리적 행복감의 관계 (The Structural Relationship among Trust on Simulation Golf Lesson Program, Golf Passion and Psychological Happiness of Active Senior)

  • 본 연구는 액티브 시니어를 대상으로 골프 시뮬레이션 레슨 프로그램의 신뢰와 골프열정 및 심리적 행복감의 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상자는 서울, 경기지역에 소재에 있는 시뮬레이션 골프연습장에서 시뮬레이션 골프 레슨프로그램을 활용한 강습경험이 있거나 현재 강습을 받고 있는 아마추어 골퍼 221명을 대상으로 선정하였다. 본 연구의 자료처리는 SPSS 18.0과 Amos 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계분석과 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 액티브 시니어의 골프 시뮬레이션 레슨프로그램 신뢰는 조화열정에 영향을 미치지 않았고 강박열정에도 영향을 미치지 않았다(p>.05). 둘째 액티브 시니어의 골프 시뮬레이션 레슨프로그램 신뢰는 심리적 행복감에 영향을 미치지 않았다(p>.05). 셋째, 액티브 시니어의 골프 시뮬레이션 레슨프로그램의 조화열정은 심리적 행복감에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다(p<.05). 그러나 강박열정은 심리적 행복감에 영향을 미치지 않았다(p>.05).

중학생의 분노, 우울과 자살생각에 관한 예측모형 (Construction of a Structural Model about Middle School Students' Anger, Depression, and Suicidal Ideation)

  • Purpose: This study was done to construct and test a structural model to explain factors associated with middle school students' suicidal ideation focusing on mediating effects of anger and depression Methods: Data was collected by questionnaires from 349 students selected randomly in 11 middle schools in D city. The data were analyzed using PASW 18.0(win) and AMOS 18.0(win) program. Results: Model fit indices for the hypothetical model were in good agreement with the recommended levels (CFI=.957, GFI=.945). Based on the constructed model, depression was significantly affected by anger directly, and suicidal ideation was directly influenced by depression, indirectly by anger. It was confirmed that depression turned out to be a important mediating variable on suicidal ideation and anger in middle school students. Conclusion: The results suggest that intervention strategies for dealing with anger or depression is important to reduce the suicidal ideation in middle school students. In addition, specific nursing intervention plans, including fostering of humanistic and achievement-focused educational environment, peer support programs, and individual counselling, need to be developed and implemented to control a feeling of anger and depression.
