Educational reform in Ukraine encourages the use of multimedia technologies in the training of specialists in Physical Education and Sports, which is one of the promising directions of education development. Therefore, the article specifies the content of the terms "innovation" and "technology". For modern society, the introduction of multimedia technologies in education is not so much theoretical as pragmatic, since under condition of globalization it concerns its historical development and prospects associated with the so-called "high technologies".Our goal is to improve the training of Physical Education and Sports specialists by means of multimedia technologies. All of innovative technologies can be divided into four groups, depending on the appropriate form of educational activity for their use. The development of multimedia technologies in the training of specialists in Physical Education and Sport at the present stage of education development should be carried out in accordance with the criteria of manufacturability, which are presented in the article: scientism, to rely on the theoretical provisions of pedagogical science and methods of teaching the discipline, socially recognized educational goals, prospects for modernization of Education; consistency, which provides for the interaction of parts and the whole in the organization of the study environment, as a result of which the physical development of the young generation is an integral entity; guarantee, that is, the error between the planned and obtained results should be minimal; manageability, that is, full management of the stages of work of the teacher and students, which make up the completed cycle of actions; mass participation, for the purpose of applying the technology does not depend on the physical training of students, the pedagogical skill of the teacher and the type of educational institutions. The article presents the theory and method of organizing sports events and circuses in the training of specialists in Physical Education and Sports by means of multimedia technologies. In order to increase the level of physical development of a person, physical fitness and the state of health of students, which has a clear trend to constant deterioration, it is necessary to instill love for sports, carry out high-quality training and organize sports events using multimedia technologies. In the process of sports activities, the participants' mental education is carried out. There are two types of communication here: direct and indirect, which are described in the article.In games and sports competitions, there are many opportunities for forming rules of collective behavior. The main issues of the organization of sports activities by means of multimedia technologies have been clarified. During sports competitions, the tasks presented in Physical Education and sports classes are improved, which ensure the improvement of physical and theoretical training of the individual. The pleasure of sports, bright, emotional spectacles, confirmed by multimedia technologies, arises from the participation of the viewer in them.

본 연구는 선진 스포츠 문화 정립을 위해서 학원 스포츠 현장을 개선하기 위한 연구이다. 이 연구는 질적 연구방법을 사용하였다. 심층면담은 프로야구선수 경력이 있었으며, 11년간 야구선수로 활동했던 연구참여자와 8년간 축구선수로 활동했으며, 중학교에서 13년간 학원스포츠 지도자로 활동하고 있는 연구 참여자를 선정하여 수행했다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학원스포츠 현장의 접대행위는 학부모가 스포츠 지도자에게 식사 및 주류를 대접하는 형태로 이루어졌다. 그리고 해당 학부모의 학생선수들은 접대행위를 통해서 경기 출전 기회가 증가했으며, 충실한 지도를 받을 수 있었다. 둘째, 스포츠 지도자에게 접대를 하지 않았던 학부모의 학생선수들은 지도자에게 괴롭힘을 당했고, 갑작스럽게 포지션이 변경되었으며, 시합출전 기회가 감소되는 등의 차별 대우를 당했다. 셋째, 지도자에게 접대를 하지 않았던 학부모의 학생선수들은 차별 대우로 인하여 운동을 포기하거나, 전학을 가게 되는 경우가 발생했다. 결과적으로 학원스포츠의 접대문화는 학생선수들의 스포츠 탈사회화를 유발시키는 기전으로 작용하고 있었으며, 이를 통해서 학생선수들은 폐쇄적인 스포츠 문화의 단면을 경험하게 되었다. 또한 학원스포츠의 접대문화는 학생선수들에게 경제적 불평등에 의한 차별을 경험하도록 했다. 그러므로 학원스포츠의 접대행위는 선진 스포츠 문화 정착을 위해서 근절되어야 할 것이다.

Functional inner-wear being currently sold is being made without regard to the characteristics of various sports events. The purpose of this study is to identify this problem and to investigate the effect of sports taping on golf swing when wearing functional inner-wear. The subjects of this study were 8 male golfers belonging to Korea Professional Golf Association, and Launch monitor and Trackman were used to find out golf club action, ball pitch, distance, etc. There are three types of clubs: driver, wood, and iron, and the first experiment was carried out using only functional inner-wear. In the second experiment, we experimented with functional inner-wear after sports taping, and we compared and analyzed the distance depending on each experiment, the speed of the ball and the club, and the accuracy of the club face. The results of the study were as follows. As a result of driving distance, according to the presence of sports taping on functional inner-wear, there was a statistically significant difference in the driving swing and wood swing, for club and ball speed, there was a statistically significant difference only in the driving swing. Regarding the accuracy by the presence of sports taping on inner-wear, there was a statistically significant difference in the driving swing, wood swing, and iron swing. In conclusion, the sports taping in the functional inner-wear had a positive effect on golf performance improvement, and we hope that golf inner-wear these two specifications combing will be developed in the future.

해양 수상 스포츠를 즐기는 국민은 1인당 국민소득 증대, 주 5일제 근무 등의 여가시간의 증대로 인하여 지속적으로 증가할 것으로 예상되지만, 이에 대한 안전 의식 및 장비의 발전 등은 걸음마 단계이다. 우리나라 해양 수상스포츠가 발전하고 선진스포츠로서 자리 매김하기 위해서는 정착화된 시스템으로 재원을 마련해야 한다. 이 재원을 이용하여 해양 수상스포츠의 안전을 확보하고, 국내 장비의 기술 개발에 투자한다면, 해양 수상스포츠는 보다 안전하고 즐거운 스포츠로서 국민들에게 다가갈 수 있을 것이다. 위와 같은 재원을 확보하기 위하여 해양 수상 스포츠 중 유일한 수익금이 발생하는 경정을 대상으로 조사 분석하였으며, 우리보다 60년 앞선 일본의 경정 수익금 환원방안 및 법적 구조를 비교 분석하여, 선박 등 진흥을 위한 전문기관 설립 및 재원확보를 위한 경륜경정법 분리 등과 같은 법적 개선 방안에 대하여 정책 제안을 하고자 한다.

We studied the relations between variables related to fan's preference in a area of pro-baseball which is the most popular one among pro-sports. The dependent variables are pro-baseball team fan's preference to both the team and the products of the company which has a pro-baseball team, while the independent variables are sex, age, and hometown of fans. Eight hypotheses are constructed with those variables. For testing them a questionnaire was used, whose reliability was checked using Kronbach Alpha. Subjects were 314 college students in a local city. For statistical analysis nonparametric tests like Mann Whitney test, Kruskal-Wallis test, etc were used. Useful and significant results among variables were obtained. Since these results have important implications about management of pro-sports teams and fans and fans Preference to products in a view of sports marketing management, more researches should be done continuously in the future in this area.

Currently, the sports market continues to grow every year, and among them, professional baseball's entry income is larger than the rest of the professional league. In sports, strategies are used differently in different situations, and the analysis is based on data to decide which direction to implement. There is a part that a person misses in an analysis, and there is a possibility of a false analysis by subjective judgment. So, if this data analysis is done through artificial intelligence, the objective analysis is possible, and the strategy can be more rationalized, which helps to win the game. The most popular baseball to be applied to artificial intelligence to analyze athletes' strengths and weaknesses and then efficiently establish strategies to ease the competition. The data applied to the experiment were provided on the KBO official website, and the algorithms for forecasting applied linear regression. The results showed that the accuracy was 87%, and the standard error was ±5. Although the results of the experiment were not enough data, it would be possible to effectively use baseball strategies and predict the results of the game if the amount of data and regular data can be applied in the future.

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the management environment Provincial and Municipal Professional Soccer Teams based on financial statements at a time when strengthening the financial soundness of domestic professional soccer teams is emphasized. Research design, data, and methodology: This study was sampled using convenience sampling and a total of 607 questionnaires were used. In this study, questionnaires were used as a survey tool, consisting of eight questions in a total of four areas, measuring demographic characteristics, shoe design, shoe functionality, shoe price, and promotion. Results: First, the importance of outdoor brand shoe selection attributes was high in cost-effectiveness, discount, and promotional models, while the satisfaction level was high in shoe size, content, and Model. Second, IPA analysis revealed shoe sizes, promotional models, and discount factors as maintenance and management continuation areas. Content factors have emerged as a competency-focused area. A sense of cushioning and wearing has emerged as an area of further improvement. As a status quo area, shoe laces and cost-effectiveness factors appeared. Conclusions: First, consumers considered the cost-effectiveness of choosing shoes, followed by discounts, and efforts are needed to diversify promotional content to maximize promotion for shoe sales. 3. Domestic outdoor brands are not yet satisfied with consumers.

벤처기업 CEO의 본질적인 역량과 역할은 관리자로서 조직의 자원을 얼마나 효율적으로 운영하는가에 달려있으며, 자원의 효율적 운영은 조직성과에 큰 영향을 미친다. 이러한 중요성에도 불구하고 CEO의 역량, 벤처기업 자원의 효율적 운영, 조직성과, 구성원의 역량 간에 어떤 관계가 존재하는지에 관한 이론적 고찰과 실증연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 기존 선행연구의 한계점을 보완하기 위해 본 연구에서는 프로스포츠 산업 조직 구성원의 역량에 따른 관리자의 감독역할에 대해 기업가정신(entrepreneurship)의 이론과 자원기반관점(resource-based view)을 프로스포츠 산업에 접목하여 이에 대한 실증분석을 진행하였다. 구체적으로, 벤처기업 CEO와 프로스포츠 감독의 역할이 조직구조와 성과 메커니즘의 측면에서 매우 흡사하며 조직의 자원을 효율적으로 운영하고 성과를 도출하는 측면에서 모두 기업가(entrepreneur)적 특성을 반드시 내재해야 한다고 본다. 프로스포츠팀 관리자로서의 감독역량과 조직성과 간의 관계에서 조직의 자원 효율성의 매개효과와 조직 구성원 역량에 대한 조절효과를 설명하고자 한다. 미국프로농구(NBA) 30개 구단과 한국프로농구(KBL) 10개 구단의 9개 시즌(2013~2014시즌 - 2021~2022시즌)의 감독과 팀 데이터의 실증분석 실행에 있어 프로세스 매크로 58 모형을 적용하여 본 연구의 가설을 검증하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과, 미국프로농구와 한국프로농구 데이터 모두에서 (1) 프로농구팀의 자원 효율성은 감독의 역량과 승률 간의 정(+)의 관계를 매개하고, (2) 조직 구성원의 역량은 농구팀의 자원 효율성을 통한 감독역량이 승률에 미치는 간접효과를 조절(p<.05) 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 비교적 객관적이면서도 정확하게 조직성과를 측정할 수 있는 프로스포츠 데이터를 활용하여 프로스포츠 산업에서 벤처기업의 CEO와 유사한 기업가적 임무를 수행해야 하는 감독 및 조직 구성원의 역량이 조직의 성과에 미치는 영향을 실증분석하는 한편, 스포츠산업 분야와 경영학 연구를 융합하였다는 의의가 있다.

As the Deep Cement Mixing Method is composed of drilled natural soft soil structure and injected cement slurry to be mix together in it, the nature of excavated ground is influenced directly to the application of constructability. Also the nature of in situ soil is the main material, the mix design and construction work plan should be established before the investigation of soil which is performed through the whole site confirm the soil parameter before construction. The nature of investigated soil and water level as should be performed accurately.
