Utilization of the aggregation concept applied in economics has been a traditional way of describing the state of an economic system and of predicting the future economic conditions. In addition, certain aggregate variables have also played a crucial role as indicators of the business cycle. Quick examples would be the price index, the productivity changes, the industrial production index, GNP, and so on. The methods of aggregation could be either simple summations, like GNP, or sophisticated weighted average, like the price index.

Many tools in classical type for the production management have been used in industrial cells. In spite of their powerful logic and historical success, many appliers could not take but a little effectiveness in current economic conditions. The major reason is that the chronical production control methods are too narrow in its applicability to cover the problems occurred under such a high-speed changes. Therefore we need to develop the new concept of production management for the higher adaptability and outcome which can support vitablities to enterprises in severe condition. The essential points in changing the viewpoint of new production management concepts are valuable to the group of new management.

Many companies worldwide today are pursuing to make diversified and highly qualified products. Factory automation aims at maximizing profits through the lessened inventory and shortened delivery time, which will enable the company to become more responsive to market changes. This research analyzes the following feartures in the process of factory automation. first, the automation level according to the company class. second, productivity according to the automation level. third, the organization menber's interest in the automation. finally, the possible problems in factory automation.

The characteristics of the tool system give many effects into the costs and qualities for the finished components. Therefore, a tool life is one of the important issues on cold forging industry. However, since variables related with tool life are many complicated, the studies for solution should be investigated by the systematic research approach. The shape and process changes of die, the hardness changes of material and the tolerance of dies to decrease the die stress are analyzed by the FEM software. The heat-treatment of tool material is investigated to improve the tool life. Deep cryogenic treatment of tool steel is very efficient to improve the wear resistance due to the fine carbide. And, it is investigated that the shape and dimension of tool give effect into both tool life and quality of forged product..

In 2008, a review was made to analyze the effect of the certification of ISO 9001 quality management system in the almost same methods used for a similar review in 2001. Based on the two reviews, this research is to compare and contrast the changes made in between. The results show that the overall satisfaction for the certification has increased over 7 years, along with other beneficial changes, such as decreased cost and increased productivity. However, there has been no significant change in the establishment of the quality management system and in the level of customer satisfaction. ISO 9001 quality management system construction appears which effects variously on the all enterprises management, therefore this is very important strategy for preparing the keen enterprises competition.

This study explores the grandchild-rearing experience of grandmothers whose children are part of dual-earner couples. Twelve participants provided in-depth interview data that were analysed according to Spradely's ethnographic method. We present three main themes in our research, as well as ten smaller themes: (i) the grandchild-rearing motive (from the perspective of the adult, the child, the grandchild, and the grandmother); (ii) the mode of grandchild-rearing support (residential, total weight of childrearing support, availability of a daycare center); (iii) the change in the grandmother's way of life (positive changes and negative changes). Finally, this study examines the integrity of the grandmother's identity as their productivity increases through providing grandchild-rearing support. It also looks at the importance of governmental policies that support their burdens according to the level support they provide.

After the establishment of 'Staggers' Rail Legislation' in 1980, which established an atmosphere of free competition in rail freight transportation market, freight railway in America became larger and the proportion of freight railway in the market increased. In 2008, it took up 43% of the transportation market based on tonne/mile unit and the productivity of freight rail increased. On the other hand, in the case of Korea, the competing atmosphere is being set up under the influences of the renovation of the rail transportation industry in 2004. However, to make the rail transportation market more active and become more advanced, a lot of efforts are required to build a stronger foundation of free competition atmosphere. In this paper, we have deducted the political implications on the establishment of strengthened competition in Korean rail transportation industry from reviewing what kind of changes the rail transportation market in America went through and how it was developed. In this case, we have focused on the changes in industrial trend towards the restriction policy. Also influences of the deregulation policy after 1980 on the enhanced market efficiency were reviews.

소트트웨어의 재사용은 소프트웨어의 위기를 맞으면서 프로그래머의 생산성을 향상시키기 위한 방안으로 주목받게 되었다. 이러한 배경에서 탄생한 객체 지향 기술은 소프트웨어 분석에서부터 프로그래밍 언어의 선택, 테스트, 유지 보수에 이르기까지 소프트웨어 엔지니어링 전 영역에 걸쳐 영향을 미쳤다. 클래스, 계승관계, 추상화 등의 새로운 개념들은 새로운 테스트 문제를 야기 시켰을 뿐만 아니라, 객체 지향프로그램의 수정 테스트에도 새로운 문제들을 던져 주었다. 수정 테스트의 첫 번째 문제는 일부의 변경으로 인해 영향받는 부분들을 찾아내는 것이다. 이 논문에서는 계승관계에 있어 영향받는 부분들을 구성원 함수 수준에서 찾아내는 알고리즘을 제안하고 있다.
