지역단위 미이용 바이오매스 발생량 추정 (Estimation of Community-Based Unused Biomass Generation)

  • This study was carried out to evaluation of biomass generation mechanisms and to propose the estimation method of biomass generation. Agricultural by-product biomass is generated during crops cultivation and after harvest. However these are not uniformly generated yearly and these depending on the seasons. For planning of biomass utilization, accurate information of the biomass resources is needed, especially characteristic and productivity of biomass are necessary. Agricultural by-product biomass are generated in a wide area being scattered and it is one of the major reason why agricultural biomass utilization is not activated compared with other waste biomass. In this study, estimation and evaluation biomass generation is achieved in specific spatial and temporal boundary, A-city in Gyeongi-do and september to November respectively. Quantity and quality of by-product biomass show big difference depending on the crop species and cultivation periods and these difference bring up that accurate biomass estimation should be considered during planning of biomass utilization and technology selecting for biomass converting to energy and other forms.

  • Scheduling plays an important role in shop floor planning. A scheduling shows the planned time when processing of a specific job will start on each machine that the job requires. It also indicates when the job will be completed on every process. Thus, it is a timetable for both jobs and machines. There is only one server available and arriving work require services from this server. Job are processed by the machine one at a time. The most common objective is to sequence jobs on the severs so as to minimize the penalty for being late, commonly called tardiness penalty. Based on other objectives, many criteria may serve as s basis for developing job schedules. The process also comprises all strategic planning, capital investments, management decisions, and tasks necessary to create a new product. manufacturing processes must be created so that the product can be produced in the product facility. Purchasing new equipment and training workers may be required if new technology is to be used. Tools, fixtures, and the sequence of steps in the manufacturing processes must all be developed to allow rapid, high-quality, cost effective production. Also, it may be needed to be rearrange the production facility to adapt to the new manufacturing processes. Therefore, this study tries to proposed that Scheduling by customer needs group for minimizing the problem and reducing inventory, product development time, cycle time, and order lead time.

  • In this paper, the CNC cutting planning module for product with three dimensional solid shape is realized to develop a smart CAD/CAM system which performs systematically from the shape design of procuct by the B-Rep solid modeler to the CNC cutting of product by a machining center. The three dimensional solid shape of product can be easily designed and constructed by the Euler operators and Boolean operators of the solid modeler. And the various functions such as the automatic generation of tool path for the rough and finish cutting processes, the automatic elimination of overcut, the automatic generation of CNC code for the machining center and do on, are established. Especially, the overcut-free tool paths are obtained by splitting the CL solid which is composed of the offset surfaces of the solid shape of product.

통합대기환경지수를 고려한 지역개발 매력도 측정 (Regional Development Attractiveness Measurement Considering the Comprehensive Air Quality Index)

  • Recently, the relevance of the Air Quality Index considering major factors related to the air environment and the local economy and community was analyzed in abraod. In Korea, a comprehensive air-quality index has been proposed. In this study, the comprehensive air-quality index and the index that can integrate Gross Domestic Product per capita were summarized as regional attractiveness. As a result of the analysis, Ulsan, Chungnam, Seoul, Chungbuk, and Jeonnam had the highest Gross domestic product per capita, and Jeju, Gyeongnam, and Gyeongbuk had the best Comprehensive air-quality index, and Ulsan had the highest attractiveness. As a result of the correlation analysis, it was found that there was no correlation between the two variables, Gross domestic product per capita and Comprehensive air-quality index, because various factors such as topographical characteristics, hazardous substances, and local government's efforts were not taken into account. As a result of sensitivity analysis, Ulsan had the highest sensitivity and variance for Gross domestic product per capita and Comprehensive air-quality index. As for the relative ratio of attractiveness between regions, Ulsan's attractiveness was 2.95 times that of Daegu's, indicating a large difference between regions.

도로변 농산물 판매장 시설의 문제점 및 개선방안 - 경상남도 밀양시를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Improvement of Roadside Agricultural Product Shops - Focusing on Miryang City in Gyeongsangnamdo -)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the roadside agricultural product shops located in Miryang city, and to find out the current situation on how people rate the importance and satisfaction levels of various aspects through surveys on sellers and consumers. With this information, the main problems and possible solutions are analyzed with the Important Performance Analysis(IPA) method. First, building parking spaces for customers should be prioritized to improve safety. Because many roadside shops for agricultural products are located alongside two-lane roads, sufficient parking spaces are needed for the consumers' safety. Second, to enhance the rural landscape, consumers express that improving store quality and integrating more with the environment are important. Store owners should take more care in maintaining store quality so that customers do not experience inconvenience while shopping. Futhermore, institutional guidelines and standards must be implemented to allow for a more harmonious relationship between these shops and the environment. Third, both sellers and consumers think that taste, price, and freshness are important aspects of roadside agricultural product shops. However, while sellers and consumers both agree that the price is the most important factor, there is a discrepancy between these two groups regarding the satisfactory price level. The sellers do not agree that their products are being sold at the fair price. This can be interpreted as sellers believe that the prices are set too low. Because pricing is important aspect and also a very delicate issue, mid to long term consideration and study will be needed to improve roadside shops for agricultural products in the future.

네오 싱글(NEO SINGLE) 여성을 위한 브랜드 기획 및 상품 개발 (Brand Planning and Product Development for NEO-SINGLE Women)

  • Noting that there is an increasing trend of the so-called 'neo-single life style' among women these days, this research aims to make a product development for these neo-single women in this era of families of a single member by analyzing their concepts and characteristics. We payed a particular attention to the data from such sources as newspapers, magazines or the articles in the Internet. The essence of our research lies in the analysis of target market, in the suggestions in the brand planning and product development and in the designs of fashion and interior products for them. The result of this research is as follows. First, it turns out that these neo-single women enjoy a kind of multi-mixing code lifestyle rather than showing a preference for a particular brand. For this reason, we have decided to pursue a multi-concept brand fonn as a right direction for brand planning for them. Second, as for a philosophy behind the brands, we suggest a concept of 'small utopia' for neo-single women and express such as new aristocracy, happiness and pleasure. Third, we adopt 'YOU' as the name of the brand as it reflects their various life styles and characteristics. Fourth, as for the product development of F/W in 2007, we have decided on 'Minimal Natural' as it mixes up the concepts of the controlled beauty of sophistication and multi-functional elements and 'Modern Primitive' as it expresses the ethnic elements on modern images having craft factors and modern images. We have performed concrete tasks in creating images, coloring, making fabrics for each theme. Fifth, we have chosen and suggested other products that are suitable for these neo-single women who seek for multi-functional but simple kinds after surveying a wide range of products in magazines or in the Internet.

컨버전스 제품 개발을 위한 기능의 결합 조건에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Options for Combining Functions for Convergence Products)

  • 본 연구는 컨버전스 제품 개발 과정에 적용 가능한 보편 타당한 3대 결합 조건들로서 이질성, 계획성, 참신성을 제시하고 그 내용을 탐구한다. 이질성은 결합되는 기능들이 모두 서로 달라야 하는 것이다. 계획성은 결합이 제품 개발 과정 속에서 이루어져야 하는 것이며, 도구를 자의적으로 다목적 활용하는 것은 배제된다. 참신성은 결합에 의해 제품의 기능적 가치가 확대되는 것이다. 이질성, 계획성, 참신성은 컨버전스 제품의 기능적 특징과 창조 과정을 대표하는 요소들이다. 이들은 결합의 다양한 응용을 가능하게 하여 컨버전스 제품의 등장 범위를 넓히며, 나아가 사회 문화적 배경의 변화와 컨버전스 제품 사이의 다양한 담론들을 전개한다. 이를 통해 컨버전스란 철저한 계획과 전략 속에서 결합의 대상에 대한 선별작업을 통해 진행되는 제품 개발 방법이라는 것을 알 수 있으며, 이에 본 연구를 통해 향후의 컨버전스 기반 제품 개발 전략이 더욱 활성화되기를 바란다.

  • In fact, some cases that successfully introduced CRM show that CRM is migrating from small scale which is typical when introduced to larger scale through various tests. 조선 PDM구축을 위한 기능 연구 및 시험 구현 사례 (A Functional Review and Prototype for Ship PDM implementation)

  • The current challenge with which most shipyards are faced is to reduce the design time and the time-to-delivery benefits of new information technologies such as ERP, APS, and SCM system. These technologies should integrate the information that flows in the enterprise wide activities. First of all we should maintain control of ship design and product data such as bill of material, product structure, drawing, 30 modeling and manufacturing information for the integration. The product data management (POM) system copes with these requirements. All the product data is stored in POM database and vaults in a structured manner and all the changes of product data are monitored, controlled and recorded. This study discusses how POM system can be implemented in shipyard. The procedure is surveyed to apply a POM system for the ship design data management. This study also presents several examples in order to make a practical guidance for ship POM implementation. Proposed studies can be useful for shipyards planning to adopt POM systems in enterprise wide manner.
