  • This research analyzes the design work and construction work, which might be arising out of or during the procurement process of naval ships of the Korean Navy. This research also suggests the applicable information methodology driven out by utilizing PLM/POM tool, which could be one of practical solutions to the problems arising from the outcome of this analysis. As to the procedure and methodology of information technology of design and construction work of the ship, IPPD was adopted. Before its actual application, main contents of the IPPD were introduced in this research. And it's real application and subsequent concrete surroundings of IPDE were defined. In addition, addition, several detailed and necessary works to be fulfilled were defined, mainly focused on the application of IPDD for the design and construction stages of the ships suitable for the Korean Navy, And also, this analysis defines the main functions to be secured by adopting the PLM/POM tool and obtained the relevant functions partially herewith.

  • 본 논문에서는 금융분야에서 사용되고 있는 포트폴리오 위험측도인 VaR (value at risk)와 ES (expected shortfall)의 측정 방법으로 안장점근사의 적용 방법을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 특징은 금융자료에 대하여 정규분포를 가정하지 않고, 치우침을 가정한 왜정규분포를 가정하여 왜정규분포를 따르는 위험요인으로 구성된 선형 포트폴리오 위험측도에 대해 안장점근사를 실시하였다. 또한 모의실험을 통해 위험측도의 안장점근사의 정도가 매우 우수함을 확인하였다.

국방분야 부품국산화개발 정책개선 방안 (A Study on the Improvement Policy of the Localization Parts of the Defense Sector)

  • The development of local defense parts has played a role a pure function such as maintenance of stable procurement source of military goods, provision of timely supply, establishment of self-defense base, creation of import substitution effect considering the whole life-cycle cost, reduction of foreign currency and protection of domestic defense industry. However, as the development success rate is deteriorating, it is time to analyze the related policies and improve the system. In order to improve the success rate of development of parts for the defense sector, it is necessary to unify the separated policies by the development-related departments and strengthen the policy support for the development companies to actively participate in the development. In addition, it is necessary to improve the paradigm for the selection of development items and change the authority of selecting development items and to delegate authority to create synergies. Parts localization development policy improvement is military support side it will contribute to strengthening defense power management by organically combining with technological development aspect and economical aspect. Development items will be linked to defense exports, which will have a remarkable effect on sales growth and job creation effects. The development of local defense parts is spreading.

전기기관차 주요부품의 수명주기 설정 및 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Life Cycle Establishment and Improvement of Main Parts for Electric Locomotive)

  • The 8200-unit electric locomotive, which is a high-efficiency multipurpose electric locomotive, is a German model, namely BR152 series ES64F, and it is manufactured to suit the operating conditions in Korea. Since 2003, 83 locomotives have been introduced in Korea, and they have been operating in the general railway sector for both passenger and freight transport. Although more than 15 years have passed since their first introduction, owing to the characteristics of vehicles introduced overseas, responding promptly to failures has been difficult owing to problems related to factors such as transfer of technology and procurement of parts for maintenance. Furthermore, there have been difficulties in operating the locomotives on the basis of the manufacturer-recommended time-between-overhaul (TBO) cycle. Therefore, a new TBO should be determined. To support the development of a reliability-based maintenance system, this study conducted a reliability and TBO analysis by using failure data obtained from KOVIS, and future management measures are presented.

  • Korean industry has achieved dramatic growth in a short time through continuous technical innovations. However, safety consciousness and management have not kept pace with industry growth. The characteristics of industrial accidents in socio-technical systems have become so complicated that it has been challenging for safety professionals to implement effective preventive measures because it is difficult to determine what is happening in the complex workplace. Thus far, they have focused on technical improvements and the requirements of OSH regulations to avoid legal responsibility. Accordingly, this study has used the systemic analysis method to explain the emergence of something unexpected in complex and multi-layered business structures, which is usually related to the variabilities of humans and organizations. This study chose a shipyard where a few fatal accidents had occurred because the shipbuilding industry includes numerous variabilities, including obtaining orders, manpower supply, procurement, etc. Systemic analysis progressed using FRAM based on two accident cases related to the truss platform used in LNG vessels. The outcome shows that each function within the system has its variabilities and has become coupled or dependent on other functions, increasing the possibility of accidents. This analysis method can provide OSH professionals with practical techniques for explaining what is happening in a complex socio-technical system and how to take proper measures.

해외 송금 결정 요인: 개도국과 선진국의 비교 분석 (A Comparison of Determinants of International Remittance in Developed and Developing Countries)

  • International remittances play a crucial role in the economic management of each country, especially in developing countries. Its functions are diverse, including procurement of foreign currency, serving as a cushion for the balance of payments and foreign exchange reserves by reducing the adverse external shocks, driving economic growth, easing the gap between the rich and the poor, and maintaining macroeconomic stability. However, previous studies on remittances have mainly focused on macro-and micro-economic aspects to analyze the determinants. Therefore, this study attempts to identify the determinants of remittances in 122 countries over the past 25 years from macroeconomic and educational aspects as well as institutional qualities. In addition, given the fact that almost all of the world's top 10 recipient countries in terms of GDP and total remittance size are developing countries, developed and developing countries are separated and analyzed for comparison, assuming that there may be a difference between the two groups. Results show that the coefficients of developed and developing countries are different in four areas: Control of Corruption (CC), Rule of Law (RL), Voice and Accountability (VA), and Regulatory Quality (RQ) among the six institutional variables of interest in this study. These results implicate that even the same institutions and policies should be applied and implemented differently depending on the circumstances of each country. In addition, as suggested by the World Bank, policymakers in all countries should double their policy efforts to lower the costs of remittance and improve access to the financial system for immigrants or dispatched workers to ensure a steady inflow of remittances.

  • With the advent of industrialization, consumers and end-users demand more reliable products. Meeting these demands requires a comprehensive approach, involving tasks such as market information collection, planning, reliable raw material procurement, accurate reliability design, and prediction, including various reliability tests. Moreover, this encompasses aspects like reliability management during manufacturing, operational maintenance, and systematic failure information collection, interpretation, and feedback. Improving product reliability requires prioritizing it from the initial development stage. Failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) is a widely used method to increase product reliability. In this study, we reanalyzed using the FMEA method and proposed an improved method. Domestic railways lack an accurate measurement method or system for maintenance, so maintenance decisions rely on the opinions of experienced personnel, based on their experience with past faults. However, the current selection method is flawed as it relies on human experience and memory capacity, which are limited and ineffective. Therefore, in this study, we further specify qualitative contents to systematically accumulate failure modes based on the Failure Modes Table and create a standardized form based on the Master FMEA form to newly systematize it.

공급망의 디지털 전환이 중국 자동차 제조기업의 환경성과에 미치는 영향 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors that Influence the Digital Transformation of the Supply Chain on the Enterprise Environmental Performance of Chinese Automobile Manufacturers)

  • 자동차 제조업은 에너지 소비가 많고, 오염물질을 많이 배출하는 전통적인 제조업으로 공급망의 디지털 전환을 통해 환경성과를 향상시킬 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 공급망의 디지털전환, 공급망 동적 역량 및 기업 환경성과를 바탕으로 13개의 가설을 제시하였다. 중국 7개 지역 자동차 제조기업의 경영자 및 종업원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 결과 공급망의 디지털 전환이 공급망 동적 역량의 영향을 받아, 자동차 제조기업의 환경성과를 향상시키는 데에 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 턴키공사의 업무수행체계는 기본설계, 입찰, 낙찰, 실시설계, 계약, 시공, 사업물 인도와 같은 절차로 구성되어 있다. 턴키발주 공사의 프로세스 중 이러한 설계업무는 일괄계약자인 기존의 건설회사에서 담당하지 않은 생소한 부분의 업무이다 이 중 실시설계 적격자 선정이후단계에서 계약단계까지의 과정에 해당하는 실시설계단계에는 사업내용에 대한 구체적인 조정 및 최종결정과 관련된 업무가 존재하므로 사업성패에 상당히 중요한 단계로 여겨지고 있으나, 기존의 시공단계의 관리업무만을 수행하던 일괄 사업자에게는 현실적으로 다소 생소한 업무분야이다 현재 국내 턴키공사에서는 실시설계단계에 대한 체계적이지 못한 업무관리로 인해 설계변경 요청, 클레임 제기 등이 발생하고 있다. 이러한 원인은 턴키공사라는 실시설계업무에 대한 구체적 문제점 인식과 이에 대한 관리방안이 체계화되어 있지 못함에 기인한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 턴키수행공사 기존 설계시공 일괄사업 관련문헌 및 선행 연구고찰을 통한 사례조사연구를 설계하고 이를 토대로 현재 공사 중인 현장에 대한 사례조사를 수행하였다. 사례조사 내용을 분석함으로써 현행 턴키공사의 실시설계 주요 관리업무 및 수행상의 문제점을 구체화하였으며, 실제 실시설계 관리업무 담당자들의 개선방향에 의견을 정리하고 이를 통한 실시설계 관리업무에 대한 개선방안을 제시하였다.

국내 시공책임형 건설사업관리 수행을 위한 기업 역량 평가 (Evaluation of Capability for Practicing CM at Risk in Korea)

  • 국내 시공책임형 건설사업관리(CMAR) 시장은 2019년 12월 현재 국토교통부 주도하에 수행된 시범사업을 종료하고 본 사업으로 전환되는 시점에 있으며, 발주방식의 다각화와 건설기술의 고도화를 위해 지속적으로 성장할 것으로 예측된다. 본 연구는 건설사의 CMAR 수행을 위한 자가 역량평가 도구를 개발하여 역량 수준을 평가함으로써, 수행역량을 향상하기 위해 수행되었다. CMAR 시범사업에 참여한 기업을 대상으로 수행단계와 관리영역에 따라 표준 핵심역량과 요소 기술역량을 규정하여 평가한 결과, 설계전단계 및 계약구매단계의 사업관리일반 역량이 시공단계에 비해, 설계이전 단계의 품질관리 영역이 타 영역에 비해 낮게 평가되었다. 또한 GMP를 기초로 한 시공단계의 사업비 관리영역은 높은 중요도에 비해 역량수준이 낮게 평가되었으며, 요소기술 역량에 해당하는 의사조정, 수행절차 최적화, 목표가치 달성역량 등도 초기 기술 적용수준으로 평가되어, 지속적인 역량향상이 요구된다.
