As knowledge workers have increased and information interchanges become more diverse, only the resources of internal enterprise is not longer useful, and the practical use of external information through information public sharing network is even more crucial. But, few studies that use both internal and external information sharing systems together have been conducted. In this research, we carried on the depth interview to analyze the main factors that intend to utilize outside information as well as to share inside information voluntarily. In conclusion, sharing internal information is directly involved with the performance of their job exchanging simple data, past documents, and technical materials. On the other hand, using the external information belonged to several other organizations is mostly caused by the voluntary participants' satisfaction sharing their individual experience through the network systems. Based on the study, we propose the idea that can activate both internal and external information sharing network through the system with user feedback function regarding the customized information, and with the space expansion where people can freely raise their private opinion. We also introduce the plan of the construction of communication systems with various experts, and the development of compatible devices with diverse interfaces.

The studies of Korean traditional gardens have been a lot of diachronic approaches through ancient documents and on-site investigation. Previous research has focused on the characteristics that are inherent symbolism of the traditional landscape space, such as site characteristics. There are many studies for inner gardens, outer gardens and other influential ranges of gardens of the location characteristics. However, studies on the scale of external gardens were not satisfactory from a quantitative perspective. Unlike private life sphere, quantitative analysis was conducted on the role of a sphere of public community life for outer gardens. Visibility analysis was performed through the existing literature and GIS programs to estimate the magnitude of the outer garden. When it was compared with Min G. H.(1982) research, it is almost the same if it is estimated to focus on Buyoung -bong(芙蓉峯) and Ip-am(立巖). Also, as a result of the fractal structure for a variety of symbols in the garden, fractal dimension in landscape elements is relatively concentrated, unlike in other areas. Thus, the external scale can be a means of cultural property protection out of the crucial perspective for the inner garden. There has been consideration of the cooperation with the visual complexity using the concept of fractal structure as one of the elements of landscape analysis.

A purpose of this study, after identifying the status and type of changes derived elements that make up the Seowon(書院); landscape space and the space of the during the recent World Heritage, focusing promote the newly introduced trees listed in the important value, authenticity and integrity aspects The results can be summarized as follows. The planting space shows regularity of some degree depends on the status of the species, essentially 3 types of Juniperus chinensis L., Lagerstroemia indica L., Phyllostachys nigra(Lodd.) Munro are primarily located in inside of seowon(書院), Zelkova serrata (Thunb.) Makino., Salix koreensis Andersson is in out side of seowon(書院). 5 types of location space to species such as Juniperus chinensis L., Ginkgo biloba L. species are the most frequently appear and it can be national representative trees. Plants which have limited vitality is a factor to prove a history of seowon(書院), it is accord with authenticity aspects that it gives meaning of symbolic to canonized figure's preference Maintenance work carried out over the years has damaged to origin of tree and thoughtlessly planted without having to go through a thorough historical research has resulted in weakening the presence of the essential space. The goal of this paper is to propose a new way to register CDA documents in CDR (Clinical Document Repository) that is proposed by the author earlier. One of the methods is to use a manifest archiving for seamless references and visualization of CDA related files. Another method is to enhance the CDA security level for supporting pseudonymization of CDA. The former is a useful method to support the bundled registration of CDA related files as a set. And it also can provide a seamless presentation view to end-users, once downloaded, without each HTTP connection. The latter is a new method of CDA registration which can supports a do-identification of a patient. Usually, CDA header can be used for containing patient identification information, and CDA body can be used for diagnosis or treatment data. So, if we detach each other, we can get good advantages for privacy protection. Because even if someone succeeded to get separated CDA body, he/she never knows whose clinical data that is. The other way, even if someone succeeded to get separated CDA header; he/she doesn't know what kind of treatment has been done. This is the way to achieve protecting privacy by disconnecting association of relative information and reducing possibility of leaking private information. In order to achieve this goal, the method we propose is to separate CDA into two parts and to store them in different repositories.
The purpose of this study is to propose a practical intervention program for the women who got out of prostitution. For the research we selected the seven women who had ever engaged in prostitution by snowball sampling. Qualitative data were accumulated by in-depth interview and private documents collection. We analyzed the raw data following the Mandelbaum's conceptual frame ; dimension of life, turning point and adaptation. In analysis of the dimension of life, home, religion and occupation were represented as main thems. Home was interpreted as the reconstruction of existential field that assumes their fault and others. Religion was interpreted as the phenomenological field that develops their potentiality and peculiarity. Occupation was interpreted as the restraining means aganist returning to prostitution. In analysis of the turning point, we found a common theme : dis empowering the discourse power by body-politics. In analysis of the adaptation, we found three propositions as fellows: 1) "Living with stigma internalized by themselves" 2) "Living as anonymous being and absconding" 3) Expunging the past disgrace through shifting of social status. Based on the above results we proposed practical approaches for them.

This study aims to elicit criteria regarding reassessment and designation of linear scenic sites henceforth. The results are as follows; First, based on the documents from the Cultural Properties Protection Committee of Korea, 23 out of 113 scenic sites in Korea were drawn, and their linear characteristics were categorized into four types including valleys, paths, rivers, and ridges. The linear scenic sites provide certain features in terms of sequence and direction, which results in the similar utilization among the sites which share the linear similarity. Second, the 23 sites mentioned above were intensely examined on the basis of six criteria for linear scenic sites through FGI, focus group interview. The criteria consist of six elements involving core resource(12), lot number(8), unclear(8), management path(5), ridge(4), basin(3). Third, the Cultural Heritage Administration has prioritized core resource since 2010, when designating a scenic site, whereas it tended to consider lot number as priority prior to 2010. It is thought that the authority gave consideration to issues related to private ownership of property in the scenic sites and the purpose of designation. Fourth, scenic sites are generally designated in accordance with the boundary of core resource, and in most cases, there are buffer zones alongside the core resource.

This study was conducted for the purpose of pursuing the development of Korean scenic spots1) by comparing policies of preserving and maintaining scenic spots in Northeast Asia, especially in South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, China. The objects to be compared for this study were the concepts and designation criteria of scenic spots, the types and present conditions of designated scenic spots and the preservation policies and budgets for scenic spots and so on. As for the research methods, analyses of literary documents, domestic and oversea on-site surveys and mutually-comparative analyses of translated data from China, Taiwan and Japan, etc. were used for this study, and the main results obtained by those research methods can be summarized as blow. As for the present conditions of designated scenic spots, it was found that there were more natural scenic spots than natural ones in Korea, Taiwan and China, while there were more cultural heritages designated as scenic spots than natural heritages in Japan. With Tourism Development Ordinance additionally enacted, which involves the contents related to the permission of tourism development and investment for scenic spots, the Taiwanese government tries to activate tourist attractions by attracting private enterprises' investments. What is unique about Japan is that some places can be pre-designated as scenic spots through an education committee called 'Scenic Spot Designation Committee'. The study of the book was investigation analysis with the designated present situation and the actual situation of the northeastern Asian national natural beauty spot. This essay introduces the basic method and program required to meet some necessary conditions of building university archives. By the phrase 'method and program', I intend the effective means of regularly but circumstantially controling the ways to the archival purposes proper which can be defined as the keeping of evidences and the broadening of information pool in terms of the evidential and informational natures or values of records. My starting point is about the matters of overcoming a standard method of induction which has long prescribed much passive procedures in the archival work. Considering the differences in the records and archives management-practices between West and Korea, I tentatively try to add some active elements to the archival work among which the collection for the expanding evidences and informations may firstly emphasized. While this collecting activity normally depends on the existing 'collections' and 'manuscripts', I cannot exclude the possibility of collections the materials, being likely to be registered in any poor or insufficient record groups. In the similar context, this kind of activity may and must be expanded beyond the university boundaries so at to arrange the cornerstones of archive-based local studies in the various disciplines. Here I premise another role of university archives, the role as 'science archives'. These archives within university archives seem likely to function in likewise the special collections within Western university libraries. What I mean here, however, is the archival groups purposedly gathered or acquisited according to more detail and narrower plan in order to meet the various demands from the different disciplines for the primary sources. The archival procedures from this revised method and program may, I hope, satisfy some of the preconditions of building university archives before the archives will actually function as a sub-institution of an university preserving legal, administrative and financial evidences, thus keeping identity and continuity of the university on the one hand, and as a local information center of supplying the archival contents on effectual demand from the field of local studies on the other. Finally, I conclude with a suggestion concerning the cooperation of all the parties of archival works. Proposing the 'Regional Research Center Program' in the field of technology and engineering as a model for the cooperation, I suggest that universities, private/public organizations, and central and local governments may work together for surveying the scattered ancient and modern documents as well as for building archives under the matching fund.
Archival materials in film archives is a memories and archival documents of human which is generated from cultural activities of human being, and provided long-term relevant information. However, it is different general public audio-visual records because main purpose of representing culture to create the contents of private sector rather than evidence of the factual information of public service activities. Therefore, should determine the description principle and rule in order to reflect specific physical, intellectual characteristics. So as to control the description, that is need in the textual standards to base the specific purposes and rules thus analyzed the international description standards as Dublin Core, ISAD(G), FIAF Cataloguing Rules For Film Archives. As a result, more effectively to describe archival materials in film archives required significant modifications in the organizations of the areas and the elements. This study argues that first, to divide existence the concept and the reality (work/item) of archival materials in film archives. Second, to need understanding and indicating their content, context, structure. Third, to establish of the areas and the elements including a characteristic of it. The final suggestion organizes separately to 6th and 8th areas, 22th and 25th elements in two parts. This conclusion does not prepare to refer the status and/or policy of a particular film arhicve, can be set accordingly to a specific elements or sub-elements by the film archives.

This study analyzes the entrepreneurship policies of the previous Korean administrations from the perspective of the Policy Paradigm by Hall(1993). A total of 195 newspaper articles and 202 government documents were examined to identify policy paradigm shifts through an analysis of policy objectives, policy instruments, and changing quality of policy instruments by each administration. The first paradigm was built during the 5th and 6th Republic, where 'Support for Small and Medium Enterprise Establishment Act' was enacted in 1986 to promote and support start-ups in the manufacturing sector. Next is the so-called 'people's government' period where 'Act on Special Measures for the Promotion of Venture Businesses' was enacted to tackle the challenges posed during the 1997 Asian financial crisis. A new policy goal was set to promote and nurture venture companies seeking subsequent means to achieve it. The third paradigm shift took place during President Moon's administration in order to effectively respond to the issues stemming from the fourth industrial revolution and the COVID-19 pandemic. Through the overall revision of the 'Support for Small and Medium Enterprise Establishment Act', the scope of startups were expanded, new industries and technology startups were supported and promoted, and venture investment-related laws were streamlined. In addition, the Small and Medium Business Administration was promoted as the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, enabling them to take initiative in implementing startup policies. Particularly, this study focuses on examining the low survival rate of startup companies and the revitalization of private investment as rising policy issues for recent startups, and suggests the improvement direction due to startup policy paradigm shift.
