Our main goal is to show that if there Jordan derivation D, G on a noncommutative (n+1)!-torsion free prime ring R such that D($\chi$)$\chi$$^n$+$\chi$$^n$G($\chi$) $\in$ C(R) for all $\chi$ $\in$ R, then we have D=0 and G=0.

In near-ring theory several different types of primitivity exist. These all imply several different types of primeness. In case of near-rings with DCCN most of the types of primeness are known to imply primitivity of a certain kind. We are able to show that also so called 1-prime near-rings imply 1-primitivity. This enables us to classify maximal ideals in near-rings with chain condition with the concept of 1-primeness which leads to further results in the structure theory of near-rings.

In this paper, we show that under certain conditions the Wedderburn decomposition of a finite semisimple group algebra 𝔽_qG can be deduced from a subalgebra 𝔽_q(G/H) of factor group G/H of G, where H is a normal subgroup of G of prime order P. Here, we assume that q = p^r for some prime p and the center of each Wedderburn component of 𝔽_qG is the coefficient field 𝔽_q.

Let R = ⊕_α∈Γ R_α be a commutative ring graded by an arbitrary torsionless monoid Γ. A homogeneous prime ideal P of R is said to be strongly homogeneous prime if aP and bR are comparable for any homogeneous elements a, b of R. We will say that R is a graded pseudo-valuation ring (gr-PVR for short) if every homogeneous prime ideal of R is strongly homogeneous prime. In this paper, we introduce and study the graded version of the pseudo-valuation rings which is a generalization of the gr-pseudo-valuation domains in the context of arbitrary Γ-graded rings (with zero-divisors). We then study the possible transfer of this property to the graded trivial ring extension and the graded amalgamation. Our goal is to provide examples of new classes of Γ-graded rings that satisfy the above mentioned property.

In 1955 Singer and Wermer [12] proved that every bounded derivation on a commutative Banach algebra maps into its radical. They conjectured that the continuity of the derivation in their theorm can be removed. In 1988 Thomas [13] proved their conjecture ; Every derivation on a commutative Banach algebra maps into its radical. For noncommutative versions, in 1984 B. Yood [15] proved that the continuous derivations on Banach algebras satisfing [D(a),b] $\in$ Rad(A) for all a, b $\in$ A have the radical range, where [a,b] will be denote the commutator ab-ba. In 1990 M.Bresar and J.Vukman [1] have generlized Yood's result, that is, the continuous linear Jordan derivation on Banach algebra that satisfies [D(a),a] $\in$ Rad(A) for all a $\in$ A has the radical range. In next year Mathieu and Murphy [5] proved that every bounded centralizing derivation on Banach algebras has its image in the radical. Mathieu and Runde [6] removed the boundedness of that.

Hopf corings are dened in this work as coring objects in the category of algebras over a commutative ring R. Using the Dieudonn$\'{e}$ equivalences from [7] and [19], one can associate coring structures built from the Hopf algebra $F_p[x_0,x_1,{\ldots}]$, p a prime, with Hopf ring structures with same underlying connected Hopf algebra. We have that $F_p[x_0,x_1,{\ldots}]$ coring structures classify thus Hopf ring structures for a given Hopf algebra. These methods are applied to dene new ring products in the Hopf algebras underlying known Hopf rings that come from connective Morava ${\kappa}$-theory.

Let M be a finite commutative nilpotent algebra over a perfect field k of prime characteristic p and let $M^p$ be the sub-algebra of M generated by $x^p$, $x{\in}M$. Eggert[3] conjectures that $dim_kM{\geq}pdim_kM^p$. In this paper, we show that the conjecture holds for $M=R^+/I$, where $R=k[X_1,\;X_2,\;{\cdots},\;X_t]$ is a polynomial ring with indeterminates $X_1,\;X_2,\;{\cdots},\;X_t$ over k and $R^+$ is the maximal ideal of R generated by $X_1,\;X_2,{\cdots},\;X_t$ and I is a monomial ideal of R containing $X_1^{n_1+1},\;X_2^{n_2+1},\;{\cdots},\;X_t^{n_t+1}$ ($n_i{\geq}0$ for all i).

In this paper we show that if D and G are continuous linear Jordan derivations on a Banach algebra A satisfying [D(x), x]x - x[G(x),x] $\epsilon$ rad(A)for all $\epsilon$ A, then both D and G map A into rad(A).
