PC 및 RC공동주택 골조공사에 대한 공사기간 절대비교 (Absolute Comparison of Construction Periods between Precast Concrete and Reinforced Concrete Apartment Buildings )

  • In accordance with recent changes in construction trends, interest in introducing the OSC, such as the Precast Concrete, is increasing in apartment buildings. In domestic studies, studies on the prediction of the construction period of PC apartment buildings through simulation have been conducted, but there is no study on the comparison of the construction period according to the actual construction of Precast Concrete(PC) and Reinforced Concrete(RC). Therefore, this study seeks to grasp the technology of the current PC construction method and to secure the original technology of project management through comparison of the absolute time of frame construction for PC and RC buildings composed of the same plane.

  • In this study, the work flow of the construction process was analyzed based on construction monitoring for a building of the middle size beam-column system Precast Concrete(PC) apartment building supplied by LH, and the Arrow Daigram Method(ADM) network diagram of its construction was written. The results of this study are judged to be able to improve productivity by using the PC structure apartment building construction plan to calculate a reasonable construction period and prepare a process management method for the PC structure frame construction.

  • This study analyzed the process related to the linkage between on-site work targeting the middle size Precast Concrete(PC) public apartment building with beam-column system and prepared on-site works flow relationship diagram in which the wet process consists of core Critical Path(CP) to prepare a network diagram of the Precedence Diagram Method(PDM). Through this study, it is expected that it will be possible to maximize the project management capability by suggesting a method to minimize risk factors and the optimized process management of the beam-column system PC public apartment building.

In-situ Production Analysis of Composite Precast Concrete Members of Green Frame

  • Recently, there have been many cases in which the difficulty of repair and replacement of principal elements in the bearing wall structure for apartment buildings, which is a major part of apartment buildings in Korea, has led to the reconstruction of buildings rather than their remodeling. To address this problem, the Korea government now allows a floor area ratio of up to 20 %, and has relaxed the building height limits to encourage the use of a rahmen structure instead of a bearing wall structure. However, since reinforced concrete rahmen structures have many problems, including higher floor height and greater construction cost, a great deal of research into rahmen composite precast concrete structures have been conducted. Green Frame, one of the developed prototypes, is expected to provide economic benefits through in-situ production for precast concrete column and beam. For in-situ production of composite precast concrete members, a detailed plan for production, curing, and installation is needed. However, it needs to be confirmed that the space is sufficient to produce the precast concrete members on-site before planning those activities. Therefore, this study proposes in-situ production analysis of composite precast concrete members of Green Frame with the evaluation of structural safety and available area on the parking structure. The result of this study shows that the in-situ production of precast concrete members is possible through a case study.

범용 생산설비를 활용한 PC 더블월 제작 및 시공성에 관한 연구 (Fabrication and Constructability of a General-Purpose Manufactured Precast Concrete Double Wall)

  • 공동주택 지하층 공사시 발생하는 생산성 저하 문제를 해결하기 위한 개선책으로 필요한 PC 더블월(Double Wall) 공법을 개발하였다. 개발 공법은 기존의 PC 더블월 공법과 차별화되어, 지하 주동부의 다양한 PC 형상에 대응할 수 있고, 수평 및 수직 재하 등 부담 하중의 축력비에 충분히 견딜 수 있는 구조적으로 안전한 PC 더블월 공법으로서, 현장 테스트베드를 통하여 설계 및 제작기술, 그리고 시공기술의 적용성 분석하고 개발 공법의 실물 사이즈에 대한 목업테스트를 통해 품질성능을 검토하였다. 목업 테스트 수행 결과, PC 더블월의 기립 설치 및 내부 채움 콘크리트 타설시 균열이나 변형은 관측되지 않아, 구조적으로 안전한 것으로 나타났으며, 내부 채움 콘크리트는 양호한 품질 상태를 유지하였다. 복합적인 요인으로 인해 개발 공법을 실제 APT 주동부 지하층에 적용하지 못해 개발공법의 시공성 분석은 개발 자료를 기반으로한 설치 전문가들의 인터뷰를 통해 분석하였다. 개발 디테일을 적용하여 PC 더블월을 두가지 폭(W=2.4m, W=3.2m)으로 제작하여 설치하는 경우에 대해 PC 부재 설치 전문가 3명과 인터뷰를 수행하였다. 재래식 현장 타설 공법이 통상 47일/층~68일/층 소요되는 데 반해, 제안공법을 적용하면 공기일수가 20일/층~29일/층 소요되는 것으로 나타나, 공기단축 측면에서 효과가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 추후 연구 수행 방향으로서, 실제 APT 주동부 지하층에 적용하여, 시공상 관리 이슈를 추가적으로 도출하고, 공기단축 및 품질 유지에 대한 결과를 검증할 예정이다.

  • Construction of high-rise precast concrete apartment is an atractive alternative solution for severe shortage of residential facilities, especially in metropolitan areas in Korea. New building regulations enforced since 1988 requires all buildings higher than 6 storeys to be designed for earthquake. However, we hardly have any experience on seismic design of precast concrete buildings. This paper deals with methodology of seismic design and design considerations of connections for the large panel structures. Also addressed in this paper are studies needed to develop proper seismic design procedures of precast concrete buildings.

보-기둥구조 PC공동주택 PC벽체의 조립공정 분석 연구 (A Study to Analyze the Assembly Process of Precast Concrete Wall Panels in Beam-Column Frame Apartment Buildings)

  • PC공동주택은 RC공사와 달리 양중장비에 의한 작업이 주공정으로 공기가 산정되기 때문에 PC벽체를 포함한 양중 단위공정분석이 선행되어야 한다. 본 연구는 Core, 내부, 외부 PC벽체의 조립공정을 분석하여 PC공동주택 기준층 공사 Cycle 분석하는 것이다. 각 PC벽체의 양중과정 및 시간을 도출하였고, 그 결과를 사례에 적용하여 기준층 골조공사의 양중 사이클을 분석하였다. 순수 부재설치 기간은 5일로 분석되었고, PC부재별 작업시간 비중은 Core PC벽체는 약 16%, 내부 PC벽체는 약 8%, 외부 PC벽체는 약 18%로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 PC벽체가 적용된 PC공동주택 골조공사 시공계획 시, 핵심자료로 활용될 것이다.

국내 PC 아파트 접합부 누수 방지를 위한 마감상세 분석 (Analysis of finishing details to Prevent leakage of PC Apartment Joints in Korea)

  • Recently, interest in OSC(Off Site Construction) is increasing due to the trend of a decrease in skilled workers and an increase in labor costs. In this regard, PC(Precast Concrete) is being reviewed for apartments, the most common type of housing in Korea. As the biggest concern for PC apartment houses, civil complaints such as inter-floor noise and leakage were presented. In this study, the details of the joints were reviewed based on the past cases of PC apartments, and the details of the recently constructed or planned PC apartments were investigated. Through this, the leakage path in the past was analyzed through the existing research literature and data. And wall type RC and PC apartment joint leakage test was performed and we found the needs for a detail of waterproof steps, sealant. Also, joint details were investigated for a rahmen type apartment housing under construction. At last, A discussion was conducted on the direction for a detailed proposal of an improved joint in the future.

  • In this study, the performance evaluation of waterproof sealant materials applied to the outer wall of PC apartment houses was conducted. The sealant for PC members must have resistance to movement, and since it is exposed to outside air, weather resistance and water resistance are required.

  • This report introduces the large scale prefabricated apartment project in Saudi Arabia designed and built by Hyundai Engineering and construction Co. as turn-key basis from ministry of Public works and ltousing of Saudi Arabia. This project using precast large panel system is 7,600 dwelling unit, total building area 1.8 mil sguare meters. Large panel system is a kind of industrialized building method which classified as monolithic system, total system and structural system. Hyundai Engineering and Construction Co. develop his own prefabricated large panel system for this project and named "HYUNDAI SYSTEM". The key point of this system is vertical and horizontal joints between panels. Also stability of whole building structure is especially important for this kind of prefabricated building. building.
