The purpose of this study is to empirical case study for the instructional design of flipped classroom by job-capability advancement of IT business majors. A student of IT business school has learned a lot of management educations for four years. But, they don't recognize a connection between school education and business practice. A subject based on the humanities, and social sciences consisted of mostly the memorization. The undergraduate class lack a practice's curriculum by a creative-oriented lesson rather than memorization-oriented. In particular, An IT business is now recognized as a significance emerging IT investment, the Internet of Things, information security, big data and strategy's ERP. For these reasons, it is important for an instructional design for understanding business practices of the students. Accordingly, Flipped classroom with participatory class be needed increasingly for students' practical sense. We will propose a design method of flipped classroom for inspiring business education. In this, new instructional design overturned traditional teaching method. After the student conducts a prior learn at home, school will accomplish a problem solving through question and answer. This design effected a boredom suppress and creative enforcement of student and an intimacy increase of instructor. In addition, A participatory class and reciprocal peer tutoring will be possible by a spontaneous self-directed learning of student. We were designed course of project type based on big data theory and application to target the fourth-year course. In conclusion, the new instruction provided a help to learning synergy between student and lecturer. During the lessons, the student showed improvement of business sense and enhanced problem solving capability. The lecturer has the intimacy through communication interaction with students.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the 6th graders' understanding of the concepts of variable on various aspects of school algebra. For this purpose, the test of concepts of variable targeting a sixth-grade class was conducted and then two students were selected for in-depth interview. The level of mathematics achievement of the two students was not significantly different but there were differences between them in terms of understanding about the concepts of variable. The results obtained in this study are as follows: First, the students had little basic understanding of the variables and they had many cognitive difficulties with respect to the variables. Second, the students were familiar with only the symbol '${\Box}$' not the other letters nor symbols. Third, students comprehended the variable as generalizers imperfectly. Fourth, the students' skill of operations between letters was below expectations and there was the student who omitted the mathematical sign in letter expressions including the mathematical sign such as x+3. Fifth, the students lacked the ability to reason the patterns inductively and symbolize them using variables. Sixth, in connection with the variables in functional relationships, the students were more familiar with the potential and discrete variation than practical and continuous variation. On the basis of the results, this study gives several implications related to the early algebra education, especially the teaching methods of variables.

The core part of education program of the gifted students in information is the thinking ability extension of the programming. We propose four phases of the education model : (1) problem understanding (2) visualization (3) symbolization (4) algorithmization. This model of four phases is applied to learn the abstract concept of recursion using the data structure of Tree. This model is verified by presenting the example of 'Hanoi Tower' to stimulate intellectual curiosity of the students and help to expand their thinking strength. Also, we show the characteristics of which the teaching subjects and learning activities have, by presenting and clarifying the type of education program, properties of the learning contents, and lower level components. The students can deepen and foster the growth of the learning contents by the students' activities of self-evaluation, and their thinking abilities are increased by the guidances of their teachers.

With the introduction of the 2015 revised curriculum, software education became mandatory in elementary school. The practical subject in the content for the software education consists of information ethics, algorithms, programming, and computer science. Especially, elementary school encourages the unplugged activities. Unplugged activities are preferred among the teachers in the education field as a teaching-learning method. However, those teachers pointed out that the lack of suitable unplugged activity materials was the biggest challenge. In addition, it was pointed out that the existing materials were not suitable for achievement standards, and there are many simple playing-oriented educations that are not linked to computing activities. In this study, we developed an unplugged activity-oriented robot that can be used for the elementary students to learn the basic control structure suggested in the achievement criteria SW education and to develop creative problem solving ability through various activities using sensors. The effectiveness was verified through the software class using the developed robot in this study.

This study critically review the textbooks and the syllabus of computer network courses currently used at universities, and the specifications of the certifications concerned to provide the students with the competitive and optimized course contents. Considering the vitality of the practicum in the computer network courses, we also suggest a new learning-instruction case study that focuses on the practice by analyzing the computer network practice test simulators which are certified nationally and the internationally. The proposed learning-instruction case study for computer network courses includes the weekly core lessons and contents, study goals and key points, the practice theme, handy tools based on two track of lecture and practice. Therefore it is expected to be a quite resourceful and practical teaching plan for the teacher, and a highly achievement of learning outcomes through motivation which can facilitate CCNA certification enrolling in the field of network aspect for the learner.
This study was planned to define the concept and the patterns of the fields for environmental education through the theory review about the fields for environmental education that were important at school environmental education for field-experience learning, and to survey the using status of the fields for environmental education and the awareness of teachers who have been teaching practically students environmental education in school through the questionnaire. The results derived from this study were as follows ; First, the use of the fields for environmental education in environmental education is necessary aspect of the importance of field-experience learning and the environmental education strategy through personalization of environment and is essential to the substantiality of school environmental education. The concept of the fields for environmental education is defined that it is used as place(space) for environmental education, is located most outdoor space, promote students the concern and consciousness about environment. The patterns of the fields for environmental education may be classified the field for nature observation learning surrounding, the fields for nature observation and field survey, the fields for visit and field trip, and the fields for experience and participation by the contents and the purpose of educational program. Second, according to the results of the teacher's awareness survey, most responded teachers gave an affirmative answer about the necessity of practical use of the fields for environmental education, and it was used mainly in special lecture, weekend, and legal holiday. Also, it was surveyed that time for using the fields was brought as the most serious obstacle by teachers. In particular, teachers preferred the environmental education fields for experience and participation above all others. Third, from the results about the using status of the fields for environmental education, school environmental education mostly have been taught in indoor classroom, school landscape(school grounds) was evaluated the most easily useful the fields for environmental education in formal lecture, because it can solve the lack of time. Also, it was proved that eco-park, stream, and river were fit for the field-experience learning with small students group.
Since Environmental Education in Elementary School is taught separately in various subject area, a well-founded and organized curriculum in integrated Environmental Education is needed to educate teachers for professional development. In this research, a curriculum for elementary teacher in-service training program was developed in order to improve both environmental and educational competencies of elementary school teachers. The curriculum was based on the needs analysis on Environmental Education training for elementary school teachers. Also it was based on international and updated perspectives on Environmental Education, Education for Sustainable Development. The curriculum consists of the introduction and the particular perspectives. The particular is made of 60 hours, which covers 6 perspectives on environment. They are ecological perspective, environmental ethics perspective, social-cultural perspective, economic perspective, environmental hygienic perspective, and environmental policy. Environmental policies of Korea and the world were included so that teachers will understand efforts made at national level and participate more to environmental action in their schools. Lesson objectives were specified for teachers to apply this curriculum to their classroom easily. Related elementary curriculum and textbook were indicated at the end of each lesson so teachers can link their training setting with their classroom setting. Especially, in this curriculum various teaching and teaming methods for each lesson are introduced. Thus, this re- search is very practical for elementary school teachers who are planning to teach environment in their classroom.
This study was conducted to develop a convergence education program using smart farms with both input data(temperature, humidity, etc.) and output data(vegetables, fruits, etc.) that are easily accessible in everyday life so that elementary school students can intuitively and easily understand the principles of artificial intelligence(AI) learning. In order to develop this program, we conducted a prior study analysis of a horticulture, software, robot units in the 2015 Practical Arts curriculum and artificial intelligence education. Based on this, 13 components and 16 achievement criteria were selected, and AI programs of 4 sessions(a total of 8 hours). This program can be used as a reference when developing various teaching materials for artificial intelligence education in the future.
Students must be familiar with clinical skills before starting clinical practice to ensure patients' safety and enable efficient learning. However, performance is mainly tested in the third or fourth years of medical school, and studies using the validity framework have not been reported in Korea. We analyzed the validity of a performance test conducted among second-year students classified into content, response process, internal structure, relationships with other variables, and consequences according to Messick's framework. As results of the analysis, content validity was secured by developing cases according to a pre-determined blueprint. The quality of the response process was controlled by training and calibrating raters. The internal structure showed that (1) reliability by generalizability theory was acceptable (coefficients of 0.724 and 0.786, respectively, for day 1 and day 2), and (2) the relevant domains had proper correlations, while the clinical performance examination (CPX) and objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) showed weaker relationships. OSCE/CPX scores were correlated with other variables, especially grade point average and oral structured exam scores. The consequences of this assessment were (1) making students learn clinical skills and study themselves, while causing too much stress for students due to lack of motivation; (2) reminding educators of the need to apply practical teaching methods and to give feedback on the test results; and (3) providing an opportunity for faculty to consider developing support programs. It is necessary to develop the blueprint more precisely according to students' level and to verify the validity of the response process with statistical methods.
In this paper, we present the results of the study on the development of electric circuit e-learning content as one of the required courses in electrical and electronics engineering. Theoretical learning of electric circuit e-learning contents is based on multimedia type and the practice part is based on moving picture. The e-learning contents were used for a blended learning in actual offline class. We investigated the learning effect of each component of e-learning contents and investigated and analyzed the type of e-learning contents suitable for class of electric circuit. In addition, we investigated and analyzed effective ways to utilize e-Learning content for offline teaching. In this paper, we show how to construct effective contents, length types and utilization methods in engineering education through the case study on the e-learning content.
