Objectives: This study seeks to identify the positive psychological capital, burnout, and compassion satisfaction levels of clinical dental hygienists to understand the factors affecting positive psychological capital and to establish measures to improve the positive psychological capital, and to utilize them. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 190 dental hygienists of the clinic from February 1 to April 30, 2020. Statistical analyses were conducted with the help of independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Results: Dental hygienists scored 3.47 points in positive psychological capital. The variables that influenced positive psychological capital were burnout and compassion satisfaction. The variables influencing positive psychological capital were monthly income_dummy2 (200-249/≥250), burnout, and compassion satisfaction. Conclusions: The positive psychological capital of clinical dental hygienists was found to be related to burnout and compassion satisfaction; additionally, compassion satisfaction had the greatest influence. Therefore, it will reduce burnout, improve compassion satisfaction, positive psychological capital, and contribute to efficient human resource management.

This study analyzes the correlations of participation motivation, education satisfaction, and positive behavioral intention for participants in marriage enrichment programs. The survey response results for 193 participants in marriage enrichment programs were analyzed with the statistics analysis application IBM SPSS 20.0. The findings of this study are as follows. An examination of relative influence of participation motivation and education satisfaction with the positive behavioral intention of participants in marriage enrichment programs indicated that internal motivation had a positive influence on education satisfaction, external motivation had a negative influence on satisfaction for facility environment and satisfaction with employee service, and motivation had positive influence only on facility environment. An examination of the influence of participation motivation and education satisfaction with the positive behavioral intention of the participants in marriage enrichment programs indicated that internal motivation and external motivation had a high positive influence on positive behavioral intention. However, motivation did not have a significant influence on behavior after participation. In education satisfaction, satisfaction with content, satisfaction with instructor, and satisfaction with employee service had a positive influence on positive behavioral intention, however, satisfaction with facility environment had negative influence on positive behavioral intention.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of perceived supervisor's servant leadership and teacher self-efficacy for positive teacher-child relationships on work engagement using the path model. Methods: The subjects were 210 teachers working at childcare centers in Daegu and Gyeongbuk Province. Questionnaires were used to investigate perceived supervisor's servant leadership, teacher self-efficacy for positive teacher-child relationships, and work engagement. The collected data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling(SEM), Bootstrapping, Pearson Correlation, AMOS 20.0, and SPSS 21.0. Results: First, supervisor's servant leadership had a positive influence on teacher self-efficacy for positive teacher-child relationships. Second, teacher self-efficacy for positive teacher-child relationships had a positive influence on work engagement. Third, supervisor's servant leadership had a positive influence on teacher's work engagement. Fourth, supervisor's servant leadership had an indirec effect on teacher's work engagement by teacher self-efficacy for positive teacher-child relationships. Conclusion/Implications: The results mean teacher self-efficacy for positive teacher-child relationships had more influence on teacher's work engagement. Therefore, it is more useful to promote teacher self-efficacy for positive teacher-child relationships in order to strengthen teacher's work engagement.

이 글의 목적은 긍정 임상심리학의 개요를 살펴보는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 긍정 임상심리학의 두 가지 핵심 영역인 멘탈 휘트니스(mental fitness)와 긍정 심리치료의 개념을 살펴본 후 '고대 멘탈 휘트니스 긍정 심리치료 프로그램'을 소개하였다. 그 과정에서 전통적인 심리치료와 긍정 심리치료의 차이를 비교하였고 멘탈 휘트니스라는 개념이 도입되게 된 역사적인 배경 그리고 멘탈 휘트니스와 정신건강 교양(mental health literacy)의 관계를 조사하였다. 이러한 고찰에 기초하여 긍정 임상심리학의 제한점 및 발전가능성이 논의되었다.

본 연구는 긍정정서를 사회성 축에 따라 사회적 긍정정서와 비사회적 긍정정서로 나눌시 조망수용능력과 긍정적 대처간의 관계가 다르게 나타나는지 알아보았다. 그리고 그 관계가 성격변인인 친화성에 따라 조절되는지를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 대학생을 대상으로 실험 1과 2를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 사회적 긍정정서를 느낀 집단은 비사회적 긍정정서 집단보다 통계적으로 유의하게 조망수용능력이 높고, 회피/체념 대처전략보다 긍정적 대처전략을 택하는 경우가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 아울러, 긍정정서의 사회성 유무와 조망수용능력간의 관계에서는 성격변인인 친화성이 유의한 조절효과가 있었다. 즉, 비사회적 긍정정서를 느낀 사람이 사회적 긍정정서를 느낀 사람에 비해 친화성이 높을수록 조망수용능력이 유의하게 높아지고 있음을 확인하였다. 반면, 긍정정서의 사회성 유무와 긍정적 대처간의 관계에서는 친화성의 조절효과가 없었다. 사회적 긍정정서와 비사회적 긍정정서간의 차이 및 원인에 대해 언급하고 본 연구의 제한점과 후속 연구방향에 대해 논의하였다.

Two new types of positive biasedness, which are closely related to Type III positive biasedness (Yanagimoto and Sibuya, 1972), are proposed. We call these near Type III positive biasedness. Though no implication between Type II and near Type III biasedness exists, near Type III seems to be less restrictive than Type II biasedness. Constrained maximum likelihood estimates of distribution functions under near Type III positive bisedness are obtained. The likelihood ratio tests of symmetry against new positive biasedness restrictions are proposed. A small simulation study is conducted to compare the performance of the tests.

In this paper, we introduce the notion of a positive implicative filter in BE-algebras. We show that every positive implicative filter is a filter in BE-algebras. We give some examples that a filter may not be a positive implicative filter and also a positive implicative filter may be not an implicative filter in BE-algebras. We also give some equivalent conditions of a positive implicative filter in BE-algebras.

The notion of positive implicative MBJ-neutosophic ideal of BCK-algebras is defined and some properties of it are investigated. Relations between positive implicative MBJ-neutrosophic ideal and positive implicative ideal are discussed. In a BCK-algebra, the extension property for positive implicative MBJ-neutrosophic ideal is established.

This paper provides an efficient dimension reduction algorithm of the positive realization of discrete phase type(DPH) distributions. The relationship between the representation of DPH distributions and the positive realization of the positive system is explained. The dimension of the positive realization of a discrete phase-type realization may be larger than its McMillan degree of probability generating functions. The positive realization with sufficient large dimension bound can be obtained easily but generally, the minimal positive realization problem is not solved yet. We propose an efficient dimension reduction algorithm to make the positive realization with tighter upper bound from a given probability generating functions in terms of convex cone problem and linear programming.

This paper provides some properties of positive real systems in time domain. It is well-known that a positive real system and a bounded real system are closely related by bilinear transform in a frequency domain. By using supply rate and storage function, we show that a positive real system can be transformed into a bounded real system, and that a positive real system can be transformed into another positive real system with in a time domain. Also, we show that an ESPR(extended strictly positive real) system can be decomposed into a feedback system of lossless positive real system and another ESPR system. These results may be used to design an output feedback controller for mixed H$H_2$ESPR problem.
