As a number of new college students is gradually decreasing, each college is trying to find various solutions for gathering many students and operating a school. In specialty, information such as entrance examination and matriculation status data is very important for a college to decide a direction of admission and public relations policy, and increase welfare of the school. Therefore, it is seriously needed for a school to introduce a matriculation management system that can do the effective analysis through various entrance examination and matriculation status data and decision factors of school. In this study, I developed a matriculation management system which can analyze information of applicants, successful candidates and registrants based on national framework data. It is expected that the developed system can provide appropriate and rational information for public relations policy and operation to a college.

A modeling framework and its computational methodology for an industrial sector of the economy are investigated. The suggested industrial sector model is characterized by a programming (process analysis) representation of a production sector and an econometric estimation of the price sensitive (own and cross-prices) demands. By introducing the price sensitive demands into the process analysis representation of the production sector, it becomes possible to analyze and plan the pricing policy, the optimal production schedules and capacity expansion plans within a single framework. The computational scheme suggested in the report is based on the iterative approach each of which solves a separable convex programming problem.

Both access to healthcare services and income security in case of personal illness are being needed to achieve universal health coverage, which is enshrined in the human rights to health and social security and international standards on social protection. Income security acts on both the social determinants and the adverse consequences of ill health and thus would break the vicious disease-poverty cycle. The government is supposed to implement a demonstration project of sickness benefit in 2022 and to publicize its more specific blueprint for all workers. This study is to suggest basic principles and a framework to design a new sickness benefit for universal health coverage, which is based on reviews on previous studies, related issues, and institutional conditions. This is to provide a theoretical basis to promote further discussion and to support its decision-making.

현재의 네트워크는 다양한 서버, 라우터, 스위치 등 여러 장치들로 구성된 복잡한 구조를 가지고 있다. 정책 기반의 프레임워크는 복잡한 네트워크를 단순화하고 자동화하여 관리할 수 있는 도구를 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 여러 보안 시스템 모델들이 사용할 수 있는 취약성 정보들을 집약시킴으로써 보안 시스템간의 정보 공유를 쉽게 할 수 있는 SVDB (Simulation based Vulnerability Data Base)를 구축하였다. 또한 SVDB를 활용하여 보안 규칙을 유도하고 유도된 보안 규칙을 정책 기반 프레임워크에 적용할 수 있는 환경을 구성하였다. 정책 기반의 프레임워크에서 취약점 데이터베이스를 이용한 정책 유도와 적용을 검증하기 위해 서비스 거부 공격 (Denial of Service)과 Probing 공격을 사용하여 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 정책 기반의 프레임워크에서 보안 시뮬레이션을 수행함으로써 적용될 보안 정책이 기대되는 대로 동작하는지 검증할 수 있는 환경을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

Institution-based Technology Business Incubators are on the rise in India, as a means of promoting innovation-based tech start-up ecosystems, due to increased policy initiatives. Against this background, we have traced the origin and process of building a start-up ecosystem in IIT Madras, Chennai of India, based on semistructured interviews held with the stakeholders of the ecosystem. Subsequently, we have ascertained the key components of IIT Madras start-up ecosystem, and the process of incubation comprising pre-incubation, incubation and post-incubation phases. Finally, we have derived the key lessons from the ecosystem development experience and incubation process which enable generation of start-ups from both students and faculty, apart from alumni and ex-industry executives. Though this ecosystem model has emerged over a period of time through learning and experience, the ecosystem is able to generate more than 100 start-ups, majority of them being from students and faculty. Thus, the evolved start-up ecosystem of IIT Madras is able to generate faculty-supported and student-led entrepreneurship successfully.

Purpose : This research aims to develop a data-driven inspection policy for radio stations utilizing the KS Q ISO 2859-1 sampling method, addressing potential regulatory relaxations and impending management challenges. Methods : Using radio station inspection big data from the past six years, we established a simulation model to evaluate the current policy. A new inspection sampling policy framework was designed based on the KS Q ISO 2859-1 method. The study compares the performance of the current and proposed inspection systems, offering insights for an improved inspection strategy. Results : This study introduced a simulation model for inspection system based on the KS Q ISO 2859-1 sampling method. Through various experimental designs, key performance indicators such as non-detection rate and sample proportion were derived, providing foundational data for the new inspection policy. Conclusion : Using big data from radio station inspections, we evaluated current inspection systems and quantitatively compared a new system across diverse scenarios. Our simulation model effectively verified the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed framework. For practical implementation, essential factors such as lot size, inspection cycle, and AQL standards need precise definition and consideration. Enhancing radio station inspections requires a policy-driven approach that factors in socio-economic impacts and solicits feedback from industry participants. Future study should also explore various perspectives related to legislative, institutional, and operational aspects of inspection organizations.

본 논문은 빅데이터 서비스를 위한 커버로스 보안 인증 방안과 정책에 대해 살펴보았다. 빅데이터 서비스 환경에서 하둡 기반의 보안기술에 대한 문제점에 대해 분석하였다. 또한 커버로스 보안 인증체계의 적용 문제를 고려할 때 미국의 상용 분야에서 발생하고 있는 주요 내용을 중심으로 적용 정책을 분석하였다. 커버로스 정책 적용과 관련하여, 미국은 크로스플랫폼 상호운용성 지원, 자동화된 커버로스 설정, 통합 이슈, OTP인증, 싱글사인온, ID 등 다양한 적용에 대한 연구가 이루어지고 있다.

공공질서 관리는 형사 사법 제도에서 중요한 부분 중 하나이다. 본 연구는 법적 틀과 정책에 기반하여 영국 잉글랜드와 웨일즈의 형사 사법 기관들의 공공질서 관리 관련 법집행 형태를 평가하고자 한다. 질적 인터뷰를 통해, 다음의 4가지 주제를 발견하였다. (1) 집회시위권에 대한 강조, (2) 공공질서 관리에 대한 경찰 법집행 형태, (3) 경찰/검찰의 협업, 그리고 (4) 비디오 증거의 가치. 이러한 결과를 토대로 몇 가지 법적, 정책 및 법집행 관련 함의가 도출되었다. 이러한 함의는 경찰과 검찰의 협력뿐만 아니라 경찰의 전략적, 운영적, 전술적 개입에 관한 다양한 측면을 포함하고 있다. 잉글랜드와 웨일즈의 형사 사법 제도의 맥락은 한국과 다르지만, 일부 법집행 형태와 우수한 점은 한국적 맥락에서도 고려될 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구는 형사 사법 정부 기관간에 법률, 정책 및 법집행이 전체론적으로 조정되고 접근될 수 있다면 더 많은 효과를 얻을 수 있다고 제안한다.

The legal relationship between patient and physician is legally equal relationship. But, in times past, patients be compelled to sign an unequal contract, substantially. Because of the imbalance between supply and demand in the health care market. Today, the law of supply and demand in the health care market is running well. And as the cognition of citizens' rights grows, the relationship between patient and physician can also get a lot of changes. Patients have the right to know the information about medical care, and to decide whether or not to get treatment including invasions against their own bodies. In other words, Doctors have an obligation to explain to their patients. If doctors did not provide patients sufficient explanation or information, it violates the right of patients. This is a tort, or a breach of contract. To improve the remedy for violation of patient's right, patient is able to be protected by status as consumer. If patient is a kind of consumer in terms of medical consumption, he/she as consumer can enjoy supplementally the consumer's right. The patient as a consumer can exercise now a consumer's right as a constitutional right. In addition, with respect to consumer's rights, Framework Act on Consumers was enacted. This Act is based on constitutional provisions of Article 124 and the Act can be seen as a law that embodies consumer right because the provision of the constitutional law delegates specific contents. In the health care field, patients need to win recognition the statue of the consumer to hold the sovereignty of the consumer. In particular, if patients are consumers, they may be able to make good use of the quickly and efficiently collective dispute resolution and association lawsuit to rescue their damage, the Alternative Dispute Resolution(ADR) of Framework Act on Consumers.

국방 M&S 분야에서 모의 기반 획득 방법이 필수적인 정책으로 인식되면서 획득 단계별 M&S 적용을 위한 협업이 필요해지고 M&S 컴포넌트를 쉽게 개발하고 공유하기 위한 공통 기반환경의 구축이 필요하게 되었다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 모델 개발 재사용성 향상을 위한 형식론 기반의 시뮬레이션 프레임워크와 신속 개발을 위한 GUI 기반 모델링 환경을 제안한다. 제안하는 프레임워크는 플러그인 기반으로 동작하며 XML 기반 객체 모델을 바탕으로 하고 있기 때문에 모델의 개발과 변경에 대해 유연한 설계를 할 수 있으며 외부체계 연동, 모델 데이터 로깅과 같은 시뮬레이션 지원 기능을 구현하는데 효과적이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 프레임워크 및 모델링 개발 도구의 구조와 기능 요소들에 대해 설명한다.
