PVAm 함침에 의한 라이너지 강도 향상 (Strength Improvement of Linerboard by impregnation with PVAm)

  • As a first step to apply PVAm (polyvinylamine) on packaging paper by surface treatment, three types of linerboards were impregnated with PVAm solution. The effect of PVAm pick-up on strength properties of linerboard was investigated. The pick-up of PVAm was controlled by varying concentration of PVAm solution. It was found that dry tensile strength, tensile energy absorption, burst strength and compressive strength of linerboard were increased by applying PVAm. In addition, wet tensile strength was significantly improved with increasing PVAm pick-up. However, folding endurance was found to be decreased with increasing PVAm pick-up.

  • In this paper, we report our study of the current measuring technique by implementing a pick-up coil in the PCB pattern instead of the current measuring sensor in a power converter using a WBG device. The proposed PCB pattern coil structure has a higher mutual inductance value than the conventional pattern by constructing the coil using the multi layer board. It has high sensitivity and is configured without additional process outside the PCB. In the current measurement, the integrator is measured by integrating the coil at the back end and the current waveform measured using proposed pick-up coil is confirmed by comparing it with the original current waveform through DPT simulation.

  • A novel method to find interaction dynamics between focusing direction and tracking direction in an optical pick-up is proposed. and the decoupling control to reduce the interaction effect is discussed. First, the basic principle to detect dynamic interaction analysis using back electromotive force is introduced. Second, the interaction analysis between focusing and tracking direction of is analyzed for a commercial slim type optical pick-up. Finally. decoupling control process and its simulation results are shown.

Prediction of Labor Requirement and Cost of Pick-up Type Pulse Crop Harvester for Soybean and Red Bean Harvesting

  • Purpose: This study was carried out to evaluate the labor requirement and the cost-reducing effects of the pick-up type pulse crop harvester compared with those of conventional harvesting for soybeans and red beans. Methods: The labor requirement and the cost to gather, thresh, and clean for conventional harvesting operations were surveyed; those for the pick-up type pulse crop harvester were estimated for soybeans and red beans. The annual capacity of the harvester and the break-even area of the two harvesting methods were also estimated. Results: For soybean harvesting, the labor requirement of 0.57 hour-persons/10 a for the pick-up type pulse crop harvester reflects a 91.9% reduction in the labor requirement of 7.00 hour-persons/10 a for conventional harvesting. Machinery costs of 51,300 won/10 a for the harvester were estimated for an annual harvesting area of 52.5 ha/year, representing a reduction of 33.3% from the 78,700 won/10 a cost of conventional harvesting. A break-even area of 28.4 ha was estimated for the two harvestings. For red bean harvesting, the labor requirement of 0.57 hour-persons/10 a for the harvester reflects a 92.6% reduction in the labor requirement of 7.66 hour-persons/10 a for conventional harvesting. For an annual harvesting area of 52.5 ha/year, annual capacity of 52.5 ha/year and machinery costs of 51,700 won/10 a were estimated for the harvester, reflecting a reduction of 44.7% in the cost of 93,500 won/10 a for conventional harvesting. A break-even area of 23.1 ha was estimated for the two harvestings. A governmental subsidy for purchasing the harvester could contribute to reducing the break-even area and harvesting costs. Conclusions: The pick-up type pulse crop harvester for soybean and red bean harvesting could reduce the labor requirement and costs of conventional harvesting, and a governmental subsidy for purchasing the harvester will improve the economics of the harvester for efficient mechanical harvesting.

Some Calculated (p,α) Cross-Sections Using the Alpha Particle Knock-On and Triton Pick-Up Reaction Mechanisms: An Optimisation of the Single-Step Feshbache-Kermane-Koonin (FKK) Theory

  • The Feshbache-Kermane-Koonin (FKK) multi-step direct (MSD) theory of pre-equilibrium reactions has been used to compute the single-step cross-sections for some (p,${\alpha}$) reactions using the knock-on and pick-up reaction mechanisms at two incident proton energies. For the knock-on mechanism, the reaction was assumed to have taken place by the direct ejection of a preformed alpha cluster in a shell-model state of the target. But the reaction was assumed to have taken place by the pick-up of a preformed triton cluster (also bound in a shell-model state of the target core) by the incident proton for the pick-up mechanism. The Yukawa forms of potential were used for the proton-alpha (for the knock-on process) and proton-triton (for the pick-up process) interaction and several parameter sets for the proton and alpha-particle optical potentials. The calculated cross-sections for both mechanisms gave satisfactory fits to the experimental data. Furthermore, it has been shown that some combinations of the calculated distorted wave Born approximation cross-sections for the two reaction mechanisms in the FKK MSD theory are able to give better fits to the experimental data, especially in terms of range of agreement. In addition, the theory has been observed to be valid over a wider range of energy.

생산 라인에서의 광 Pick-up용 비구면 대물 렌즈 측정을 위한 안정된 층밀리기 간섭계 (Stable lateral-shearing interferometer for in-line inspection of aspheric pick-up lenses)

  • 광 pick-up용 비구면 대물 렌즈는 컴퓨터와 멀티미디어 기기 등의 발달로 수요가 급증하고 있으며 사출성형에 의하여 대량 생산되고 있다. 광 pick-up용 비구면 대물 렌즈의 생산성 향상을 위해서는 생산공정중의 전수검사를 요구하며 이는 측정환경에 강인한 측정기를 필요로 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 생산공정중에 광 pick-up용 비구면 대물 렌즈를 측정할 수 있는 개선된 층밀리기 간섭계를 제안하고자 한다. 본 층밀리기 간섭계는 3개의 직각 프리즘과 1개의 광분할 코팅된 프리즘으로 구성되며 index matching oil에 의하여 상대이동이 가능하도록 조합되어 있다. 간섭무늬를 정확히 분석하기 위한 위상천이와 층밀림량의 조절은 프리즘 간의 상대 이동에 의하여 가능하며 이를 위한 구동 기구부를 제작하였다. 또한, 본 연구에서는 반복연산에 의한 일반 알고리즘을 도입하여 위상천이 시에 발생하는 index matching oil의 유막 두께변화에 의한 기준위상 오차를 보상하였다. 광 pick-up용 비구면 대물 렌즈의 수차량을 정량적으로 산출하기 위하여 Zernike 다항식 맞춤을 수행하였다. 본 간섭계는 측정환경에 매우 강인하며 방진과 밀폐가 없는 열악한 측정환경하에서 반복측정을 수행하였을 때 .lambda./100 이하의 반복능을 얻었다.

  • In optical pick-up systems, it's important of the efficiency of lens. We had simulated and estimated the efficiency of micro fresnel lenses which designed according to various focal lengths and wave lengths. Also we had simulated and estimated the micro fresnel lenses with a step-shape which number of steps are 2, 4 and 7. Through studies on between step_shape and design factor, we have obtained a proper number of step-shape fresnel lens for manufacturing that.

  • In this paper, we have a fluxgate sensor with ferrite core. Thought sensor is consist of one excitation coil and two pick-up coil, and A lock-in amplifier circuity is designed for Signal processing of picking up 2nd harmonics from pick-up coils. Excitation coils is turned by 20 turns, and pick-up coil for picking up harmonics is turned by 40 turns eachother. It convert 2nd harmonics to DC output voltage. Measured output voltage and sensitivity, direction of sensor about out side magnetic field, and also sensor output properties about excitation frequency and current.

광픽업 미세구동부의 최적설계 (Optimal Design of a Fine Actuator for Optical Pick-up)

  • In this paper, a new modeling of a fine actuator for an optical pick-up has been proposed and multiobjective optimization of the actuator has been performed. The fine actuator is constituted of the bobbin which is supported by wire suspension, the coils which wind around the bobbin, and the magnets which cause the magnetic flux. If current flows in the coils, magnetic force is so produced as to be balanced with spring force of wire, so the bobbin is pisitioned. In this model the transfer function from input voltage to output displacementof bobbin has been obtained so that we can describe this integrated system with electromagnetic and mechanical parts. Wire suspension is regarded as a continuous Euler beam, damper as distributed viscous damping, and bobbin as a rigid body which can move up- and down- ward motion only. According to the model, the high frequency dynamic characteristics of the fine actuator can be known and the effect of damping can be investigated while the conventional second order model cannot. In multiobjective optimization, two objective functions have been chosen to maximize the fundamental frequency and the sensitivity with respect to the input voltage of the actuator so that Pareto's optimal solutions have been obtained using .epsilon.-constraint method. These objective functions will satisfy the trends which will enhance the access speed and reduce the tracking error in the optical pick-up technology of next generation. In the result of optimization, we obtain the designs of the optical pick-up fine actuator which has high speed, high sensitivity and low resonant peak. Furthermore, we offer the relation between two object functions so that the designer can make easy choice.

LED칩 제조용 다이 본더의 전산 설계 및 해석에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Computational Design and Analysis of a Die Bonder for LED Chip Fabrication)

  • LED 칩 패키징에서 다이 본딩은 분할된 칩을 리드 프레임에 고정시켜 칩이 이후 공정을 견딜 수 있도록 충분한 강도를 제공하는 중요한 공정이다. 기존의 다이 본더의 픽업 장치는 단순히 콜렛의 하강 동작과 이젝터 핀의 상승 동작만으로 구동되어 픽업 장치와 다이가 접촉하는 순간 충격에 의한 다이의 손상과 위치 정렬 오차에 대한 문제점이 발생한다. 본 연구에서는 위치 정렬 에러 및 다이의 손상을 최소화시키기 위하여 고정밀, 고속 이송이 가능한 픽업 헤드를 사용한 다이 본더 시스템을 개발하였다. 구조적 안정성을 평가하기 위해 다이 본더의 유한요소모델을 생성하였고 구조 해석을 수행하였다. 그다음, 다이 본더의 작동 주파수에 대해 픽업 헤드의 유한요소모델을 이용하여 진동해석을 수행하였다. 해석 결과, 다이 본더에 작용하는 응력 및 변위, 고유진동수에 대해 분석하였고 개발된 시스템의 구조적 안정성에 대해 확인하였다.
