본 연구의 목적은 물리치료사의 소명의식 및 감정노동이 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 파악하는데 있다. 연구대상은 2019년 05월 25일부터 2019년 06월 30일까지 서울시에 있는 개인 병원 2곳, 준 종합 병원 2곳, 종합 병원 2곳, 대학 병원 2곳인 총 8곳의 병원에 근무하는 물리치료사 137명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석을 실시하였으며, 변수 간의 인과관계에 대한 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 물리치료사의 소명의식이 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 소명의식 요인이 높을수록 조직성과가 높아진다는 것으로 조직성과에 긍정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 물리치료사의 감정노동이 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 감정노동의 하위요인인 표면행동 요인은 조직성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 내면행동 요인은 조직성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 물리치료사가 지각하는 소명의식이 높을수록 조직성과가 높게 나타나고, 감정노동의 표면행동이 높을수록 조직성과가 낮아진다는 것을 의미하는 것이다. 본 연구의 시사점은 물리치료사의 조직성과를 높이기 위한 방안 마련의 기초자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

Therapist have many troubles in the treatment of the patients who have a disorder in Centural Nerve System. It is the role of therapist that is to discriminate and control tone in the patients. In the case of hypertonus to be with hypotonus it is needed for therapist to inhibite the tonus properly without being influenced from the associated reaction. In this study the therapeutic control of the hypertonus and hypotonus through the Bobath approach is presented in detail. It is suggested that the holistic approach using the plasticity of patients base on the Bobath concept is to be used in the improvement of activities and functions of individual patients.

본 연구의 목적은 경북 북부 지역의 만성 근골격계 환자의 의료서비스 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위해 시행되었다. 경북 북부 지역의 병원을 방문한 107명의 만성 근골격계 환자가 본 연구대상이다. 2012년 5월 7일부터 6월 6일 설문 조사로 자료를 수집했다. 수집 된 자료는 다중회귀분석을 통해 분석했다. 본 연구의 주된 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 만성 근골격계 환자의 만족도를 결정하는 요인은 "물리치료사의 설명", "접수 절차", "가정운동프로그램", "직원들의 정중성", "환자의 의견에 귀 기울임" 이었다. 만성 근골격계 환자의 재이용과 강하게 관련된 요인은 "물리치료사의 설명", "접수 절차", "최신 장비"였다. 따라서 "물리치료사의 설명", "접수 절차", "직원들의 정중성", "환자의 의견에 귀 기울임", "최신장비", "가정운동프로그램"의 질적 향상은 병원에서 매우 중요한 요인임을 시사한다. 또한, 본 연구의 결과는 병원에서 만성 근골격계 환자에 대한 만족도를 향상시키는데 기여 할 것이다.

Purpose: The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) lifting equation (NLE) is a useful tool to ergonomically analyze a workload. The NLE has high reliability and it can assess tasks by analyzing the work process. The purpose of this case study was to try using the NLE to analyze the workload of transferring patients by physical therapists in the hospital setting. Methods: We observed a physical therapist (PT) transferring patients from a wheelchair to a tilt table and a therapeutic table in one day. Two types of patient transferring methods were evaluated; (1) the manual single person method of stand, pivot and transfer, and (2) manual two person lifting under the thigh and grasping the waist for totally dependent patients. Results: The NIOSH lifting indexes of a person grasping the waist during the manual two person lifting were 5.52~4.48 according to the patient's weight. The NIOSH lifting indexes were 3.34 and 4.48 for the tasks performed by the manual single person method. Conclusion: Because transferring patients is not done very frequently, patients transferring tasks by a PT are not included as one of the musculoskeletal disorder related risky work criteria of the Korea Ministry of Labor. But the NIOSH lifting indexes of a person grasping the waist during the manual two person lifting and the manual single person method were over the NIOSH recommended weight limit threshold.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to compare dementia awareness among physiotherapists and occupational therapists who treat dementia patients and provide opportunities to increase dementia awareness as medical technicians, expand the scope of treatment, and enhance professionalism. Methods: An online survey was conducted from January 8th to 19th, 2021 for physical therapists who are members of the Korean Physical Therapist Association and Occupational therapists who are members of the Korean Occupational Therapists Association. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 21.0 program. To verify the difference in the awareness of dementia among medical technicians, a t-test was performed, and the chi-square test was used to analyze the difference in the responses for each question. Results: In this study, occupational therapists had a significantly higher average and standard deviation than physical therapists. Occupational therapists also had a significantly higher level of dementia awareness, including dementia symptom-related, dementia disease-related, and dementia therapy knowledge. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that various educational initiatives and systems should be developed to help medical professionals increase their awareness and interest on dementia as a community, which can enable them to move in the same treatment direction with a common goal.

The main purpose of this article is to make a new physical therapy program for disabled students in department physical therapy. From 1963 to 2001, education schools which has department physical therapy is 34 colleges or universities, graduate students is 2,000 persons. In order to competition non-disabled students, we need a strategic plan for specialize of disabled person in physical therapy at college. Therefore our study suggest a new physical therapy program for disabled students ; that is educated and trained student intensively to be a specialized physical therapist by disability pattern in college. A sort of specialized physical therapist are in fields of orthopedic manual therapy, massage and home physical therapy.

The prime purpose of this study was to analyse the increasing of physical therapists and general hospitals (Medical institution has been opened Dept. of Physical Therapy) in West Kyoungnam Provinces. Second is the discussing about newly propulsed Dept. of Physical Therapy of college's foundation in West Kyoungnam area. Based on the research results, the following considerations and guidelines are presented. 1. It must be makes the course of education extended 6years(This is major deepen course) and to establish evening program in University for a physical therapists who have not bachelor's degree. 2. Purpose : This study purposes to suggest some basic data for the efficiency of a hospital management by drawing out the efficient ways to manage manpower to professionalism of rehabilitation service. Methods : The study used the questionnaire written by respondents themselves, and conducted the regression analysis on the relationships among the job characteristics, the empowerment and organizational commitment. Rusults : Among job characteristics, the wage was the influential factor on the empowerment(psychological, structural), and the specialty physical therapist license was the factor affecting on the psychological empowerment. Among the psychological empowerment factors, the higher meaning of his/her existence, the lower self-decision level, the higher structural empowerment are, the higher organizational commitment was. Conclusion : There were not identified any significant job characteristics influencing on the organizational commitment. Among the structural empowerment factors, the apply of job performance was the largest factor affecting on the organizational commitment.
