As a basic study for the application of natural zeolite as a concrete admixture, the compressive strength, activity factor, Ca(OH)₂ quantitative analysis and XRD experiments were investigated. It is thought that SiO₂, which is abundant in natural zeolite, affects the strength development by reacting with the hydration product of cement in all specimens in which natural zeolite was added according to powder level and substitution rate. As the substitution rate increases, the compressive strength decreases, which is considered to be due to the decrease in the amount of C₃S and C₂S minerals in the clinker, which affects the strength expression compared to the cement content of the reference mortar. The XRD crystal structure did not show a significant difference from the reference mortar, and it was confirmed that the Z2-10 (Blaine: 15,600㎠ / g) specimen with 10% substitution of natural zeolite was the best among the experimental levels. Substitution amount for use as concrete admixture is 10% substitution is most ideally seen.

In this study, anti-inflammatory activity of hot water extract of Aronia fruits (AF-H) was examined. Pre-treatment with AF-H significantly inhibited production of nitric oxide (NO) and prostaglandin E-2 in a dose-dependent manner in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages. The inhibitory effect of AF-H on LPS-induced inflammation was also confirmed by down-regulation of inducible NO synthase as well as cyclooxygenase-2 protein expression. Furthermore, treatment with AF-H significantly inhibited secretion of inflammatory cytokines such as tumor-necrosis $factor-{\alpha}$ and interleukin-6. Signal transduction pathway studies further indicated that AF-H inhibited LPS-induced activation of nuclear $factor-{\kappa}B$, but not mitogen-activated protein kinase. Treatment with AF-H also partially protected against LPS-induced lethal shock in C57BL/6 mice, although its effect was not statistically significant. These results suggest that AF-H is a more promising nutraceutical or medicinal agent for inhibition of LPS-induced inflammation or inflammation-related diseases.

If we try to define the concept of beauty in the large sense, as Kant and Chaung-tzu all agree, It can not be fixed in the one sense, but whose connotation and denotation should be extended infinitely. In this sense, I would like to say that the beauty is liberty. Aesthetics of Kant is oriented toward subjective and reflexive dimension, while that of Chuang-tzu is oriented toward natural and practical one. The difference between aesthetics of the two philosophers begins from their philosophical methodology. If the transcendental methode which is proper to Kant's philosophy prefers to discriminate and devide everything especially from dichotomic viewpoint by langage. But Chuang-tzu' methode called Za-Mang criticizes such a dichotomic division and langage itself. Even so, the two in the long run agree as to the foundation of beauty. But Kant's liberty is one of will or transcendental, meanwhile that of Chuang-tzu is based on recognize the fact that we are all production of nature. according to Chuang-tzu, in the great beginning, there was non-being. It had neither being nor name. The One originates from it. When things obtain it and come into existence. As the One, Tao is in the excrement and urine. Everything is under the constant flux. All species have originative or moving power. Although the universe is vast, its transformation is uniform. Because all things are one. Vacuity, tranquillity, mellowness, quietness, and taking no action characterize the things of universe at peace and represent the ultimate of Tao and virtue. The material was transformed to be form, form was transformed to become life, and now life has transformed to become death. A basic principle of Chuang-tzu's art is expressed in the phrase "taking off clothes and squatting down bare-backed". The key of Chuang-tzu's aesthetics is to dedicate to the expression of inner spirit instead of physical verisimilitude, and painting should be a spontaneous and instantaneous flow of the brush. Kant's concepts such as "disinterested" and "purposiveness of nature" seem to imply in the long run the unification of nature and human being which is fundament to Chuang-tzu's aesthetics.

3D architectural visualization animation has become more important in architectural presentations due to the rapid development of digital technology. Unlike games and movies, architectural visualization animation most focuses on delivering visual information, and aims to express the sense of space that viewers feel in an architectural space, rather than simply providing an image of viewing buildings. The sense of space is affected not only by physical elements of architecture, but also by immaterial elements such as light, time, and human actions, and it is more advantageous to express it in animations that can contain temporality compared to a fixed image. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to search for elements to effectively convey a sense of space in architectural visualization animation. To this end, the works of renowned architectural visualization artists that are open to the public were selected and observed to search for elements to effectively convey a sense of space to viewers. The elements that convey the sense of space that are common to the investigated architectural animations can be classified into the movement and manipulation of the camera, the movement of surrounding objects, the change of the light environment, the change of the weather, the control of time, and the insertion of a surreal scene. It will be followed by a discussion on the immersion of architectural contents.

Oryeong-san (ORS) is a traditional Korean herbal medicine widely used for renal associated diseases, composed of five medicine herbs; Atractylodes japonica Koidzumi, Cinnamomum cassia Presl, Polyporus umbellatus Fries, Poria cocos Wolf and Alisma orientale Juzepzuk. We studied to improve the convenience of intake and portability by developing modernized dosage forms, and examined the effect on anti-inflammation of ORS. In order to develop the tablet formulation of ORS (ORS-F), the tablets were evaluated on the basis of physical characteristics include diameter, thickness, weight variation, hardness, friability and disintegration. To analyze the marker components of ORS-F, eight index markers from five herbal medicines were chosen. And the method using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with diode-array detector method was established for the simultaneous analysis. The biological activities were examined the effect of ORS-F on pro-inflammation mediated by LPS-stimulation. The production of nitric oxide (NO) and cytokines were determined by reacting cultured medium with griess reagent and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and inducible NO synthase (iNOS) were investigated by Western blot and RT-PCR. The anti-oxidant activities of OJS-F increased markedly, in a dose-dependent manner. and, The total phenolic compound and flavonoids contents of OJS-F were 10.20±0.09 ㎍/㎎ and 12.86±0.86 ㎍/㎎. OJS-F which is LPS has diminished in the LPS-induced release of inflammatory mediators (NO, iNOS, COX2 and PGE2) and pro-inflammatory cytokines (TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β) from the RAW264.7 macrophages. Therefore, the developed formulation for tablet of ORS-F provide efficiency and usability, and indicated effect of anti-inflammation.

This study was conducted to confirm the influence of interpersonal disposition and emotional intelligence on interpersonal competence of allied health college students. For the research, a questionaire survey was conducted for students enrolled in the Department of Nursing and Physical Therapy from November 29 to December 16, 2019 and a total of 275 data were collected. Data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS program. As results of the study, the average of interpersonal competence was 4.10 and that of thoughtfulness-unconsideration was the highest among the eight interpersonal types and the average emotional intelligence was 2.73. The interpersonal dispositions that had a significant effect on interpersonal competence were initiative-congruence and aggression-non aggression and their explanatory power was 29.4% and the most influential interpersonal disposition was initiative-congruence. Emotional intelligence that had a significant effect on interpersonal competence were self-emotional expression, control of others and motivation and their explanatory power was 24.0% and the most influential emotional intelligence was motivation.

Children grow and develop through play. Play is being used as a friend and a learning material and tool in everyday life of children. It is a research study aimed to empirically analyze the effects of father's play belief and play participation on child's playfulness. A survey was carried out for the selected 284 children aged 5 years and older attending kindergarten located in D-gu, Seoul in order to achieve the goal of this study. Frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, reliability verification, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were conducted on the data collected through the survey by using the SPSS program, and the research results were derived as below. First, it showed that father's play belief and play participation have a positive effect on child's playfulness of physical spontaneity, social spontaneity, cognitive spontaneity, expression of joy, and a sense of humor. Second, father's play participation had a significant effect as a partial parameter in the relationship between father's play belief and child's playfulness. Thus, it was drawn the conclusion that father's play belief and play participation are important variables that can predict child's playfulness. Therefore, It will be necessary to promote children's playfulness development by continuously providing parent education programs on creating an atmosphere of various interaction at home through plays in the relationship between father and child and a desirable role of father in the play activities with child at the level of preschool educational institutions.

Background and objective: The vitalization of urban agriculture has increased various forms of experience-based education using school gardens, which raised the importance of school gardens in terms of value as well as the need to develop an implementation system for education-based agricultural experience service using school gardens. Thus, we reset the evaluation indicators from the previous study to establish objective evaluation indicators that enable quantitative comparison of school garden education services. Methods: Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and direct question (DQ) surveys were conducted on 20 experts from October 12 to 19, 2020 after establishing the purpose and subjects of evaluation, and then the weights were calculated using the Expert Choice 2010 program. Results: First, we analyzed the problems of the previous indicators by categorizing the performance indicators and comparing and verifying them with six requirements of valuation. Then, we added 'welfare values' and established sub-indicators accordingly. The importance of value indicator in AHP was in the order of education values (0.544), health values (0.182), welfare values (0.164), environmental values (0.062), and economic values (0.049). The importance of environmental and economic values was relatively low, less than 0.1. The importance of sub-indicators was highest in cultivating character (0.144), followed by enhancing ecological sensitivity (0.141) > promoting mental health (0.134) > cultivating agricultural literacy (0.120) > improving social skills (0.104). And mitigating climate change in environmental values was lowest (0.009). Increase in income was the lowest (0.036). This can be regarded as the expression of change to increase the educational effect based on collective life and the connotative meaning of 'school'. In the case of DQ, the AHP weight and order were the same, but the environmental and economic values were relatively low, and the result was different from AHP weight. For sub-indicators, the importance in DQ was highest in promoting mental health (0.136), followed by promoting physical health (0.085), ]cultivating character (0.082), social integration (0.072), and enhancing ecological sensitivity (0.071). After reviewing related experts, we came up with 5 evaluation indicators and 16 sub-indicators for school garden education service, which are objective evaluation indicators that enable quantitative comparison. Conclusion: In the future, we will validate the socioeconomic values of school garden education services and contribute to revitalizing school gardens by establishing policy alternatives for effective operation and management of school gardens.

The actor Song Gang Ho who appeared in the late 1990s, expanded the personality of his characters on his own way by using his unique characteristics (way of talking and appearance) as a nuance of diverse characters, while playing the wide range of roles from the petite bourgeoisie to kings in various genres. Especially in films such as , which are based on real incidents and real people, Gang Ho Song's character embodies Korean history and cultural identity. Not only his serious, but light and seemingly uncalculated realistic acting style harmonizes with his character and reveals the sense of humanity creating a new genre called "Gang Ho Song's character", but also Gang Ho Song is solidifying his base and range as an actor. Therefore, this research aims to analyze his character and acting through the film while concentrating on his realistic expression and creativity based on Barry King's concept of authorship. First, the research will analyze the features of the historical and cultural identity of Song Gang Ho's character which reenacts the real people and incidents as well as analyzing his realistic acting and improvisation of his acting which adds vibrancy to his character. While looking at Song Gang Ho's acting as a self-reflective acting, he enhances the character's reality by creating the character's personality using his own physical features and this research will analyze how Song Gang Ho's self-reflectiveness harmonizes with the character's features which are expressed realistically in the film and how his character and acting creates a continuum.

With the dramatic development of science and technology since the twentieth century, attempts to overcome human's natural and physical limitations through technology have actually reached a peak. Transhumanism is a movement that strongly affirms these human technological attempts. However, this optimistic belief of transhumanism in technology meets the strong resistance of opponents contending that transhumanism might destroy human nature and severely undermine human values and rights. The focus of the transhumanism debate lies in what technology means to humans. However, in order to exactly grasp the essence of transhumanism, we should first consider our 'life-world', where technology and humans are closely intertwined. The word 'life-world(Lebenswelt)' which originally comes from Husserl, is an open and universal world as a horizon that is the basis of all human practical activities and at the same time encompasses its products in itself. According to Husserl, the process of incorporating human products into the life-world is a kind of 'familiarization' process through which specific theories and techniques are harmonized with our lives in the life-world. Such harmonization and familiarization of technology could be also considered a humanization of technology. It is a process in which technology is assimilated and corresponds to the finiteness of human and the life-world. In this sense, we could say that the transhumanistic attempts are just a natural expression of human desire to be perfect in the life-world and that they should not be overly concerned or overestimated.
