고등학생의 에니어그램 성격유형, 자아정체감, 자기효능감, 대인관계에 관한 조사 (A Study on Enneagram Personality Types, Ego-Identity, Self-Efficacy and Interpersonal Relations among Adolescents in High School)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the Enneagram personality types, ego-identity, self-efficacy and interpersonal relations among adolescents in high school. Methods: The participants were 322 high school students. Data were collected through self-report questionnaires, which were constructed to include demographic-environmental factors, Enneagram personality types, ego-identity, self-efficacy and interpersonal relations. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and pearson correlation coefficients. Results: In the nine Enneagram personality types, type 9 was highly measured. In the triadic center of Enneagram personality types, gut type was highly measured. In the wing, 9W1 was highly measured and the disruption rather than integration was highly measured. The most development level was level 5. The score of ego-identity was 3.25, the score of self-efficacy was 3.32 and the score of interpersonal ralations was 3.50. The correlation of ego-identity, self-efficacy and interpersonal relations showed significantly positive correlation with all. Conclusion: There were correlating relationships among ego-identity, self-efficacy, interpersonal relations in high school students. Based on the outcomes of this study, it is necessary to study on the relationship between Enneagram personality types and related variables. Also, We need to develop program that improve ego-identity, self-efficacy and interpersonal relations according to Enneagram personality types.

유명인 이미지를 활용한 MBTI 성격 유형 시각화 방식 제안 (A proposal of visualization method of MBTI personality types using celebrity images)

  • 본 논문은 MBTI 성격 유형을 '5요인 성격 특성 요소'로 분류한 카테고리화, 각각의 유형에 해당하는 유명인의 이미지를 기반으로 하는 시각화를 기반으로 한다. 이 두 특성을 이용하여 사용자의 MBTI 성격 유형을 시각화하여 표현할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. 해당 시스템은 기존의 문자화되어 있는 유형의 특성을 시각화하여 이해하기 쉽게 보여준다는 것에 의의가 있다. 전체적인 시스템은 '5요인 성격 특성 요소'를 활용하여 카테고리 별 특성을 반영한 배경 생성 과정과 16가지 MBTI 유형에 해당하는 유명인 이미지의 결합으로 구성되었다. 첫째, '5요인 성격 특성 요소'는 MBTI 성격 유형을 4가지 카테고리로 분류하는데 각각의 카테고리 별 특성은 색상 및 선과 같은 시각적 요소들을 이용하여 배경을 만드는 기반이 된다. 둘째, 유형별 유명인의 이미지는 문자적 설명을 대신한다. 유형을 대표하는 유명인의 이미지에는 각기 다른 채도를 적용하여 이용자가 직관적으로 구별할 수 있도록 했다. 결과적으로, 해당 시스템은 이용자가 이용자 본인의 원 유형과 유사 유형 및 반대 유형 그리고 타 유형에 대한 정보까지도 얻을 수 있게 한다.

The Effect of Personality Type on Human Performance Tool Compliance and General Recommendations for Enhancement of the its Practical Utilization

  • Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of personality type on human performance tool compliance in nuclear power plants (NPPs) and to propose general recommendations for an enhancement of its practical utilization. Background: Various guidelines, regulating criteria, and recommendations have been developed to prevent human errors in NPPs. Despite these efforts, the accidents sometimes caused by human errors have steadily occurred, and therefore, various human performance tools have been adopted as countermeasures against human errors. The major and inevitable contributing factors among the many hazards to human errors might be the trait and personality, which are considered to be the inner world of humans. Thus, we try to investigate the utilization of human performance tools by considering the different types of operating crew personalities, and we suggested more practical recommendations to prevent human errors according to the personality. Method: We developed the Questionnaire using the Big 6 (HEXACO) models, which are human performance tools for workers in NPPs, and individual (condition) variables to investigate the effect of personality types on human performance tools. We slightly modified them to help the survey respondents understand them better. A survey was conducted for ordinary people over the age of 20. SPSS 22.0 was used to perform a correlation analysis and a hierarchical regression analysis to find the relationship between personality types and human performance tools. Results: The utilization of human performance tools shows significant differences statistically by personality. The correlation result reveals that the types of Honesty (H), Extraversion (X), Conscientiousness (C), and Openness to experience (O) show a higher utilization of human performance tools. In hierarchical regression results, human performance tools of task preview, questioning attitude, stopping when unsure, self-checking, effective communication, and place-keeping show a higher utilization with personality types. However, the Agreeableness (A) type did not show significant differences statistically with human performance tools. Conclusion: We tried to investigate the utilization of human performance tools by considering the different types of human personality and provide more practical recommendations to prevent human errors according to the personality. These results will be able to prevent human errors owing to the characteristics (advantages and disadvantages) of personality types. Application: This information can be utilized as guidelines for proactive recommendations according to the workers' personalities for more practical human performance tools to prevent human errors in an NPP.

  • 본 연구는 대학생들에게 MBTI성격유형검사를 실시하여 성격유형별 스트레스 대처방식이 학업소진에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 연구하였다. 연구결과 성격유형은 스트레스 대처방식 및 학업소진과 밀접한 관련이 있음을 나타내고 있다. 스트레스 대처방식 중 문제중심적 스트레스 대처방식은 EP, IJ성격유형에서 부정적인 영향을 미치는 반면 소망적사고 및 정서중심적 스트레스 대처방식은 EP성격유형에서 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 상담자는 스트레스를 받은 내담자가 안정적인 상태에서 긍정적인 상상이나 기도 등을 통해 스트레스를 대처해 나갈 수 있도록 유도할 필요가 있다.

  • 이 연구의 목적은 성격유형별로 독서성향이나 행태에 차이가 나는지를 조사해 봄으로써 성격유형에 기반한 독서치료가 가능할지를 모색하는 것이다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위하여 책이 읽고 싶어지는 상황과 독서를 통하여 추구하고자 하는 발달과업이 감정형과 사고형, 본능형에 따라 다르게 나타나는지 조사하였다. 연구에 필요한 데이터는 수도권에 소재한 K대학의 재학생을 대상으로 수집하였으며, 통계에 이용된 설문서는 815부였다. 연구결과 감정형, 본능형, 사고형에 속하는 학생들의 독서성향이 다른 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 성격유형별 독서치료안을 개발할 수 있을 것이라고 본다.

  • In this study, five personality types of employees have any impact on their creativity, a systematic and comprehensive study of literary research and demonstration studies were parallel. Results of the research employee of the extroversion, agreeableness of their creativity (+) showed the impact. In addition, sincerity, openness to experience, personality and creativity of employee creativity (+) for influencing said. Neuroticism to creativity, but nature does not affect any found. This study, five personality types that affect employee creativity of individuals by examining the relationship between personality type and creativity by presenting a model for the study, employees' personality types can have on creativity and offers a realistic alternative to the theory presented you can find the meaning in that. These theoretical and empirical validation of the results of employee productivity oriented organizations, including human resource management in a systematic and reasonable for the type of personality tests are being conducted on the administrative feasibility is expected to be able to provide. Finally, based on the results of these studies, management and administrative implications and future research directions presented.

여대생의 의복평가기준과 성격유형과의 관계 연구 (A Study on the Relation between Clothing Evaluative Criteria and Personality Types of Female University Students)

  • The purpose of this research was to determine the relation between clothing evaluative criteria and personality types. Primary factor analysis was used to classify the clothing evaluative criteria and the continual scores of Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) were used for classifying the personality types. Correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to determine the relation between the clothing evaluative criteria and the personality types. The data for this research were collected from questionnaires of 309 female university students in Seoul. In the results, the clothing evaluative criteria were grouped into 4 underlying dimensions: practical, situational, appearance producible and symbolic. Partially significant relations between the 4 clothing evaluative criteria and the 4 indicators of MBTI personality types were found through correlation analysis. Multiple regression analysis revealed that the variables explaining the dimension of Sensing and Intuition (SN) were appearance producible and symbolic clothing evaluative criteria; the appearance producible criterion had an inclination toward Intuition while the symbolic criterion had an inclination toward Sensing. The variable explaining the dimension of Judging and Perceiving (JP) was situational clothing evaluative criterion, which had an inclination toward Judging.

운전자의 불안전한 행위와 성격유형과의 상호관계에 관한 연구 (Correlation between Driver's Unsafe Acts and Personality Types)

  • The goal of this study is to find out correlation between Driver's Unsafe acts(errors and violations) and Personality types. The experiment was performed on 180 subjects, men and women between 20's and 60's having experience in driving for 6 months at least. Personality types of the subjects were classified by MBTI(Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) GS type and Driver's unsafe acts were measured by KDBQ(Korean Driver Behavior Questionnaire) based on Reason's DBQ(Driver Behavior Questionnaire). The result of experiment showed several facts about the relation. The first is that the drivers of P (Perceiving) type commit more violations and slips than drivers of J(Judging) type. The second is that in the comparison among attitude indexes(EP, EJ, IP, IJ) the drivers of EP(Extroversions - Perceiving) commit more violations than other type drivers. Finally, only men of P(Perceiving) type commits more violations than men of J(Judging). Based on these facts, it is possible to use Personality types as a device to prevent unsafe acts in various fields for driver selection and accident prevention training classified by Personality types etc.

주니어 마켓 소비자의 의복행동에 대한 성격 유형적 접근 (A Study of Junior - Market Consumer Personality Types and their Effect on Clothing Behaviors)

  • This study classified consumer personality types of the junior market and examined their clothing behaviors. The subjects were composed of 283 male and 276 female high-school-age consumers. Data were collected through questionnaires. Personality types were classified by the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Data were analysed with the frequency, $X^2$, factor analysis, Cronbach's $\alpha$, ANOVA and Duncan tests using Windows SPSS 12. There was a significant difference (P<0.001) between fashion involvement and the 8 classified personality types. In fashion involvement, the extroverted feeling type was significantly higher than the other types. In brand image orientation, the extroverted thinking type was significantly higher than the other types (P<0.05). In fashion ad-orientation, the extroverted feeing type was also significantly higher than the other types. In active or passive complaining behaviors, there was no difference. In the selection criterion for clothes of color and design and style, the extroverted feeling type was also significantly higher than the other groups (P<0.05).

  • This Paper is intended to analyze color preferences for apparel, and color preferences according to personality types. The subjects are one hundred twenty five female university students majoring in clothing, textile & design. Color stimulus are divided according to season, value and chroma, and personality types are classified into four : introverted, achieving, age-gressive and conservative. Duncan test, factor analysis and descriptive statistics have been applied to data processing. The findings are as follows. In terms of hue preferences, winter colors are most preferred and autumn colors follow. In re-gard to value preferences, low value colors have been found to be preferred and in respect to chroma preferences, low chroma colors have been found to be preferred. Seasonal colors, value and chroma show significant differences at the level of P<.001. In terms of color preferences for apparel fabrics according to personality types, winter colors are most preferred regardless of person-ality types, and autum colors follow. The introverted and the conservative dislike summer colors least and the achieving and the aggress-ive, spring colors. In respect to value preferences, low value colors are preferred irrespective of personality types. The introverted and the achieving dislike high value colors least and the aggressive and the conservative, mid value colors. With regard to chroma preferences, all person-ality types have been found to prefer low chroma colors. They dislike mid chroma color, and high chroma colors are least preferred.
