In the knowledge and information society which came into being with the advancements made in information and communication technology, there is an increasing perception of the importance of having knowledge and therefore being able to appropriately respond to the rapidly-changing society. Along with this, for the paradigm that stresses creativity and character, there must accompany advanced ways of conducting education which are capable of supporting changes in the educational objectives and contents. With respect to this, there is a need for sustained and long-term research into ways of utilizing SNS and ICT in the field of education. Accordingly, in this paper, a digital curation system was developed for educational contents that aim to develop one's creativity and character. Recently, web hacking is taking place actively. In this paper, a digital curation system that is secure against WebShell - one of the web hacking methods - is analyzed, as well as how to appropriately deal with this type of an attack.
Purpose. This study was to intended to identify relationship between stress, self-esteem, mental health and suicidal ideation in nursing students. Methods. Participants were 338 nursing students who studied in 2 nursing colleges in Gyeongsangnam-do. The period of data collection was from November 1 to 10, 2014. The data ware analyzed by Frequencies, t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients and Stepwise multiple regression using the SPSS 20.0 program. Results. The results are as followed : First, the average of stress, self-esteem, mental health, and suicidal-ideation was $2.60{\pm}0.57$, $3.64{\pm}0.44$, $2.18{\pm}0.38$, and $1.46{\pm}0.37$ points. Second, suicidal ideation was significantly different according to personality, adaption of environment, health status, satisfaction on nursing major, and satisfaction on school life. Third, suicidal ideation was correlated with mental health positively and self-esteem negatively. Forth, the influencing factor in suicidal ideation of participants was mental health, self-esteem, and adaptation of environment, $R^2=.669$. Conclusions. Development and application of counseling and regular education program to decrease stress, suicidal ideation and raise self-esteem, mental-health, and adaptation of environment are required, practical education program should to conducted and studies showing its results and effect are also needed.
This study was carried out to obtain baseline data on the causes of industrial accidents and their prevention by investigating structural models between the Shipyard workers' egogram ego-states (CP: Critical Parent, NP: Nurturing Parent, A: Adult, FC: Free Child, AC: Adapted Child), safe and unsafe behaviors, and industrial accidents (frequency/severity). In order to achieve this goal, 378 workers from 3 locations of major corporations in Geojedo Island and Ulsan took a questionnaire, which was then analyzed with a structural equation model using the SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 24 statistics package, and the main results of the study are as follows. First, NP and A's ego-states had a positive influence on safe behavior, AC's ego-state had a negative influence on safe behavior, and A's ego-state had the largest influence on safe behavior. Second, CP and AC's ego-states had a positive influence on unsafe behavior, and A's ego-state had a negative influence on unsafe behavior. AC's ego-state had the largest influence on unsafe behavior. Third, safe behavior did not have a significant influence on industrial accidents. However, unsafe behavior had a positive influence on industrial accident frequency and industrial accident severity, both sub-factors of industrial accidents. This study, despite its limitations, such as sampling limitations, has the following significance. First, this study verified that ego-state, a psychological characteristic, is an important factor for predicting unsafe behavior that induces industrial accidents. Second, in order to reduce industrial accidents, there is a need to stimulate the A ego-states, and promote continuous safety management and safety education to neutralize the AC ego-state. Third, previous studies were limited in the area of practical methods for reducing unsafe behaviors, but this study presents practical methods for reducing unsafe behaviors by verifying the structural relationship between safe/unsafe behaviors and industrial accidents by selecting ego-gram ego-states, variable personality theory, as an independent variable.
A series of immoral conducts are repeatedly occurring by some commanders and high-ranking officers in the ROK navy. They are seriously compromising not only harmony and solidarity of the organization, but also pride and morale of members of the service. They seem to be results of the fragile ethical background of the service as well as of failures in military education and training on ethics. This paper sees backgrounds of weak ethical foundations of the navy as follows: the enduring legacies of cultural factors, such as the toxic military culture of the Japanese colonization, dark side of mariners' traditions, the sea-aversive Confucian culture, and unique characteristics in any small organization or society, etc... This paper also suggests the current ethnic systems of the navy are primarily based on responsive measures against misdeeds, rather than fundamental prescriptions for immoral behaviors, in the absence of ethical instrument for warriors. The paper also emphasizes the importance of developing character-based leadership, founded on, above all, respects for human integrity and strong sense of honor. Moreover, the importance of accountability in charging the command, as advocated by the US navy, is also stressed in order to establish a more robust ethic ground within the navy. Based on these analyses, the author proposes that in order to become a stronger and healthier fighting force, the navy needs to make continuous command efforts and organizational innovations to improve ethic principle and moral standard of the service, to strengthen ethics of naval leaders by a robust system of ethical education and training programs, and ultimately to solidify a navy culture in which moral passions and energies are spreading over.
This study conducted AHP analysis to find out the directional of human resource management through policy priorities for personnel innovation of local public officials. The results of the study were derived using the AHP analysis methodology. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, the interchange of personnel system was the most important measure among the measurement areas of interchange of personnel system, education training system, recruitment management system and appointment management system. Second, from the point of view of evaluation item, it is as follows. In the personnel interchange system, it was found that the conversion of personnel management based on job performance and performance was important. In the position management system, it is important to appoint and expand professional positions. In the recruitment management system, the introduction of personality and aptitude tests used in the private sector is important. Development of customized curriculum programs is important in the education and training system.

Currently, the robot is widely utilized in various educational settings such as after-school classes, and special classes for gifted students. The robot is widely recognized as a useful tool for helping students solve problems. The core activities of programming learning with robot need to provide various problem contexts to the students and guide students' problem solving process. Students gain cognitive and affective benefits when they solve problems with robots. This paper describes the impact of programming learning using robot based on schoolwide enrichment model on elementary school students' creative potential. As a result, the students of experimental group than the students of the control group improved creative personality and ideational behavior, and the gifted students of experimental group than the gifted students of control group improved ideational behavior.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate the degree of depression cognition and health promoting behaviors of smoking and non-smoking college students. Methods: The research design was a descriptive survey study, and 379 college students were selected by convenience sampling. Measurements were Fagerstrom test for Nicotine Dependence, Depressive cognition and Health Promotion Lifestyle Profile-II. Descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, and logistic regression were used to analyze the data. Results: 1) Smoking students showed lower scores in depressive cognitions than non-smoking students, which means that the smoker's depression was higher than the non-smokers. 2) Depressive cognition and health promoting behaviors were negatively correlated for the smokers (r=-.30, p<.01), while they were positively correlated for the non-smokers (r=.45, p<.001). 3) The variables predicting the smoker's health promoting behavior were physical activity (OR .24), health responsibility (OR .25), spiritual growth (OR 5.10), stress management (OR 4.41), extrovert personality (OR .25), and depressive cognition (OR 1.81). Conclusions: Depression and health promoting behavior should be considered in the smoking cessation programs for college students.

In this paper, we investigate the effects of group composition according to the personality type of learner on the content of discussion in web-based synchronous online discussion. The experiment for this study was conducted with high school students. First, we conducted the MBTI(Myers Briggs Type Indicator) test and based upon the result, we classified learners into 3 groups; introverts group, extroverts group, and introverts/extroverts mixed group. After the online discussion, the content of discussion were analyzed by the units of meaning, based on the four dimensions which were proposed in the 'content analysis model' by Henri(l992). Among four dimensions, 'social' and 'interactive' dimension belonged to category of inter-dependence, and 'cognitive' and 'metacognitive' dimension belonged to category of subject-relevance. The introverts/extroverts mixed group, which was heterogeneously composed, had the most positive effects on the total numbers of the units of meaning, the inter-dependence, and the subject-relevance of the contents of discussion.

The purpose of this study was to examined the relationships between the narcissism and the self-esteem, the hostility. In order to accomplish the above purpose, empirical research has executed. First, the narcissism, the self-esteem and the hostility was analyzed, and the subfactors of narcissism, the self-esteem and the hostility was. The major results from this study were as follows. (1) The narcissism had significantly a positive correlation to the self-esteem and the hostility, and both of the self-esteem and the hostility influenced of significantly the narcissism, especially the hostility influenced of the narcissism even more importantly. (2) The more narcissism showed the higher self-esteem overtly and the more hostility. (3) The all subfactors to except the self-centeredness of the narcissism had a positive correlation to the self-esteem, and the all subfactors of narcissism had a positive correlation to the hostility. (4) The most important narcissism personality traits which influenced of the self-esteem was the superiority, and the hostility the self-centeredness. Narcissists are motivated by the preference for being superior to others. That is, narcissists have an extreme emotional investment in establishing their superiority, even if they are unsure that their superiority is merited. therefore, it is possible for narcissists to have high self-esteem. But this is to defence the fragility of the vulnerable self structure. And, narcissists feel very much a sense of hostility in psychologically. Because they are hyper-sensitive to negative information, they will be more likely to encounter information or situations that challenge their positive self-appraisals. In response to these challenges, or ego threats, they will likely experience negative emotion, such as hostility.

Based on 'Backpack-free day' and 'Unsupervised studying day' in the early 1980s, 10% of all schools in 2004 had at least 1 day of five-day classes a month as at least 2 days were enforced in 2006, and most elementary and middle schools had widely enforced the five-day class since 2012 March. The five-day class system expands the stage of studying from school to families and local societies to build an educational community related to school-family-local societies to provide various activities such as culture, art, sports, social, nature experiences on holidays to have the goal to foster creative future talents with proper personality understanding and considering others. In Busan, the five-day week class of Saturday program is being operated in various methods by national local government and public organizations. The Saturday program of local societies registered in the Saturday school of the information sharing networks are 2823 in total for the past 6 years which are being operated by national local government and public organizations. However, participation of students in the Saturday program is around 20% in 2012 March when Saturday holiday system was widely conducted. For this, problems in the Saturday programs that are currently being enforced are to be closely analyzed and participation expansion plans are to be made. Therefore, this study analyzes and investigates operation forms of Saturday programs conducted in Busan to propose an improvement plan to fulfill goals of Saturday programs and boost participation of students.
