Specifically, the quality factors that affect viewer satisfaction of Internet personal broadcasting are derived from the perspectives of extrinsic (contents usefulness and media usability), intrinsic (emotional/cognitive/behavioral enjoyment and creator characteristics), and social motivation (visibility, subjective norm, image, sociality). The data of 200 respondents was used to analyze the relative impact of satisfaction and dissatisfaction with the Kano model, which assumes that viewer satisfaction at both functional and emotional levels varies over quality attributes. In the empirical analysis, the quality factors were classified into attractive, one-dimensional, must-be, and indifferent quality. In addition, it was found that the customer satisfaction coefficient was high in the order of uniqueness, differentiation, and visibility. On the other hand, as a result of applying the dissatisfaction coefficient, it was identified in the order of donation, content reliability, and creator responsiveness.

  • The aim of this study is to analyze the determinant factors of the personal relationships among university students. We collected data for 41 days, from 1 November to 10 December of, 2013. This study surveyed 221 university students at a university located in the metropolitan city of Busan. The findings were as follows. There were statistically significant differences in the relationships according to sex, smoking, drinking, and health status(p<0.05). Males showed this better than female. Smokers(drinkers) showed a greater difference than non-smokers(non-drinkers). Greater subjective health status was associated with more personal relationships. Students who managed their mental health and stress showed good personal relationships. From a multiple regression analysis, it was found that the determining factors as regards personal relationships were health status, current smoker, management of health, and gender health, all of which showed statistically significant differences(p<0.05). As a result, we suggest that we must provide information about health-promoting lifestyles at university to enhance personal relationships.

  • Recently, many internet users are using cloud computing. Users can manage, store and share their data and information by using personal cloud storage. In this paper, we aim to figure out influencing factors on personal cloud storage selection. The causal relationship between factors were identified through a importance analysis by using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). AHP is a structured technique for organizing and analyzing complex decisions, based on mathematics and psychology. Research model consists of upper factorsincluding system factor, service factor and user factor. 12 lower factors and 6 alternatives were also analyzed. Asa result, system factor of 3 upper factors was found as the most important factor. Purpose-coincidence, security andaccessibility were top 3 factors among lower factors. N drive showed top importance value. We also conducted ANOVAby classifying 4 groups according to gender, age, currently used cloud and cloud to use. The results of this researchcan be useful guidelines for cloud computing industry.

  • The intensity of industrial accidents has been increased while the number of industrial accidents has been decreased in theses days. It represents that we need safety guidelines based on personal attributes as well as physical attributes. This study tries to identify major causative factors for industrial accidents and to suggest an evaluation model based on personal attributes. Specifically, relationship between self-efficacy belief associated with industrial safety and other relative personal attributes has been analyzed. First, FGI(Focus Group Interview) was conducted to identify important personal attributes of industrial accidents. The questionnaire was prepared based on the results of FGI and was applied to identifying personal attributes. The relationship between personal attributes identified in this study and self-efficacy belief was assessed using fuzzy logic and fault tree analysis. The results of the assessment showed that self-efficacy belief was closely associated with industrial accidents. Specifically, workers with accident experience had higher level of self-efficacy beliefs than workers without accident experience.

Happiness is related to the prosperity and performance of the organization. However, MZ generation office workers, who account for 45% of the economically active population, are considered unhappy at work. Therefore, this study attempted to explore the preceding factors (organizational factors, relationship and communication factors, and personal factors) of happiness for the generation MZ of innovative enterprises and to examine the effect of happiness on employee engagement. For the study, 300 usable responses were collected from generation MZ working in innovative enterprises through an online survey. Research hypotheses and research questions were verified using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 23.0. As a result, it was confirmed that procedural justice among the organizational factors, rewarding co-worker/supervisor relationship among the relationship/communication factors, and personal factors (meaningfulness of work, personal accomplishment) positively affected the MZ generation's workplace happiness. In particular, the meaningfulness of work, which corresponds to personal factors, exerted the most significant influence. In addition, in the case of happiness at the workplace, there was a positive effect on employee engagement, which was stronger in organizational engagement than in job engagement. As a result of examining the structural relationship between variables used in the study, it was found that procedural justice, rewarding co-worker/supervisor relationships, the meaningfulness of work, and personal accomplishment positively affected employee engagement through happiness. Through research, the importance of happiness at the workplace was suggested by systematically reviewing the preceding variables of happiness at the workplace and grasping the positive effects of happiness. In addition, the management measure of generation MZ employees of innovative enterprises was discussed, the necessity of research on happiness at the workplace was emphasized, and follow-up studies were proposed.

  • The present study attempts to examine the degree of recognition of the Personal Colors by the age of the woman, and to analyze the influence of the recognition on the factors for choosing specific colors for hair coloring and facial make-up and the consequent satisfaction. The data will be used as a basic material for research and marketing in the field of color consulting in the beauty industry. Collected data were statistically processed using the SPSS WIN program. Depending on the nature of the contents to be analyzed, either the percentage calculation or the Chi-square analysis or the ANOVA was carried out. The findings of the study are as follows; The overall recognition of the Personal Colors was generally low in terms of the knowledge, information and experiences. While the degree of recognition was the highest in teenagers, the necessity of diagnosing the Personal Colors was most deeply perceived by the women in their 30s. One of the factors for choosing a specific color for hair coloring was their favorite color for the teenagers, and the Personal Color or the advice of the professional for the women in their 30s. Meanwhile, the highest factor for those in their 20s was the colors in vogue. For the facial color make-up as well, this sensitivity to popular colors was also highest in the twenty-something women. The color choice in consideration of favorite colors and the Personal Colors was the most prominent in the teenagers. The tendency of utilizing the advice of sales people or the professionals was the highest in the women in their 30s. In the survey of satisfaction with the chosen colors for hair coloring and make-up, it was found that satisfaction was the highest in the cases of choosing the Personal Colors in all the age groups, while it was the lowest for the choice of popular colors.
