Recently due to the development of the information society and the spread of computer, interest for personal information is increased and as policy and technology associated with the development, we have been various attempts to protect your personal information. In this paper, for agencies and departments to computer use and to deal with Important data of individuals, personal information or the company's confidential information, we proposed modules to protect them. As a result, we prevent a public agency or private institutions within that using mean bad or stealing another person's information. When we communicate various information with the systems in the institutions, the module can be prevented critical data and personal information exposure.

In general, members of an organization want their own growth and development. As these members grow or develop, they feel satisfied and fulfilled in the process. Growth or development can motivate members to become more involved in their jobs. Therefore, these concepts are very important for organizations as well as individual members. Various elements of the organization affect the growth of its members. Leaders influence members to achieve organizational goals. Leaders can therefore be an important variable influencing the growth of members. Specific leadership informally develops the potential to identify and satisfy members' personal needs and to achieve higher performance. These leader behaviors motivate members and drive their growth. Thus, this leadership will have a significant impact on the growth of members. In addition, in this relationship, if members have perceived organizational support, they can further improve their expectations for growth. Therefore, support from leaders and organizations will have a positive impact on employee growth. This study highlights the importance of the growth of members of the organization. It demonstrates the moderating effects of leader's individualized consideration and perceived organizational support necessary elements for member growth. Through this process, the purpose and significance of the study are to identify the variables that affect the personal growth of members and explain how they can grow.

Recently, the spread of smartphones and various wearable devices has led to increases in the accumulation and usage of personal information. As a result, privacy protection has become an issue. Even though there have been studies and efforts to improve legal and technological security measures for protecting privacy, personal information leakage accidents still occur. Rather than privacy requirements, analysts mostly focus on the implementation of security technology within software development. Previous studies of security requirements strongly focused on supplementing the basic principles and laws for privacy protection and securing privacy requirements without understanding the relationship between privacy and security. As a result, personal information infringement occurs continuously despite the development of security technologies and the revision of the Personal Information Protection Act. Therefore, we need a method for eliciting privacy requirements based on related privacy protection laws that are applicable to software development. We also should clearly specify the relationship between privacy and security. This study aims to elicit privacy requirements and create privacy assurances cases for Privacy Friendly System development.

Since September 30 2011, depending on Personal Information Protection Act article 29 and Act standard securing personal information safety the fifth clause of article 7, in case personal information manager of public and private enterprise saves unique indentifying information to internal network, the manager can enforce that decide checking of cryptographic application and a range of application following risk analysis criteria result. Until December 31 2012, enterprises complete the application of cryptographic technology or the equivalent. The paper is research and development on supporting tool that suggest risk analysis criteria based on personal information risk analysis criteria that be provided by MOPAS(Ministry Of Public Administration and Security) and KISA(Korea Internet Security Agency) for personal information processing.

The purpose of this study is to explain the long term growth and development of elementary teachers' Professional Learning Communities(PLC) about mathematics implemented on an institutional basis. Especially, it is meaningful to analyze and present the development process and characteristics of PLC, which was started by the basis on the collaboration of a National University of Education and its affiliated elementary school. In this study, PLC activities during three years were analyzed according to the capacities and dimensions of a professional learning community. The developmental capacity of the PLC analyzed in this study can be summarized as follows. In the first year, development of organizational competence in terms of capacity, resources, structure, and system of exchanges was the main factor in personal competence, and the development of individual competence began to share collective learning and practice. In the second year, personal exchanges were active in all the topics of activities, and personal level competence was activated such that more activities of critical knowledge formation were performed on an individual level. On the basis of the development of the individual level formed in the second, individual competence and organizational capacity developed. Factors that have influenced the development of capacities of PLC include: disclosure of activities outside the community, participation in outsiders, provision of procedures to share equal participation and leadership, voluntary and critical participation of teachers, improvement of mathematics teaching methods, sharing themes and visions.

Disclosure of personal information to be carried out in one of the Administrative Publicity, Administrative agency as specific information about the person who has violated the obligation imposed by the law is an unspecified number people know is through the direct or Internet media it is to be disclosed in an unspecified number of people. This is, indirect sanctions so as to fulfill its obligations by the addition of psychological pressure that exposes the personal information of the fact that in breach of his obligations to the breach of duty and it has been an unspecified number of people know it is a means. However, publication of these personal information, infringement of the moral rights of the Constitution guarantees an individual, of course, not only a matter of law that the right to self-determination of the personal information, has continued also doubts for the effectiveness of the system. As a result, in this paper, to discuss legal issues with the disclosure of management personal information and its improvement measures, and expected to be able to take advantage of the efficient development of the future of personal information disclosure system.

Recently, with the development of ICT technology such as cloud and mobile, image utilization through social networks is increasing rapidly. These images contain personal information, and personal information leakage accidents may occur. As a result, studies are underway to recognize and mask personal information in images. However, optical character recognition, which recognizes personal information in images, varies greatly depending on brightness, contrast, and distortion, and Korean recognition is insufficient. Therefore, in this paper, we design and implement a personal information identification and masking system based on image recognition through deep learning application using CNN algorithm based on optical character recognition method. Also, the proposed system and optical character recognition compares and evaluates the recognition rate of personal information on the same image and measures the face recognition rate of the proposed system. Test results show that the recognition rate of personal information in the proposed system is 32.7% higher than that of optical character recognition and the face recognition rate is 86.6%.

This study is to examine the effect of the thinking styles and character development efficacy of childhood educational teachers on their commitment to teaching with the intention of clarifying that these two factors of childhood educational teachers are important internal variables in enhancing their dedication to teaching, and to seek ways of finding thinking styles and character development efficacy appropriate for childhood educational teachers. Childhood educational teachers at nursing schools and kindergartens located in Daejeon, Chungnam, and Chungbuk were chosen as the study objects. The results are as follows: First, it turned out that childhood educational teachers's commitment to teaching was in close relation to their judicial, monarchy, totalitarian, internal, and liberal thinking styles. As for childhood educational teachers' character development efficacy, personal efficacy and dedication to teaching showed a high level of correlation. This indicates that as childhood educational teachers preferred certain thinking styles, their commitment to teaching also could be enhanced, and that as childhood educational teachers' personal efficacy was high, their commitment to teaching was enhanced as well. Second, as for the positive effect of childhood educational teachers' thinking styles and character development efficacy on their commitment to teaching, it turned out that such factors as judicial and internal thinking styles, common teacher efficacy, and personal teacher efficacy affected professional recognition, such factors as judicial, internal, conservative, liberal thinking styles and personal teacher efficacy influenced their affection for teaching, and such factors as legislative, monarchy, anarchic, and liberal thinking styles and personal teacher efficacy affected zeal.

This study identified technological trends through an analysis of patents for the industrialization of personal protection and convenience equipment using information and communication technology (ICT) as a part of efforts to prevent farm work-related disasters. The analysis was conducted on patents registered and published between January 1974 and May 2016 by the world's five largest intellectual property offices, including the KIPO, USPTO, JPO, EPO, and SIPO. The results of the analysis indicate that the US (36.8%) and South Korea (30.9%) led technological research and development (R&D) with frequent patent applications. An analysis of the technological market revealed that these countries are in the growth and maturity stages, in which the number of patents and number of patent applicants grow rapidly. In terms of the technological market shares of major countries, the US recorded the highest market shares in the field of sensing systems for workers' dangerous conditions and convenience protection equipment based on the internet of things (IoT) convergence. South Korea marked the highest share of 41.8% in the field of sensing devices for dangerous conditions in the working environment. An analysis of the trend of patent applications by specific technologies disclosed the following results: sensing systems for workers' dangerous conditions accounted for the highest share (49.2%), followed by IoT convergence-based convenience protection equipment (26.3%) and sensing devices for dangerous conditions in the working environment (24.6%). Based on this study, ICT-based personal protection and convenience equipment technologies are expected to be actively developed in the future. It will be necessary to secure national competitiveness through R&D investments and commercialization in personal protection and convenience equipment appropriate for farm work as well as through the acquisition of patent technologies and intellectual property rights.

The purpose of this study is to provide fundamental information for the development of new sex education image media through the analysis of those tools produced by Planned Parenthood Federation of Korea. Twenty three video tapes related to the sex education were analysed. The data were sampled on the basis of the sex education instructions for primary and secondary schools published by the Seoul Office of Education in 1996 and the list of sex education information composed by the Planned Parenthood Federation of Korea with the following requirements. 1) The education materials are oriented to the middle and high school students as well a juveniles and are being used in public health centers and schools. 2) The education materials are not confined to the single subject such as AIDS or contraception. Because this study is focused on the analysis of image media, an analysis method widely and effectively used in public media study was chosen. The frequency analysis and percentage treatment were done by an SAS program. The results of the study are as follows : 1. An analysis of the material structure type showed that the frequency of the following subjects in 15 video tapes, composed as drama and cartoon, had this decreasing orde : sex behavior, sex relation ships, sex health, human development, personal technique, and society and culture. 2. The eight tapes of explanation and counseling showed a different sequence from that of the drama and cartoon material, primarily treating human development with 5419 seconds (47.9%) of type. The following were also considered in decreasing order: at 2000seconds (17.6%) sex behavior, at 1366 seconds (12.1%) sex health, at 1240 seconds (11.0%) society and culture, at 667 seconds (6.0%) relation ships, and at 611 seconds (5.4%) personal technique. 3. In a thematic analysis those education materials dealing with human development show this frequency sequence: anatomic physiology, reproduction, and adolescence. In relation, ships the sequence is dates, love, marriage and vows, and family. For personal technique, it is expressed as asking for help, and an empnasis on moral values. For sex behavior, they focus on abstinence, the co-responsibility of sex behavior, the sexual response of the human, and sexual nightmares. For the sex health area, the focus is contraception with abortion and reproductive health following that. In society and culture diversity is considered. 4. An analysis of the differences in production and content between 1980s and 1990s was also done. For materials produced in the 1980s the frequency of the subjects follows this order: sex behavior, human development, relation ships, sex health, personal technique, and society and culture with sub subjects such as abstinence, dating, adolescence, anatomic physiology, reproduction, calls for help, and the sexual response of a human being. For materials produced in the 1990s, highest frequency was sex behavior, the same as the 1980s. The rest of the material follows this decreasing order: relationships, human development, sex health, society and culture, and personal technique with sub subjects such as dating, co-resposibility in sex behavior, abstinence, and love frequently considered.
