본 연구는 장애인 자립 생활센터의 장애인 동료 상담과 인간중심 상담의 적용 가능성을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 동료 상담 업무를 맡은 13명의 동료상담가를 대상으로 9회기의 인간중심 상담을 진행한 후, 심층 면접을 하여 자료를 수집했다. 수집된 자료는 합의적 질적 분석 방법(CQR)을 사용하여 결과를 도출하였다. 분석 결과, (1) 있는 그대로의 수용, (2) 상담자의 변인, (3) 한계점 및 아쉬운 점으로 3개의 영역이 도출되었고, 각 영역 가운데 (1)은 자신과의 관계, 타인과의 관계의 2개 범주, (2)는 불편함을 감수하면서 자신을 수용하게 됨, 문제를 바라보는 태도의 변화, 자신이 인식하지 못했던 부분과 바람을 알아차리고 수용함, 자신의 있는 그대로의 한계와 잠재력을 인식함의 4개 범주, (3)은 현재 삶을 돌아보는 계기, 앞으로의 삶에 대한 태도를 정함으로 2개의 범주로 정리되었다. 이러한 연구 결과에 대해 논의하였고 본 연구의 의의를 제시하였다.

Objectives : This study was designed to report the effect of korean traditional treatment and person-centered counseling for poststroke depression Methods : We treated two patients who scored 37 point and 32 point at Beck's depression inventory each, and 23 point and 22 point at Hamilton rating scale for depression each by korean traditional treatment and person-centered counseling, Results : After treatment, the clinical symptoms were improved and Beck's depression inventory, Hamilton rating scale for depression score were decreased, Conclusions : The result suggest that korean traditional treatment and person-centered counseling is effective in patients with poststroke depression.

Objectives: To evaluate the effects of concurrent therapy with cognitive behavior therapy and person-centered counseling in addition to general Korean herbal medicine treatment for a patient with anorexia nervosa. Methods: A patient diagnosed with anorexia nervosa was treated with Korean herbal medicine treatment, cognitive behavior therapy, and person-centered treatment. The results were evaluated through a feeding interview, self-checklist, beck depression inventory (BDI) and InBody test. Results: After the treatment period, the treatment effects such as improvement of dietary restriction and elimination behavior, weight gain, and reduced depression were confirmed. Conclusions: This study suggests that concurrent therapy together with cognitive behavior therapy, person-centered counseling, and general Korean herbal medicine treatment is effective on patients with anorexia nervosa.

Through the close examination of characteristics of adolescent, social institutions and its programs, and newly added and expanded library reference services. it is founded that new role and qualifications of young adult reference librarians are prerequisite subject. The following are the summary of new role and qualifications of specialized young adult reference librarianship. 1. Adequate training and education for the YA librarians is needed in order to have understanding of their characteristics (physiology, psychology, personality etc.). 2. Because of librarian's unique exposure to human relations and their personal awareness of other people's need, YA librarian should bring a person-centered managerial technique. 3. Librarianship may not have a clinical counseling function but to provide right answer or information, the librarian become counselor inescapably. 4. Librarians are not professionally trained to be experts on counseling in sex education. However, librarians can play an important role in educating YA by committing book selection, reader's advisory, referral services, library programming and staff development planning.

본 연구는 로저스의 인간중심상담 이론을 바탕으로 Patterson과 Joseph이 개발한 '무조건적 긍정적 자기존중(Unconditional Positive Self-Regard; UPSR) 척도'를 한국어로 번안하고 타당화 하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 원척도 번안 및 수정의 과정을 거쳤으며 신뢰도 및 타당도와 요인구조의 적합성을 검증하였다. 예비검사는 번안한 12개 문항의 척도를 남·녀 대학생 및 대학원생 131명을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 신뢰도에 문제가 있다고 판단되는 3개의 항목을 삭제하였다. 남은 9개의 문항으로 탐색적 요인분석을 한 결과, 2개의 하위요인이 도출되었으며 최종 선정된 2요인 9개 문항의 내적 합치도는 .89로 나타났다. 본 검사에서는 성인 남·녀 419명을 대상으로 확인적 요인분석 및 구인 타당도를 검증하였다. 또한 수렴 및 변별 타당도를 검증하기 위하여 다른 5개의 척도들과 상관분석을 실시한 결과, 대체로 선행 연구와 일치하였다.

Purpose: This study aimed to describe a non-face-to-face dementia prevention and physical activity program in small rural villages during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: The study used a case report provided by a primary healthcare post in Gyeonggi-do in 2020. Results: The program was "From head to toe, stay healthy", which was largely divided into dementia prevention ("Dementia Zero Zone") and physical activity ("The less fat, The healthier body"). Five elderly people aged 75 and over participated for preventing dementia, and 13 residents joined the health promoting programs over 80 times in total. This program was designed one-to-one customized and person-centered program, including counseling, education, and health services. The program participants responded that the amount of physical activities was increased even under strict social distancing and they felt less isolated and less depressed. Moreover, the number of screening for dementia was increased with this program. Conclusion: This case has shown the applicability of a new approach to sustain health promotion programs in the context of limited interaction with rural nurses. Under the challenging environment that requires adaptation to information and communication technologies (ICTs), it will be necessary to solve not only technical problems but also digital literacy issues of rural residents.

심리치료는 심리 정서적 어려움을 호소하는 사람들을 돕기 위한 활동 분야이다. 따라서 심리치료사들은 치료 장면에서 만나는 내담자 및 참여자들을 적절히 돕기 위해 이론적 배경을 쌓고 수련을 통해 실습 경험도 채워 나간다. 더불어 적정 치료 모형을 만들어 방법과 효과에 대해 알리고 활용한다. 그런데 우리나라의 독서치료 분야는 이미 20년 가까운 역사를 갖고 있음에도 여러 대상과 목표에 맞는 치료 모형이 개발 및 제안되지 않았다. 이에 본 연구에서는 인간중심상담 이론을 바탕으로 독서치료의 주체가 되는 내담자-참여자들을 중심에 둔 독서치료 모형을 개발해 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구는 향후 여러 대상과 목표에 맞는 독서치료 모형 개발의 기초 및 참고가 될 것이다.

본 연구는 수퍼비전을 통한 수퍼바이저와 수퍼바이지의 관계형성에 대한 내러티브적 묘사이다. 즉, 수퍼바이저 A의 삶과 수퍼바이지 B의 삶 속에서 맺고 있는 그들의 관계를 있는 그대로 기술 및 설명하였다. 본 연구로부터 얻은 결론은 진솔성과 개방성은 인간중심 상담의 핵심요소이며, 특히 수파바이저의 무조건적인 수용에 대한 노력은 수직관계 형성으로 '은폐' 방법을 사용하기 쉬운 수퍼바이지의 태도를 더욱 개방적으로 유도할 수 있었다. 이것은 수퍼비전의 관계는 상하관계라는 기존의 시각에 새로운 관점을 제시한다. 수퍼비전에 초보 수퍼바이지들을 적극적으로 참여 할 수 있도록 수퍼바이저들이 먼저 수용하고 신뢰할 수 있는 분위기와 라포(rapport)를 형성한다면, 수퍼비전의 관계는 수직에서 수평으로 더욱 진전될 수 있음을 본 연구를 통하여 알 수 있었다.
