The purposes of this study were to found out the effects of appearance variables in fashion coordination cues of a male stimulus person and perceiver's traits on the liking of the stimulus person with person perception theory as the research background. The study consisted of a survey and a quasi-experiment. The experimental materials used for this study were 18 stimuli and instruments to measure fashion interest, liking toward the stimulus, and gender body ideology. The sampling method was a convenient sampling. The subjects consisted of 940 male and female undergraduate students aged from 18 to 51, in three areas including Daejoen, Cheongyang and Nonsan provinces. The data collection was conducted between May 1 and June 30, 2004. The validity of the measuring instruments were confirmed by pre-tests and judge group discussions, and reliability was evaluated by Cronbach' alpha analysis. The results showed that Clothing formality, make-up, hair style of stimulus person, and traits of subjects meaningfully affected on the liking toward the stimulus person. The result of the study will serve as a basic information on total fashion coordination for young male adults.

Purpose: This study aimed to establish effective training strategies and methods by comparing the effects of 360° virtual reality video and first-person video in non-face-to-face practical lectures. Methods: This crossover study, implemented May 18-31, 2020, included 27 participants. We compared 360° virtual reality video and first-person video. SPSS version 25.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results: The 360° virtual reality video had a higher score of experience recognition (p=.039), vividness (p=.045), presence (p=.000), fantasy factor (p=.000) than the first-person video, but no significant difference was indicated for satisfaction (p=.348) or interest (p=.441). Conclusion: 360° virtual reality video and first-person video can be used as training alternatives to achieve the standard educational objectives in non-face-to-face practical lectures.

The purpose of this study was to investigate several aspects of eating out behaviors among older persons. In aging society, need of seniors are getting higher than before, they want to have a good quality of life. Specially it is changed in family structure and life style. The food habits of older person will be getting change. Hence this study tried to show the various thought of eating out behaviors, interested factors to select restaurants and menus, tendency to do eating out, inconveniences to use of eating out so on. The questionnaires were completed by 150 older persons living over 60 years old in Busan. They were mostly health and active. The most study were focused young generation however the old generation was not interest in eating out behaviors. Therefor this study gave a lot of approach to develop food habits for old person. The result were as followed: The attitude of eating out were positive, once or two times in a week was highest response 138(92%). As frequently selected food were vegetable and Korean food restaurants. Moreover older person expect a meaningful food culture among older person. As a bad grade of eating out were not to be kind to seniors, never concern to characteristic older. They wanted to have a food for their health and to share with their spare time. The study of eating out style will be very important issue of silver industry. To develop menus and to make older person culture is very needed in aging society.

The purpose of this study was to find out differences of women's professionalism and attractiveness according to the perceiver's level of interest on accessory, the object person's age, and accessory wearing. Subjects were 178 college women in Seoul. The evaluation of the accessory wearing was divided into five dimensions: professionalism, attractiveness, loveliness, femininity, and individuality. The look of accessory wearing had significant influences on the evaluation of professionalism and attractiveness. The women in their 40's wearing the scarf on a jacket were evaluatedhigh in professionalism, attractiveness, and femininity. The 40's wearing the cap with a T-shirt were evaluatedlow in professionalism and attractiveness. The women in their 20's wearing the cap with a T-shirt were evaluatedhigh in attractiveness and loveliness. Wearing of scarf enhanced professionalism, femininity, and individuality, wearing necklace enhanced femininity, and wearing cap enhanced loveliness of women. Perceiver's level of interest on accessory gave significant influences on perception of professionalism and attractiveness. The object person's age gave significant influences on loveliness, femininity, and individuality. Professionalism, attractiveness, loveliness, and femininity had interaction effects according to object person's age and accessories. When women in their 40's wore scarf or necklace, their professionalism was raised more than those in their 20's. Therefore accessory wearing was more effective to the women in their 40's than the 20's.

"Conflict of Interest(COI)" is defined as a situation where a person or an institution is involved in multiple interests, and an interest is against the others. COI in medical researches should well addressed and managed in order not to breach the integrity of the research. Numbers of methods have been introduced to manage the COI. In this article, the concept of COI and its application to medical researches is reviewed and the methods evading COI are introduced.

With the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution modern society demands global convergence talent with expertise. The purpose of this study is to suggest the Person-organizational Fit can be enhanced only when university institutions enhance the learning flow and learning interest of Chinese students. Only when the suitability of Chinese students and Univ. is good will it be of great help to the educational performance and administrative management of international students, and the learning atmosphere and university image can be promoted. However, international students with excessive self-efficacy may have a negative effect on Person-organizational Fit to making it difficult to educate and manage students. On the other hand, for international students with low self-efficacy, the higher the immersion in learning, the higher the individual-organization (Univ) suitability.

In this study, the influence of player motivations in FPS(First Person Shooter) online game on flow, consumer satisfaction and loyalty was analyzed. Research results show that player motivations can be classified into five factors: control, relationship, boasting, de-stress, and interest. The most influential factor that affects flow is interest, and control, relationship, and de-stress are following. In terms of consumer satisfaction, relationship, interest, and control are most positive factors. When it comes to consumer loyalty, relationship, control, and interest are most positive factors. Flow has a strongly positive influence on both consumer satisfaction and loyalty.

This paper proposed a framework for handover method in continuously tracking a person of interest across cooperative pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) cameras. The algorithm here is based on a robust non-parametric technique for climbing density gradients to find the peak of probability distributions called the mean shift algorithm. Most tracking algorithms use only one cue (such as color). The color features are not always discriminative enough for target localization because illumination or viewpoints tend to change. Moreover the background may be of a color similar to that of the target. In our proposed system, the continuous person tracking across cooperative PTZ cameras by mean shift tracking that using color and shape histogram to be feature distributions. Color and shape distributions of interested person are used to register the target person across cameras. For the first camera, we select interested person for tracking using skin color, cloth color and boundary of body. To handover tracking process between two cameras, the second camera receives color and shape cues of a target person from the first camera and using linear color calibration to help with handover process. Our experimental results demonstrate color and shape feature in mean shift algorithm is capable for continuously and accurately track the target person across cameras.

An arbitrator's duty shall be independence and impartiality such as a judge who has procedurally absolute position. Independence is the freedom from others, impartiality is the status of having no-partial condition. Although these show relevance between independence and impartiality, in actuality, it is not easy to prove them. Therefore, arbitrator has to prove his or her position by opening the public of reality and by having an obligation of notification. Each country which applies Arbitration rules or Arbitration act stays the same as Korean Commercial Arbitration Board does. Hence, each country has the moral principles in order to establish a standard of judgement for essential factors and requests preferentially the impartiality and the publicity. In reality, court of justice in England excludes arbitrator who has the close relation to a person concerned. Justice in France cancelled an authorization of arbitrator because of having the economic interest to the person concerned. And also, In United States, Federal Court reverses an arbitration judgment without giving any partiality to a person concerned because of not opening a public about the relationship between arbitrator and a person concerned. Therefore, decision basis of the independence and the impartiality is standardized by the economic interest of a person concerned, professional relation, society connection, relationship between arbitrator and arbitration representative in the same case while in process of arbitration, arbitrator's nationality If arbitrator does not keep the independence and the impartiality by a position of judge, he or she has to make responsible. this duty is divided by two things: civil case and crime case. and if arbitrator does break this responsibility, he or she will get the cancellation of judge and compensation of damage. However, Korea is placed in the real circumstance without judge precedent and moral principles including the independence and impartiality. In order to getting the good reputation of international arbitration institution, this country will have to enact principles of the independence and impartiality for arbitrator.

Medical demand has been increased explosively since health insurance was introduced in 1977. Person has taken a growing interest in increase of medical service supply while that period. We must understand the legal aspects of medical quality management. There have been many legislative efforts for securing the right of patient. Patient's legal right is secured through the declaration of patient's right and all hospital person deal with patients according to the standard and criterion of the declaration of patient's right. The patient's right is set up on a basis of the right to live and the expectation right of patient. It is important to prevent medical accidents because the right of patient's health is violated by medical accident. We must manage well the medical quality to prevent the medical accident. The effort to escalate the medical quality is the best method to decrease the medical dispute. Nowadays a person take a growing interest medical quality. Our government make an effort to secure the medical quality through the legal system to be contained health organization evaluation system.
