열 화학적 환원 처리를 이용한 절연체 12CaO·7Al2O3의 전도체로의 전환 (Transition of 12CaO·7Al2O3 electrical insulator to the permanent semiconductor using via thermo-chemical reduction treatment)

  • 마이크로 웨이브 연소합성법(microwave-assistant combustion method)를 이용하여 $12CaO{\cdot}7Al_2O_3$(C12A7) 분말을 성공적으로 제작하였고, $H_2$ 가스 분위기에서의 후열처리를 통하여 C12A7:H 제작에 성공하였다. 분말의 합성 여부 와 결정성 확인 및 분말 하소 시 온도에 따른 반응 분석을 위하여 X-ray diffraction(XRD) 및 TG-DSC 분석을 시행하였다. 또한, 후 열처리 후 C12A7 cage 내부의 자유산소 이온이 수소 이온으로 치환되었는지 확인하기 위하여 TG-MS 분석을 시행하였고, $289.5^{\circ}C$에서 H와 $H_2$ 가스가 방출되는 것이 확인되었으므로, H 이온이 cage 내부로 치환된 것을 확인시켜준다. 성공적으로 치환된 C12A7:H 를 홀 측정기(Hall measurement)를 이용하여 전도성을 측정하여 본 결과 $1000^{\circ}C$, Ar/H=8:2의 분위기에서 8h 이상 처리된 C12A7:H의 경우 상온(300 K)에서 $10^2{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$의 비저항 값을 나타내었다.

항암 치료를 받은 아동의 치아 발육 장애 (DEVELOPMENTAL DENTAL COMPLICATIONS AFTER ANTICANCER THERAPY IN CHILDREN)

  • 소아기의 악성 종양은 질병으로 인한 소아 사망의 가장 흔한 원인이다. 이에 대한 대표적인 치료 방법으로 항암 화학 요법과 방사선 요법의 단독 사용 혹은 이들의 병용을 들 수 있다. 그러나 이러한 치료 방법은 다양한 구강 내 합병증을 동반한다. 성인과 달리 소아 환자는 항암치료 시기에 일부 영구치가 활발한 발육단계에 있으므로 발육중인 치아에 치과적 합병증이 예상된다. 치과적 합병증의 정도는 화학약물의 종류, 용량 및 방사선 조사 빈도와 치료 당시 환자의 나이에 따라 달라진다. 본 증례들에서는 특정 영구치의 발육단계에 있는 만 1-4세경에 종양의 치료를 위해 항암 화학 요법과 방사선 치료를 받은 어린이 3명을 대상으로 치료 내용과 치아 발육 상황을 검토해 보았다. 이환된 치아의 수나 그 정도에 차이는 있으나, 각각의 환자에서 영구치 치배의 선천 결손, 왜소치, 치근 저형성 등 발육장애 관련 소견이 관찰되었다. 항암치료를 받은 병력이 있는 소아에 있어서 항암치료 이후에 나타날 수 있는 일반적인 구강 합병증 이외에 발육시기 동안 치아에 미치는 영향을 고려하여, 공간 문제를 포함하여 향후 발생 할 수 있는 다앙한 문제점 예방을 위한 장기적인 관찰과 관리가 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

계승치의 결손을 동반한 상, 하악 유구치의 다발성 유착에 대한 증례보고 (MULTIPLE ANKYLOSIS ON MAXILLARY AND MANDIBULAR PRIMARY MOLARS WITHOUT PERMANENT SUCCESSOR)

  • 치아유착은 치근의 상아질 또는 백악질이 치조골과 융합된 것으로 치아의 맹출이상을 야기하여 치조골 성장의 장애를 일으킨다. 본 6세 여아는 유구치의 유착과 영구 소구치의 결손을 주소로 본과에 의뢰되었으며 특이할 만한 의과적, 치과적 병력은 없었다. 구강 검진 소견상 상, 하악의 좌, 우측 유구치에서 저위교합이 관찰되었으며, 다수의 치아우식증이 존재하였다. 방사선 사진 검사 소견상 상악의 좌, 우측 영구 견치와 계승 소구치의 결손, 상악 유구치의 치근흡수와 하악 유구치의 치주인대공간의 소실 및 미약한 치근흡수가 관찰되었다. 계승 영구치의 결손을 동반한 유구치 유착시 치료목표는 적절한 치조골 성장과 유치의 유지이며, 유착의 발현 시기와 치근의 흡수 정도에 따라 관찰, 수복 또는 발치 등의 치료를 고려할 수 있다. 유착치아의 발치는 인접 치조골 성장에 문제가 없고 인접치의 경사가 일어나지 않도록 최대성장점(growth spurt)을 고려하여 그 시기를 결정해야 한다.

직장인의 직무만족도 관련요인 분석 - NIOSH의 직무스트레스 모형을 적용하여 - (Factors Related with Job Satisfaction in Workers - Through the Application of NIOSH Job Stress Model -)

  • This study was conducted to determine the factors affecting job satisfaction in workers by using the Job Stress Model proposed by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH). Data were collected from December 1 to December 30, 1999. The subjects were 2,133 workers employed at 155 work sites, who were examined using NIOSH Job Stress questionnaire translated by the Korea Occupational Safety ${\pounds}|$ Health Academy and Occupational Safety ${\pounds}|$ Health Research Institute. SAS/PC program was used for statistical analysis using descriptive analysis. Pearson's correlation coefficient, ANOVA, and Stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows. 1. According to general characteristics of the subjects, job satisfaction was high in those with less number of children. 2. By work condition, job satisfaction was higher in those who were working in a permanent job position, were working with regular time basis than with shift basis, were working in regular shift hours than in changing shift hours, were working for a short period, and were working less hours and overtime works per week. 3. In terms of physical work environment, job satisfaction was significantly related to 10 physical environmental factors. In other words, job satisfaction was high in workers who were working in an environment with no noise, bright light, temperature adjusted to an appropriate level during summer and winter, humidity adjusted to an appropriate level. well ventilation, clean air, no exposure to hazardous substance during work hour, overall pleasant work environment and not crowded work space. 4. By work-related factors, job satisfaction was high in those with less ambiguity about future job and role, high job control/autonomy, and less workload. On the other hand, job satisfaction was low in those with little utilization of competencies, and much role conflict at work and workload. 5. As for the relationships between job satisfaction and the non-work related factors, job satisfaction was high in workers who were volunteering at different organizations or active in religious activities for 5-10 hours per week. 6. In the relationships between job satisfaction and buffering factors, significantly positive correlations were found between job satisfaction and factors such as support by direct superior, support by peers, and support by spouse, friend and family. 7. There were nine factors that affected job satisfaction in the workers: age, number of children, work hours per week, noise, temperature at the work site during summer, uncomfortable physical environment, role ambiguity, role conflict, ambiguity in job future, work load, no utilization of competencies and social support from direct supervisor. These nine factors accounted for 26% of the total variance in the multiple regression analysis. In conclusion. the following are proposed based on the results of this study. 1. The most important physical environmental factors affecting job satisfaction in workers were noise, role ambiguity, and work load, suggesting a need to develop strategies or programs to manage these factors at work sites. 2. A support system that could promote job satisfaction is needed by emphasizing the roles of occupational health nurses who may be stationed at work sites and manage the factors that could generate job stress. 3. Job satisfaction is one of the three acute responses to stress proposed in NIOSH job stress model (job satisfaction. physical discomfort and industrial accidents). Therefore, further studies need to be conducted on the other two issues.

화강암풍화토의 동탄성계수에 관한 연구 -중부지역을 중심으로- (Resilient Modulus of Weathered Granite Soil in the Central Part of Korea)

  • 지금까지 포장설계의 기본개념에는 흙의 탄성적 성질이 거의 반영되어오지 않았다. 그러나 포장의 파괴는 흙이 갖고 있는 일부 탄성적 성질에도 영향을 받는 것으로서 최근 동탄성계수라는 요소를 도입함으로서 흙의 탄성적 성질을 포장설계에 반영하게 되었다. 이러한 추세에 따라AASHTO(1986)에서는 체장구달설계지부서를 확정지으면서 그동안포장구 조설계 잠정지침서의 기본식에서 사용하든 노고토지지치를 동탄성계수로 대체하였다. 그러나 현재로서는 이 시험방법과 시험장비가 보편화되어있지 않으므로 대부분의 경우 CBR값, K값, R값등 으로 부터 동탄성계수를 구하는 환산식에 의하여 동논경계수를 추정하고 있다. 본 연구는 우리나라 중부지역 4개지점의 유상륜가화토에 대하여 AASHTO의 시험방법(T 274-82)으로 동탄성계수를 직접 구하고 이를 근거로 우리나라 중부지역 고상암풍화토의 동탄성계수를 주응력의 합계로부터 확정하기위한 식을 제안하였으며 또한 종래 가효성포장설계에 적용하여 왔던 CBR시험 결과로 부터 동탄성계수를 환산하기 위한 관계식을 구하였다.

  • Railway construction in the random vibration natural phenomena, as well as a relatively regular train loads for dynamic loads, such as a usability and safety should be ensured. Vibration due to train loads and seismic vibrations caused by wind compared to the typically very small in size, rather than the safety of the structure affects the usability. Recently in the downtown area, ground and underground facilities, such as a permanent facility that may cause excessive vibration increases, associated with the construction of these transportation facilities on ground vibrations of structures has been increasing concern and complaint. More recently, high-speed train vibration and noise due to furnace is increasing. In order to solve this problem, such as soundproof considering several feet, but by applying the vibration and noise reduction measures insufficient for the study is Free. In this study, track structure, track, and the inside of the building to support the system, the different forms of neurological history and share about the history cheonanahsan high-speed rail, if passed by the bus stop on the train loads of noise, and the history of interior noise and vibration measurement / analysis of measurement results to assess the relative comparison with the relevant provisions were reviewed. Based on this history, future plans for the design of the bridge to reflect the results of a study is intended to provide information. Waiting for the analysis of vibration and noise reduction, cheonanahsan history passed quietly in the train, on average, appeared to 67.53dB and 65.41dB nervous week on average, were measured with the history. Nervous week waiting room of history and the history cheonanahsan radically different shapes and sizes, so a direct comparison is impossible, but the vibration caused by the disc on the base of the polyurethane elastomer disk is not supported by GERB SYSTEM Waiting more effective in reducing the noise level considered in The main materials for railway and for the localization will help to ensure affordability is considered.

A Study on the Concept Recognition Possibility of Ecorefugee

  • Since 1980s, 30 years has passed after issues on environmental refugee began to appear. However, why environmental refugee is not considered as refugee officially in international society? Above all, it seems that main point is the responsibility given to those developed countries if they, whom led the climate changes, officially acknowledge environmental refugee. The problem is that environmental refugee has no direct responsibility for causing climate changes. Actually. the responsibility should be granted to the developed and industrialized countries which caused climate changes. In accordance to the refugee protection system established under current international law, it is difficult to include them into refugee category and thus, they can hardly have enough support. It is urgently needed that new refugee treat which have the new standard and solution added to it shall be adopted. To allow new refugee treat to be effective it is compulsory to have constant and binding policy determination and willingness of execution from a united international organization. Of course, before this, countries should try to have common recognition on recognizing new refugee problem and its seriousness as well as solving those problems together. In reality, it is worth considering adoption of semi-forceable type of system as a more effective way, which allocates responsibility of accepting refugee by amount of carbon emitted. Also, as refugee issue has an important influence on mother company and the third countries, execution process of the system has to be defined clearly. For those permanent organizations, they should accurately define environmental factors making refugee and set standards to minimize possibility of abuse and misuse.

Seamless Lawful Interception Handover for 3G IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS)

  • After the 9.11 terror attack, lawful Interception (LI) has emerged as an important tool for anti-terrorist activity. Law enforcement agents and administrative government bodies effectively monitor suspicious target users of permanent IP-based network devices by LI in Packet Data Networks (PDNs). However, it is difficult to perform LI in monitoring migrating users from a location to another, who change their IPs due to the proliferation of portable Internet devices enabling 3G IP Multimedia Subsystems (IMS). The existing, manual handover technique in 3G IMS makes it even more difficult to continue the LI activities due to time-lag reissuance of LI authority warrants when the target users move to a new LI jurisdiction via a roaming service. Our proposed model is a seamless LI handover mechanism in 3G IMS to support mobility detection of the target users. The LI warrants are transferred to the new LI agent automatically with the target users when they move to a new LI jurisdiction. Thus, time-lag human intervention of reissuance of the LI warrants is removed and enables the LI authorities to continue monitoring. In the simulation of our proposed mechanism, the quality of lawful interception achieves a mean score of over 97.5% out of the possible 100% maximum score, whereas the quality of the existing mechanism has a mean score of 22.725%.

  • A superconductor flywheel energy storage(SFES) system is mainly act an electro-mechanical battery which transfers mechanical energy into electrical form and vice versa. SFES system consists of a pair of non-contacting High Temperature Superconductor (HTS) bearings with a very low frictional loss. But it is essential to design an efficient HTS bearing considering with rotor dynamic properties through correct calculation of stiffness in order to support a huge composite flywheel rotor with high energy storage density. Static properties of HTS bearings provide data to solve problems which may occur easily in a running system. Since stiffness to counter vibration is the main parameter in designing an HTS bearing system, we investigate HTS bearing magnetic force through static properties between the Permanent Magnet(PM) and HTS. We measured axial / radial stiffness and found bearing stiffness can be easily changed by activated vibration direction between PM and HTS bulk. These results are used to determine the optimal design for a 10 kWh SFES.

고로슬래그와 무수석고가 숏크리트의 강도에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Blast Furnace Slag and Anhydrite on Strength of Shotcrete)

  • 이 연구는 일반 콘크리트 혼화재로 사용되는 고로슬래그 및 무수석고를 숏크리트에 적용하였을 때에 압축강도, 휨강도, 응결시간, 리바운드에 미치는 영향을 평가하였다. 1종 포틀랜드 시멘트(OPC)를 10% 치환할 때에 초결과 종결의 요건을 모두 만족한 반면, OPC를 20% 치환한 배합은 종결이 지연되어 숏크리트에 적합하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 압축강도 시험 결과, OPC를 10% 치환한 배합은 영구지보재로서 목표강도를 1일과 28일 재령에서 모두 만족하였다. 특히 OPC를 고로슬래그와 무수석고로 각각 5%씩 치환한 배합의 압축강도가 가장 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 이 배합의 리바운드를 측정한 결과, OPC만을 결합재로 사용한 배합에 비하여 23% 감소되는 우수한 성능을 나타내었다.
