전자교육공동체에서 지각된 유용성과 지각된 사용용이성이 학습자의 몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use on Learner Flow in e-Learning Community)

  • 이 연구는 전자교육공동체(e-learning community)에서 지각된 유용성과 지각된 사용용이성이 학습자의 태도적 몰입과 행동적 몰입에 어떤 영향을 미치는 지를 살피는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 관련 선행연구 특히, 기술수용모형(Technology Acceptance Model)을 토대로 연구모형과 다섯 개의 연구 가설들을 세웠다. 잠정적인 모형에서 제시된 가설들을 검증하기 위해 측정도구를 개발했다($Cronbach\;{\alpha}=.88$). 가설검증을 위한 자료 수집은 예비교사를 위한 전자교육공동체의 회원 62명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 이 연구결과는 다음과 같았다. 지각된 유용성이 태도적 몰입에 영향을 미친다(가설 II), 지각된 사용용이성이 태도적 몰입에 영향을 미친다(가설 III), 그리고 태도적 몰입은 행동적 몰입에 영향을 미친다(가설 IV) 등 세가지 가설은 채택되었으며, 지각된 사용용이성이 지각된 유용성에 영향을 미친다(가설 I), 지각된 유용성이 행동적 몰입에 영향을 미친다(가설 V)는 가설들은 기각되었다. 이 경로분석 결과를 토대로 수정한 모형은 타당한 것으로 나타났다. 즉, $X^2$ 값은 4.29, 유의확률.23으로 유의수준.05에서 모형과 자료가 일치한다는 영가설이 채택되었다. 표본크기에 영향을 받지 않는 적합도 지수인 RMSEA, NNFI, CFI 값은 각각.08,.94,.97로 비교적 높은 적합도 수준을 보였다. 이 연구는 전자교육공동체에서의 학습자 몰입을 촉진하기 위해 설계 시 고려해야 할 중요한 시사점들을 제공해 준다는데 의의가 있다.

골프웨어 브랜드의 스폰서십에 대한 소비자 인식이 고객충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Consumer Cognition about Golf Wear Brand Sponsorship on Customer Loyalty)

  • This study focuses on influential relationships for consumer's cognition about sponsorship, consumer-brand relationship, brand equity, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. To accomplish it, a questionnaire survey (answered by 600 males and females over the age of 20) was conducted by an Internet Research Company from October $5^{th}$ to $20^{th}$ in 2011. The results of the analysis were: First, consumer's cognition about sponsorship consisted of sponsorship interest, sponsorship importance, sponsor-sponsorship suitability, and sponsorship expectation. Consumer-brand relation consisted of personal attachment, trustful relationships and commitment relationships. Brand equity for golf wear consisted of three factors (brand awareness, brand image, perceived quality). Customer satisfaction and customer loyalty consisted of one factor. Second, the commitment relationship was influenced by sponsor-sponsorship suitability, sponsorship interest, sponsorship importance and sponsorship expectation. However, personal attachment was influenced by only sponsorship interest and sponsorship expectations. The trustful relationship was influenced by all factors of consumer cognition, except sponsorship interest. Customer loyalty was influenced by consumer's cognition about sponsorship, consumer-brand relationship, brand equity and customer satisfaction. The leverage of consumer-brand relationship and consumer's cognition for sponsorship was notably larger than others.

닥섬유 양말 제품에 대한 소비자 만족도 조사 연구 (A Study on Consumer Satisfaction with Socks Made of Mulberry Fiber)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop an effective marketing strategy for socks made of paper mulberry fiber, a new natural fiber, by understanding consumers' concerns and perception about the product and its quality in several dimensions. The first survey determined their perception of the products' image before using it. The second survey gauged consumer satisfaction with product quality after a two-week home-use test. Factor analysis using Cronbach's a and ANOVA analysis were performed for statistical analysis. In conclusion, consumer image perceptions of socks of mulberry fiber were classified into four categories -'practicality', 'wellbeing', 'high-quality' and 'traditionality'. The survey revealed differences between men's and women's perception of the 'practicality' and 'high-quality' factors. The women recognized a mulberry fiber sock as being more practical but of lower quality than did the men. And the quality satisfaction of the product was classified into four factor 'durability', 'suitability, 'wearability' and 'care-easiness'. In the case of 'suitability', men were more satisfied with the product than the women and in 'suitability' and 'wearability', a group of over 40' year-old consumers was more satisfied. The analysis of a relationship between image perception and satisfaction showed that a consumer group that perceived this product to have more 'practicality', 'high-quality' and 'well-being' was also more satisfied with the product. However, the 'traditionality' factor was unrelated to consumer satisfaction.

Applying the Technology Acceptance Model to the Digital Exhibition: A Case study on

  • The aim of this research is to analyze Perceived Usefulness(PU) and Perceived Ease of Use(PEOU) based on Technology Acceptance Model in , and how viewing experiences and knowledge of motion graphics have an impact on attitude toward using and behavioral intention to use. Both usability for learning and usability for appreciation in terms of PU have significant correlations with the degree of satisfaction and immersion, and behavioral intention to use. On the other hand, PEOU has an influence on degree of exhibition satisfaction and immersion, and onto behavioral intention to use with the exception of intention to revisiting . Unlike PU or PEOU, previous viewing experiences do not have correlation with attitude toward using and behavioral intention to use. Only previous knowledge of motion graphics has a correlation with degree of satisfaction and immersion, and behavioral intention to use. As the influence on PU and PEOU's attitude toward using and and behavioral intention to use has been verified, our findings show that two variables of TAM enable the prediction of user's technology acceptance on digital exhibitions and as a result prove the suitability for TAM as an evaluation model for digital exhibition of remediating the originals. This study offers a fresh understanding of the importance of motion graphic effects which influence attitude toward using and behavioral intention to use from the perspective of curating methodology.

공공기관 근무자의 스마트 모바일기기 사용과 업무성과의 관계에 관한 연구: TAM 모형을 활용한 업무성과와의 관계 검증을 중심으로 (A Study on the Relationship Between Smart Mobile Devices Use and Work Performances of Public Agencies: Focused on verification of the relationship between performances using TAM)

  • 본 연구는 스마트 모바일 기기를 업무에 활용하는 공공기관 근로자 집단을 대상으로 사용자의 사용자요인과 수용요인이 업무성과에 미치는 영향을 검증하고, 스마트 모바일 기기 활용과 업무성과의 긍정적 관계를 확인함으로써 스마트 모바일 기기의 직무적합성을 향상하기 위한 전략적 제언을 하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구결과, 스마트 모바일 기기의 수용자 혁신성은 인지된 유용성에 B=.296, p=.000, 사용용이성에 B=.326, P=.000의 영향을 미치고, 직무적합성은 인지된 유용성에 B=.261, p=.001의 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 인지된 유용성 및 인지된 사용용이성은 각각 B=.382, 488, p=.000으로, 업무성과를 긍정적으로 개선하고 있었다. 또한 이러한 관계를 인지된 유용성과 사용용이성이 매개하고 있음을 결론적으로 확인할 수 있었다.

SNS사용에 대한 중국 사용자 저항에 관한 연구: 런런왕(人人网)을 중심으로 (Study on Chinese User Resistance of SNS : Focus on Renren Wang)

  • SNS는 웹을 기반으로 사용자들이 프로필을 창출하고 다른 사람과 커뮤니케이션 할 수 있도록 지원해주는 서비스이다. 지금까지의 대다수 연구들은 SNS의 이용자들이나 그 영향에 관련된 연구 위주로 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 SNS 비이용자도 많으며, SNS이용자라고 해도 모두 SNS를 즐기고 지속적으로 활용하는 것은 아니다. 이와 같은 현상은 SNS사용에 대해 사용자들이 느끼는 혁신에 대한 저항이 존재하기 때문에 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 선행 연구를 바탕으로 시간부족에 대한 지각, SNS에 대한 인지도, 자기효능감, 적합성, SNS에 대한 정보품질, 주관적 규범 및 프라이버시 우려를 지각된 위험과 지각된 유용성의 영향요인으로 선정하였다. 이들 요인이 지각된 위험과 지각된 유용성에 미치는 영향과, 지각된 위험과 지각된 유용성이 다시 사용자 저항에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 중국내 학생과 인터넷 사용자들을 대상으로 실증 분석하였다. 본 논문을 통해 SNS를 사용하지 않는 이유와 SNS 사용에 대한 저항요인을 파악할 수 있다.

An Empirical Analysis on the UX in VR Application of Artworks: A Case Study on

  • 본 연구는 기술수용모델을 기반으로 VR 앱에 대한 사용자 경험을 실증분석했다. 빈도분석 결과에 의하면, 인지된 유용성의 경우, 학습적 유용성이 감상적 유용성보다 상대적으로 높게 평가되었으며, 기술적 요인인 그래픽 및 모델링에 대한 품질 개선의 필요성이 제기되었다. 상관관계 분석결과에 따르면, VR 앱의 학습적 유용성은 만족도에 유의미한 향을 미쳤다. 인지된 이용용이성의 경우, 모든 세부 요인이 만족도와 상관관계를 가졌으며, 환경적 요인의 만족도에 대한 영향력이 가장 크게 나타났다. 또한 만족도는 몰입도 및 행동적 이용 사에 긍정적 영향을 미침으로써, 기술수용모델의 VR 앱 평가 도구로써의 적합성이 제시되었다.

공간 환경에 대한 감성평가와 실증분석에 관한 연구 - 덕수궁 미술관 전시실을 중심으로 - (An Empirical Analysis of the Exhibition Hall of the Deoksugung Art Museum Perceived by Visitors)

  • The purposes of this study are to investigate the dimensions of the sensibility towards a spatial environment perceived by the general public and to present the characteristics of various spaces through empirical analyses. A set of words are selected to describe visitors' perception of a spatial environment based on previous studies, and then they are arranged according to the degree of understanding and suitability. The results of the survey on the sensibility measurement can be summarized as follows: Factor analyses and cluster analyses are conducted on the indicators measuring the general public's perception of the exhibition hall of the Deoksugung Museum, and the following five dimensions are obtained: spatial value, spatial aesthetic, spatial affinity, spatial freshness, and spatial materials. The satisfaction level of visitors regarding the space of the exhibition hall under study is also investigated. A regression analysis is conducted to find a relationship between the satisfaction level of visitors (DV) and the five dimensions (IVs), and the analysis shows that there is a significant relationship. Among the five factors, the 'Spacial Value' and 'Spacial Affinity' are found to Significantly affect visitors' satisfaction. The results of this empirical study show that visitors' affinity towards the exhibition hall of the Deoksugung Art Museum along with the surrounding garden, as well as visitors' appreciation of the social, historical, and cultural value of Deoksugung Palace, are found to greatly affect visitors' overall satisfaction with the spatial environment of the museum.

Factors Influencing the Reuse of Mobile Payment Services in Retail

  • Purpose: This study tests the suitability of a new technology acceptance model for a mobile payment system by checking how statistically significant the change is from the UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) and UTAUT 2 models. Research, Data, and Methodology: We surveyed 250 students at Incheon University who are using the mobile payment system. The analysis was conducted on 243 valid questionnaires. The survey was conducted for one month in October 2018. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS and hierarchical regression analysis was applied. Results: Using hierarchical regression analysis, this study confirmed whether the newly added hedonic motivation, switching cost, and perceived risk variables in the UTAUT2 model are good explanatory variables. Mobile payment usage experience was found to have a moderating effect on mobile payment reuse intention. According to the analysis, the UTAUT2 model brought about more influential change than the variables of the UTAUT model. Conclusions: This study found that consumers' psychological factors added in the UTAUT2 model greatly influenced the reuse intention for mobile payment. As an implication of this study, mobile payment providers need to develop strategies that could meet hedonic motivation, switching cost and perceived risk for their customers.

  • This study explains an agricultural mobile commerce case using Oauth Based Real-Time Information Sharing Technique according to the growth of the agricultural e-commerce market. Considering the characteristics of the agricultural market, it can confirm differential values with the existing agricultural mobile commerce market according to the functions and characteristics of its technique. We compare variables for introducing agricultural mobile commerce with the existing mobile commerce. Trust through information sharing with real-timefarming diaries, suitability and perceived ease of use variables are positively influenced, but influence on completeness and authority of information variables are relatively insufficient. Through this, we explained differential values of agricultural mobile commerce and suggested an applicable business model.
