The present study is aimed to investigate on the moderation of self-rated political skill on the relationships between perceived co-workers' politics and outcome variables (OCB toward co-workers and turnover intention). The used data for analysis was collected from 375 employees who have worked for public and private companies located in Jeju. The results are as follows. First, the main impacts of perceived co-workers politics(PCP) on OCB-C was not statistically significant, whereas the relation of PCP to turnover was positively significant. Second, moderating effects by political skill in the relationship perceived co-workers' politics and OCB-C was not significant, but the moderation in the relation perceived co-workers' politics-to-turnover intention was supported. Implications of the current study are 1) the casual effects of politics on OCB was demonstrated, in particular, the results of previous studies which was not consistent to account for the impact of politics on OCB was proved by the differentiation of research target. The result will help to understand perceived politics. In addition, moderation of political skill in the relation perceived co-workers' politics-to-turnover intention will contribute to expand researcher area of political skill.

In order for electronic commerce to be successful, it must have a theoretical framework that considers the characteristics of the internet user who are consumers in the cyber space and impacts their purchase intentions. We were able to obtain participations of 316 people, and derived statistics by means of SPSS/PC version 10.0 and Amos 4.0 statistics package. We found that, the higher the degree of skill and the sense of challenge, the level of involvement and perceived service quality increased. And the degree of skill has a negative influence on awareness of perceived risk than the sense of challenge. Perceived service quality, perceived risk and involvement has a influence on purchase intentions.

The purpose of this study is to understand a information technology acceptance model and to test empirically using field survey. In order to achieve this purpose, first of all, I examined literature reviews about the theory of reasoned action(TRA), the theory of planned behavior(TPB), and the theories of technology acceptance model(TAM). Based on literature reviews, I proposed a technology acceptance model and empirically verified it through using field survey. As a result of, this study was designed to predict and to explain the factors of affecting reuses of a website. The data that were surveyed 193 users of internet were analyzed with SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 4.0. The major results of this study as follows : First, the perceived complexity is influenced by the skill & experience and the quality of system. Second, the quality of system affects the perceived usefulness. Third, the perceived complexity affects the perceived usefulness and the perceived playfulness. Fourth, reuses of a web site are influenced by the perceived usefulness and the perceived playfulness. Finally, the quality of system affects the perceived usefulness and the skill & experience affect the perceived playfulness.

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of elementary school student's perceived father's trait on self-regulating skills and peer relationship skills as well as the influence of father's trait according to gender of children on self-regulation skills and peer relationship skills. The summary of main results of this is as follows: It can be seen that by diminishing time-bomb and fatherless and enhancing compassionate mentor among sub-factors of father's trait as perceived by children, self-regulation skills and peer relationship skills of children could be improved. And it was understood that in the influence of father's trait as perceived by children on self-regulation skills and peer relationship skills, there is a need to consider gender difference of male and female children.

Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the relationships between the perceived and actual achievement on skill performance assessment and identify the relation to learning motivation factors. Methods: A total of 80 senior nursing students currently studying at a university participated in the study in 2015. Students completed a performance examination of 20 nursing skills at the end of their 7-week training period; their performance was rated using checklists. Students then completed a survey, which included questions about learning motivation and perceived achievement level. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, and Kruskal-Wallis test. Results: There was a weak correlation between perceived and actual achievement. Intrinsic and extrinsic goal-orientation and self-efficacy in learning motivation factors was significantly correlated to perceived achievement. Perceived achievement and self-efficacy in middle quartile of actual achievement were higher than other upper- or lower-quartile group. Conclusion: The findings suggest that the motivation factors of learners should be taken into account to maximize academic achievement in nursing skills training. In addition, it should be considered a strategy to reduce the gap between perceived and actual achievement.

According to the Flow Theory, when the perceived level of Challenges of player and his skill are high, he is able to experience the flow state. What does the skill mean in the Flow Theory? This study suggests that the self-efficacy of the actor should be concerned to understand the perceived level of actor's skill in relation to the level of Challenges and his personal characteristics. This study hypothesizes the equity-distribution of extrinsic reward and the positive reputation influence the player's self-efficacy, and his self-efficacy affect the flow experience. This hypothesis is confirmed by the structure equation model test. This result can serve to understand skill related on the flow theory, and what factors players to get flow experience are given by.

This study was to search the relationship among knowledge, nursing skill, perceived performance in graduating nursing class. The participants were 90 members of to graduating nursing class in D city. Data were collected from September 4, 2014 to September 22, 2014 using a questionnaire and core nursing skills checklists. Data analysis was done with SPSS/WIN 23.0 using descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation. It found that knowledge of hand washing had a positive correlation between the nursing skill and perceived performance. The most vulnerablenursing skill was hand washing. The best nursing skill was sterilization and withdrawing contaminated products from the patient (Place the inner tube immersed in a solution of hydrogen peroxide). Based on the findings of this study, activating prior knowledge needs to be stressed. Thus, it would be necessary to include more effective motivation in designing experiential education program for cognitive performance.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the factors affecting the intention to use cloud computing in the smart work environment. This study is meaningful in that it examines the characteristics of smart work and the fit of cloud computing characteristics, and it is a study that reveals the factors affecting the intention to use cloud computing by applying the integrated model of TTF and TAM. Design/methodology/approach In order to understand the factors affecting the intention to use cloud computing in the smart work environment, a research model that integrates TTF and TAM with the hypothesis was proposed. In order to verify the research hypothesis, this study conducted a survey on individuals with experience in smart work and cloud computing. And with the data 280 collected in the survey, path analysis was performed using the PLS structural equation. Findings As a result, it was found that task characteristics and technology characteristics had a positive (+) effect on task-skill fit, and task-skill fit had a positive (+) effect on perceived ease of use and usefulness. Also, task-skill fit, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness were found to have a positive (+) effect on intention to use.

Previous research on online health (e-health) information was primarily focused on consumer information search behavior and information quality. Although studies addressing online information quality have flourished, they have yet to thoroughly examine whether consumers actually use the information they search. The purspose of this study suggests a conceptual framework that examines the potential antecedents of a consumers' willingness to depend on e-health information as an indicator of the consumer's trust of the provided e-health information. The proposed antecedents include healthcare product involvement, online skill level, perceived quality, and credibility of the source. Using structural equation modeling on online survey data, seven hypotheses, which describe the relationships between the variables of the model, were tested. The results indicate that consumer willingness to depend on provided e-health information was significantly influenced by the consumers' perceived quality and credibility of specific e-health information. Consumer involvement in healthcare and their online skill-level, respectively, also positively related to perceived quality and credibility regarding e-health information.
