High-resolution satellite image processing software should be able to ensure accurate, fast, compact data processing in offline or online environment. In this paper, component software for high-resolution satellite image processing is developed using OpenGIS components and real-time data processing architecture. The developed component software is composed of three major packages, which are data provide package, user interface package, and fast data processing package. The data provider package encodes and decodes diverse image/vector data formats and give identical data access methods to developers. The user interface package supports menus, toolbars, dialogs, and events to use easier. The fast data processing package follows the OpenGIS's data processing standards, which can deal with several processors as components with standard procedural functionalities.

In this paper, we proposed a method for measuring accurate positions and sizes of package and balls in a micro BGA. To find defects of BGA accurately, we focused on finding positions of package and balls. After labeling, we detected connected components of package and balls using feature parameters. After the detection of package component, we measured position and size of package by employing rectangular model which was constructed by the package information. After the detection of the ball components, we measured positions and diameters of balls by employing circular models which were constructed by the ball informations. We did calibration based on landmarks to measure real length, and we compared the measured results with the SEM data. Finally, we found that the accuracy of the proposed method is 94% in terms of ball's radius.

In this paper, a direct method is developed to extact RF equivalent circuit of a packaged BJT without optimization. First, parasitic components of plastic package are removed from measured S-parameters using open and short package patterns. Using package do-embedded S-parameters, a direct and simple method is proposed to extract bonding wire inductance and chip pad capacitance between package lead and chip pad. The small-signal model parameters of internal BJT are next determined by Z and Y-parameter formula derived from RF equivalent circuit. The modeled S-parameters of packaged BJT agree well with measured ones, verifying the accuracy of this new extraction method.

본 논문에서는 개방형 운영체제인 리눅스상에서 package streaming service를 제공하는 Network Streaming Service(통칭 NSS)를 설계하는 문제를 다룬다. NSS는 client가 serve 측에 설치된 소프트웨어 package를 마치 client 자신의 local disk상에 이미 인스톨된 패키지를 실행하는 것처럼 동작하도록 해준다. NSS는 client측의 NSS Mounter, Package Streaming Consumer, NSS Configurator와 server측의 NSS Load Balancer, Package Streaming Supplier, NSS Manager, Accounting & Security Manager로 구성되며 local disk caching과 background prefetching 기능을 사용하여 향상된 서비스를 제공한다.

This paper shows the institutional limits of technological innovation at the railway package service, that is the limits of introducing the package express system. The railway package service, owned by government and operated by D company, has been suffered severe operating loss since early 1990's. The package express system supported by information network and co-working with inner city quick service might be an solution for the railway package service. But there are several obstacles such as labor union and the rigidities of the Korean National Railroad of government agency.

Today, ERP becomes very popular as a vehicle of implementing an integrated information system since this package not only facilitates reengineering but also provides the function of generating consolidated financial statements. Yet a successful introduction strategy on the integrated information system needs to be set up because ERP has weaknesses as well as strengths. The strengths include the prompt reaction to environmental changes, the integrated management of information, the adoption of open systems, and the selection of modules according to functionsl However, the weaknesses of ERP include the provision of only basic functions, the development of package on international standard processes, and possible disadvantages to small and medium-sized firms. This paper is to suggest recommendations on the implementation strategy of ERP as an integrated information system. According to the case study with Firm A that has successfully implemented an ERP package, the most significant advantage of adopting ERP was that Firm A was able to implement an integrated information system for only six months. Finally, this research generates suggestions, such as the importance of the project team structure, the sufficient amount of time for education, and the minimization of the package modification.

The construction of preservation metadata is a prerequisite for the preservation of digital information. In the current approaches to digital archiving, however, there is no metadata structure optimized to describe preserved digital objects. This research proposed metadata packages that can support the description of digital objects from the perspective of the core processes of digital archiving. The proposed metadata packages consist of 4 wrapper elements and 25 sub-elements. They can provide detailed descriptions required to preserve digital objects in accordance with the core processes of digital archiving. Therefore, the proposed metadata package can be applied to digital archiving as a better approach to the description of digital objects compared to the approaches to information package.

Recently, improving service quality for customer satisfaction is one of the most important issues and the task for the growth of company. Furthermore, plenty studies are going on progress to develop service quality in IT industry. There have been so many researches of product quality on package software but yet the service quality of package software has been rarely studied before. Thus, the purpose of this study is to formulate a scheme on how to enhance the competitivity of package software company by analyzing the impacts of these two factors on the customer satisfaction, Word-of-Mouth intention and the reuse intention. The study models have been designed and the hypotheses have been made through the examination of the precedent literature about package software product and service quality. A questionnaire survey was performed to collect information, and the unit of analysis was a person who used package software. This study used the statistical technique such as regression analysis. This study may be utilized as basic data for building marketing strategies when package software companies offer service to customers.

Purpose In this study, we propose the special purposed R package named ""new_Noun()" to process nonstandard texts appeared in various social networks. As the Big data is getting interested, R - analysis tool and open source software is also getting more attention in many fields. Design/methodology/approach With more than 9,000 R packages, R provides a user-friendly functions of a variety of data mining, social network analysis and simulation functions such as statistical analysis, classification, prediction, clustering and association analysis. Especially, "KoNLP" - natural language processing package for Korean language - has reduced the time and effort of many researchers. However, as the social data increases, the informal expressions of Hangeul (Korean character) such as emoticons, informal terms and symbols make the difficulties increase in natural language processing. Findings In this study, to solve the these difficulties, special algorithms that upgrade existing open source natural language processing package have been researched. By utilizing the "KoNLP" package and analyzing the main functions in noun extracting command, we developed a new integrated noun processing package "new_Noun()" function to extract nouns which improves more than 29.1% compared with existing package.

This paper describes the SAR data processing S/W package it will be able to process the SAR image. This package constructs the several modules: SAR Image processing module, measuring module of surface displacement using differential interferometric SAR method, classification module using the POLSAR data, SAR Focusing module. In this paper, briefly describe the algorithm that is adopted to the functions, and module architecture.
