다세대.다가구주택 소유자 및 임차인과의 소집단 워크샵 패널을 통한 주택계획요소의 추출 (An Extraction of House Planning Elements by Small-Group Workshop Panel with Owners and Tenants of Multi-family House)

  • Since modern times, lack of housing had become more serious in the cities when going through urbanization process. As a countermeasure against the situation, multi-family houses raised its head at the end of 1980s. Regarding multi-family houses, which is mainly targeting low-income group, however, only quantitative supply has been focused with no enough research about space planning. For now that the supply of housing in the cities reached certain level, there is a need of planning multi-family house considering the demands of residents. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the demands of owners and tenants of multi-family house in an improvement district of housing environment for housing improvement, and to extract house planning components. As a research methodology, small-group workshop panel using drawings and mock-up has been practiced to reach residents' concertized opinion. After dividing the residents group into 2 groups which include owners group(3 participants) and tenants group(3 participants), 3 times of workshops covering 2 days are conducted for each group. Actual-condition investigation of the participants' houses was ran side by side with workshop. As a result, difference in their point of view about the reasons and the direction of housing improvement was identified, on the other hand that there is similarity in their demands such as guaranteeing independency and privacy among households.

  • The numbers of the elderly who suffer Empty Nest Syndrome have been accelerated as an aging population has increased vastly and nuclear families have been a dominating family type in modern Korean society. To make the elderly get out of this phenomenon and live actively, the scheme of converting their existing houses into shared houses was set as a hypothetical solution in this study, and finding out the responses of the elderly who owns their own houses is the purpose of the study. A small workshop panel method was used and the elderly aged 55 years upwards took part and they own a detached house that is relatively large for the elderly or the elderly couple to live alone. The workshop was consisted of 3 stages: 1. a survey 2. an interview 3. a site visit. Through this, problems that the elderly have been experiencing within their houses were looked into and the responses of the elderly on converting their houses to shared houses by introducing developed schematic plans. As a result, positive responses from the house owners were carried out based on the fact that subsidies from the government on house renovation and tenants matching programs are supported. Shared houses could provide home owners economical support with rents and help them to feel less lonely. This is one way of supporting the elderly to live and age actively in their later lives. Therefore, this idea should be established in connection with preparing aging, aged, and super-aged society.

모발 굵기에 따른 고객유형 (Customer's Type Depending on Hair Thickness)

  • This Study was conducted in order to provide a satisfying beauty service to customers by investigating the effect of hair thickness on personality and attitude of hair style. It executed a survey of customers within the age of $20{\sim}}40$ who come and go to beauty salons, dwell in Kyeong-gi and Seoul. First, it investigated the difference of blood types depending on hair thickness. Second, it investigated how hair thickness affects on types of personality. Third, it investigated the difference of hair style attitude depending on hair thickness. We picked normal hairs for mineral test from our salon customers of the occipital region, except coloring hairs, white hairs. The hairs were picked 2 cm off from the scalp. In the result, many people with thick hair were found to have the blood type O, and many people with thin hair were found to have the blood type A. Also, in the types of personality the owners of thick hair and thin hair were highly found to have characters of both sexes, the owners of normal hair were highly found to have feminine characters. Many of the owners of thick hair appeared to prefer short hair styles, a high percentage of the owners with thin hair appeared to have long hair styles, A type people who are introspective prefer soft and long hair styles which have less movement.

정기용선에 있어서 용선료 연체의 효과 - 영국 판례를 중심으로 - (Is it a Condition? : The Effect of a Charterers' Failure to pay Hire on time in a Time Charter)

  • On 2013 the English court delivered a decision that the payment obligation under time charter party is a condition. According to this judgement, The Astra, a breach of the obligation to pay hire on time entitles the owner both to withdraw the ship and sue the charterers for damages for the difference between the contract and market rate for the remainder of the contracted period. On 2015, however, the English court stood at the other side. In Spar Shipping, the court confirmed that the obligation to pay hire is not a condition of the contract but an "innominate term" - from the charterers' breach ship owners can exercise their contractual right to withdraw, but owners' right to sue for damages depends on whether the charterers have deprived the owners of the substantial benefit of the contract, or shown an intention to do so. This article aims to compare both decisions over the points that (1) the importance of on-time payment under a time charter party, (2) as a critical and main question in this article, whether the mattered payment clause is a condition or innominate term, (3) whether the on-time payment clause is merely a penalty or a reasonable liquidated damage. Based on various reasons, I am on a position that the payment of hire is not a condition but an innominate term. Default in punctual payment by a charterer, in the absent of clear contractual agreement, needs to be decided further whether that breach removes the substantial benefit of the contract from the owners.

한국의 주택 부 효과에 대한 재고찰 (A Re-evaluation of Housing Wealth Effect in Korea)

  • 본고에서 우리는 한국의 주택 부 효과의 크기를 재검토한다. 이를 위해 주택가격 상승에 대한 주택 보유자 소비지출의 반응인 '순수한' 주택 부 효과의 크기를 알아보는 데 중점을 둔다. 순수한 주택 부 효과를 측정하기 위해 거시시계열 자료를 이용할 경우, 주택 보유여부와 적절한 소비지출변수의 선정이라는 두 가지 문제가 제기된다. 우리는 먼저 비 주택 소비(non-housing consumption)가 보다 적절한 소비지출변수임을 보이며, 그 이유로 주택소비(housing consumption)의 상당 부분이 주택 보유자들의 실제로 지불하지 않는 귀속임대료(imputed rents)임을 제시한다. 이어서 우리는 거시시계열 자료로부터 구한 주택 부 효과의 크기를 얼마나 수정해야 주택보유자에의 순수한 주택 부 효과를 추정할 수 있는가를 살펴본다. 이를 위해 두 개의 구조적 모형을 설정하여, 전체 소비지출 중에서 주택 보유자 소비지출의 비중을 추정한다. 주택 보유자의 소비지출 비중을 감안하여 수정된 주택부의 효과는, 거시시계열을 이용하여 구한 통상적인 주택 부 효과의 추정치보다 크게 나타난다.

  • VE는 여러 산업분야에서 지속적으로 요구되는 개선 목표를 달성하고 제한된 건설예산을 보다 효과적으로 관리하기 위해 사용되어온 체계화된 절차를 말한다. VE의 업무절차 중 준비단계의 주요 목적은 원활한 VE수행을 위하여 관련된 집단의 협력체계 구축과 공동목표 달성을 통하여 분석단계에서 요구되는 충분한 자료를 확보하는데 있다. 그리고 사용자 및 발주자 등 프로젝트 이해당사자들의 요구를 측정하는 데는 주로 품질모델(Quality Model)이 사용되며, 이러한 품질모델은 VE활동 시 대안이 발주자의 요구에 적합한지를 확인할 수 있는 평가척도로 활용된다. 하지만, 현행 준비단계 업무는 단순히 발주자 및 사용자의 요구사항을 확인하는 수준이며, 이를 통해서 대상선정 및 기능분석 단계의 명확한 목표 및 방향제시를 해주지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사례분석과 전문가 설문조사 및 면담조사를 실시하여 현행 준비단계 업무의 문제점을 분석하고, 각 주체별 요구항목을 정확히 파악하여 새로운 대상선정 모델을 제안하고자 한다.

외식업 점주의 배달앱 서비스 이용에 대한 지각된 혜택 및 희생이 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향: 가치기반수용모델을 중심으로 (The Effect of Restaurant Owners' Perceived Benefits and Sacrifices on the Continuous Use Intention of Food Delivery App Services: Focusing on the Value-Based Adoption Model)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of perceived value on the intention of continuous use of food delivery app services form the perspective of restaurant owners. We adopt the value-based acceptance model (VAM) in order to derive influential factors (i.e., perceived benefits and perceived sacrifices) that affect perceived value, which in turn leads to the continuous use of food delivery app services. In addition, the moderating role of restaurant type in the relationship between perceived benefits/sacrifices and perceived value. Design/methodology/approach An online survey was conducted on restaurant owners who are using domestic food delivery app services. Samples were collected using the quota sampling method in accordance with the current market share of food delivery app services. A total of 235 participants (restaurant owners) were identified as a valid sample and used for the final analysis. Findings Research findings of the study are as follows. First, sales increase and operational effort decrease among perceived benefits had a significant positive impact on perceived value. Second, perceived cost among perceived sacrifices had a significant negative impact on perceived value. Third, perceived value had a significant positive effect on the intention of continuous use. Finally, the moderating role of restaurant type was found only in the effect of operational effort decrease on perceived value.

Website and Digital Content between Material Property and Intellectual Ownership Rights within the Legal Regulation of Internet

  • When the owners of the intellectual property rights of digital content have lost control over it in the digital environment, there emerged fears that the intellectual property laws, especially copyright law, would not be effective as in the material (Offline ) world. The reason is that the digital environment helps to reproduce copies in high quality and at almost no cost, while copyright law protection has been limited to programs embedded in CDs. According to copyright laws, the owner of the program did not have the right to prevent buyers of the initial physical copy of the program from copying and reselling it to more than one individual without the permission of the original owner. As a result, business owners have invented the idea of licensing digital content and programs instead of selling them. They set out terms that serve their commercial interests regardless of their abuse to intellectual property laws or even the rules of the traditional contract to sell a material property. The abuse has resulted from the way those terms are concluded and the heavy rules that are unfair to consumer rights. Therefore, business owners insisted on dealing with the website and its programs and digital content as material property. Here raises the question of whether the website and its digital content are subject to the protection of copyright law or the rules of the traditional contract or licensing contracts. As the answer to this question affects the protection of consumer rights, is it possible to find a balance between it and the protection of the owners of digital programs' rights.That is what we will discuss in this paper.

소상공인 연구 동향 분석 (Investigating the Trends of Research for the Small Business Owners)

  • 본 연구는 지난 20여 년간의 국내 소상공인 선행연구 280편을 주제어 네트워크와 LDA 토픽 모델링 분석을 통해 종합적으로 분석하고, 학계에서의 전반적인 시각과 동향을 살펴보았다. 핵심 주제어는 서로 상충 되지만 안정적이고 지속적인 성장을 위해서 필수적인 요소인 '영업'과 '보호'를 선정하였고, 7개의 토픽(토픽 1: 창업, 토픽 2: 디지털, 토픽 3: 세제, 토픽 4: 역량, 토픽 5: 상생, 토픽 6: 규제, 토픽 7: 자금)을 도출하였다. 분석 결과를 토대로, 소상공인들의 지속적인 성장과 발전을 위한 디지털 성숙도 향상의 필요성을 제기하였고, 소상공인들의 직면한 경제적 타격 문제 해결을 위해 범부처 차원의 대응과 새로운 정권 이후에도 존속될 수 있는 기능 수행 조직의 안정성을 제시하였다. 또한, 장기적, 신속성, 세밀성, 새로운 방식으로의 정부 지원 방향에 대한 주목과 선 허용 후, 규제를 하는 네거티브 방식으로의 유연한 접근을 제언하였다.

서울시 도심제조업 집적지에서의 Cloud 기반 인공지능 Fulfillment 서비스 Platform 연구 (Cloud-based Artificial Intelligence Fulfillment Service Platform in the Urban Manufacturing Cluster in Seoul)

  • 세계 10대 도시이며 Metro City인 서울특별시는 인쇄, 봉제, 기계금속 등 전통적인 도심제조업이 분포되어있다. 이들 제조업 집적지 내 소상공인은 서로 상부상조 하는 형태로 발전해왔다. 집적지의 특성상 각 공정은 개별 업체가 담당한다. 상대적으로 영세한 소상공인이 공정 간 실시간 물류 이동 정보를 제공하는 주문처리 서비스를 준비하기에 어려운 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 패키지(Package) 제조 및 특수인쇄 분야 소상공인의 원활한 수주, 배송 처리를 위해 기존 물류 Data를 수집, 분석하고 CRNN, k-NN, ID3 Decision Tree algorithm을 적용한 인공지능 Fulfillment Service Platform 시스템을 설계한다. 본 연구를 통하여 집적지 소상공인 누구나 Cloud 네트워크를 통하여, 개별 수주, 배송 맞춤서비스를 사용할 수 있게 함으로써 매출 증대 및 역량 향상에 크게 기여할 것으로 기대한다.
