Service-oriented Architecture(SOA) is one of the most recent trends in IT solutions. SOA is a paradigm for organizing and utilizing distributed capabilities that may be under the control of different ownership domains and implemented using various technology stacks. From a technical perspective SOA, can be considered a method for designing and developing IT systems where applications are constructed from loosely coupled and autonomous building blocks. And SOA is a very effective response to the problems faced by companies in terms of reusability, interoperability and reduce coupling between systems that implement their information systems. To exploit these advantages many organizations have decided to evolve their legacy systems towards this architecture. This paper proposes a modeling for SOA based business process generation and testing, and introduces its implementation in the BPEL. And we analyze business process between enterprises, modeling the service-oriented business process with BPEL to realization level. Also, we suggests that UML is used from high-level business problems to the process of low-level problem for Visual and effectively.

The relationship between homeownership and participation in giving and volunteering overall indicates that homeowners are more likely to give and participate in volunteering organizations than renters. This study compared 'giving and participation in volunteering between homeowners(n=6,078) and renters(3,587) in the 14th Korean Welfare Panel Survey data collected in 2019. The outcome measure of study is a binary outcome of giving and volunteering participation. This study accounted for a bias arising from selection on observables. Specifically, this study employed a recursive bivariate probit model to simultaneously estimate respondents' participation in giving and volunteering participation and their selection of homeownership. Findings from this study have provided some evidence that homeowners and renters have different behaviors in giving and volunteering participation. Finally, issues relating to homeownership and social outcomes were discussed. Implications for social work practice and research were further discussed.

Recently the small and medium sized companies are more difficult to find people than large companies. So it is natural that having a great interest in leadership and its effects in organizations. This study examines how transformational leaders influence on empowerment, self-efficacy and job satisfaction in IT company. Investigating the effect between transformational leadership and job satisfaction in IT company may also be a tip of an understanding of how to manage employee turnover. Samples of 387 employees in IT companies were analyzed by structural equation modeling using Lisrel 8.7 and it showed acceptable data-fit of proposed model and supported all of research hypotheses. The empirical results indicated that transformational leadership significantly influences empowerment, self-efficacy and job satisfaction and also it confirmed that empowerment and self-efficacy are effective mediators linking job satisfaction. That is the findings reveal that transformational leaders boost employee's job satisfaction indirectly.

The purpose of this study is to elicit influential factors on accepting IPTV services and define the casual relationship between the factors, and "user satisfaction", "re-use intention", "stranger recommendation intention", in an attempt to provide useful guidelines to IPTV carriers, contents providers and equipment makers for their forming IPTV service models and marketing strategies. For this end, the theoretical background of this study has been brought from relevant literature, and theoretical study models have been established by logical reasoning of the interrelation among diverse components. Then, the established models have been analyzed by using statistical packages "SPSS(12.0), LISREL(8.72)". Finally theoretical and practical significance and future study direction have been suggested. To make sure of effective validity of IPTV service adoption models above, empirical studies should be made continuously. And then vertical and horizontal studies at a specific point would show ever-changing causal relationship, helping to promote financial outcome of relevant companies and organizations.
As the rapidly changing e-business environment and development of IT, it is difficult to predict appropriate demand and supply of human resources in e-business industry. Such problem causes the imbalance of needs in demand and supply and the difficulty of proving useful information about fostering necessary e-business human resource and so forth. This study present a manpower training plan in e-business industry by investigating e-business human resource in the market and by analyzing curriculums in selected universities. To achieve this objective, we conducted a survey study of e-business companies, educational organizations and workers. From the results of this study, we present the current status of e-business human resource market and the problems of past manpower training system, and provide recommendations. This study would help policy makers, the private companies and academic institutions in developing effective strategies for the e-Biz human resource sector.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of public data convergence capabilities of administrative organizations and to explore important variables in data-based organizational capabilities. The theoretical background was summarized on public data and use activation, joint use, convergence, administrative organization, and convergence constraints. These contents were explained Public Data Act, the Electronic Government Act, and the Data-Based Administrative Act. The research model was set as the data-based organizational capabilities effect by a data-based administrative capability, public data operation capabilities, and public data operation constraints. It was also set whether there is a capabilities difference data-based on an organizational operation by the level of data convergence capabilities. This study analysis was conducted with hierarchical cluster analysis and multiple regression analysis. As the research result, First, hierarchical cluster analysis was classified into three groups. It was classified into a group that uses only public data and structured data, a group that uses public data on both structured and unstructured data, and a group that uses both public and private data. Second, the critical variables of data-based organizational operation capabilities were found in the data-based administrative planning and administrative technology, the supervisory organizations and technical systems by public data convergence, and the data sharing and market transaction constraints. Finally, the essential independent variables on data-based organizational competencies differ by group. This study contributed. As a theoretical implication, this research is updated on management information systems by explaining the Public Data Act, the Electronic Government Act, and the Data-Based Administrative Act. As a practical implication, the activity reinforcement of public data should be promoting the establishment of data standardization and search convenience and elimination of the lukewarm attitudes and Selfishness behavior for data sharing.
Empowerment is a multifaceted concept which can be described somewhat differently. In general, it is defined as the motivational concept of autonomy and self-efficacy. Recently, this concept of empowerment is applied to improve organizational staff's job satisfaction and organizational commitment in many organizations. Empowerment in service organizations has certainly generated more publicity than any other organizations. The objective of this study is to measure the degree of hospital administrative staff's empowerment using Spreitzer(1995)'s empowerment theory, and also to analyze the relationship of empowerment and job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Spreitzer argues that the work empowerment is composed of 4 dimensions (meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact) and each dimension influences employee's job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational performance in the end. In order to carry out this study, data were collected by self-administered Questionnaires from 181 hospital administrative staff at 3 university hospitals in Inchon and Kyunggi-Do. The response rate is 86%. The Collected data were analyzed with SPSS statistical package V10.0. The major findings of this study are as follows: First, the degree of hospital administrative staff's empowerment is a high level point at the 7 Likert Scale. Second, the reliability of 3 variables, empowerment, job satisfaction and organizational commitment, was statistically satisfied(Cronbach's alpha>0.80). Third, as a result of correlation analysis, four components of empowerment, job satisfaction and organizational commitment showed a positive relationship. Finally, multiple regression analysis was conducted to find the impact of empowerment on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. In the case of job satisfaction, the meaning and competence factors have a positive effect(P<0.05). And the case of organizational commitment, the meaning and impact components have a positive relation(p<0.05). These results showed that the workplace empowerment is significantly related to employee's job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
Purpose The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of tie strength in the network of industrial clustering on the knowledge acquisition, integration and innovation performance of small and medium sized enterprises. We test the positive relationship of weak tie and knowledge acquisition, strong tie and knowledge integration, and the interaction effect of two tie strengths on both processes of knowledge acquisition and integration. By identifying these relationships, we can better understand how to manage the attributes of social networks in terms of tie strength in order to improve the performance of innovation for the small and medium sized enterprises. Design/methodology/approach We collect 200 survey data from 2 industrial cluster respectively: Pankyo and Guroo. In Pankyo, the proportion of IT industry is the highest (35%) while the proportion of manufacturing is highest (35%) in Guroo. Pooling the data from two industrial cluster, we check the reliability and validity of our research model and test the hypotheses. Findings First, we find the positive relationship of weak tie and knowledge acquisition from both industrial clustering. Weak tie is composed of heterogeneous organizations with various background and expertise. The communication and information sharing of organizations in the weak tie network helps the idea generation for organization's innovation, which is the knowledge acquisition process. Second, the relationship of strong tie and knowledge integration is insignificant. Typically the strong tie from long-lasting partnership is expected to be beneficial in the action stage of innovation, which is the knowledge integration process. However it is not identified in our industry cluster. Finally, the interaction effect of weak and strong tie is identified to be effective on both knowledge acquisition and integration processes.
BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: Sustainable practices in foodservice organizations including commercial and noncommercial ones are critical to ensure the protection of the environment for the future. With the rapid growth of the foodservice industry, wiser usage of input sources such as food, utilities, and single use packaging should be reconsidered for future generations. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the customer's perceptions on sustainable practices and to identify the relationship among sustainable practices, social contribution and purchase intention. SUBJECTS/METHODS: The study was conducted using content analyses by reviewing articles on sustainable food service practices published domestically and abroad. Thereafter, data were collected with a face-to-face survey using a questionnaire and analyzed with factor analyses and multiple regressions. RESULTS: Sustainable practices classified with factor analysis consisted of 6 dimensions of green food material procurement, sustainable food preparation, green packaging, preservation of energy, waste management, and public relations on green activity, with a total of 25 green activities in foodservice operations. Consumers were not very familiar with the green activities implemented in the foodservice unit, with the lowest awareness of "green food material procurement (2.46 out of 5 points)", and the highest awareness of "green packaging (3.74)" and "waste management (3.28). The factors influencing the perception of social contribution by foodservice organizations among 6 sustainable practice dimensions were found to be public relations on green activity (${\beta}=0.154$), waste management (${\beta}=0.204$) and sustainable food preparation (${\beta}=0.183$). Green packaging (${\beta}=0.107$) and the social contribution of the foodservice organization (${\beta}=0.761$) had strong relationships with the image of the organization. The purchase intentions of customers was affected only by the foodservice image (${\beta}=0.775$). CONCLUSIONS: The results of this study suggest that sustainable practices by foodservice organization present a good image to customers and increase the awareness of valuable contributions that benefit the customer as well as the community.
The era of today's day is that the era of the black gold age is now approaching the era of the blue gold age. As the importance of water increases, support and policies for the water industry are presented. The water industry is a public service industry but it faces the problem for unbalanced supply between users. One of solutions for solving the problem at hand is the privatization of the public service and it is the most sensitive and focused subject to the issue. Korea is also coming up for the privatization of the water industry. So, one of the privatization operations based on the privatization of the current waterworks law is management contract by the specialized organization and it is in progress to enhance the efficiency of public services. Therefore, this study aims at finding out the local water supply services' efficiency by K-Water using DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis), and productivity analysis by malmquist index on 18 organizations of the implementation of local water supply management contract using the date from 2012 to 2014. According to the result of the DEA, 10 of the 18 organizations were the most efficient during 3 years and malmquist index for analysing the productivity was decreasing. That is because of the leakage ratio and utilization ratio of the raw water and both of them are significant to productivity. As a result, this study differs from the previous studies by analysing efficiency and productivity using DEA and malmquist index to the solution for the problem faced by current water industry.
