We study empirically analyzed the final 216 copies of the responses from SME organization members in Seoul and Gyeonggi regions using statistical programs of SPSS24.0 and AMOS 24.0. In other words, the effect of job satisfaction on the organizational culture and job environment characteristics perceived by members of the organization, and the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance is shown as follows. First, the organizational culture of consensus, development, hierarchy, and rationality was statistically significant in job satisfaction. Therefore, the hypothetical one-man organizational culture was adopted by showing a positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. Second, job environment characteristics such as autonomy in job performance, compensation system, physical environment, and human environment had a positive effect on job satisfaction. That is, the job environment characteristics of hypothesis 2 were adopted as a positive (+) influence relationship on organizational satisfaction. Third, job satisfaction was expressed as a positive (+) influence relationship with job performance, so hypothesis 3 was adopted. As a result of this study, the higher the organizational member's perception of organizational culture and job environment characteristics is, the higher the job satisfaction is, and the improvement in job satisfaction is meaningful in that it provides theoretical and practical implications that indicate job performance.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of organizational justice on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and health among hospital nurses. Method: The sample of this study consisted of 267 nurses from 3 general hospitals located in Seoul, Korea. Data were collected with self-administrated questionnaires and analyzed hierarchical multiple regression. Result: The distributive and procedural justices had effects on nurses' job satisfaction and organizational commitment, but no effects on health. The procedural justice had more effects on nurses' job satisfaction and organizational commitment than distributive justice. There was no moderating effect of distributive and procedural justices on nurses' job satisfaction, organizational commitment and health. Conclusions: It is important for hospitals to be established fair reward systems which should focus on both outcomes and processes in order to evaluate nurses' rewards. It is suggested that new moderators like personality or organizational structure should be considered for future research.
The purpose of this study was to examine the structural relationship among organizational justice, athlete satisfaction, team commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior toward college athletes. To achieve this purpose, this study employed a convenience sampling method via a questionnaire dissemination. A total of 285 responses were collected from college athletes. Among those, 21 responses were excluded as they were not completed, leaving 264 usable data. The data was computed in SPSS 28.0 and AMOS 28.0, and analyzed with correlation analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling analysis. Overall, organizational justice had a positive influence on athlete satisfaction, team commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior. Athlete satisfaction had a positive influence on team commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. However, there was no relationship between team commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. These findings provided empirical foundational data on the impact of organizational justice on psychological and behavioral outcomes and the overall efficiency and effectiveness of organizations, with a focus on college athletes who played a central role in the context of college sports setting.
Empowerment is a multifaceted concept which can be described somewhat differently. In general, it is defined as the motivational concept of autonomy and self-efficacy. Recently, this concept of empowerment is applied to improve organizational staff's job satisfaction and organizational commitment in many organizations. Empowerment in service organizations has certainly generated more publicity than any other organizations. The objective of this study is to measure the degree of hospital administrative staff's empowerment using Spreitzer(1995)'s empowerment theory, and also to analyze the relationship of empowerment and job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Spreitzer argues that the work empowerment is composed of 4 dimensions (meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact) and each dimension influences employee's job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational performance in the end. In order to carry out this study, data were collected by self-administered Questionnaires from 181 hospital administrative staff at 3 university hospitals in Inchon and Kyunggi-Do. The response rate is 86%. The Collected data were analyzed with SPSS statistical package V10.0. The major findings of this study are as follows: First, the degree of hospital administrative staff's empowerment is a high level point at the 7 Likert Scale. Second, the reliability of 3 variables, empowerment, job satisfaction and organizational commitment, was statistically satisfied(Cronbach's alpha>0.80). Third, as a result of correlation analysis, four components of empowerment, job satisfaction and organizational commitment showed a positive relationship. Finally, multiple regression analysis was conducted to find the impact of empowerment on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. In the case of job satisfaction, the meaning and competence factors have a positive effect(P<0.05). And the case of organizational commitment, the meaning and impact components have a positive relation(p<0.05). These results showed that the workplace empowerment is significantly related to employee's job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
Purpose: This study investigates nurses' organizational commitment, internal marketing, and occupational satisfaction depending on their age, martial status, clinical experience and income. Methods: The subjects of this study were 350 nurses from six hospitals in Jeolla-do. The t-tests were used to analyze the differences in internal marketing, occupational satisfaction, and organizational commitment depending on their age, marital status, career, and income. The relationships among internal marketing, occupational satisfaction, and organizational commitment were analyzed by the path analysis. Results: The results of this study showed that organizational commitment was correlated with age, clinical experiences, and income, but not significantly associated with martial status. Education and training policy, benefit system, and fairness of the internal marketing were influencing factors on occupational satisfaction. These factors were correlated with organizational commitment through occupational satisfaction. Conclusion: This study addressed the relationships among nurses' internal marketing, occupational satisfaction, and organizational commitment. Based on the results, it is suggested that hospital organizations introduce more diverse incentive policies to enhance nurses' occupational satisfaction and organizational commitment.

The study subjects were a convenience sample of 383 staff nurses working at 10 general hospitals with more than 300 beds in Seoul. Hospitals included in the study were classified Into five organizational patterns, where nursing was organized as an independent but lower level, attached to the medical department, attached to a department supporting medicine, and various other organizational pattern. The data were collected from July 10 to August 15, 1992. The organizational characteristics as perceived by the staff nurses were measured by Park & Yoon’s Scale (1986) and job satisfaction was measured by Slavitt’s Scale (1978). The data were analyzed by percentage distribution, Pearson’s correlation, x$^2$-test, t-test, ANOVA, and ANCOVA The summarized results are as follows : 1. The proportion of independent and attached nursing organizational patterns was 35.1% and 54.9% respectively. 2. There were differences between four general characteristics of the nurses, age, experience, position and education level, and the five structural types of nursing organization(p〈.05). 3. 1) There were no relationship between the perceived organizational characteristics and general characteristics of the nurses but there was a differ once in job satisfaction according to education level of nurses in hopitals where nursing was an independent department(T=-2.24, p〈.05). 2) There were differences in the perceived organizational characteristics according to age group and experience of nurses (F=3.26, 5.41, p〈 , 05)and in job satisfaction according to the position of nurses in the independent but lower level organizational pattern (T=2.26, p〈.05). 3) There was a difference in the perceived organizational characteristics according to age group (F=3.19, p〈 .05) and in job satisfaction according to the experience of nurses where nursing was attached to the medical department (F=3.49, p〈.05). 4) There was a difference in the perceived organizational characteristics according to nursing unit (F=3.19, p〈 .05), but none between job satis-faction and general characteristics of nurses where nursing was attached to a departiment supporting medicine. 5) There were no relationships between the perceived organizational characteristics and job sat isfaction and general characteristics of nurses in the various other organizational patterns. 4. Nurses in hospitals where nursing is organizationed as an independent department perceived their organizatianal pattern more positively and had higher job satisfaction than nurses working in hospitals where nursing is part of another department. 5. There were differences between perceived organizational characteristics and job satisfaction according to the organizational patterns for nursing (F=13.52, 8.76, p=.0000). 6. There were correlations between the perceived organizational characteristics and job satisfaction of nurses working in two independent nursing departments (r=0.2180, 2351, p〈.05). In conclusion, the relationship between perceived organizational characteristics and job satisfaction was significantly correlated in the hospitals where the nursing department is independent. Perceived organizational characteristics and job satisfaction depended on whether the nursing department is independent from or attached to other departments in the hospital. For nurses job satisfaction the nursing department should be independent from other departments and at the highest level of organization in the hospital.

Purpose: In this study factors affecting job satisfaction and turnover intention of nurses were explored in the context of organizational culture, self- leadership, and empowerment. Methods: Participants were 286 nurses drawn from 3 general hospitals. Data were analyzed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and hierarchial multiple regression with the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. Results: Significant differences in job satisfaction and turnover intention were found according to organizational culture types. Significant positive correlations were found between self-leadership, empowerment, task oriented organizational culture, relationship oriented organizational culture, innovation oriented organizational culture and job satisfaction. On the other hand, significant negative relationships were found between empowerment, relationship oriented organizational culture, innovation oriented organizational culture and turnover intention. The factors that enhance job satisfaction were found to be higher innovation-oriented organizational culture. Lower turnover intention was shown to be positively associated with relationship- or innovation oriented organization culture. Conclusion: Innovation oriented organizational culture is needed in order to raise job satisfaction and reduce turnover intention of nurses.
Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to find out a range of cues that trigger employees to willingly make efforts for corporate development in small and medium enterprises. This was determined by assessing the effects of employees' value inclination on their job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior as well as how they perceived their organizational support. Research design, data, and methodology - A total of 126 valid questionnaire sheets collected from SME employees were analyzed with SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 involving simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, hierarchical moderated regression analysis and 3-step mediated regression analysis. Results - The analyses highlighted employees' personal value inclination had positive effects on their job satisfaction, which in turn enhanced their organizational citizenship behavior. Meanwhile, individualist and collectivist inclination exerted greater effects on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior, respectively. The study also revealed that perceived organizational support moderated the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. Conclusion - Hence, CEOs in SMEs should avert any dichotomous analysis of their employees' value inclination, respect their personal value inclinations and also apply factors that could raise their job satisfaction. Likewise, it was shown that SME employees need to make personal efforts for organizational development.
